@bt_uk @btsport my BT Sport hasn't come back on since I paid the bill this morning. I then agreed to upgrade my package to the VIP with broadband and fear this is causing it to not come back. Please help

Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk @btsport please cancel my agreement to change my broadband and tv to you. I'm staying with Sky. Absolutely disgraceful service. Over 3hrs on hold yesterday and nothing was fixed. And then told today the app would start working and I'm still getting the same error message!

@bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

@bt_uk well this just shows how bad you service really what a pile of s**t. Full fibre installed 1/11 doesn’t work orders new router , comes still not working now have engineer booked for today, DOESNT TURN UP now booked for 15/11. Is this how you keep customers ?

@bt_uk my 84 year old mother has been without a landline since 5th Sept. After numerous complaints I am sending this tweet as a last resort. Please Please Please can someone help fix this problem. Phones are a life line for older people.

@EE well after 1 cube engineer and 2x @WeAreOpenreach im no closer to getting sorted wish i had never left @bt_uk at least there service was consistent im paying for 1gig full fibre and lucky to get 500mbps down and 50mbps thats half what i should be getting #ofcom

@bt_uk well what a complete pile of s**t you are come to fit full fibre on 1/11 engineer can’t get it to work Sara it’s the router orders new one comes still not working , rebook engineer for today , don’t turn up phone 150 they say it’s a system fault ! Rebook engineer for 15/11

@bt_uk im having issues i bought hotspot access due to my wifi hub breaking but it says the signal is weak and i cant use it and im trying to get it refunded and having no replys can someone please help
