    . @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

    @bt_uk Its less than ideal, I have to switch between my home network and mobile hotspot to switch between resources on my local NAS and the internet. As this is planned maintenance, why was there no prior notification. My internet we literally switched off. This is not a fault!

    @bt_uk Since that storm last night I have had 0.2mbps down from 40mbps, and my ping is constantly at more than 600ms. Any news on why? Has there been damage to something?

    @dsorbs @bt_uk They put a new socket in and it improved for a couple of months and has gone rubbish again customer service were no help

    @bt_uk I recontracted my bt broadband in January 2020 and asked to retain my unlimited calls, I had no contract sent and you turned off my paper bills, as I trusted BT and we don't use the landline much I only became aware of the issue this month as I had a stroke in December 20

    @bt_uk your wifi and customer service are TERRIBLE! We’ve had 10 engineers out in a year and no one seems to care.. however you’d like to charge me nearly £900 to leave! Sky have offered us a package of less than half the price for more.. #btwifi #awfulcustomerservice

    @arfurenglish @bt_uk I normally do but Unfortunaltey due to my are being a new build no other provider took up the options to install cables all them yrs ago, so its BT or Sky and sky are **** down this way.

    @bt_uk Yes, I have and it says there is an outage, that bizarrely starts at 5.30pm, that's in the future! Why so long to address the issue? Home internet is paramount these days, and mine is essential for my job.
