@btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

@bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

Come on @bt_uk sort out the Internet, download speeds getting slower and slower and internet going off regularly,particularly a Friday evening, and your website down for maintenance too! Do you want to keep me as a customer or not?

@bt_uk Issue was logged Thursday. Internet dropped out completely 8am yesterday, offline now for 24hrs. Also no landline. 4G unstable and we're feeling very isolated with little or no means of communication. Not heard anything from BT. Are engineers working on it?

@bt_uk No it doesn’t show as a service outage on here, but I don’t have land line so my account is connected to my mobile I went through diagnostics via Text help and they said area fault
