    @bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

    @btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

    Hi @bt_uk, are you having issues with your spam filters at the moment? I (along with other BT Mail users) have been receiving tonnes of spam directly to my inbox - stuff that is clearly spam and I’m not sure why your systems aren’t filtering it? Please say there is a fix soon!!

    @bt_uk My landlord needed their house back last Aug and the area I'm now in, doesn't have the infinity I had at my last property. I do I check when I can get it? as I'm still paying the same fee each month, but with crap Internet. Also, I barely use data on my mobile contact (see next)

    @bt_uk no phone line and internet for 5 month, multiple engineers saying the same thing over and over. Please refund the full 5 months! Not a happy customer! What an utter disgrace. Been waiting over 2 hours for a call back, that should have been only 15 minutes 🤬

    @bt_uk You’ve had hundreds of looks at the connection and it’s always the same. Don’t worry though I got @SkyHelpTeam broadband and that’s just as useless as your setup. Pathetic service.

    @btbusinesscare can you please explain why after speaking to one of your colleagues on 21 Dec, who confirmed we would have NO LOSS of service while our copper broadband connection is being upgraded to fibre, we discovered today that we have NO broadband? Completely unacceptable.

    @bt_uk I was on a payment plan paying the amount agreed and you cut me off then due to the internet issues I've been having i was told no engineers would be coming to the property so not only have I got no service but I now have had engineers come unplanned sort it out bt

    @bt_uk hi I have a problem with the super fast broadband am trying to switch my talktalk broadband to sky but my neighbours super fast broadband is showing as my address instead of his when open reach fitted this they’ve put the wrong address down and now it’s stopping me switch

    @bt_uk Made the mistake of signing up to BT broadband and TV as @SkyHelpTeam was to expensive . The minimum speed guarantee I have been given from BT is 35 meg. However Sky and Plus Net both give a guarantee of 45 meg . Why the difference BT ? Lucky I still have time to cancel .
