    @bt_uk Do the notes mention being sent a 4g WiFi unit to tide member until Tuesday because the guy on the phone said there is a landline issue in the area.

    @WHITTERSTWLTTER @WhatsApp @bt_uk I've got them investigating it. They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

    @GaryLineker I think all this is awful- we have sky and BTsport for my 74 yr old husband who loves football- but we just cant take on another bill! Its ridiculous

    @bt_uk Hello! I've had an issue where you've been overcharging me since August, Ive been told on 5 separate occasions the issue had been fixed and given a refund at one point.. Yet I'm still overpaying? Its like screaming at a brick wall at this point? What gives?

    @bt_uk midway through my call with BT customer service I was hung up on (for no reason I can garner)- is it not your policy to call back the number in this case? Neither of us were finished talking!

    So #ultrafast broadband now available. Was going to order from @bt_uk at £54.99/month. We're with them currently and they've been ok. But NO ! Those packages are only for NEW customers. An existing customer is now sufficiently incentivised to look elsewhere. Well done #BT !

    @bt_uk internet still down after a week in NE613UA. Tree fell on line and every day customer service says it’ll be fixed tomorrow. Website says there are no problems detected

    @bt_uk BT. Bring back dial up! No, wait, bring back a hamster in a lycra tankini pedalling a dynamo bike to power up an Internet connection. It would be a lot faster than your 2022 service!

    @bt_uk I have had issues with my BT Smart hub for over a month now. We have had 4 engineers come out and the issue has not been fixed. I feel I have been provided an unsatisfactory service. How can this be rectified and if it can’t I’ll have to change providers.
