@bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

@btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

@bt_uk Gave up. The automated system refused to accept any of my phone numbers as valid entries. It’s tiresome now, be easier if a uk business call centre was available to business customers. I don’t have time to queue 30mins for no practical help. Quicker to change than get help

Fuming with @SkyHelpTeam the broadband has been down for a day and engineer can only come next Monday. Luckily i don't work from home. Might look at going to @bt_uk if this continues.

Hey @bt_uk - got our fibre in today, it’s doing great! Only issue is with TV, we got the entertainment package, but none of the entertainment channels show up on our box. Any idea why? It’s been plugged in for an hour or more.

@bt_uk I'm leaving BT. My internet has been down or dropping constantly for days now. Now an important work call was ruined. I've logged faults and engineers just haven't turned up. Poor service all round.
