    @ShoeyJoe @btsport Yes there’s an extra folder isn’t there. Plus, retune for Chanel changes. But the signal quality via the box has been dire for a while.

    @bt_uk Listen. It's an ongoing joke. There isn't one company I've worked for where it's not an issue. 30% of my time is dealing with billing. I'll use my account team. Just wanted to vent.

    @RobTemple101 @bt_uk IIRC BT lost a lot of experienced engineers when they changed their contracts a couple of years ago. FWIW, if it's just for Internet access, other providers give much better service even though they use the same infrastructure. I use @zeninternet & recommend them.

    @bt_uk That's all well and good but im mis-advised from contact with you on the 5th and 7th which lead to the confusion originally and hence further mis-advise yesterday. Please can this be reviewed as part of the complaint and a manager get back to me ASAP please? No faith in BT now.

    @bt_uk Because I'm told via phone that because I have had covid I have to wait 'a time period' before an engineer visit. Despite complying with the Gov guidelines and now covid free and wish to resolve my issue, I'm told your policy overrides that.

    @bt_uk I know what the tech team member said okay? And my phone line is not affecting the broadband 🙄 A BT engineer came out to my home, he checked the phone line, broadband connection and the router. The slow download speed was caused by a faulty router. The new one is even slower

    @bt_uk This is the crux of the problem. @OpenreachHelp have cut me off because of their failings, so it’s them I need to speak to as BT’s bizarre resolution is to start from fresh rather than simply tell #openreach to sort it out

    @bt_uk That is where you're wrong Dee. I phoned a tech team member and he did say that I won't get a cancellation charge as I'm not getting my guaranteed download speed. I was emailed a in-home customer summary report last Thursday

    @btbusinesscare I had a line damaged. Someone came out the next day to do a temp repair and said a Perm fix would happen soon. The line got damaged again as they were left on the road side. I rang up on Saturday and was told a team would do repairs Tuesday. No show. Then told today. No show.
