The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

Phil (@dr_phil_ok) reported@btbusinesscare 6 + hours repeating the same questions on 3 different occasions this past week. Faults closed without resolution. Promised phone calls never received. My questions should be simple but will not be answered. Stop trying to upsell and provide decent service!

Dr Nina Baker (@ninabake2) reported@SoVeryBritish Me too, the week that started on 21 Feb has brought me close to despair. @bt_uk's malfunctioning auto reply 'function' has caused our email account to be tagged as a spammer & now neither myself or MOH can send any emails. An account we have had for over 18 years w/o problems.
