@bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

@bt_uk Hey there, no not fixed yet. It saying I will be resolved in 80 days which is totally unacceptable considering we are ment to be work from home and cannot go to work. It will be helpful if a more realistic date of fix be given.

@btsportfootball gives viewers an option to switch off crowd noise, but what a shame we cannot switch off commentators! Darren Fletcher must be the worst commentator in the game, reciting a string of pointless statistics, occasionally interspersed with match commentary! #btsport

@bt_uk He's being told there's no issue with the network, & an engineer has been booked (again). However, the last engineer was sent in Dec when the phone line was cracking. They reset the line from the box & refused to enter the house. Told him to "call when covid is over". How cruel.
