  . @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

  @bt_uk issues with internet in the Northumberland area? Getting consistent 500ms of latency with 12mbps download and between 1 and 2mbps upload....

  @bt_uk No internet for 9 days’s (actually on/off for a month) and today’s engineer you sent was the wrong one. Despite your system detailing a line fault (still the issue), and it not being a home setup issue. Just one of the multiple issues which took over 30 mins on the phone.

  @bt_uk I have the same issue, it’s not appearing. Have cleared cache etc and tried multiple PCs and browsers - anyone get this fixed by BT?

  @bt_uk Hi Aideen. Are there any conditions that you won't require my Youview box back? If not, then it's a complete waste of my time discussing it further? Several years worth of recordings on box means that losing it will result in a permanently lost customer.

  @bt_uk I ordered fttp on 21st Dec. Open reach engineer came today but couldn't compete job due to blockage. Needs civil team to dig new pipeline to house. But bt put cancel order in to my current provider so as of midnight I have no Internet. Bt guy said could be 6 weeks til he's back.

  @bt_uk So thanks @bt_uk I now have no Internet access for up to 6 weeks.. Should never cancel someone's Internet until the job is marked complete...
