After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

@BT_UK Hi there, my grandmother has been left without internet for three days now and we have no way of getting this fixed without the internet! It’s ridiculous to expect an 89 year old to fix this on her own! You’ve closed the fault but the box is still flashing purple!

@bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

@bt_uk When working the 3 are green and when it shuts off for a few mins at a time, left is green and one beside it is like orangey! Just been notified of a fault in the area however so I’m sure once that’s resolved it’ll settle down?🤞🏼

@bt_uk Frustratingly for what might have been a very simple mistake nothing can be done, have checked. It's far too complicated to unpick apparently. Nice support team your side, but frankly ridiculous this cannot be undone due to archaic systems in place.

@bt_uk My wifi's gone absolutely piss poor in the last hour or two I'm seriously thinking of swapping providers as I'm getting so sick and tired of these inconsistent speeds and constant 'problems with the connection' on bt's end. It's actually a joke at this point.

@bt_uk Are you sure? dad's landline still not working after numerous calls and 2 complaints. Worst customer service ever and leaving a 79 year old without the only lifeline he has to get in touch if he falls or anything. Joke of a company and would recommend anyone stays well clear 😡
