    @BT_UK Hi there, my grandmother has been left without internet for three days now and we have no way of getting this fixed without the internet! It’s ridiculous to expect an 89 year old to fix this on her own! You’ve closed the fault but the box is still flashing purple!

    He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

    After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

    @bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

    @bt_uk Hi, Broadband has been down for over 30 days. I’ve received approx 15 messages from different “employees” claiming they are here to help. Absolutely nothing has been done. All ask the same questions. Don’t you people talk to each other? Run, run from BT company

    @Hells4Heroes @bt_uk I will no longer have BT anything. Firstly because they’re hopeless and secondly because they are no longer British owned, which wouldn’t matter if they did a good job, they don’t. I have Vodaphone BB, never a problem, speed good, cost low. Runs BB & 1 mobile around £43 a month.

    @bt_uk want you to pay extra for a service that gives you peace of mind for when their broadband fails. Um, no. You should offer this as a courtesy. Keeping customers connected when they need to work from home shouldn’t cost them more when the fault is yours.

    @bt_uk Just had confirmed BT Sport poor bandwidth ensures your picture quality is derisory! Watched sport on Amazon Prime via our 2M broadband and the picture was far better than BT Sport via sky.

    @bt_uk still waiting for BT to connect a line to our house. We’ve been waiting since May, an absolute disgraceful service. How can a provider allow this to happen. After raising numerous complaints and spending hours of wasted time on the phone what are the next steps??

    @bt_uk my fibre to the premise has been down since Thursday, it now has a blue light but DL throughput is just 0.04mbps. The whole area is affected, what is going on in the Stirchley/Kings Heath area of Birmingham?!!
