@bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

@btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

Seriously @bt_uk you cut our Internet at 8pm on Wednesday & then say it's back on at 10pm. We've had no WiFi since & the EE mb network is a joke!! 18th October for an engineer!! How am I supposed to run a business from home? We want an earlier date for an engineer!! @Sheona9004

@bt_uk Thank you Craig- that’s the closest we’ve got so far- are you able to confirm that this is what would be charged if you stayed on the phone for more than 59 mins? Im thinking of being on hold to a Dr’s Surgery - obviously Mum doesn’t want to have to hang up!
