. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@bt_uk I do not remember her name. It's not important. The problem here is that you make people take out contracts so that, no matter what happens, you get your money and then some if a customer has to terminate the contract early, for financial reasons for instance..

@JonBell61123722 @JohnsonJmb @bt_uk I have no issue with the content, my issue is the programs have been segregated and then crammed into this imaginary construct called black history month. We all share a common history and these programs should be seen as a normal part of our daily tapestry, not something other.

@bt_uk Mandy suggested I tweet you about my slow #internet speed. At the hub I get av 8mb/s. I am paying for superfast but it is way below the national average of 60mb/s. @BT_Openreach are investing heavily in #fttp and neglecting #fttc customers. I complain often.
