. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

So @bt_uk cut off landline of 86 year old & isolated father in law. Daily calls and reassurances and still they fail to reconnect him. On hold 50 mins today (and over 3hrs this week in total) and then cut off. UNIMPRESSED

@bt_uk Apparently this IS the speed I'm supposed to be getting. It took 2 weeks on the phone to your customer support to get this connection when you failed to provide my fttp connection on schedule and chose to cut my existing internet connection.

@bt_uk Er, no it doesn’t! I have a houseful of devices & we had major problems. Rather than fix, I was told there’s too many. I would believe this, however for the first 6 months of the contract I couldn’t fault it. After that, connection was pants. Said g’bye years ago. Not going back!

@bt_uk The only message I've had is an email telling me my bill is now ready. It's *************** to be honest, telling me the bill is ready for a service I'm not getting, and that doesn't look like being fixed anytime soon, and no communication as to what's going on.

@bt_uk I did the text help thing and they responded with appointments and I chose the one I wanted but it said not possible despite saying it was available. I couldn’t answer a phone call cause I am at work. Wondering why it didn’t just give me the appointment I confirmed.

@bt_uk @ofcom - please sort. Last time I asked you (@Ofcom) told me that the network provider was responsible for doing all it could to prevent abuse. Now they say they "can't". Pretty sure if you tell them they "must" they will. Let me know on here when its done.
