@bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

@bt_uk We are one week in to our broadband service with @bt_uk and the quality and quantity of updates (texts) is dire. No service since 10am today and considering the technology available today I’d have expected significantly better service. Who should be updating us? @OpenreachHelp?

@bt_uk Hi Nicola the remote isn’t working again - any other help you can give us? Do we need a new remote? It’s so frustrating, we can’t watch TV at all now as we turn on the box, the picture comes on but can’t access the menu.
