I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

Over 3hrs on hold yesterday and nothing was fixed. And then told today the app would start working and I'm still getting the same error message!

No apology, and if I don’t agree to this and decide to just go to another provider I will be billed £300 for a broken contract..

I read on one of the BT Community forums that the addition of a wi-fi extender into the network can cause this issue... that would make sense as I’ve recently bought one (a BT model incidentally). Can you offer any advice if that’s the cause?
