why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

Geoff Knight (@GeoffKnight3) reported from Yeovilton, England
@bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

Like everyone else (it seems) on Twitter @btsport stream is totally pants, keeps dumping us out or reverting to crap quality. Not a great advert for trying to sell it, I’ll not be buying. BT, you’re a national carrier for goodness sake, give it more bandwidth you tight asses.

Sabina Ahmed (@sabaone) reported from Taunton, England

@Music_N_TVLover @bt_uk @TalkTalk I’ve got 500 fibre and 1 minute I have 300mbps the next I have 40mbps I have never even reached the point of 500 mbps seems like a con so far

@bt_uk "We’re here to help." Is that why your man in "BT Loyalty" was rude to me after admitting that he couldn't explain one part of the 10% charge increase as it was "over his paygrade" then told me I "..should have read my contract better" then HUNG UP on me. !!!!

BRILLIANT @bt_uk it has took a month and a half to sort out, upgrading my TV and broadband package, and you have still managed to **** it up. 30 mins on hold today, I eventually gets through to someone only to be batted about like a tennis ball again, and then cuts me off.

@bt_uk No, and it says there are no plans to upgrade my address (I've been checking there regularly), but the connection is 10 feet from my door, and most neighbours on the street have an active FTTP service.

Ollie Davis (@Ollie_Davis) reported
@MattyTHFC99 @btsport Well thr Championship is on Sky Sports and BT never once stated that as a reason for no lunchtime kick off, which would’ve made a lot of sense if it was!

Matt and Phreds (@MattandPhreds) reported
@BTCare PLEASE sort the major outage in Manchester City Centre. Both of our business phone lines and internet are down and I’ve just been told it may take until the 9th May to sort… We will miss out on business this weekend as customers won’t be able to contact us. #BTFail

A Face For Radio (@ShropshireStig) reported
@PaulCowland_ @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare In the meantime, if you're finding that the broadband just keeps dropping out, are you using the BT issue router? The free ones that the companies give out are generally poo, & I would highly recommend buying a decent one

Annabel (@annabelxcorin) reported
@bt_uk I’ve had nothing but problems with the speeds and coverage from your service. You’re claiming to be a high speed broadband but I have not experienced this at all. 2 different households and both the same problems.
