I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

Mail just recd; it’ll arrive Weds & seems 2b the same as I have! Meanwhile I’m w/out internet & paying 4 the privilege.
