zander (@zanda_89) reported@bt_uk Have recently purchased (November 2020) a BT Baby Smart monitor, the parent unit keeps loosing signal with camera even when in close proximity. This keeps occurring and needs resetting 4-5 times per week. Please could you DM me to discuss...regards

Now @bt_uk you are planning to hand me to a debt collector because you think I should have continued paying?

sambeau (@sambeaujones) reportedI finally got through last week. The call to @bt_uk took 41 mins. Most of which was me hanging on hold. Again. I was about to give up again when someone picked up. I thought it would be a simple case of "oh no problem, our bad!" but instead you have dug your heals in.

Jobbie King🏴 (@Jobbie1874) reported@bt_uk Hi BT. I am still experiencing terrible connection issues with my BT broadband. I gave the new Halo router but it drops the signal several times a day every day. It's just cut off and wiped out an entire job application that took me hours. I am raging!!!! 😡
