    @bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

    @bt_uk @btsport my BT Sport hasn't come back on since I paid the bill this morning. I then agreed to upgrade my package to the VIP with broadband and fear this is causing it to not come back. Please help

    Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

    @bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

    @bt_uk @btsport please cancel my agreement to change my broadband and tv to you. I'm staying with Sky. Absolutely disgraceful service. Over 3hrs on hold yesterday and nothing was fixed. And then told today the app would start working and I'm still getting the same error message!

    ******* are on the ball tonight. Streams being shut down as soon as they pop up. Been on the phone 4 times to @btsportufc @btsport today and still haven't got it working so have no other option but to illegally stream!! #UFC254

    @btsport @bt_uk I set up BT Sport on my Sky at midnight,and it said it should be on in 15 minutes,but could take 4 hours. Its been nearly 15? Please help

    @bt_uk I only have BT Sport on 1 box and I can't log into the app. You have taken £65 off me today and I don't have full service. Please sort it!!!

    @bt_uk We’re still having to reset the router three - four times a day, she keeps losing internet on her mobile phone. Internet fails to respond until it’s been on for a while on the desktop. Feels like the routers outdated and she’s just updated her agreement contracts. Poor signal.

    @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp we’re on our third week with no Wi-Fi - your customer service is absolutely disgusting. Repeatedly told an engineer is working on a fix and every time we pass the broken box outside there’s no one to be seen. What do you do all day?

    @bt_uk Continuing again not good enough.Come on surely me n my Neighbour up the road should be priority n not sometime this week n if not by dec12th I have phone again.come on BT n Openreach.I was told I was a special customer n this happens.Come on ty.

    @bt_uk The service with EE but we’ve been told that it’s a BT phone line therefore they’re the ones that will be fixing it as it’s an external fault. We’ve been told nearly every day since 24/11/22 that an engineer would be out but they keep postponing to the next day.
