. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@bt_uk I had two engineers come to my house to supposedly fix my connection It goes down every five minutes and when it is connected the strength is shocking! I pay a fortune for this Wi-Fi and it hasn’t worked in the last month! Will be cancelling the contract if it’s not fixed!

More than a little pissed off @bt_uk. Having ordered phone and broadband a month in advance of a house move, you claim someone cancelled my order - not me. My last comms from you was no problem, 12th August installation. Now you say another 3 weeks!!!!!
