    @Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

    @bt_uk I have been trying to make a formal complaint with your your customer service team but making no headway. Unauthorized charges which were disputed were added to my account after closure and further sold on to a credit collection agency. I need this dealt with ASAP!!!

    @bt_uk are losing a customer if they keep me waiting for internet and TV much longer. Activation is on the 2nd may but then how long until I get an engineer 😡. Another two weeks?!? 😡😡

    @virginmedia Your customer service is pointless and unhelpful, I’ve been without broadband and tv for weeks now, after numerous attempts to contact you I get cut off (which they warn you may happen and take your phone number to call you back which they don’t) @bt_uk new customer?

    @bt_uk Thank you, it didn’t help but we discovered the reason it wouldn’t list our details because it was a business ac (not that the website told us that, it just kept saying try later) We spent 1.5 hours on the phone sorting it out. I appreciate you following up, thank you

    @bt_uk this is really poor to have this thrust upon me; I’m already a @SkyMediaUK customer. I don’t need another contract. Where the cancellation fee is now in excess of £300.

    @bt_uk Hi, why am I able to cancel my internet (due to the price hikes) and then rejoin as a new customer on the original lower rate I was on anyway. It just seems like a lot of messing around!
