He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

@BT_UK Hi there, my grandmother has been left without internet for three days now and we have no way of getting this fixed without the internet! It’s ridiculous to expect an 89 year old to fix this on her own! You’ve closed the fault but the box is still flashing purple!

@bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

@bt_uk Best thing I did getting rid of BT rip off merchants. Had 3 months of broadband at less than 1mb lots of customer service issues and they couldn't fix the issue but still tried to charge me for the full 18 month contract. Scumbags!

@bt_uk @RuaridhHanna Would this be the level of response had there been a service outage in London? Somehow I doubt it. For most whose livelihoods depend on connectivity given the present circumstances, this is an inadequate response.

@bt_uk Hi, appreciate it but I’ve actually had enough of @bt_uk, the service is appalling and there is nothing that anyone can say or do to keep me as a customer, so i will wait to not be called and told why my appointment was cancelled for a third time.

Been on hold to @bt_uk for 51 min without speaking to anyway and then at 8pm they just close the phone line down!! What a joke! Not only that they have made a right mess of my home move. Can't wait to get through to them and cancel the whole thing! #bt #wasteoftime #dontchoosebt
