Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

@bt_uk This number is for faults. I just get sent a text. I’ve tried 0800800150 again and again and it just says ‘busy..call again later’. My elderly mother’s landline phone is now not working, she has no idea what to do with the handset she’s been sent and she is very distressed!!

Day 3 of no internet. BT cancelled the engineer. Had no update. Supposed to be sorted by 5pm today. Absolutely shocking service @bt_uk

@bt_uk Can you please advise how I lodge a formal compliant that will be actioned promptly? Moved house and agreed contractually to installation date for full fibre in new house only to now have seen two installations cancelled without any reason. I cannot believe this service!

@bt_uk had no broadband for 3 weeks and have had confirmation the fault is in your network. I have phoned you multiple times and had 2 engineer no-shows. I cannot wait to leave BT, you guys are so behind the times and are a god awful service.

AAAAAAAAARGHHHHHHH for the love of my sanity can @bt_uk and #openreach stop messing with my head and sort out my landline and broadband!! How many engineers does it take ?!! Yet another engineer booked for Friday - same Bull crap just another day of excuses and incompetence
