  . @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

  @bt_uk Shocking service for my elderly parents who have just moved house. They gave you plenty notice to transfer service but it still hadn’t happened. Phoned last night and passed from one dept to another. How can this be sorted asap?

  @bt_uk He never got here but phone and explained all and the Internet was restored about 8.30pm last night
