  @bt_uk The fault I reported on 23rd OCTOBER, is still ongoing, despite 2 engineer visits. I’ve had it confirmed this evening that the problem is a “high resistance fault”. Appt booked for tomorrow. Someone better turn up & I want it fixed or I’m off this in-merry-go-round!
