. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@CityFibre one way to lose a customer before you even got one… cancelling a visit without telling you… think we will stick with @bt_uk at least they turn up when they say… rather pay more for a better service 🙄

Watching Maccabi Haifa v Red Star Belgrade live on @btsport. Never realised Haifa’s shirt sponsor was Volvo. The marketing joke potential is huge there. They ought to do an advert in Stamford Hill if they qualify for the group stage. #MaccabiHaifa

@bt_uk Still no sign of repairs to the broken pole between Wirksworth and Idridgehay which should deliver my full fibre. Another few weeks without phone or internet!!! No one to speak to, always someone else’s problem!!!

@bt_uk our contract finished for fibre 100 with halo 3. I can get the same from @SkyUK and save £235 over 24m. I can save £91 as a new customer to BT. Why should I be loyal customer?

broadband dropping out every 10 mins. been thru all troubleshooting. no local issues.called "helpline" been cut off 3 times before speaking to anyone! @bt_uk dreadful service.need wifi for work,which i now can't do!
