Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

Think if I were Klopp I'd of lost me rag in that sky interview after the match. I probably would of knocked the little **** head of a reporter out @btsport do you get your interviewers to knowingly anger managers to the point of them snapping? Pricks

@bt_uk currently getting 7mb download and supposed to be guaranteed 100mb. Nothing has changed with my setup. Website says there's no issue and I'm getting 140mb. I'm not. What next?

What a shambles @bt_uk customer service is spent 4 hours on the phone and they still haven’t sorted the problem. Shocking. Anyone else have bother getting them to sort stuff ?
