    @bt_uk The phone number has been disconnected from the company. It has not been reconnected to my mother-in-law. This is now nearly a week without her phone number. She is 86 years old and lives on her own and is very vulnerable. If anything happens this is really down to you

    @btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

    @bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

    @bt_uk appalled by the level of service received from you trying to sort out a package for my Dad. Agreed a deal nearly 2 weeks which has been set up incorrectly. Customer service inadequate and now he’s been charged £25 for something we didn’t agree to include

    @bt_uk Gave up. The automated system refused to accept any of my phone numbers as valid entries. It’s tiresome now, be easier if a uk business call centre was available to business customers. I don’t have time to queue 30mins for no practical help. Quicker to change than get help

    @bt_uk Will be interesting to see if this works out ok. Just upgraded to Halo3 from Halo1 & have sent text for a handset. BT mobile signal has been fine so far, but hope it isn't affected by upgrade as not in a good mobile coverage area.

    Still dont have broadband after 9 bloody days, @EE and @bt_uk keep arguing over whats wrong which is no bloody help at all. BT cancelling engineer appointments because they see it as pointless even though the line is faulty. Havent been able to stream at all this year due to this

    @bt_uk my Internet is running really slow and I can't seem to get ahold of anyone on your phone number, I get sent a text message but it's charges ? Is there anything you can do so I don't have to wait for a Tictok to load?

    So @WeAreOpenreach told me they've no plans to install fibre for my flat. My @bt_uk internet is so incredibly slow. Worse than dial-up and impossible to work from home well. My flats were previously offices. Other buildings on my road have fibre. It has to be better than this?

    @bt_uk Thanks.Just feel sorry 4 pensioners who don’t want internet/can’t afford it & are confused by smart phones.They just want landline only but the new system doesn’t allow that.Even if they fork out for internet, when it goes down, they’ll have no phone 4 emergencies #BTDigitalVoice

    @bt_uk @PiCoreTeam I can confirm that we have no parantel controls or restrictions on our service. I've been using Pi for the majority of 2021 and only these last two weeks have faced connection issues whilst on BT WiFi.
