    @bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

    Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

    @bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

    @btbusinesscare I've been 'reaching out' to BT Business since 28th November (that's OVER FOUR Weeks) and I Still have no Internet. Customer Care has been non existent. I've been passed from dept to dept. Promises to call me back never happen. Star grading 2 out of 10 (and I'm feeling generous)

    @btbusinesscare I am so disappointed with the lack of service I have received. We moved premises on 31/07/25 and to date still no broadband or landline. Disgusting, and you are still charging me monthly which should have been refunded. Your admin is disgraceful also.

    @bt_uk Still no joy. Using both my phone and a desktop. Same issues persists. Happy to keep my existing appointment date but slightly annoying. I’ve made a note of your number, but perhaps this is an issue that needs looking at in the background as well.

    @bt_uk you are actually useless phones are down in our area when we rung you to tell you you were already aware but can't do anything or update you because the team are off until Thursday what sort of bullshit is that you only got one team to deal with issues

    @bt_uk This is not acceptable. You told me to phone you regarding my issue. I tried last night and again this morning on 5 or 6 occasions. I can’t spend the whole day trying to get through. Put more people on the line.

    @btbusinesscare Trying to help elderly neighbour who has fault with her business landline, after she had a new internal box and router fitted. Now no landline! Getting no joy from calling BT. She doesn’t have a mobile or email address and just getting automated responses. HELP!

    @TalkTalk It's @BTCare #Openreach that's the issue. All my neighbours went down and I'm the only TT customer, but everyone's providers are over Openreach. They simply don't give a ****.
