    Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

    @bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

    @bt_uk Thanks for the advice but I am not wasting more time, trying to get hold of you. Part of my complaint is the amount of time wasted trying to sort your error out. The onus is on you to show some customer service and have the decency to contact me following my complaint.

    @btbusinesscare Thanks , but no one's been in touch - mind you , could be difficult on a phone system that's not working. Nevertheless , nothing received on e-mail either.

    @bt_uk you are actually useless phones are down in our area when we rung you to tell you you were already aware but can't do anything or update you because the team are off until Thursday what sort of bullshit is that you only got one team to deal with issues

    @CapelLofft Sounds like my work. Conned into renewing our digital landlines with promise of new mobiles for our aging ones for our drivers. once renewed no mobile phones, contact doesnt speak to us and emails unanswered. Absolute rotten service @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare

    BT Business strikes again. Totally unable to provide the service they promised or bill correctly. 2 years of hell at their hands. @btbusinesscare you really don’t. Broken promise after, broken promise.

    @bt_uk If anyone reads this to research whether or not to use BT for broadband, don't use them. Appalling service from all parts of the business that blames openreach. Terrible service from a terrible company.

    @bt_uk @BTCare ever since you have started all this work you have been carrying out in my local area pa2 for months now WiFi signal is rubbish and it buffers a lot more if it's not broken don't touch it so does this mean money back for This was fine b4 this
