Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

@bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

@bt_uk I've been talking with openreach and they insist the network is in place and that the fault is with yourselves. I can't believe how unorganised this all is. Its as if the two companies have never done this before. Can you please get someone to contact openreach and look into it?

@bt_uk All I wanted is to use this platform to let you know your mobile department has got issues which needs to be sorted ASAP. Also I wanted to spread the info that BT is so keen to sell mobiles but not so keen to accept the returns within 14 days cooling period!
