@bt_uk I don’t really want to raise a complaint. It’s basic looking after people and that’s what you and Openreach should be doing. I should not have to complain for you to have nothing more than average standards.

@bt_uk I just feel paying Β£50 a month more than a new customer, shows a serious lack of customer service, loyalty goes both ways.

@JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Jim, in Scot's law you own everything from your boundary to the sky. Openreach are ***************. Speak to a lawyer. I've had similar issues.

@JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Spineless from those who did the damage. Whatever happened to being honest and owning up to one’s mistakes?

@bt_uk fobbed off by three people in the last hour, possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life - which matches up with the broadband install service, which has been diabolically poor. How many hoops do I need to jump through to get an answer??

@EDiamond136 @bt_uk Absolutely πŸ’― people get laid off from companies after 30 years service by a boss who has been there 6 months. I see it every year in every type of business. The lack of respect for peoples loyalty is wild
