Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

@bt_uk @btsport my BT Sport hasn't come back on since I paid the bill this morning. I then agreed to upgrade my package to the VIP with broadband and fear this is causing it to not come back. Please help

@trevor8sinclair @btsport that is how you do an impartial game even tho they threw that wanna be scouser on the panel, comms correct and to the point and had to wait all of 3 minutes to hear about Pickford ending vvd career and Liverpool’s problems at centre back, I’d actually not heard.....

@btsport bought your monthly pass, money got taken from account straight away but in the last 94 minutes ai have bot received the confirmation email or got through to Cust service. Your ad specifically said 5 minutes!! #falseadvertising and zero customer service??
