Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

@bt_uk taking money from a customer 3 days earlier than the direct debit…that’s classy. Saying hard luck, we will launch an enquiry but not giving money back, even classier. DO NOT go with BT broadband. Can’t wait until contract is up. Poor service when people are struggling.

So begins another week with poor internet from @bt_uk. Over the weekend I learned that many of our neighbours have a similar problem - despite some being with different providers such as @TalkTalk and @SkyHelpTeam. This is Day 5.

@bt_uk Only if you’re able to expedite a fix. Quite a few homes in my local area are impacted by these problems. With so much now of life being managed online, having no internet for days is a major problem for some.

@bt_uk 2 x mini hubs delivered incorrectly within 24hrs despite hours on the phone to BT over the weekend. Unable to work and so forced to use up precious leave. Told this morning to wait 2-3 days for another mini hub, not a happy customer!

@bt_uk @BTGroup I have been waiting over 8 weeks for my broadband to be installation!! Range up to check the status to be told may need another week... So BT literally forgot about customer loyalty.
