    @bt_uk Gave up. The automated system refused to accept any of my phone numbers as valid entries. It’s tiresome now, be easier if a uk business call centre was available to business customers. I don’t have time to queue 30mins for no practical help. Quicker to change than get help

    What the hell are the @btsport commentators on about. A foul is a foul. Play should have been stopped. End of. Yes the defending was poor. But the ball should never have been up there.

    @bt_uk The phone number has been disconnected from the company. It has not been reconnected to my mother-in-law. This is now nearly a week without her phone number. She is 86 years old and lives on her own and is very vulnerable. If anything happens this is really down to you

    @btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

    @bt_uk appalled by the level of service received from you trying to sort out a package for my Dad. Agreed a deal nearly 2 weeks which has been set up incorrectly. Customer service inadequate and now he’s been charged £25 for something we didn’t agree to include

    @bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

    @btbusinesscare So here we are almost a month later and @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare are really proving their incompetence. Still no broadband. All talk and apologies. No action. Hopeless. Never will I choose them again.

    @bt_uk terrible service - on your recommended we switched to digital phones, as a result we’ve not had a full working landline for over 10 weeks and none seems fussed about fixing it - need a working landline urgently for elderly mother to contact us - how do we escalate this?!?

    @bt_uk Wireless. It’s absolutely terrible. It affect my ability to generally search things on the internet, the stream football, music and do Zoom/teams meetings.

    @bt_uk So because I’ve gotten 470 ONCE in an entire week, it doesn’t class as a fault? That’s absolutely pathetic. Had more problems with this than i did in 9 years with Virgin, the sooner they get in this area the better👍🏻👍🏻
