Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

I moved into my place on the 30th August. Setting up internet was one of the first things I did. It’s now the 18th Sept - I still have no internet, I’ve wasted precious hours of my life on the phone, I’ve paid a ridiculous amount for crap bt hotspots. Sort it out @bt_uk

@BTCare have a problem with my landline, trying to get it checked! Tried texting as suggested but message not sending and Chat is apparently constantly busy!!! Ironic I am unable to contact a communications company!

@dgleesonhistory @btsport @CBSSports At this point I just can’t justify another subscription - I’d be a Gators man myself. What’s disappointing about Sky Sports is I think Reynolds is great but they have the same people on every week. Other issue is the BBC still broadcasts the SB as a sport no-one has seen before.
