@bt_uk once again your internet is shit. Goes down constantly. Phone the complaints line and always in a ridiculous queue. Will never ever go with BT again. Piss poor service and lies at the start of the contract. @Ofcom need to watch these pricks.

@OpenreachHelp But that is a direct contradiction of what @bt_uk are saying which is that they have raised the fault with @OpenreachHelp but you have declined the request to send an engineer to fix it and won’t even provide and update on it until Friday. Something isn’t adding up here
