@bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk on Wednesday you couldnt upgrade our atrocious broadband because the engineer didn't have a modem to connect. 3 days later we have the modem and it doesn't work. I've now been on hold for 40 minutes. This is awful and I want to leave #LetMePlayProClubs
