@btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

@bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

@bt_uk Major issues. My services are now no longer live, they've had to cancel down the order and do a brand new order meaning we have to go another 14 days without service. There's an open complaint that will be looked at but this has been nothing but a nightmare

@bt_uk We were told it was sent to the higher tier engineers on Thursday and it would be fixed by today. According to your own SLAs they had 48 hours to resolve the issue. Monday now… that’s just not acceptable is it?

Well @bt_uk have now left mid-80s at risk relatives without a landline for nearly 2 weeks (no reliable mobile signal). My wife spending hours on phone & staying in to try to sort being passed from pillar to post. Each day we pray there will be no medical emergency. #nightmare
