@bt_uk The phone number has been disconnected from the company. It has not been reconnected to my mother-in-law. This is now nearly a week without her phone number. She is 86 years old and lives on her own and is very vulnerable. If anything happens this is really down to you

@bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

@btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

@bt_uk Gave up. The automated system refused to accept any of my phone numbers as valid entries. It’s tiresome now, be easier if a uk business call centre was available to business customers. I don’t have time to queue 30mins for no practical help. Quicker to change than get help

@bt_uk You sent a mini hub but that has limited range. Just poor service & it’s been going on since mid August (this time) Why am I always on hold for 30 minutes? Understaffed or part of the plan to wear us down & give up trying to get through.

@bt_uk Hi Lisa, no errors were found. My download speed is stable at 25mbps, but that’s close to 3 times lower than it was previous, and near half the minimum guarantee on my contract. There’s an engineer coming out on Monday to have a look.

@bt_uk That being said the whole home (white discs) the 2 that are not connected by cable seem to now spiral to red after each drop out. Both now v flaky. Though the net gear extender doesn’t have the same issue and links back after each drop out to the original BT hub wireless address.

@bt_uk myself and my family haven't had internet all day, when checked on your website it said will be fixed by 17:49, this is happening for alot of people in the area I live. Not a very good service if it has taken over 9 hours and still haven't been fixed.
