    @BT_UK Hi there, my grandmother has been left without internet for three days now and we have no way of getting this fixed without the internet! It’s ridiculous to expect an 89 year old to fix this on her own! You’ve closed the fault but the box is still flashing purple!

    He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

    After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

    @skytv @BTCare moved house this week, a massive thanks to Sky, who were alerted to the move on Wednesday, reinstated Sky on Saturday, BT on the otherhand quoted 22 days, Sept 9th, to set up our broadband. Maybe time to move everything to Sky!poor service BT.

    @bt_uk Hi, I did have one of the 4K UHD box’s last year… I since had a new TV PRO BOX (which was brilliant) until a blip which stopped working recently, since then I was sent a re-conditioned replacement (which broke down within a week) I’ve now had a 4K UHD sent? Regards

    @bt_uk hi BT reported a fault on our broadband on 4th August engineer came out to repair on the 9th .. engineer came out and reported that it was repaired then proceeded to drop off 35 times in 1 day so reported again .. engineer due 18th August waited in all day they never

    I’m not a fan of Sky as a whole, or @SkyFootball but @btsport (esp its Goal show) is garbage. Every single pundit, in the studio or at the stadiums, is absolutely awful. Oh and the presenters?? They’re not even good enough for the 1am-4am shift on some tin-pot local radio

    @bt_uk still no internet at W2 .. left with no connection, forced to use my mobile phone data in order to do work .. who’s going to compensate the extra charge I will have to pay to my mobile data provider due to your service being down?

    @bt_uk according to your website when trying to get a PAC code "Your service provider must reply within a minute giving you your code" Well I've text you twice and still nothing 1 hour later? Any ideas?

    @bt_uk This doesn't answer the question or solve the problem. I have BT Ultimate, which means I should be able to cast. I've been doing this a long time without an issue.
