@btsport coverage is absolutely terrible… blackout screen constantly. Shocking technology

  • AndrewCrowe11
Andrew Crowe (@AndrewCrowe11) reported from Kings Hill, England

@bt_uk The phone number has been disconnected from the company. It has not been reconnected to my mother-in-law. This is now nearly a week without her phone number. She is 86 years old and lives on her own and is very vulnerable. If anything happens this is really down to you

  • headcornweather
Nick Parnell (@headcornweather) reported from Headcorn, England

@btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

  • mrslring
Laura Ring (@mrslring) reported from Maidstone, England

@bt_uk appalled by the level of service received from you trying to sort out a package for my Dad. Agreed a deal nearly 2 weeks which has been set up incorrectly. Customer service inadequate and now he’s been charged £25 for something we didn’t agree to include

  • lollifloss
Emma brown (@lollifloss) reported from Maidstone, England

Trying to blackmail me into signing a new contract instead of fixing a problem is bad, bad customer service @bt_uk

  • dragonsigns
Dragon Signs (@dragonsigns) reported from Ticehurst, England

@bt_uk Gave up. The automated system refused to accept any of my phone numbers as valid entries. It’s tiresome now, be easier if a uk business call centre was available to business customers. I don’t have time to queue 30mins for no practical help. Quicker to change than get help

  • stubro1970
Stuart B (@stubro1970) reported from Horsmonden, England

@bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

  • KeetchMichael
Michael keetch (@KeetchMichael) reported from Maidstone, England

BT SPORT FOOTBALL COMMENTARY IS ABSOLUTE PISS POOR! @btsport

  • sahara_marathon
Stuart Smith (@sahara_marathon) reported from Leeds, England

@BTCare. How many times should I expect to ask for an envelope to return equipment to you? I’ve requested on three times now with no envelope arriving. Is that normal service?

  • andrea_avena
Andréa Avena (@andrea_avena) reported from Tenterden, England

@bt_uk I could really do without the WIFI dropping constantly in TN30 today, any update on what’s causing the service issues at the moment? #WFHproblems

  • RLocke1984
Richard Locke (@RLocke1984) reported from Tenterden, England

What the hell are the @btsport commentators on about. A foul is a foul. Play should have been stopped. End of. Yes the defending was poor. But the ball should never have been up there.

  • DoctorKoolBeans
Rob Bagley (@DoctorKoolBeans) reported from Maidstone, England

@BTCare my tv signal has been shocking these last two weeks. Think i will switch to someone more reliable like @virginmedia

  • stubro1970
Stuart B (@stubro1970) reported from Horsmonden, England

@bt_uk That would be sensible, in the meantime I guess I'll be paying for a service I'm not getting..

  • AndrewCrowe11
Andrew Crowe (@AndrewCrowe11) reported from Kings Hill, England

  • eventhestarsuk
Even The Stars Music (@eventhestarsuk) reported

@bt_uk hey. Why are you charging me £84 for a package a new customer can now get for £35 and the best price you can offer me is £65 with a 24 month contract? Ripping off long-term customers is a very bad look

  • ThomsonEdwint
    Ed Thomson (@ThomsonEdwint) reported

@JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk We are waiting for Open Reach contractors to repair road surfaces after installing 1 service to a neighbouring property 🙈

  • dannnehhh
    dannnehhh (@dannnehhh) reported

Hi @bt_uk I’ve not been a customer of yours for some time now, however received an SMS and email this morning from yourselves stating my speed trial is ending for my broadband is ending in 7 days. Was this an error?

  • alreetson
    namecantbebrank (@alreetson) reported

@bt_uk She's paying money for this service that she is not getting, do you understand this? That has been ceased without warning of this one line per property policy that was never communicated. What the hell would you do if you encountered similar in your life?

  • Jim5511blue
Jim up the saints 💪 (@Jim5511blue) reported

@bt_uk Just so its out there, when cancelled today I was told if I rejoin BT at a later date I would be put to the back of queue, how absolutely typical of company who gave me start date then could not supply their service even after a month and four days !! Excellent customer care!!!!

  • brian_mcbride1
    Brian McBride (@brian_mcbride1) reported

@bt_uk @DMk03s This all very useful information @bt_uk but spread over so many pages & with 'drop down menus' does for some, with age related problems have problems navigating around the using BT Mobile abroad. Can it all be consolidated to a PDF to download & read at leisure?

  • jackbwater
    jackbwater (@jackbwater) reported

@mizmuggle @bt_uk Now router says "connected" (an improvement) but internet doesn't work 'cos the DNS IP address the router is getting is wrong. Can't even ping the DNS IP 81.139.56.100 No option to set DNS from BT Router! Changing DNS IP locally , to 8.8.8.8/4.4.4.4 and internet works.

  • caffrey_simon
    Simon Caffrey (@caffrey_simon) reported

@WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk 3/ I say again there is an Openreach network fault on Portland but you are not listening. The quote from @Starlink is on its way!

  • JHNaismith
    James (Jim) Naismith (@JHNaismith) reported

Usually optimistic on technological progress so disappointed broadband speed being > halved to 67Mbps next month by @bt_uk. @virginmedia can’t fix their “blocked duct” at front door, not good advert for uk infrastructure, I live in Jericho, central Oxford, not remote Highlands.
