After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

@bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

I had an issue with my @bt_uk tv box. I got through straight away and a replacement box was sent forthwith. I had help setting it up. Brilliant service. Eat your heart out @virginmedia

@bt_uk your service is a joke. Reported a broadband fault on Tuesday evening and was told an engineer would be out before Friday. Then get a text to book an engineer today for next week. Like what? Unable to work until this is resolved =/

@bt_uk Also just tried different browser on laptop. Think I’ve safely eliminated my phone, iPad, laptop & 2 browsers from being the issue!

@bt_uk @btinternet @btopenworld Ah! OK, that was a bad example! It seems to be related to IPv6 connection - but this is across multiple devices. So at the same time, IPv4 sites are OK, but ipV6 sites are not. Will do more diagnosis

@btbusinesscare BT Business has absolutely shocking customer service, I was offered BT Broadband through EE (part of the BT Group). 9 weeks on BT seem unable to provide me with a service that they offered me. They get my name and email completely wrong its been a disaster from start to finish.
