    @bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

    After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

    @bt_uk Received postal mail about digital voice. No IVR option for it on 03301234150. Being passed between teams. Didn’t anyone anticipate the ensuing customer queries that would come from resuming DV rollout? Poor customer experience waiting for BT to figure how to manage this.

    @bt_uk Why have I been charged twice this month? Called. Hung on for an eternity. Was told there could be a problem. I wasn’t the only one. So where’s my refund?

    @bt_uk It's supposed to be a new business line. Due to have another engineer come out on the 24th, no doubt the same issue will occur, 4th time! If they can not provide me with broadband, I will go to another provider #avoidbt @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Hi Bt, how is it that as a loyal customer I can take out a contract with you and 2 months later you increase my price by 14.3%…but you are offering the very same deal to new customers at almost half that price?

    @bt_uk My elderly parents moved into their new house 14th Feb & you STILL haven’t moved their internet over. Every week you tell them it will work. Almost TWO MONTHS when it should take 2 days. This is a disgrace, you’re causing them so much stress. How do we fix it?

    @zeeman1976 @bt_uk On the phone to them right now as well for the same issue, not sure how that’s even possible to be taken out twice when there’s only one date registered for direct debit. I pay for a high package too and being taken twice really affects me financially.

    Hi @bt_uk how long before you fix your duplicate direct debit problem? Feel like I’ve been robbed twice !!!
