Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk Well funny you say that as currently they just move one patch to the next and when they do that, someone else has issues no one fixes anything just moves the problems. Mine worked for weeks until the guys were round and boom it’s gone haha too predictable

@bt_uk It if wasn’t for my hybrid I would have had had no internet yesterday and the call centre guy had me old hold for 10 mins while he was “running tests” and then cut me off, my neighbour had the same issues but she has no hybrid so she got a refund on her account nothing for me

@bt_uk The problem isn't something you will be able to help with. One of my Simpler Networks powerline adapters stopped working. Totally dead. Probably the fuse. I removed the four screws to check but it still won't open. I wanted to know if there's a catch, or a fifth screw I missed.
