After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

@BT_UK Hi there, my grandmother has been left without internet for three days now and we have no way of getting this fixed without the internet! It’s ridiculous to expect an 89 year old to fix this on her own! You’ve closed the fault but the box is still flashing purple!

He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

@bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

@bt_uk Although done the online speed test and connection online yesterday as my tv was constantly buffering, ironically on BT Sport, and it reported back no issues. Which is my major issue with the complete Wi-fi guarantee - responds with all fine when I can visibly see it’s not

@CarlBovis_AFC @ROYKAYE8 @btsport If that ball went into the far corner of the Villa goal then Peter Walton would say “Lacazette knew it was going into the goal so he stopped Martinez from coming to collect it. Hence the goal should be disallowed”. That’s how bad he is.

kind of because it was recently italian as well, but mainly because that is where its supposed to be, but cafe bars are important, so is btsport for ligue 1, also the former emperor of the third republic was so flawless, any deviation form that was bad reaction with media only,

@redlabel1314 @bt_uk ALL the time. Reporting it does nothing. I reported it for over two years, as many others have - called, tweeted, nothing changes, nor was my £75pm requisitely refunded, reduced or partially recompensed once. Awful service with a schedule full of American college/Aussie sport.

@bt_uk No she's still without her landline and is so panicked everyday. Estimated repair date 9th Feb. Such a worry. Will she be able to get money back for all this time without service?
