    @btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

    @bt_uk The phone number has been disconnected from the company. It has not been reconnected to my mother-in-law. This is now nearly a week without her phone number. She is 86 years old and lives on her own and is very vulnerable. If anything happens this is really down to you

    @bt_uk appalled by the level of service received from you trying to sort out a package for my Dad. Agreed a deal nearly 2 weeks which has been set up incorrectly. Customer service inadequate and now he’s been charged £25 for something we didn’t agree to include

    @bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

    @bt_uk Gave up. The automated system refused to accept any of my phone numbers as valid entries. It’s tiresome now, be easier if a uk business call centre was available to business customers. I don’t have time to queue 30mins for no practical help. Quicker to change than get help

    @btbusinesscare absolute shite!!! Been on the phone 3hrs noone can help me as YOU have made an error! Can't access the app because of your error, can't pass security because of your error!! Can't track down the new hub that was supposedly delivered 3wks ago!! Disgusting!!

    @BTCare @bt_uk @EE tv. I’ve checked all the help questions , I’ve turned off the tv box. No apps are working. Can’t load BBC iplayer etc. So annoying. I don’t want to reboot

    I'm with BT, through them I get EE, so I can use TNT Sports, which I have to use Discovery+ to watch, and now they're saying I need an HBOMax account, but when I go to login they don't recognise my email, so I can't watch any sports that I've paid for. @bt_uk @EE @discoveryplus

    @BTCare can I book a call please? Its regarding a recent service complaint,you didnt uphold your promise and me ending my xontract that ended months ago! You've been charging me twice as much as a new customer for a long time now!
