    After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

    He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

    Hello @bt_uk @BTCare why is it impossible to have a landline only to elderly parents property? Never had broadband, don't want it, can't afford paying for it just to get phone line? Upset/stressed elderly couple who have been loyal bt customers

    @SkySports and @btsport are basically doing there best to protect there own TV right and keep charging big fee on views per match.. Also I see I have been able to see some of your videos concerning this issue but I was never allowed to see those before..
