    @bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

    Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dadโ€™s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Canโ€™t see an option to order another one

    @bt_uk someone has usurped your service providing to me and you dealt with it using poor communication with insufficient information for anything to be done.... i shouldnt have to spend 4-8 hours each month ensuring you did your job. a job which btw i did in my 20s without mistakes.

    @bt_uk I donโ€™t have an account with BT though, Iโ€™m with Sky, but theyโ€™re not updating, and itโ€™s Openreach that are supposedly fixing this problem and then updating Sky! So I need to contact Openreach!

    Update on the @bt_uk fiasco. After 48 years as a customer Iโ€™m told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. The new residents take over the line in 8 days so BT will be paid twice. Thereโ€™s a name for that. Fraud.

    @WolfofX There is no back up in an emergency now. @bt_uk ripped out the copper wire so no oneโ€™s landlines work in a power cut now. Motivated by greed. Love this story.

    @s_starrr6 @bt_uk @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

    @bt_uk They've already told me nobody can help with why my broadband order is delayed because they're closed today. And apparently it's a bank holiday in England tomorrow so they can't help tomorrow either. Fobbed off, couldn't get me off the phone quick enough.
