    He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

    @BT_UK Hi there, my grandmother has been left without internet for three days now and we have no way of getting this fixed without the internet! It’s ridiculous to expect an 89 year old to fix this on her own! You’ve closed the fault but the box is still flashing purple!

    After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

    @bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

    @bt_uk hey are there any outtages in east midlands, because I'm not even scraping 1MB/s and I'm unable to download anything or even surf the web (I'm on ethernet and the problem persists on wifi too), thanks x

    @bt_uk Why we moved to @sky all we had with bt was drop outs. Check your area first, make the right decision based on service and not adverts.

    @bt_uk Tried yet again to log in and have the activation email sent to me however yet again it tells me........Sorry, this process could not be completed at this time. Please try later. This whole process has been terrible.

    @geordiegixxer @bt_uk I was the same. Mine was always dropping out. Speed only ever seemed to get better when I complained and then it was back to the minimum. I lost broadband and phone for weeks at a time. Now with Virgin, fantastic speed of 500 MB, no issues so far.

    @bt_uk so happy to be out of contract with bt internet, 2 years of being lied to and fobbed off. Two years of internet being slow and dropping off. I will NEVER use this awful company again. They taken money for zero service.

    @bt_uk Just got them now, saying how the line from BT to my home is fine, and linked me an ebook on improving my speed, i’ve done the stuff in the booklet already and am still having an issue with speed, i’m going to check the cable going into my box, otherwise i’m lost, thanks so far:)
