. @bt_uk Totally let down by BT. No email since 11th Nov. In a loop between 'Tech team in India' and constantly explaining the problem to UK call centres who 'can't contact the team'. Always tomorrow. Causing extreme personal & financial probs. Media next, Im out of patience!

@bt_uk I have just waited for 59 mins on the phone to try to speak with someone in Customer Services. How do you expect to keep customers with that service! How do you leave BT?? 🤬

EPIC FAIL @bt_uk My Mum has been without a landline service she relies on for nearly 4 WEEKS!! Is was supposed to be resolved on the 15th of Feb, then 22nd and now the 25th. What type of 'special' equipment does this require? I am dumbfounded. 4 weeks?

@John_McKee @bt_uk Hi John did you get anywhere with @bt_uk ? I’ve got exactly the same issue no activation until April but sold #hybridconnect as a short term fix before activation. But now I’m staring at a white light and blue signal bars.

@bt_uk joined BT Saturday after 19 years with Virgin, delivery sent to wrong address Tuesday, spent half an hour talking to them to sort out and just received email confirmation replacement parcel also being sent to same address, can’t get through on phone, chat say can’t help
