    @bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

    @btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

    @bt_uk appalled by the level of service received from you trying to sort out a package for my Dad. Agreed a deal nearly 2 weeks which has been set up incorrectly. Customer service inadequate and now he’s been charged £25 for something we didn’t agree to include

    @JimGamble_INEQE @bt_uk By a country mile, BT are the worst company you could ever deal with. You aren’t a customer, just a cash source to be milked. I stopped dealing with them several years ago. I’ve just signed a contract with Fibrus. They’re the polar opposite, local staff, nothing was any trouble

    @bt_uk It's a disgrace. No one has a clue what they're doing and we keep encountering the same problem. BT messed up an address change and somehow keep sending engineers to the old address to fit a connection and provide internet that we're paying for. How difficult can it be?

    @bt_uk Basically BT hv mixed up my address with another, same house number but separate post codes & locations. This has been going on for a year. The other address decided to move to another provider (don’t blame them) & BT instead of stopping their service stoped mine 🤔

    @bt_uk 10/03/2022 contacted BT to pay my yearly line rental. After 6.5 hours on the phone over 7 seperate days, 6 promised call backs not received and 2 just cut off still not resolved. help required
