    Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

    @bt_uk We got a small EE Hub yesterday, it’s working but download speed etc is dire , BT said they are making the fault a priority and it will be fixed by the 28th Feb , I hope it is as I can’t work with the slow speed of the EE Hub , I will be expecting compensation

    @bt_uk BT A quick update Hello, Your reference: VOL013-752386245116 my complaint closed without any resolution, explanation or allowing me to reply! Very strange behaviour by the personal - not happy about 14% increase applied on the whole amount when 12 line rental paid in advance!

    @bt_uk absolutely sham I didn’t enter a contract and started it a year ago feb with tv and broadband to be told in may I app called and started a contract when I infact didn’t what a absolute scam when the wifi has been broken for 6+ months always slow and dnt watch telly

    @bt_uk We’ve been on numerous calls and chats with BT and the answer is that it’s not your problem as @DisneyPlusHelp should just ‘know’ which ranges of dynamic IP addresses you use in the UK. Disney say they need a list from BT (tech team to tech team) to update their whitelist.
