  @bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

  @btbusinesscare opened a complain in January, it is still opened as of today. Complaint handler lied about calling back. No-one from the team is willing to help. Maybe I should bring you to court!

  @bt_uk a friend of mine has been having a problem moving to BT for over 5 weeks. Firstly they charged her £25 for keeping HER OWN PHONE number. She has rang daily and emailed .She wrote a letter and got a response. She thought it was sorted. Charged her again and no internet
