Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk nothing but constant drop outs and unstable connection. Looking online only way to improve is to buy a £100 set of booster discs? Must be some other solution, anything you can do?

@bt_uk Can you hear the screams of frustration🤬 ?How did a simple request to update our broadband and landline package end in NO internet, NO landline and our number of 25 years standing being cancelled???? Utterly awful service, hours being passed from pillar to post..

@bt_uk I’m residential & yes constant spam, I’ve tried blocking them & still coming through, it seems that it’s an overall issue with BT as lots of complaints about it.
