Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

@bt_uk The man dealing with the complaint is excellent may I add,but we are stuck in the middle with still no service. Have kids at high school with homework, a business to run and we where told it would all be done by today,but now it's the 7th.

My internet is completely chalked. How does no “ engineer “ know what the problem is… about 5 different engineers looked at it and all said yeah it will work and after a day it goes wrong again. Mind blown @bt_uk

@bt_uk Do you need a special sim to take advantage of 5G? My sim is about 2 years old and I don't seem to ever get a 5G signal on my iPhone 12. Thanks

@bt_uk I have received various communications regarding my home phone service going digital which is fine. But in very small print it's mentioned that in the event of a power cut or broadband failure its impossible to make a 999 call. This message needs to be far more prominent!

@btbusinesscare Sadly nothing in there about speeding up my installation thats been order order for 92 days with no sign of completion-BT need to have a serious conversation with Openreach about if they even recognise service levels, let alone work to them 🤡Case Reference: IMP-107511522
