Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

@bt_uk An engineer is booked. The point is number of days with inferior connection causing problems on a regular basis. It will be fixed tomorrow or next day, but I have no faith that it will last much more than 2 months.

I've been a customer with @bt_uk for years. Broadband connection issues have become more frequent despite BT putting their prices up. Once again today there is another fault. Once again to do my job I'm forced to connect over mobile data. No more. I'll be switching providers.

@steveastlegolf The media narrative is that LIV is bad. That’s because the tours have media partners and this media partners are scared that people won’t subscribe to their service if the players aren’t there….. I would LOL if @btsport got the LIV rights, the bun fight with Sky would be funny

@bt_uk Thanks. A post as soon as an issue is identified would be really useful to show that it's a known issue and is being worked on. Having to use 3rd parties (like @DowndetectorUK ) isn't ideal.
