. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@BTCare... broadband was cut off for our Openreach cabinet relocation that perhaps should have been done with the original installation. But thanks for the personal customer service given by the OR engineer on the spot and the phonecall from BT making sure all was well.
