@bt_uk I have tried since the 7th of April. I spent 4 hours yesterday being bounced around connections, tech teams and customer service. Couldn’t make a complaint couldn’t speak to any kind of manager or supervisor. If that is your answer I will cancel and go elsewhere.

@btsport any chance you could sort your app out? Watching on iPad and the sound keeps lagging way out of time with the picture it’s unwatchable. Restarted it a couple times and just keeps happening. Really poor and ruining the game

@bt_uk What's with the instability? For the second night in the past month we're having severe stability issues - connection drops and cutouts). We're on the full-fat 900mb plan, these drops aren't acceptable for what we're paying.

@bt_uk hi we have a 4ktv youview box thats approx 4 years old. Over past few weeks it has started buzzing quite loudly whether on or off. I have ensured to clean it of dust and it is in an aired area. Any advice on what to do to fix?
