@btsport coverage is absolutely terrible… blackout screen constantly. Shocking technology

  • andrea_avena Andréa Avena (@andrea_avena) reported from Tenterden, England

@bt_uk I could really do without the WIFI dropping constantly in TN30 today, any update on what’s causing the service issues at the moment? #WFHproblems

  • lollifloss Emma brown (@lollifloss) reported from Maidstone, England

Trying to blackmail me into signing a new contract instead of fixing a problem is bad, bad customer service @bt_uk

  • RLocke1984 Richard Locke (@RLocke1984) reported from Tenterden, England

What the hell are the @btsport commentators on about. A foul is a foul. Play should have been stopped. End of. Yes the defending was poor. But the ball should never have been up there.

  • stubro1970 Stuart B (@stubro1970) reported from Horsmonden, England

@bt_uk That would be sensible, in the meantime I guess I'll be paying for a service I'm not getting..

  • headcornweather Nick Parnell (@headcornweather) reported from Headcorn, England

@btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

  • mrslring Laura Ring (@mrslring) reported from Maidstone, England

@bt_uk appalled by the level of service received from you trying to sort out a package for my Dad. Agreed a deal nearly 2 weeks which has been set up incorrectly. Customer service inadequate and now he’s been charged £25 for something we didn’t agree to include

  • dragonsigns Dragon Signs (@dragonsigns) reported from Ticehurst, England

@bt_uk Gave up. The automated system refused to accept any of my phone numbers as valid entries. It’s tiresome now, be easier if a uk business call centre was available to business customers. I don’t have time to queue 30mins for no practical help. Quicker to change than get help

  • sahara_marathon Stuart Smith (@sahara_marathon) reported from Leeds, England

@BTCare. How many times should I expect to ask for an envelope to return equipment to you? I’ve requested on three times now with no envelope arriving. Is that normal service?

  • stubro1970 Stuart B (@stubro1970) reported from Horsmonden, England

@bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

  • AndrewCrowe11 Andrew Crowe (@AndrewCrowe11) reported from Kings Hill, England

@bt_uk The phone number has been disconnected from the company. It has not been reconnected to my mother-in-law. This is now nearly a week without her phone number. She is 86 years old and lives on her own and is very vulnerable. If anything happens this is really down to you

  • DoctorKoolBeans Rob Bagley (@DoctorKoolBeans) reported from Maidstone, England

@BTCare my tv signal has been shocking these last two weeks. Think i will switch to someone more reliable like @virginmedia

  • KeetchMichael Michael keetch (@KeetchMichael) reported from Maidstone, England

BT SPORT FOOTBALL COMMENTARY IS ABSOLUTE PISS POOR! @btsport

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • SilveryMane AJP (@SilveryMane) reported

@bt_uk DM sent. This loss of landline is causing huge problems. Phone stopped working yesterday afternoon. Thanks

  • OrbitCarrot OrbitCarrot - The Remote Creative Web Agency (@OrbitCarrot) reported

@btbusinesscare Hey, we moved premises awhile back and moved our BT Business across - it seems that our static IP is no longer working as it seems to be on a different dynamic IP address each time we reset the network. Please can you help look into this for us?

  • rachaelb157 Rachael Bartlett (@rachaelb157) reported

@bt_uk I have sent. I’m being told I have to wait until 20th for Open Reach engineer - Open Reach are owned by BT so why can’t you escalate it? I’ve already waited 10 days, now I have to wait another 4. Local FB groups are saying BT issues in the area but your app says not

  • iNerdz_Jip Jip - IsolatedNerdz (@iNerdz_Jip) reported

@bt_uk First company to actually give me a way of checking any sort of timeline ... Still AGES away though which doesn't help.

  • mattrogowski Matt Rogowski (@mattrogowski) reported

@bt_uk My internet has been down all morning, and your estimated fix is midday tomorrow which is outrageous. I'm unable to work until then. How much compensation will be payable for this?

  • david_fink David Fink (@david_fink) reported

@bt_uk just DM’ed you a query about my bill - seems to be massively higher than expected and not reflect any of the account changes I made last month. Pls can you help? Thanks!

  • jamclarkey James (@jamclarkey) reported

@mrsunnymatharu @bt_uk To expand the BT Smart Hub 2 phone port is a ata like interface. BT's Digital Voice service requires the use of the smart hub 2 as that has specific config and implementation securely inside. If you want to have a non DV phone elsewhere then you you would require the DV adaptor.

  • CallieScarlett 🐾🐎🐕🐾 (@CallieScarlett) reported

@bt_uk Is there a problem with signal in East Cornwall this morning. My signal keeps dropping out completely then jumps back up to full signal for a few seconds before dropping out again?

  • NeilinChicago Cathy Willems (@NeilinChicago) reported

@bt_uk engineer came to setup broadband. Couldn’t do it. BT solution was to cancel my order. Order couldn’t be cancelled by system - has been raised to DI team for manual cancel, told can take 5 days. Only then can re-process order. What is escalation process?

  • LuluFfc Claire (@LuluFfc) reported

@bt_uk just received a call from 01702353011 telling me there is a problem with my Internet claiming to be from BT. Please can you advise.
