    @bt_uk appalled by the level of service received from you trying to sort out a package for my Dad. Agreed a deal nearly 2 weeks which has been set up incorrectly. Customer service inadequate and now he’s been charged £25 for something we didn’t agree to include

    @bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

    @btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

    @bt_uk I switched to you + said keep my number. You changed it. Asked you to switch back. 3 weeks gone you closed the complaint but you haven’t changed my number although said would be done by ystday. Every agent makes up a diff reason why is failing. 100% problems so far!

    @bt_uk Was not expecting the small dinky thing I was expecting the bigger one for better signal..I'm only getting under 6mbs...very disappointed...and can't believe still not providing 5g connection..even three has 5g in bognor Regis ..🤔😒

    @bt_uk The representative came out, did an inspection and submitted another report. He did say he wasn't an openreach engineer. I will dm you and it should bring up the long list of messages about this ongoing problem. At the moment we have got broadband until the next episode

    @bt_uk No broadband for 2 months now, engineer booked in for today between 8 & 10am didn’t turn up !! what is going on @bt_uk this would have been the third engineer in two weeks still haven’t fixed it . was told i needed a lawyer if i wanted to cancel !!

    @bt_uk we have had one of your representatives out this morning for our constant broadband issues who has said the problem is probably external. We then get a message to say the broadband is fixed. We have had broadband drop out problems for 4 years now with numerous excuses
