He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

@bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

After 11 years unbroken service considering getting rid of #Sky and moving to #BT. Tired of poor or no signal from dish, weak WiFi and poor coverage in my house. Excessive fees for mukltiroom and HD. Should I stay or should I go now? @skytv @btsport

@bt_uk Thanks Lesley very good of you to respond, after over 50 mins and 3 people, been cut off and now awaiting a call back as wants to speak to his manager! I'd love to speak to someone else to be told pay BT more money and we'll resolve the issue! It's my fault I have brick walls!

I appreciate the world's still in a pandemic! But please give me the strength to hold on the line to BT!! @bt_uk @BTGroup paying for a service that doesn't work and being told the only thing I can do is upgrade and pay more! What a brilliant business model!

@redlabel1314 @bt_uk ALL the time. Reporting it does nothing. I reported it for over two years, as many others have - called, tweeted, nothing changes, nor was my £75pm requisitely refunded, reduced or partially recompensed once. Awful service with a schedule full of American college/Aussie sport.

@bt_uk No she's still without her landline and is so panicked everyday. Estimated repair date 9th Feb. Such a worry. Will she be able to get money back for all this time without service?
