He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

@bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

@btsport Can you please expand on the thinking behind removing the windows app? Browser based viewing is patchy at best especially in areas where signal is poor

@bt_uk Your web devs have no idea what sensible password change policy is. Show buttons only work whilst held down. You allow pasting on the 1st new password field but not the second. This just encourages poor password choices and creates frustration.

@bt_uk my dads had issues with his BT in keighley for 3 weeks, pixelating, channels going off, had 2 engineers and 1 didn't turn up. Can you let me know what's going on in the area as its multiple ppl with same issues and no help

@bt_uk Hi, I have the BT Box Pro. Recently, whilst watching BT Sport Ultimate, the picture goes black. Sometimes the box resets itself, sometimes I have to reset it by holding down the power button. Is there a fix for this? Regards, Mr Ramon Gamma.

@joncoupland @bt_uk 15 days without a basic utility!! If it was a water outage, they'd be handing out bottled water (happened here recently) and delivering it to those unable to collect. Why aren't they loaning basic emergency mobile phones to vulnerable customers?
