    Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

    @bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

    @bt_uk Hey scott, another customer you’re talking to is the same area and says its down until 3am. So Im happy to wait it out as rubbish aa things like this. Do u know who I would call to find my tel number? It wasnt given to me ?

    @bt_uk hi what is the problem with code IPC6019. Been onto your CS done full box and router factory reset and still no broadcast on any Bt Sport channels. Yet Netflix works fine in 4K ? Please advise..
