@bt_uk It is OK, I have worked it out. The call wasn't the BT text messaging service, it was a Spam number as well.

@bt_uk No mention of how to stop spam text messages which are delivered via the BT text message service, which I don't want to block

@bt_uk Looking for info on @bt_uk outages? Save your time: "Your service provider should NOT have told you to contact us to get information on a MSO... The service is with them and you pay them to provide you with service; you are not paying us. We can not assist you with this, sorry."

@btbusinesscare can’t believe the trouble we have had sorting our fibre connection at our busy pharmacy in East London. Left us without connection for days - lost numerous card sales …absolutely atrocious service and still not sorted! Thanks BT

Ah, the joy of being stuck between @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp with neither party doing anything to help other than blaming the other.

@bt_uk Thank you Claire C. The local engineer seeing the poor internet suggested rewiring inside the house at our expense, moved the modem upstairs and Ethernet cables the TV. Then he replaced the Twisted copper pair from the pole to master socket. It got worse. Will DM you in gratitude

@cyberco @dvernalls @bt_uk I know this change was highlighted to Industry back several years ago but there's lots of devices that need to be upgraded to be compatible with IP or mv to use mobile network instead due to this. E.g Traffic Lights, Alarms, Payment machines, Telecare and healthcare systems, ect.

@LauraLolat13 @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare - such a poor response - each person spoken to is incredibly polite and trying their best but incapable of sorting out the issues - always has another number to pass on or another department - no resolutions and keep taking the money #BTbusiness
