@bt_uk YOU ARE JOKING. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVE EVER REVIVED. YOU HAVE TURNED OFF ALL OUR COMMUNICATIONS WITH NO AUTHORITY FROM US. WE HAVE PAID FOR ALL OUR SERVICES AND YOU HAVE JUST TURNED THEM OFF.

@bt_uk this is hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. So we are moving house in January and apparently the people moving into our house have switched the line to theirs? with no communication on to us? And THEY HAVENT MOVED YET.

@bt_uk Award for WORST service!We have been trying unsuccessfully to get fibre into our new home. BT unable to coordinate this. Cut us off. Made promises they didn't deliver.Charged us for service not provided. We need decent broadband for two IT professionals working from home.

For anyone looking for providers, @bt_uk have been the WORST for as long as we have been with them. And now, they have turned off our internet, when we are in the middle of trying to sort a house move, 3 days before Christmas and have given the line to sky?
