  @bt_uk Hello, please supply a telephone number for your Chief Executive complaint number. The customer services at BT are disgusting. I expect a reply within 30 minutes.

  @bt_uk Have recently purchased (November 2020) a BT Baby Smart monitor, the parent unit keeps loosing signal with camera even when in close proximity. This keeps occurring and needs resetting 4-5 times per week. Please could you DM me to discuss...regards

  Guys from @OpenreachHelp didn’t show up within the window to sort out fibre despite being told they would definitely show. 1 month no resolution. @bt_uk useless & can’t even understand or read their own system. Can someone please take ownership of this omnishambles @Ofcom

  I left my house in March. I tried and tried to cancel. Finally, in August I cancelled my direct debit. I paid for nearly 5 months of broadband and phone I never used. Now @bt_uk you are planning to hand me to a debt collector because you think I should have continued paying?

  @bt_uk been on hold for 1 hour and 35 mins still nobody picking up. If you cant service your customers you should not run a business. What a joke. Not even answering a direct message

  I finally got through last week. The call to @bt_uk took 41 mins. Most of which was me hanging on hold. Again. I was about to give up again when someone picked up. I thought it would be a simple case of "oh no problem, our bad!" but instead you have dug your heals in.

  @bt_uk Hi BT. I am still experiencing terrible connection issues with my BT broadband. I gave the new Halo router but it drops the signal several times a day every day. It's just cut off and wiped out an entire job application that took me hours. I am raging!!!! 😡
