After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

@bt_uk I’m not saying your customer service is the worst I have seen but it’s certainly in the top one. My 84 year old Mum is burying her husband of 60 years tomorrow and her phone has been down for over a week and nothing is being done about it. No one can get hold of her.

@SkyHelpTeam Literally 1st time I'm using it. 1 day of 3 weeks away from home,doesn't work and I pay an extra premium for @btsport only to not be able watch
