@bt_uk any television, telephone or broadband I've now been told they are coming Friday to just set up the phone line, I've never known anything as ridiculous, I'm at home most of the week because of my disability and rely on these to keep in contact with the outside Parmstrong

@bt_uk If only I did get help

Edward J Plum (@Eddie_Plum) reported
@bt_uk Sorry, but that's untrue. Websites and apps think I'm in Northern Ireland, so I get adverts for "local" services in Belfast which aren't relevant and when I want to find my nearest retailer, it's an Irish one and the one down the road is 200 miles away. It's bad service.

anne pickering (@anne_pickering) reported
@bt_uk so my broadband went down at 14.46 and my modem is flashing purple. When I go online to the service checker it says there is a problem in my area. So why when I check the service checker on the my bt app does it say there are no problems.

Edward J Plum (@Eddie_Plum) reported
@bt_uk Thanks for the reply, but it's been a Northern Ireland address for months. Potentially since the service was connected, judging by the Irish ads and bizarre map directions. Also, shouldn't I get a geographically correct IP regardless of how they're allocated?

DAVID GILLANDERS (@MINISR) reported
@bt_uk 20 Kepplestone Gds AB154DH trying to get Fibre went on to Open Reach web site and it says it’s available then BT tell me no it’s not it’s a crap service
-
Wizz (@Wizz57058652) reported
@bt_uk Yes but you dont offer full fibre in Grimsby/my area, with no plans to before 2026 (the year the rollout plan goes up to) Which is kinda stupid given I live in one of the most populated areas in Grimsby yet areas of less than 200 ppl are/will be getting it before end next year

Helen McWalter (@helenpegg) reported
@bt_uk I’ve tried dealing with customer service 3 times, now saying can’t speak to Openreach until Friday and if they try before then @BTSopenreach won’t speak to them and if I phone them they’ll just put the phone down on me

Kirsty Mattinson (@RoseandWillow7) reported
@HDockProject @bt_uk Same here, been down since Friday with intermittent wifi. No wifi at all now. Rung BT countless times with all people we’ve spoke to saying different things. Latest is it will be fixed on Friday!! Not good enough @bt_uk you’re an absolute shambles
