. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@bt_uk trying to change my password as I’ve forgotten it, but I can’t because it brings up a 404 error message saying it’s a bad request. Tried now on multiple devices and on on mobile data and wifi and it won’t work.

If you are an ee customer and get btsport do not downgrade from ULTRA to regular BT sport app as there is a glitch BT will cut you off while EE charge+say you have btsport. BT will be unable to resolve and if you cancel you will have to wait a month no sport then be charged £20.
