    @bt_uk appalled by the level of service received from you trying to sort out a package for my Dad. Agreed a deal nearly 2 weeks which has been set up incorrectly. Customer service inadequate and now he’s been charged £25 for something we didn’t agree to include

    @bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

    @btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

    @bt_uk You expect me to stand half a mile from my house mobile in the air trying to get signal waiting till 8pm for you to call and be horrible to us again....would you? I have no mobile signal at home if I did, then no bt

    @bt_uk well your advert say unbreakable but if you can't get EE mobile coverage then it doesn't work does it???

    14th April - hub arrives. Plug it in, still flashes either orange or purple. At this point, I still have some sort of weird faith that has a paying customer @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp will fix it. Spoiler alert; no they won’t.

    @bt_uk Hi, I spoke to someone on live chat and they advised me to text for a phone line check. I did so and it asked me to reply with ‘advisor’ for a callback and haven’t heard anything since. Haven’t been able to fix it myself
