@bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

@bt_uk what's been going on with your service this past week and a half? seen tons of people with the same issue which is that our internet is just tanking. My family pays for 150 down, 30 up and recently its been more around 30 down, 15 up and tanking frequently every day.

@btbusinesscare This is pathetic after sales care , I left BT 22 years ago and I thought I’d give em a try to see if you have improved but still just as bad .I placed an order for full Fibre to the premises and was told that by BT on phone, but what I got was fibre only to the CABINET, U LIED
