@bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

@bt_uk Services disconnected? They haven't been working for 3 days now. My contract also states I will be kept updated with any ongoing issues and they will be fixed in a timely manner, in which I have been told there is no issue, just coincidence that the whole area is out.

@simonrug Better tell that to the pundits on @btsport that then?!! Pollard earns 1.2m Euros of that?!! Still a lot less than Premiership teams at £5m and a damn side less than the poor Welsh regions??!!

@bt_uk In that case, I am no longer responsible for paying for a service I do not receive. Since this is now impacting my work, I'll be swapping provider to someone reliable. Now blocked all outgoing transactions to BT from my bank just to be safe.

@bt_uk So I'm expected to now pay for additional data to cover a faulty service that I'm not receiving? And yes, my entire local area is out yet BT says its all separate issues and nothing is wrong. Looks like I'll be terminating the contract and going over to virgin instead.

@bt_uk Yes. Spoke to an agent in person yesterday who told me he’d get back to me in 5 days and spent until midnight last night on chat with someone who tried failed to fix it.
