I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

When can we at least hear some updates! This is just getting extremely silly! We now think Openreach don’t know how to fix it! 😑

It feels like a trap.

pst (@sliverlodeone) reported@bt_uk Yes. I’ve just spent 1.5 hours on the phone to a BT guide, for the 4th time in the last 2 months to try and get my issue resolved. After many hours of troubleshooting, with the same processes undertaken by multiple guides you are finally sending an engineer out. Awful service.
