    @bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

    @btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

    @bt_uk appalled by the level of service received from you trying to sort out a package for my Dad. Agreed a deal nearly 2 weeks which has been set up incorrectly. Customer service inadequate and now he’s been charged £25 for something we didn’t agree to include

    @bt_uk Cancelled because it never worked and went round in circles trying to get it to work. BT then gave us a huge bill,due to cancellation. We challenged it and they took £30 off the final bill.

    @bt_uk I have Halo package but can't get wifi in all rooms so need to order another 2 discs....how do I do this?? On hold for 15 mins so far on phone. Please help!

    @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach literally the worst example of customer service anywhere. Every deadline missed, zero updates provided, broken promises, departments refusing to talk to each other, endless delays with no explanation - utter shambles

    @bt_uk No, we would phone to say it wasn't working. BT would talk us through it for them to say see if that works and it would be left at that. The upstairs box we had never worked for the 11 months we had it.
