Steve Flatman (@SteveFlatman2) reported@bt_uk For information I just checked my monthly bill and found that BT had overcharged me by about 20% due to some incorrect simple calculations. Not sure how many other customers suffer?? Perhaps you could offer Care to these and also help your billing department with simple maths?

He said I would have to wait for the openreach property team to look at a solution and said this could take weeks. Can someone call me to discuss this?
