@bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk we upgraded our wifi but somehow you've mixed the dates up, cutting our service on 16th nov. we are now without internet until 4th dec and I have a job to do (office is closed). your reps are suggesting we wait until 4th but that cannot be an option. how do i escalate?

@bt_uk You closed our broadband account in error yesterday. We had to set up a new account and have to wait until potentially 4th Dec to be reconnected. Especially during this time, that is absolutely unacceptable. You need to reconnect us immediately, please can someone fix this

@bt_uk unbelievably poor service! Internet cable cut in half by engineer. Teacher, A level student and GCSE student all trying to work from home. No internet! Engineer driven away. BT couldn’t care less.
