Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

@bt_uk No thanks, I don’t think there’ll be much you can do. If Lynette in your CEO #PhilipJansen @BT_UK Executive Customer Resolution Team can’t sort it - she has all my details and couldn’t resolve it other than to say ‘phones are in the post’(which they have been for 2 weeks now!)

@bt_uk not a great start as a customer . Company cancelled contract did not inform me then you told sky who we was with your taking over it today so they cancelled it now house as no Wi-Fi great how am I ment to business

@bt_uk New to Twitter so please excuse my lack of knowledge. I'm a new customer waiting to get my broadband connected. Is it normal for a BT customer service person to suggest flagging down a BT van when I see one in my street to get me connected?

@bt_uk called BT cust serv depart re: an incorrect final bill 4-5 times. Each time 2 hold for ages & to argue till I'm told I don't owe anything & it will be removed from my account. Today received the bill again!! been on chat 4 1hour with someone who now tells me they cant help

Having cancelled #BTSport and being told I had a month left, they cut it off immediately! Having then said they’ll refund that month, they’ve now deducted £14 for an early cancellation charge!!! Unbelievably bad service on three calls. So fed up with them.

@btsport I’ve just waited 45mins to get through to one of your customer service reps about cancelling my subscription and she couldn’t hear me! She was called Helen, my phone wasn’t on mute and I could hear her perfectly well. She hung up. What a rubbish service
