    @bt_uk appalled by the level of service received from you trying to sort out a package for my Dad. Agreed a deal nearly 2 weeks which has been set up incorrectly. Customer service inadequate and now he’s been charged £25 for something we didn’t agree to include

    @bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

    @btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

    @premierleague @btsport this is one of the worst matches I’ve had to experience everywhere from the referee to the incredibly biased commentary this has to be changed as this is absolutely awful. I would be safe to say I speak for everyone at @AVFCOfficial when I say this

    @bt_uk "insulting" Fibre with BT Halo 3+ marketing ploy, "big fail", BT invitation upgrade offer letters sent out are then withdrawn by email for BT gain. Your @bt_uk punters are far from impressed, come on BT you can do better for your loyal customers.

    @bt_uk can you help? We switched to BT broadband from Sky and was promised it would be easy to recover sky termination charges. I’ve had no replies from my emails to the BT switch team and no help over the phone. Still waiting ……
