@bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

@btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

@bt_uk got text around 4pm yesterday saying you were ceasing my service today at my current address. Phoned you and was informed that this was an error on your part and you had contacted openreach and this wouldn’t happen. I wake up this am and no internet. Please reinstate

@bt_uk I’ve had all kinds of - cube - internal - external. No one finds anything. Or they do and they “fix” it and then the problem comes back. I’ve been unable to connect for an hour now. I just want a solution once and for all. I don’t have time to keep going through this.

@bt_uk I am trying to use the refer a friend link but it was this is down for maintenance? Before trying this, I was trying to use a cashback website, but that kept coming up saying I couldn't and had to call. When will refer a friend be back up?

@bt_uk Online Fault checker says fault. But can't book appointment as keeps saying test expired. Ok. Try text service. Says have a fault, choose engineer slot. Can't process it. Will call within 30 minutes- 1 hour later... Sort it out please.
