. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@btsport @Arsenal I’ve heard better commentary on local hospital radio. It doesn’t affect the quality of the game though which is pretty poor.

@bt_uk Hii I recently got a 4G Home hub and have trouble getting ot started. It's continually saying it has an Invalid Sim (it says the sim was already installed) with a red network light and I'm unsure how to fi.

@yogivedd24 @bt_uk I would be more impressed if EE kicked in if your broadband was too slow. EE is only used if there is an outage. Not had one for years!
