@bt_uk Highly likely due to yesterday's thunderstorm, I noticed this morning my landline phone in Talsarnau isn't working. Have spoken with neighbors and they have same problem. Intriguingly my broadband is working.

@bt_uk No that’s not the issue, the issue is that no matter how any device is connected, if one device is streaming video using YouTube, Netflix etc even on low resolution 480p for example, it causes huge spikes in online gaming. Many customers are facing it and it’s in media attention

@bt_uk absolutely shocking customer service. Endless calls, 2 pointless visits topped by being told that no one will call us back about our complaint because “managers don’t work like that” then refused to log complaint unless he could mark it as resolved on the same call!

My internet is still flakey but @bt_uk are fixing it now (there's been a number of complex faults & bad luck). I recommend messaging them on social media. They got me in touch with the right people in the company & it seems to be a good & decent social media team running it.

@MarcusRashford @GlassHalfFull75 @btsport Problem is, who defines "Hate" e.g. just seen a Tweet that says I must have pronouns in my bio, or I an anti-Trans. Now as a Sikh, my religion has issues with such pronouns - so you could say, either I am directing hate, or that is hate directed at me and my faith.

@BT_uk broadband has gone down in my area and they're estimating it won't be fixed until Friday. To their credit they have turned on the mini hub thing but the connection is pure poverty.
