    @bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

    Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

    @ukvaporizer @bt_uk Well it's been fixed now mate but I'm only getting 5mb/s, not entirely worth the £52.99 I'm paying. Speaking to our new neighbors they have had the same issue and have swapped over to 4g broadband and are getting upto 60mb/s so probably gonna go down that route and cancel BT.

    @bt_uk The issue was that they fail to recognise me as the account holder, even though all details were transferred into my name over two years ago.

    @Team_M_T @bt_uk 💯 facts! We in the same boat, I joined over a week ago and haven't had no services ever since! @BT_uk what's the point in boasting about call answering stats, let's talk about KPI's measured against service delivery!

    @bt_uk I am an existing customer.. trying to upgrade my broadband package... How difficult can it be... first I'm told I cannot have something, then I can... call disconnects.. try again.. part complete the order.. call disconnects.. no callback.. try again... So fed up!

    @bt_uk Since July 2020 I've suffered 80 line drops - in clusters of up to 6. Open Reach blamed me. Visiting BT site and reporting line drops where I found analysis, my speed drastically increased from 6 Mbps to 46Mbps Don't blame the customer unreasonably. We do need to know why.

    @bt_uk so bt cancel my contract because people across the road cannot read their own address and now I have to get a whole new 24 month contract and wait until Jan 6th to be connected...poor service! might involve ofcom

    @bt_uk Yes please. Had my scheduled call back today which I missed. The voicemail asked if our internet is working ok? We don’t have a line connected to the house so it’s not working as expected of course! Didn’t have a spare hour to call back, happy to discuss via DM
