    @bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

    Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

    @bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

    @bt_uk This does not help@people who have a residential account but a non UK Apple App Store account . There are people who have BT broadband in this circumstance plus those who are temporarily resident or travelling . How to check firmware ?

    @England @bt_uk Tonight England achieved nothing. The tactics were poor if not consistent. We didn't play to our players strength. Why can't we be a team that wants to win every tournament? ?

    @bt_uk having bother using bt mobile on the Isle of Man. I have enabled roaming on the phone but phone just reports no service. Any ideas appreciated.

    @UKAirband It’s now 7 weeks and counting… my issue has still not been fixed and I’m still receiving substandard performance and customer service support. Should have stayed with @bt_uk

    Hoping that our issue can be resolved today. Our contact remains available to take a call at any time. Not sure what happened yesterday as no call made? Come on @bt_uk please sort this out and get our landline back up and running. We need it sorting NOW!
