@bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk @Sheffieldlady1 Lol so they say. Yet I phoned 4 times to cancel and they failed to cancel. Just said the system won’t let us and then they would phone me back but never. Money grabbing thieves !

@bt_uk 2/2 hotspot in the meantime. Very unimpressed with the service and since my charges have just increased - and other providers are cheaper- you’re going to have to do quite a lot of work to retain my custom. An immediate (ie today) 4g hub would be a start.

@bt_uk I will do if nothing arrives Monday but DMs won't help anything. Gas pipe was an accident but sending the wrong box and then taking 3 working days to dispatch the right box is just poor and you should know that.
