@bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

@btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

Ain’t it great when @bt_uk decide to do works and damage your broadband so it’s useless. Then they say they can’t send anyone out until Tuesday to fix their mess up and just expect no internet until then

Another tree fallen in the village, taking out the line that feeds broadband to most of its residents. So thats another round of apologies to my clients for not being able to fulfil my work commitments to them. @bt_uk I hope you fix this soon 😕

@bt_uk Wednesday afternoon no broadband message 8.00p.m.,then 11p.m.,then 21-10-22 2.00 pm now its the 24-10-22 considering openreach are only fixing it now it appears I've been mislead, this is absolutely disgraceful and not the way to treat customers!

@bt_uk Have been trying many weekends and weekdays to contact you for issues with my TV. No response. App support is useless as it does not describe the box I have. Issue since box installed last year. No way to have it fixed. Might leave BT as the response rate is zero

You have my mobile no., you have my email, you could reply via Twitter. But no. Silence again. Ignoring issues again.
