. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@bt_uk After ringing up the tech people 5 times to be told they can see there’s a problem with my broadband and arranging for a engineer that does not turn up . Check the fault on my by account which says it’s been fixed . IT HAS NOT . Will be leaving BT very soon ,

@TalkTalk your customer service is appalling. A week with no internet and online chat asking the same questions over and over again. Even had an engineer out and now saying they need to send another as they do different tests! New provider required @bt_uk

even though we are now paying for it. Here's a tip @bt_uk, make sure your engineers know what job they are going to before they are sent out. You know, if you're remotely interested in good customer service. Just a suggestion.
