. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@DivinasRedWig @bt_uk @btshopuk Sucks that your unit was defective, but thats completely out of BT's control. Unfortunately i doubt they have the stock to replace your console as it would mean cancelling someone else's, this is why they've refunded you. Try contacting sony directly, its their mistake, not BT.

@bt_uk It doesn’t matter who calls back if they are as clueless as the others we have spoken to. Told us no ticket raised for the civil work. Luckily @Ofcom were really helpful with advice of our rights. I look forward to the complaint hitting 8 weeks unresolved so I can progress

@bt_uk We decided try BT for our TV and WIFI after shocking service with Virgin. 3 weeks after our install date we still have neither. 3/4 phone calls per week to your CS dept. on hold for 50 minutes each time.

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow Should I pay a bill and then escalate it to the ombudsman or do I have to hold off (and risk credit blacklisting) while the ombudsman looks at the complaint? Most companies seem to force you into the latter. This is a real dilemma for me as @bt_uk are making me do it today
