    @bt_uk appalled by the level of service received from you trying to sort out a package for my Dad. Agreed a deal nearly 2 weeks which has been set up incorrectly. Customer service inadequate and now he’s been charged £25 for something we didn’t agree to include

    @btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

    @bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

    @AntheaJ47 @bt_uk @PopTelecom Check your postcode that PopTelecom hold as I had this problem a few years ago where the Company had a mismatch and couldnt proceed as I appeared to be at the wrong address.

    @bt_uk were supposed to take over my internet today, then delayed till 22nd April. They forgot to tell @SkyUK who cancelled from BTs instruction so now I don’t have any internet for a month. Cheers @bt_uk for remaining me of why I never used you in the first place #clowns

    @MavisKernow @bt_uk You open a complaint with BT. Open Reach have missed 2 appointments. I was on the phone to BT to arrange another appointment and they opened the claim. I didn’t even know there was a process. Took a week for cheque to arrive. To be honest I’d rather have an engineer turn up.

    @bt_uk any chance you can fix whatever **** up you’ve done in the Blythe bridge area of Stoke on Trent?? Three days now without internet, three days my kids have been unable to download or complete any homework, three days with no tv, beyond a joke. Not even an explanation why!!!

    @bt_uk Spoken to them numerous times. They informed me that if an engineer comes out and agrees that the connection is poor then the contract will be cancelled. Engineer came out, reported to the loyalty team that the issue can’t be rectified yet still haven’t cancelled contract.

    @bt_uk My BT speed is 1mb....please explain why you are rolling out next gen fibre to area who already have 50-100 times faster broadband, yet I am still on 1mb. and paying the same as anyone on 50,75 etc. Same cost, poorer service.....
