  @bt_uk I must have had 10 complaints raised and closed according to your SMS messages. I want an email address where I can document in detail the atrocious customer service I’ve experienced. Are you saying you provide no electronic communication mailbox at all for complaint procedures?

  I’ll tell you what, @bt_uk do not muck around, when their internet goes down, it really goes down, 4 or 5 days, no problem for them, they can do that on a regular basis and frequently do🤬🤬🤬

  This fault was fixed by the next day but have had multiple outages since this. Currently there is another outage for me. @bt_uk

  @scubashark45 @bt_uk Unless you are happy to be without access to emails for hours (like today) I wouldn't recommend the switch. BT used to be good and worth paying extra for but not now. Been trouble since their EE merger and the fibre roll out.

  @bt_uk I am trying to reach your customer support to get an overdue promised update on case no C10002481840. Being on hold for an hour, purposely being ignored i assume. Please help. Not a good experience as a new customer.

  @puddles46 @bt_uk So agree @bt_uk constantly closing complaints down without speak to customers. When they do speak to them, very uneducated in the situation. Just want to speak to a normal person 🤯

  @bt_uk Please read complaints: C10001233999-1 and C10002182447. Aswell, the apparent complaints officer, had not investigated the complaint. Just wanted it closed. Then to top of off, when I ask to cancel the service - I get an email to say they are sorry for my loss! Nobody died !!!!
