    @bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

    @crustyano @GeorgeMonbiot @bt_uk Open reach is a company that doesn't even pretend the consumer has any rights. They don't even pretend to deal with their own complaints. There help account on twitter is all "get in touch with your provider". Absolute absurd joke.

    @bt_uk I have indeed tried this 4 times. Still not been reconnected. Now 6 days without any service as you have disconnected me. A service that I am still paying for. Can you explain how this works?

    @bt_uk ordered BT pro pack Oct and known for months needed cherry picker engineer for new line live. Confirmed all week all sorted, Engineer today and no cherry picker. BT management refusing to help also and now will be without TV/Broadband all over Christmas. Awful service!!

    @bt_uk Hello engineer has been out, can’t fix the problem so we have no streaming services, no tv, no internet over Christmas which is just great thanks BT nice Christmas present from you. He did say you can provide something called a back up but then we have strikes

    @bt_uk I never wanted to cancel my account, I called them and said not to. They did anyway, even there was a note on my account not to cancel. Now is Christmas, I have no Internet, i work from home ffs

    @bt_uk cancelled my account and charged me above 250 pounds i don't have. Customer service saying they have no control over the system, absolutely useless
