Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

@bt_uk @leeh24 Do BT realise that more phone companies like Apple will move over to e-Sims, what are BT playing at? Customers should be allowed to carry over BT Mobile contract to EE and get the e-Sim. Why make this a customers problem?

@BTCare Please help!! We had a new broadband and phone line installed last Friday! The engineer did not check if service working in our business property! Please send an engineer to fix asap as affecting our business.
