@bt_uk Yes Paula I have reported it but theres no engineer available until 2/8, my fault ref is VOL055-416379784342, seems so many residents locally have the same problem, I think one engineer could fix all the problems in one visit

  • stubro1970 Stuart B (@stubro1970) reported from Horsmonden, England

@bt_uk That would be sensible, in the meantime I guess I'll be paying for a service I'm not getting..

  • headcornweather Nick Parnell (@headcornweather) reported from Headcorn, England

@btsport @bt After leaving BT Sport I've been hounded with multiple retention calls every day for the past week. As discussed with management this has now been reported to the regulator. Never again will I consider taking BT Sport services.

@bt_uk Closing in on 4 weeks after installation, and still no fibre. After 7 calls to BT and given multiple promises of completion, or at least “callback” updates - I’m still sat here with nothing. This is a joke. Im not calling anymore, so I’m hoping this will help

  • atarifari Stephen Crae (@atarifari) reported

@bt_uk Crap, don’t touch with a barge pole

  • HollyStaveley Holly (@HollyStaveley) reported

@bt_uk @John_McKee Did you manage to sort it out as I’m having the same problem. Well my hybrid connect has all blue lights. The signal lights should be white but for reason they are staying blue. I’ve got no where with BT either.

  • Jordkendall Jordan Kendall (@Jordkendall) reported

@SlothBracelet @btsport @btsportfootball They have a monthly pass for £25 and you can cancel it anytime

  • scottymeuk Scott Robertson (@scottymeuk) reported

@bt_uk hey. Having issues with FTTH at the moment, are there known issues in Newcastle? Getting less than 100Mbps, when it’s usually consistently 960Mbps.

  • bigdan89 Daniel Blundell (@bigdan89) reported

@btsport Will that come with no price increase for customer for 3 years too!!!

  • SimonWilsdon Zulu (@SimonWilsdon) reported

@btsport Does that mean for the next 3 year, we have to put up with the same crap 20 year-old format from the same 2 broadcasters?

  • TheTownKitchen1 Jill Martin World Champion Pasty Winner (@TheTownKitchen1) reported

@bt_uk As new customers your openreach engineer has made a mess of our installation to the front of our home & damage on 30th April 2021 trying to get BT to get the engineer back to put things right is a complete nightmare & is now making me feel very ill!

  • KernowChris Christopher Rowe (@KernowChris) reported

@MarcAllera @btsport Shame that you're not committed to spending big on the service and are still colluding in supporting the dominant UK service. I'd expected more, much more and BT to be the leading UK Sports Broadcaster by now. Surrender seems the mantra.
