Angie C ⚓🇬🇧🏴 (@angeljudi) reported@bt_uk thanks for the digital changeover with no option to decline. Live in an area where VOIP required and home phone was for emergencies as mobile signal with any service provider non existent. So if internet down we now have zero communications.

And my network @EE signal is one bar. Having to use my data due to some error with BT. Not a happy bunny as its going to cost me a fortune!

Had an issue a few months ago, you were going to send an engineer but then I was told it had been fixed. Wi-fi currently not strong enough to stream TV or do zoom calls. I’m the sole user. Can someone help?

This would be a short term fix but perhaps improving mobile coverage in poor coverage areas before working on fixed links would be a better idea? It seems that commercial business and tech is forgetting older demographic in UK....
