    . @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

    @bt_uk hi, our broadband has been playing up since Sunday. Connection regularly dropping out and hub seemingly restarting itself. Tried all recommended solutions to try and fix but nothing working. Very irritating when we are WFH and reliant on internet connection

    @MaitlandBen @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Genuine question: Considering that BT own EE, could they not offer a 4G/5G router that connects via the mobile networks as a backup option for when the landline network goes down? I think that's what Vodafone offer on their broadband.

    So essentially @bt_uk telling us they can’t even start to fix the problem because THEY lost a form/muddled up our data. And we can’t expect an engineer for over a week after they were booked to visit our house. 5/
