. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

I can see this evening that one number has been calling hourly, I report numbers to @bt_uk & @Ofcom but looking like it's a waste of my time, we had a landline with Sky for 14 years & never once has this issue 2/3

Now @bt_uk who accidentally cancelled my line made me open a new account so I have to pay for two lines & accounts that I can’t use and no one seems actually able to fix/sort this issue!! All I want is to have one phone number, the internet & BT TV! HELP!!
