. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@bt_uk I have just waited for 59 mins on the phone to try to speak with someone in Customer Services. How do you expect to keep customers with that service! How do you leave BT?? 🤬

@bt_uk hi, my elderly housebound mum has been left without broadband since 27th July and won’t be looked into until 9th August. She stays alone and relies on broadband. This is a terrible service, can it be looked into asap, please?

@bt_uk It's a new day and a new month but my broadband is still not working. Almost 2 weeks without broadband. @bt_UK and @WeAreOpenreach continue to f**k up. Just been told that fibre team will let you know by Friday what the problem is... no mention of a fix yet. Please sort asap.

@bt_uk why does it seem that the products that would be available as a new customer do not seem to be available as an existing customer, i.e. as an existing customer I don't seem to be able to pay less and not have my landline with a fibre package?

@bt_uk we’ve been without a landline and wifi for 12 days now. We’ve been told it’s a major outage and the estimated time of restored service changes daily. We’re not impressed with your customer service or communication.
