  @bt_uk @BT_UK unacceptable service. You sent my business equipment to the WRONG address (Ripley instead of Neasden). My shop is OPEN and I cannot operate.Also being wrongly charged for TWO services when I only have ONE. It's impacting my business. Fix billing & resend equipment.

  @bt_uk an engineer visited and said there were no issues in my property but confirmed external issues causing slow connection and frequent connection drops. Escalated to open reach. Heard nothing since and job says closed on MyBT. Will I be refunded for ongoing poor connection?

  I'm with BT, through them I get EE, so I can use TNT Sports, which I have to use Discovery+ to watch, and now they're saying I need an HBOMax account, but when I go to login they don't recognise my email, so I can't watch any sports that I've paid for. @bt_uk @EE @discoveryplus

  @bt_uk you still haven’t fixed what you did. Admitted to accidentally switching off our broadband and my elderly boss and his son were up till 4am at @OrionCinema trying to find an alternative way to keep our business running. We’re barely keeping our heads above water. HELP!!!
