why are #lfctv @btsport moaning again because Liverpool didn’t win. Come on @mrjakehumphrey it’s getting ridiculous now the amount of support you show as a presenter. Shouldn’t it be a bit more balanced. They have had more pens than any team in the prem this season #giveitarest

@bt_uk No that’s not the issue, the issue is that no matter how any device is connected, if one device is streaming video using YouTube, Netflix etc even on low resolution 480p for example, it causes huge spikes in online gaming. Many customers are facing it and it’s in media attention

Well @SkyHelpTeam , @bt_uk & @WeAreOpenreach you have all contributed to an awful customer experience moving from Sky to BT. Day 2 of no broadband and no idea when I’ll be reconnected. Errors at every turn and left to me to resolve #hopeless

@bt_uk Hello, is there an issue with Wi-Fi? Not working in house, rebooted router 3 times and still solid orange line. Would ring but unfortunately BT put our landlines through the router so our phone doesn’t work either!!

Wanted to switch my bb provider and mobile network. Turns out my preferred choice of a @bt_uk and @EE package deal were dashed when I found out the broadband speed in my area is generated by a tortoise on a hamster wheel.

@bt_uk This doesn't help me though does it. I'm paying a bill for full Internet st home including nt fibre and You've disconnected me so now I don't have full use? I shouldn't even have to pay.
