    Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

    @bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

    @bt_uk The faults were reported thd day after the lightening strike. A BT engineer in the area two days afterwards said there were dozens of lines down and there weren't enough repair teams. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I know of four people still without their BT service. Is there more

    @bt_uk is there a know of issue in Norfolk of incorrect numbers being shown when somebody rings. Just phoned my dad with my mobile and he says it showed as a weird set of numbers like like an international call. Happened as well when my brother called him earlier. Also happened

    @bt_uk my internet has dropped to under 7mpbs a number of times over the last month, twice In the last week. When my hub is restarted it seems to fix it, does this mean I need a new hub? I am on Halo package, but what do I need to do to get money back for slow speeds?

    @LillyC2605 @bt_uk It came back on for me at 12am but BT says they are still working on problems so I don’t know whether there’s a risk we might lose it again.

    @bt_uk is anyone gonna bother fixing the issues then or nahhhh? We haven’t had streaming tv or gaming or ANYTHIN all night just been staring at a blank screen! multiple users around the country with the same damn issue why is it not being looked into / fixed???????????

    @bt_uk Urgent-please can you help this is the second GP surgery on the Isle of Wight where their phone lines have failed. Patients can ring in but the staff are unable to pick up and connect. St Helen’s gp practice as we speak. Urgent

    @bt_uk a number of people in the household work remotely, so wifi is essential. the reasoning is irrelevant because the only way we can get a new internet provider is to cancel the cease order

    @bt_uk @mattwarman @SKYbroadbandPH some needs to help us, we have 2 ONT lines into our house and have paid and used them for over 2 years (2 accounts). Being told we cannot have 2 and they have switched one for but we are paying for service via BT and sky nobody can help us
