@bt_uk Hi BT. Recently renewed my Broadband fibre 2 contract and was promised a free Stadia all the way through the order process up to and including order summary.After the order went through havnt heard or seen anything about it since.This seems to be a common problem.Pls help

@bt_uk @btsport my BT Sport hasn't come back on since I paid the bill this morning. I then agreed to upgrade my package to the VIP with broadband and fear this is causing it to not come back. Please help

Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk shocking service by OpenReach. They came yesterday to fit a new broadband/tv after waiting 2 months for an appointment. Left after 40 mins saying there was a blockage and he would be back within 2 hours. Didn’t come back! Also lied and said a car was blocking!

@someBroka @bt_uk Out BTNet line was also down for~50 mins. Connectivity resumed 10 mins ago. Still waiting on hold for telephone support as to discover the cause.

So it’s been a week now and @bt_uk “welfare” response to fix the phone line of a 96yr, vulnerable customer of 50 yrs has resulted in…no action being taken and update texts stopping days ago. They have no shame!

@bt_uk Getting older people connected? What a joke! My 88 yr housebound mother had broadband installed on 5th Jan and has had no working phones since. Two weeks without her lifeline. Thanks for the great service .. not.

Well I thought after four years @BTCare the service might have improved….. I was wrong, it’s actually worse than before.
