Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk we have been without internet for almost 2 weeks now. You can’t fix the issue and you don’t allow us to cancel your service and go with someone else ! I cant even imagine doing something like this in our industry.
