@BT_UK Hi there, my grandmother has been left without internet for three days now and we have no way of getting this fixed without the internet! It’s ridiculous to expect an 89 year old to fix this on her own! You’ve closed the fault but the box is still flashing purple!

@bt_uk We have new equipment maybe this will work and maybe we won't be randomly disconnected again. There other broadband suppliers and maybe they don't have a policy of transferring people from person to another and then failing to deal with the issue.

@bt_uk I only have one device actively connected (My TV and Mac) are powered down. I’m standing right next to the router when testing. Can’t use an Ethernet to check as I have a Mac Mini and the screen is VESA mounted in a back room.
