    @bt_uk @btsport please cancel my agreement to change my broadband and tv to you. I'm staying with Sky. Absolutely disgraceful service. Over 3hrs on hold yesterday and nothing was fixed. And then told today the app would start working and I'm still getting the same error message!

    @bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

    @btsport @bt_uk I set up BT Sport on my Sky at midnight,and it said it should be on in 15 minutes,but could take 4 hours. Its been nearly 15? Please help

    Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

    ******* are on the ball tonight. Streams being shut down as soon as they pop up. Been on the phone 4 times to @btsportufc @btsport today and still haven't got it working so have no other option but to illegally stream!! #UFC254

    @henrylaane @btsport I know the signal comes and goes between WRC feed and the cameras, but they lost the connection to WRC altogether. The screen went red, then just showed the BT Sport logo.

    @bt_uk pretty disgusted that you have left my elderly parents (late 70's) with no phone line or Internet especially as one is in post surgery recovery and waiting for phone calls from their doctor. 8 days without any service and no help.

    @georgebellstarr The @bt_uk operator are often the forgotten link but are working above & beyond to support with some 999 call filtering. They are handling huge volumes of calls at the min & have stepped way out of just connecting calls to emergency services!

    @bt_uk Day 12 since #BT mistakenly cancelled our account and still haven’t got us back our services. No call backs, no help whatsoever. Due to go into labour at anytime- hopefully will be able to get hold of some help with no Wi-fi, phone line and no mobile phone signal!

    @bt_uk Hello, 8am-1pm appointment today for engineer for fibre installation. No engineer arrival yet as of 13:47, no phone call to advise if running late, not coming etc terrible customer service. Please advice ASAP?!

    @bt_uk Yes!! You cut off my Talk Talk broadband in December (I placed my fibre broadband order 20 November) and still no progress!! Today's advice when I rang was GO TO SKY!! Unbelievable! Appalling customer services. Clueless. Nice. But useless and "sorry"..!!
