Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.

@BTCare Thanks but as usual the FAQ is useless for actual problems. And no actual contact number on it either Have Reinstalled the app. No difference on two phones. No error message, just doesn't call the number

@bt_uk I have been speaking to someone Nicola and had an engineer out but because I have more than the bt recommend 10 devices connected that's why it's slow a lot of the time now but a month ago and year before was fine

@bt_uk @BTSopenreach help ! My hub has stopped working again - had BT then openreach engineer out to it recently and couldn’t find anything & contacted someone to rest remotely and it solved it - can this be done again.
