@btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

@bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

@bt_uk She's currently still in A&E fighting for her life, so asking for her BT customer number isn't a priority sorry! The fault is with numerous properties in CF44 9HA. Pull your socks up, accept responsibility and repair the fault!.... Other vulnerable customers are also at risk!

sorry to put this here but it seems to be the only thing @bt_uk care about. the lack of service from @bt_uk is a disgrace, order in oct 22 takes until jan to go live. work for a week then cut off and the broadband element removed from account no one knows why.
