. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@btsport Why is your App terrible? I pay £25 a month for it and all it does is crash constantly..I don't think I've ever watched a 90minute game of football without having to reset the app

@bt_uk Public displays of willingness to help do not wash. I’ve been through the whole process and the entirety of BT & Openreach are not interested because it’s ‘above’ your minimum guaranteed speed. It’s about time more people publicised their disgust. But on a personal level, thanks.
