@btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

@bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

2) There are 7 people in my house, 5 working from home. The wifi is terrible: it keeps shutting down and booting us off. Apparently it’s the best/fastest wifi @BT_uk has to offer.

@bt_uk Thanks for the ad. Actually my BT sport on TV has been down all weekend. Not sure when exactly it went off, as only watch the football, which I have now missed since I wanted to watch from Friday.

@bt_uk please could you help? Our bt hub is showing a blue light and devices connect to it, however they will then not work (so need to use 4g). I also cannot connect to the hub manager. All your tests say everything is working as it should -can you help please?
