@bt_uk appalled by the level of service received from you trying to sort out a package for my Dad. Agreed a deal nearly 2 weeks which has been set up incorrectly. Customer service inadequate and now he’s been charged £25 for something we didn’t agree to include

@bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

@btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

@btsport I’ve just waited 45mins to get through to one of your customer service reps about cancelling my subscription and she couldn’t hear me! She was called Helen, my phone wasn’t on mute and I could hear her perfectly well. She hung up. What a rubbish service

@bt_uk worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Almost two weeks since I did a home move and still no broadband. Being told that someone will call me back in a weeks time with an update. Pathetic.

@bt_uk Have already called BT support multiple times today and yesterday. None of them can find the fault in my line even though I don’t even get 1MBps download speed. Appalling service. Will no longer be a customer once contract finishes

@bt_uk called BT cust serv depart re: an incorrect final bill 4-5 times. Each time 2 hold for ages & to argue till I'm told I don't owe anything & it will be removed from my account. Today received the bill again!! been on chat 4 1hour with someone who now tells me they cant help
