This has cost me double my monthly WIFI bill for this one single week. Support said theyd send someone to fix it on the 23rd yet 3 days later it still doesnt work

David Mather (@davidmatheredu) reported@bt_uk I've have been given a reason, yes. However, I have not placed a new order. As I expressed to the colleague of yours that I spoke to, I do not regard an order being cancelled without notification as being indicative of good customer service.
