Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt @BTCare @bt_global They looked at my account and then confirmed they don't care. Amazingly the support dept is not customer facing and will not talk to me so I am stuffed. Zero support and help for a BT labelled product which they sell called BTcloud??? Bad people.

here is my problem in a world where @btsport and @SkySportsPL televise these competitions and let the players split a $40000 pot you are going to get people looking up to them and wanting what they have so when i come along and say kids start playing when you cheat you are .....

@bt_uk nearly every occasion I use Mybt it states restart and I have to log in with BT ID and password . I have deleted and downloaded the app , cleared cache etc but problem still exists. Other people have commented that they have same problem ...is it being sorted. Cheers
