    @bt_uk @btsport please cancel my agreement to change my broadband and tv to you. I'm staying with Sky. Absolutely disgraceful service. Over 3hrs on hold yesterday and nothing was fixed. And then told today the app would start working and I'm still getting the same error message!

    @bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

    @bt_uk @btsport my BT Sport hasn't come back on since I paid the bill this morning. I then agreed to upgrade my package to the VIP with broadband and fear this is causing it to not come back. Please help

    Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

    @bt_uk requested a call back days ago and heard nothing, burnt through 80% of my phone date hot spotting from my phone so I can work! Best your staff could tell me on live chat was that our shop isn’t a customer of yours despite using a BT router and literally being a customer

    @bt_uk @BTGroup customer services r appalling 5 times we have been told conflicting info regarding services Engineer came Friday equipment never turned up phoned up today to be told we dont need anengineer so why send an engineer out in the 1stplace when we need it installing

    @bt_uk @RobbieSavage8 @julesbreach I understand that this is concerning Jonathan. However, no provider can guarantee a fault free service and we need time to repair any faults that do occur. Your fault is currently with our supplier who will work to fix this as quickly as possible. We'll open a complaint to monit

    @bt_uk ‘Apparently’ according to your team an order which I have already received the equipment for has not gone through. Forget the internet. I am no left without a working phone line. How do you suggest I can emergency services if required?

    @bt_uk Spoke to lady from Doncaster who has explained to me what has happened and they re-ordered all the equipment 27th April not bad 27 days to get on line if it happens but no one has contacted me about my complaint your company is so poor at customer service

    @bt_uk I really don’t think that will happen all I want is internet is it to much to ask in 2021??? 5 months 2 weeks 6 days I have been waiting you take money each month for a service I am not getting I WFH this is now causing me stress I have No Internet just a mini hub not happy

    @btbusinesscare They keep telling us that an engineer will be attending to sort out the problem in all 3 of our restaurants but no one turns up. When we call back we get told to wait longer and we do wait but no one turns up
