After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

@bt_uk Well, tomorrow I try for the 5th time to speak to a caller regarding social care - after my broadband failed four times during our conversation. I fear reporting this because of the ridiculous time it takes to get anything fixed and a 50% service is better than none #Keyworker

@bt_uk Hey. The same thing has happened again, internet has cut out error code nc3-1 saying lines has been crossed .. second time on as many weeks exactly a week apart!

BT now failing to provide internet connectivity on the 2nd installation date, this time because they provided the wrong router ... 14 days and counting of bt errors ... if you can’t provide a service, don’t sell it @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph

@bt_uk why is complaining about the broadband dropping out never easy - yes I’ve gone through troubleshoot- yes I’ve reset my hub, at least 3 times oh it’s ok.... NO it isn’t dropped out 4 times in 3 hours AWFUL!!!
