I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

Send to their executive office for escalation. This is the exact reason I no longer have a bb contract. Had issues with 2 many providers. Now use pp SIM in 5g router
