  @leedvnprt @bt_uk BT are aware of the issues, they just don't know what the problem is, so they can't fix it at the moment. Haven't been able to use My BT or access BT or EE wi-fi hotspots due e while now.

  @bt_uk One of your exchange buildings has an alarm going off (BN6 9SR) there is no way to contact you about this by phone, it is annoying everyone is up at their windows and doors, could you please deal thing this issue!

  @bt_uk @bt_uk. Still useless. You identified an internal fault and said someone would come today. Nobody came. Rang you AGAIN. Was told that OpenReach came, checked outside and went away. Really? The elderly person is listed as a welfare case. Terrible terrible terrible 👎

  @bt_uk you app, your website and your twitter account is useless. Dont bother having a twitter account if your answer to “my app is not allowing me to make purchases” is to download the app is the epitome of your customer service

  @measlewolf @bt_uk Steve @bt_uk are a terrible company, they did the same with my mom & dad,hours of calls & still couldn't rectify what they'd done,they disconnected their phone & then promised they would reconnect it with the same number they'd had for 50 years....1 year ago & they still haven't

  I'd like to thank @bt_uk for leaving my vulnerable elderly mother without a working phone line for almost a week and giving such atrocious customer service.
