@BT_UK Hi there, my grandmother has been left without internet for three days now and we have no way of getting this fixed without the internet! It’s ridiculous to expect an 89 year old to fix this on her own! You’ve closed the fault but the box is still flashing purple!

@bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

@WakeyNic @bt_uk Twice over the last few years...usually works ok for a while. Looks like a re register is required. It’s always the customer who has to take action....@bt_uk have NEVER taken the criminal use of their network seriously.

@bt_uk Hi, currently broadband only customer, looking to add TV aswell due to Sky hiking their price from next month. Just need some help with that. Understand box needs hardwire to router? Not possible in my house. Told powerline plug is the answer? Would this not affect speed?

@bt_uk Yes, G31 area in Glasgow has gone down. I’ve seen from @bt_uk replies to other people with this issue that they’re being sent mini hubs to connect to in the meantime?
