Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk I have two completely dead spots, I fix one with the disc but when I go back to another area it says to move the disc? Can’t see an option to order another one

@bt_uk Are we able to cancel a super fast Fibre 100 installation contract and stick with our std service? We took out a new contract on the 2nd July but no news on installation. BT are now charging us a penalty (over £10 per month extra)for staying with an expired contract?

@bt_uk Heya, my internet has been garbage, well under the minimum rate for my contract but your online service wont help me. I had to hotspot my PC just to load twitter and send this message. It's been weeks of waiting for online help to actually help. Help or I'm out.

@bt_uk my wi-fi has been down almost 24 hours, I have no 3G left on my phone. Any estimate for when this will be fixed, I have messaged the 61998 no. And it just said we recognise a fault in the area. My area is MK13.
