@bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

@bt_uk we have been waiting since 29 Sep for you to connect our broadband. Today we waited in for 5 hours for an engineer to visit - a no show. Shocking lack of customer service, yet you continue to take our money for a non-existent service. #ripoffBritain

@bt_uk I was assigned an escalations specialist who regularly claimed matters were escalating despite Openreach refusing to provide any clarity on the issues. On Tuesday night, internet connected, right before the day I was promised a direct overseer for openreach.
