Today, we received a letter from BT saying 'Sorry you're leaving' and a letter from EE who seem to assume we're changing to them. WTF?

Sem Essessi (@SemiEssessi) reported@bt_uk someone has usurped your service providing to me and you dealt with it using poor communication with insufficient information for anything to be done.... i shouldnt have to spend 4-8 hours each month ensuring you did your job. a job which btw i did in my 20s without mistakes.

Keith Small (@keithdsmall) reported@uniteandserve @bt_uk @Ofcom Just get Starlink, and reduce your blood pressure. I know it’s frustrating to have to go to a foreign provider to get decent internet, but it’s been the best internet service I’ve ever had. Recommend the rental service. It’s zero risk. Just cancel if it doesn’t work for you.
