    @bt_uk No & they haven’t had a reasonable response or explanation,they’ve just been told @bt_uk don’t work sat & sun so will have to wait until Monday leaving them without landline or broadband for another 72 hrs! They had an engineer booked between 8am- 1pm today but they never came😒

    @jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

    @bt_uk The problem is never with Outlook, that's the cop out you always use. The problem is always with BT.

    1) So, apparently according to the rather rude employee I have spoken to at @bt_uk (who decided it would be a good idea to boast about his broadband usage at home in quite frankly a rude, unprofessional and flippant way), my broadband contract was renewed automatically

    @SQRLTV @virginmedia My whole area appears to have been without service since the early morning today, still down at 6PM. I just wish they didn't have such a monopoly on speeds, why can't @bt_uk pull their finger out and actually get gigabit rolled out?

    @virginmedia Well a lot more than 0.0 I would imagine. I'm still awaiting a response to my complaint, still expecting a call back from your customer management team and still awaiting a solution to the area outage. Thankfully the team at @bt_uk have been more helpful.

    @bt_uk finally get through to a helpful lady who passes me onto the ‘loyalty team’ for the same thing to happen again. Can hear people in the background but no one talking on the phone. Shouting “hello” for over ten minutes before eventually hanging up. Disgusting service (2/2)

    @bt_uk Thanks Dom. I've re-paired them but still having issues. One disc is still showing red and the other is constantly flashing blue. My signal next to my router is 110Mbps but this drops to less than 5 beside the discs which I think is just picking up from the router.

    @bt_uk iv tried adding a mobile phone contract to my package as already have landline, broadband and TV.... But won't let me get a mobile? Bloody ridiculous! I'm with @ThreeUK and want to leave as they have terrible customer service. The phone is £26pm yet I'm already paying £90

    @bt_uk still poor customer service installation date next week been waiting weeks call all the time for earlier appointments to be told sorry no earlier appointments yet 5 people on my estate have had there FTTP brought forward somebody called today and getting installed on Fri
