  @bt_uk I have just waited for 59 mins on the phone to try to speak with someone in Customer Services. How do you expect to keep customers with that service! How do you leave BT?? 🤬

  @R4CK4TT4CK @bt_uk You do know Plusnet are BT? I was with them until they moved all their business customers over to BT. The Plusnet customers service team (not that I had much cause to contact them) were awesome.

  @bt_uk Tried this and they say they now need 3 more days to resolve phone line being down. Really poor service and unacceptable.

  @bt_uk I cannot find the option for online chat, I am disabled and need a reliable land land service, I use Starlink as my Internet provider.

  @bt_uk why can we not talk to an operator anymore, dyk how, annoying it is, when no one will pick up the call and you have no WIFi for 5 weeks now and all I get told is "there's a network error" Well sort the issue, you are quick to take payment, which I will be claiming back

  @bt_uk you’ll be hard pushed to find a worse company than these guys in the UK. Appalling customer service, terrible turnaround times for installing, hopeless comms, mistakes everywhere and you always end up carrying the stress and cost. Go with anyone else.

  @btbusinesscare hi all - are there broadband outages today SO52 area? Our offices are reporting the internet down so all employees have left. I need to know if this is a known issue or a localised issue. I have logged online and the website isn’t working where you check status?

  @bt_uk Speaking to support on the phone anecdotally this seems to be a significant problem. I think the scale of it can be tracked by how many calls last less that a few seconds (due to dead air) or how many pin numbers are requested but not used. (as they are not supplied in time)
