. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@btsport and @btsportrugby .. if you subscribe to BT Sport via a SkyQ Box ... when you are recording one rugby match on BT Sport 1 ... How can you record the other rugby match being televised on BT Sport 1 extra ... is there a way or is this poor programme planning?

Can anyone help? Bt Internet hub is blue but devices say connected but no Internet access @bt_uk ran a test on pc and it says "WiFi doesn't have a valid ip configuration" anyone help here as its doing my head in for last 3 days now 😔
