@bt_uk I have just waited for 59 mins on the phone to try to speak with someone in Customer Services. How do you expect to keep customers with that service! How do you leave BT?? 🤬

@bt_uk been with BT for years and waiting patiently for FTTP. The checker finally went to "we're building in your area now". In May Openreach replied to their customer fibre form it would be "available in 6 to 8 weeks". Now fresh enquiry says "plan has been cancelled". Loyalty?

I have to say if I gave my customers the same service that I'm receiving from @bt_uk I really would not have a business left.

@bt_uk Hello. We got an email to say digital voice starts 20/7/26. It said we'd receive a code which we've never had and said an engineer would visit for switchover. Today we've received a new smart hub and phone. Is an engineer coming? Do we need a code? We're confused 🙃

@VodafoneUK Nice to see my full fibre connection has wet itself. Not a hardware issue my end, and I never got a single drop with @bt_uk any works going on local to Elmswell Suffolk? This package isn’t cheap!

@bt_uk Having a really poor experience with the switch to Digital Voice. Included being sent inaccurate information, wrong switch over date, I've now been unable to receive incoming calls for 3 days. Latest news 'should be resolved within a further 3 working days'. A thread 1/2

@bt_uk I’ve been a BT customer for many years. It would appear you value new customers rather than retaining new ones. There’s a monthly difference of £5. Rather lose a customer I would think that you would match the price. Apparently not. Crazy business model.

Usual poor service from @btmailhelpdesk 87 yr old M-i-L left without help getting her ipad connected to internet using modem. Obviously can't be bothered to spend the extra few minutes to help out a customer. @bt_uk
