Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk Wow! Takes 2 days to respond to a tweet, so that means I will be on hold for 2 weeks on the phone to speak to Raj in India who won't be able to help me, then pass me to Joe bloggs and wait on hold for another month #TerribleCompany #PoorService

@bt_uk No BT I am not renewing my contract with you and paying more for a 300mb service that's only 50mb faster than what I have when you are offering new customers a 900mb service for less than I currently pay. How about you treat existing customers fairly for a change?

@bt_uk update since my call with your team (all v friendly & helpful) to confirm an error & an engineer will be out to fix the issue by 25 NOVEMBER. 5 DAYS! We were offered free hotspot usage for these days however, not one single one reaches my flat. So null, void & useless
