Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk Been trying to order TV and broadband since Dec 11th. TV finally sorted last week but still no broadband. Callbacks from complaints case management are being promised but not being made. How can I talk to the person managing the complaint?

@bt_uk Every time we call it’s a different team member who says they’ll call back in 24hrs and they don’t. The latest excuse was that it was an OpenReach problem but we were under the impression that was all sorted before the last appointment (which the engineer missed Feb 3)
