He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

@kethaniel @bt_uk This is happening to me today too. See they put up a notice about giving free texts, data and calls for Turkey and Syria... Great, however doesn't get my bills paid relying on you @bt_uk .. Worst service today ever in 22 years.. disgusted can't even run speed tests.
