@btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

@bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

@bt_uk appalled by the level of service received from you trying to sort out a package for my Dad. Agreed a deal nearly 2 weeks which has been set up incorrectly. Customer service inadequate and now he’s been charged £25 for something we didn’t agree to include

@bt_uk I currently have BT Openreach workers outside my bedroom window laying cable with an extremely noisy machine from 11pm and they’ve advised they will be there till after 1am. Is this normal? They’ve advised no emergency or issues just standard work.

To be treated like a number excuse the pun, @bt_uk & @ee are a company we would not recommend you use as they aren’t bothered about how they treat their customers, regardless of how much they cost you, shocking customer service be this business or consumer, just avoid!

@bt_uk we are currently waiting for our full fibre installation to be completed (4 weeks after first visit). As part of our order we had BT TV and the Pro box, but as full fibre isn’t finished, this hasn’t gone live. Is there any way of making our tv service live before xmas?

@bt_uk 3 vans of engineers in my village and the local broadband is still dropping out. When can we expect a fix? Your own system says there isn't a fault but can certainly say there is one.

Good morning @bt_uk ! Just a suggestion. After dealing with you, a (yet again) broken broadband & a frankly lacklustre approach to actually fixing it, for the vast sum you charge, why not take advantage and go on strike? Believe me, no one would notice the effing difference.
