    @bt_uk Have already made online complaint to you and had text reply from 'Paul' on 22nd Sept saying he will shortly be calling from a 0800 number but since then nothing, which is no surprise I'm afraid as anything to do with BT Broadband is dreadful.

    @duffy1972 @bt_uk We are having serious problems with @bt_uk broadband. Constantly drops out and speed is 0.3 or less. Hopeless. Mobile data is often only answer. 😡

    @abbyaug @bt_uk My mother had this for 6 months. Cable theft meant her phone line kept getting cut off. She went through hell dealing with it. She also had poor mobile signal so it was very hard to contact them. Their customer service is TERRIBLE.

    @bt_uk Dear Mr Jansen, we emailed you yesterday because we are at a loss, we don’t know what to do. We were open for 3 weeks so far with NO INTERNET AND LANDLINE FOR 14 DAYS and the problem is still ongoing.

    @abbyaug @bt_uk In my experience phone companies are ok until something goes wrong. We spent weeks (sorry!) trying to get sudden poor @bt_uk broadband fixed. Long calls to overseas call centres where they repeatedly accused us of having too many devices. Had to switch supplier in the end 🙁

    It is so frustrating when @bt_uk disconnect your phone and Broadband through a mistake and it takes ages to get through to them - a different person each time so start again with the problem and they promise things that don't happen. Back to square one this morning.

    It's taken hours to try to communicate what actually should have been an easy issue to resolve. No willingness by @bt_uk to accommodate disability. I've asked repeatedly for someone who can help, but nobody will & they hung up with impatience on my Relay UK attempt. 9/x
