    @bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

    Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

    After 5 years, goodbye @bt_uk , hello @VodafoneUK Ringing disconnections did not work this time. New service up and running today. So far 5 stars! Thank you @MartinSLewis

    @MartinSLewis @bt_uk Have made it impossible for customers to access the essentials service due to a broken system or false information stored about customers on a database. Thanks for letting us know about it. BT certainly hide it well and it feels don't want customers to know

    @btbusinesscare Please do. I'm told I can only be repaid by cheque for the £2140 you stole from my direct debit. If I had a different line you could treat me differently apparently. Is that legal?
