. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@btsport How much are tickets going to cost if few so fans are in the stadium? Clubs will lose profit anyway. Feel for Northern England, especially clubs in lower leagues. #Awful

@bt_uk ...which your customer service helpline should not have sold him. If they’d looked at our issue they would know that the reason for poor internet is our ports have been BLOCKED!! My dad is paying for sky which we haven’t had access to for 3 weeks..(cont)

@Tonysmini @bt_uk Hi. Already contacted Royal Mail and they state our details are up to date on their database. So only thing I can think of is our housing association hasn’t registered our house yet or an issue with openreach but trying to contact them is horrendous
