. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

1 hour 3 mins on phone with BT to try and sort BT Sports subscription/possible cancellation and activation of MY BT Account.......Three different people in total and ultimately achieved none of the above. BT, Sky and Virgin all as bad as each other @bt_uk

@bt_uk why am I being charged an engineer fee when I was assured due to the continuous problems with our line this was a BT issue?! BT sent the wrong engineer to begin with and prolonged any resolution to the issues we have with connection. I will NOT be paying this fee!!
