After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

@bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp had issues earlier not being able to access some services on my broadband and now BT internet is completely down with no access to anything, no notification or indication that there is a problem with service on the status website. Fix asap and comp for time.

@Inkpots1 @bt_uk Outage on BT Broadband for hours, but they are not telling paying customers what the issue is, just fobbing them off with 'We will look into this for you.

@BapyCal @ultrawideo @bt_uk Did it help? It's odd how some things work and others don't. My guess it's either a BT issue or a service that Twitch and Epic etc use

@bt_uk @EpicGames Epic Games Is down for BT internet, when epic launcher finally loads it asks me to log in or continue offline. I'm using Ethernet and I can connect to any other games just not ones stored in epic games launcher for example Fortnite.
