    Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

    Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

    @JrRushden @philskyross1962 @bt_uk I only had BT once for six months and vowed never ever to use them again, and that was some eight years ago, obviously nothing has changed. Hope your Mum gets connected soon

    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @CommunityFibre is there a problem with the network in SW4? Service increasingly sporadic a far this week and this AM none of my phones/devices will connect? Not good enough - we ditched @bt_uk based on your promises of more reliable and better service/coverage 😡

    @bt_uk I also discovered my complaint wasn't received because BT provides a false email address on their website. You have left me no option other than the ombudsman.

    @WeAreOpenreach engineer shows up to install, he is just one guy and a van, no special equipment, he says he can't install fibre into this building. I will need to order copper, have to cancel my @bt_uk @BTGroup order and reorder again, I am loosing my mind

    Arranged the move of my @bt_uk @BTGroup services at the end of May, they were supposed to install on July 4, still waiting. Wow, terrible.

    @btsport The reality is Newcastle do not have the money and never will. Sold an absolute fiddle by the hierarchy of untold riches. The PIF will exhaust most of the money contained on NEOM.

    @bt_uk Are you going to put out a statement about your national outage at the moment or not? I've checked your website, no faults. Checked literally everywhere else, showing faults at all major service locations across England. Fibre has been lurching slower 2days till broke 2day

    @bt_uk can I have more info about the outage in Bexley please? Landline is dead and broadband is patchy. 2 weeks to fix??? My sister works from home and relies on a stable internet so we desperately need to know what is going on please?
