He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

@bt_uk If I log into my account and go to my offers the only one available is the same package I'm on but for £15 more a month, Which is awful. It doesn't even give me the option to upgrade even though I'm in a fibre 900 enabled area.

Lol what the actual ****, got new Smart Hub 2 from @bt_uk - tried setting the WPA2 passphrase to same as old one, but can't because it has spaces in it. Only ASCII between 32 and 126 allowed - somebody forgot to write a <= instead of a < - staggered.

@BTCare @ofcom Can BT explain to me how my mother’s account was closed because someone claimed to be moving into her address. With no access to her acc. Details. She thought letters received were a scam as the letter was such poor quality. So she called and told nothing was wrong

@bt_uk I think this has been wrong since they opened their account and they have never managed to convince BT that they are sending info to the wrong place

@bt_uk But beware if you ever try to leave they don’t process the closure of your service then hound you for months for money you don’t owe and then set the debt collection agencies onto you, despite you cancelling three times with them and thinking surely they must do it this time!

@bt_uk One text received today, 12th August, says if you don’t here from me by 2.00pm on the 9th August my move would go ahead as planned. If this had been sent in time my father would not be in this awful position.
