@Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

@bt_uk my Wi-fi hub keeps turning orange for no reason. Went down last night for hours and it’s just done it again now. Talk talk used to do this for weeks on end and I never had Wi-fi so I really hope this isn’t talk talk 2.0 or I’ll lose my mind

@bt_uk Having extremely poor up and down link speeds. Never got a date of when fibre would be available and now moved to Virgin which I should have gone 2/3 years ago. Service is now excellent and what I need to be able to work from home.

@tomcsmith @bt_uk Wow, sorry you had a crappy experience. Glad you got sorted with BT. Customer service really has lost its meaning for too many profit hungry companies.

@bt_uk You can't help any more. I have to put up with it. Wondered why website assumed I was a new customer. Same thing applies with other sites that want some verification incl @BBCNews that asks if I have a TV Licence when I signed in yesterday and told them I did.
