After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

@bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

@bt_uk broadband has been down since 19/10 and had an engineer come round from openreach saying we need a hub box 10days ago. A number of unhelpful calla, texts and emails since. Just told to try and fix it through troubleshoot. No new hub box and still no internet!

Hi @bt_uk My mum is having a problem recording programs on her youview box, I tried a factory reset, and it still won't let you schedule anything. Is there anything else I can try, or is it broken?

@bt_uk you’ve the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. 2 months since moving & we still haven’t got effective internet.Over 6 orders placed & over 6 hours of calls to resolve and it’s still not sorted. We can’t even make a complaint as you hung up on us. It’s a joke.

I DON'T recommend @bt_uk WiFi to anyone. BT didn't provide guaranteed WiFi speed.Their excuse was they meant LineSpeed 4 StayFastGuarantee, not WiFi speed.They say things look normal at that end. My complaint contained 2 contact numbers,they got only one! What a reliable system.

@bt_uk Had no internet since 9am this morning. Was informed it would be fixed by 3:30pm, still nothing. Website now says no fix date. Any ideas?
