Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk Hi Matt, thanks for getting back to me. I keep getting International (mostly West Africa) numbers ringing my mobile then ringing off. I'm blocking them as they happen, but they use different numbers. I thought it would be a simple solution. Oh well.

@bt_uk I’ll tell you whats occurring ..... my internet service is third world standard.... yesterday slow 1.8 download speed yesterday afternoon no phone NOW NO phone AND no internet THAT is what’s occurring 🤬🤬🤬🤬 government says work from home

@bt_uk Morning! We’re having major issues trying to get connected to BT. Spent ages on phone last night only to be cut off - twice. Our order been cancelled and no one knows why. O/reach due to come on 16th but I don’t know what’s happening and at the end of my tether. Help!!
