. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@bt_uk over 20 minutes hold for answer , advise engineer will call me. Put phone down, no call. Daren’t get on with my work by making a call! You need more staff if you cannot operate as is.

Hi guys, my Huawei Echolife just died and I’m with no internet access. Anything you can do to help me out with this? If you could also tell me if I can use any GPON router to replace it just in case this would take some time to get fixed? @bt_uk

@btsport you’re company is the worst. I moved house on the 16th of March and tried to set up internet prior to this. I got told the 1st of April was the earliest you could do. I called to confirm this today with it being close and get told you’ve cancelled it and now it’s the 22n

@bt_uk thanks for quoting me near £100 for an engineer to come look at why my internet doesn’t reach all the rooms in my flat. Super cool to constantly have my laptop cut out while I work 👍

Actually didn’t think it could get any worse than @TalkTalk - however @bt_uk are on another level!! First they cancel my order 5 days after my service went live. Place a new order to rectify this but only place a landline order not broadband!!! 😡😡😡
