I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

Service is due to start on 17/6 but I learn that I can use the app to start before, i.e. today? The order doesn't show in the app & if I search for order + post code it claims they're incorrect. Even though I told them to leave the date booked, please let me know how I can cancel broadband and I’ll use someone else.

I have 2 other set top boxes of better quality without contract and this is the only one with contract but of poor quality.

Also, the diagnostic page just timing out is also an issue that needs fixed. Thanks for the number though, very helpful I knowing what is happening.
