    After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

    He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

    @bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

    What an absolute farce. We had a @bt_uk “upgrade” on Monday. We wish we’d never done it, another engineer has spent and hour here this morning and agrees with us that we’re worse off, is writing a report, and we *still* have no wifi to the back of a (terraced) house!

    @morganhuw @bt_uk Shocking service Morgan. Expected much better from BT. Been a customer for many many years. Standards have really dropped now though. Much have spoke to around 15 different people regarding this.

    @bt_uk My elderly parents living in an isolated village are without phone or internet. A welfare case was raised on 15/12/22 and inexplicably cancelled. We were told this morning that an engineer would attend within 4 hours. This has not happened. Please help.

    @bt_uk so, my usual broadband speed is 3-6 mbps, which is pathetic!! Since it snowed, it has dropped to next to nothing but you say everything is fine, which is complete BS. Tied to a terrible contract and you won't help. I just wanna watch football but the stream buffers 4eva..

    @bt_uk See, you run a speed test from YOUR end which doesn't relate to the speed I get at MY end, so you claim everything is good but it isnt!! I'm fed up with your router disconnecting constantly. I've cancelled the direct debit and I don't give a **** what you do next

    @bt_uk Thank you. Please look at the correspondence from today only, never mind the days before 😡 Please make sure I’m the first visit. No internet, it’s impossible for us to will never mind watch Netflix or sport etc. I’m so pi***d off I can’t begin to tell you
