Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

@bt_uk @btsport please cancel my agreement to change my broadband and tv to you. I'm staying with Sky. Absolutely disgraceful service. Over 3hrs on hold yesterday and nothing was fixed. And then told today the app would start working and I'm still getting the same error message!

@bt_uk @btsport my BT Sport hasn't come back on since I paid the bill this morning. I then agreed to upgrade my package to the VIP with broadband and fear this is causing it to not come back. Please help

@IsabelOakeshott @bt_uk ..but the service has not improved by 9%... Broadband should have a single price for everyone. Once the infrastructure is set up it should be a single UK wide price. Too much marketing spend by current suppliers

@SketchLisa @bt_uk Lisa. Get a MIFI unit (battery type) and a 4/5G sim card (on strongest network near you) far cheaper and likely faster. Take it wherever you go.

2022 and cannot play a game of FIFA via wireless in the UK without masses of lag. Poor servers @EASPORTSFIFA and poor internet @bt_uk We really accept awful quality in this country.

@bt_uk When I became a customer my stay fast was 32mbps. After screenshotting the significant drop in speeds, an engineer came out and told me it was my hardware. New network cable, same awful speeds, and now my stay fast is 26, *just* under what I'm now getting. 2/10 service.
