    Spent the best part of 2hrs on the phone today trying to get @bt_uk to reconnect my Dad’s broadband after they mistakenly disconnected him. I spoke to 5 different people, was cut off twice & the upshot, they cannot get him back online for a week. Poor, so poor 😡

    @bt_uk Jesus. You’re appalling at REPAIR. No broadband service for two months and 7 commitment dates missed. No accurate updates. Now all I get is “we will update you in 2 days. Guess what. After 2 days you say you’ll update me in another 2 days

    @bt_uk Will do.i will do shortly.i actually have a BT Call Blocker Phone.i got those scam phone calls too.due to a problem that occurred.even though I had BT Privacy. last CEO of BT my phone number was made Ex Directory.

    @bt_uk my broadband connectivity in the evening is absolutely rubbish. This is the 4th time I have complained in the past month. Why the hell am I paying for a service I can not use. It is an absolute disgrace.

    @bt_uk Unfortunately they are moving to a new build which for some reason does not have BT service. Outrageous that you can penalise people for cancelling who due to no fault of their's you want to charge them £200 for the privilege.

    @bt_uk Hi Aled, thanks for getting back to me. Thankfully we had a house visit yesterday from an engineer who spent several ours working on the lines in the vicinity to the house. The main problem appears to be a line about 250m away, which he assures us will be fixed today
