Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

@bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

🚨ISP HELP🚨 With @bt_uk and we get 15mbps download speed, all well and good. HOWEVER, to stream successfully - a 2mbps upload speed is abysmal. Any help from anyone would be appreciated 😭

@bt_uk How do you lot sleep at night? You expect me to pay nearly £600 because you say I'm breaking my contract. I told you to cancel the contract when I was still in my cooling off period! Your calls are recorded, so why don't you find the recording?
