  . @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

  @bt_uk As a customer for many years, I’m so disappointed at being left without internet since 27th. An engineer has been out twice the last few days but has not fixed it. I’ve logged the issue only to be told it will be fixed by 8th jan!!! Why? I need to work from home from 4th!!

  @bt_uk I’m a Halo customer.. can’t use sky q boxes in our bedrooms , it either freezes or drops out . Have complained many times but nothings been done
