  Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

  @bt_uk been a bt broadband customer since 2006, my contract is up. My fibre costs twice a new customer? Mobile costs far more than similar deals with same GB, tried to get “My Offers” but it’s not working ?

  @MarcAllera @bt_uk Help. Appointment today for Full Fibre to be fitted. Items received, email confirmation and update for fitment today. No one turned up no one called. On with customer service for 30 mins no answer. Someone pls DM me to get this resolved. Just so poor.
