    Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

    @janesalmon @bt_uk What is causing the issue. Is it your actual internet connection speed or the hub? From my experience the best place for by hub is in the bin. They are shite.

    @btsport I know you need a second subscription if you have a second sky box in the household, but if we don’t watch sport on the main box, is there anyway to cancel it on there and set it up on the 2nd box only? Casting from app isn’t great.

    @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp after 105 days over due order, I can confirm I now finally have BB, don’t think I would never have got here without the intervention of the Twitter @bt_uk team, Customer service via the phone was like talking to brick walls for 4 months. Thanks guys

    @bt_uk Engineers have been sent out 3 times to complete stage 1 works for installation and it’s still not complete. It’s down to miscommunication between yourselves, the engineers and us. The last engineer told us he had completed the work and told you, your people tell us different.

    @btbusinesscare BT’s approach has been shameful! 3 weeks and still no help! Leaving a care company more vulnerable during pandemic! We’re exhausted and feel helpless! Don’t you have a senior manager who can take responsibility & resolve our problem

    @bt_uk 2 weeks after joining you, internet that drops by the min! 3 engineers in 3 days and today’s went to the van at 11am and disappeared!! Complaint ignored, no manager call back as promised. Additional TV box faulty from day 1 and 2 x incorrect replacement boxes sent out!!!
