  . @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

  1/2 For anyone considering leaving @bt_uk and moving to @virginmedia , DON'T. I've now lost a full days work (and counting) due to WiFi issues and the "response" to my complaint was a generic one, detailing steps that I'd already said I'd done.

  If anyone is considering using @bt_uk for their broadband - beware. They will lie to sell you a product and the offer a resolution that they won’t honour. You’re then locked into a contract and out of a complaint process. #liars

  @BTSportBoxing @btsport They all know it’s a bad fight. Then to ask people to pay as much as they are in the current climate. Are they socially blind? It will do awful numbers (as it should). Fair play for staying active but maybe a “free” fight on @btsport would have been a more socially aware move..

  @bt_uk how come when I phone trying to upgrade my BT service I can get hold of someone straight away? But when I phone trying to get a fault fixed I can never get hold of anyone?

  @bt_uk fix up! I need the internet! I do not want to experience the non-existing internet you provided from 3 PM yesterday! Don’t ask me to call anyone either, I have rebooted the router 1.2 million times. Absolute ghetto! I work from home, fix up!

  Am furious with the way BT are treating me as a business customer. They cut off my home line 3 WEEKS ago and no one will fix it. I listen to daily update "lies" and they do nothing. Appalling service,am at my wits end here with them @btcomplainer @btcomplaints @btbusinesscare

  @bt_uk who can I contact at BT OpenReach to escalate my fttp issue? I've got a new build property, and I'm the only address that cannot request an fttp service. It's been 2 weeks already...
