    @btsport cancelled my BT sports package because of the PPV rip offs, when I subscribed UFC was included in the price.. I was mis-sold so not only have you not made a sale, you lost a customer!

    @bt_uk you are worse than useless. We are on superfast2 broadband & our speed is a miserly 24Mb, which is slower than we had with superfast1! Waited 3 weeks for an engineer. He confirmed it was slow and left saying you would be in touch within 72 hours, that was 96 hrs ago! 😩

    Once again driven to contact @bt_uk via Twitter as it's impossible to connect via chat or phone to discuss why my FTTP service is so slow and to try and get more wifi discs delivered. Very frustrating - would the BT Twitter fairies please tell me how best to proceed.

    @bt_uk I can't here it, but my wife has better hearing than me(she is much younger) it bothers her, not sure we need another box anyway we have had this one for a while, not sure how long they last, but we have recently upgraded our speed, never had this problem before we upgraded

    @bt_uk our internet keeps dropping off every few minutes and my manager is about to herd me back into the open plan office with the rest of the lot everytime I've been offline for longer than a minute CAN YOU PLEASE FIX THIS I DONT WANT TO PUT ON ACTUAL CLOTHES AND GO THERE

    @bt_uk They told me many of my neighbours had had local IPS issues (all with other providers) & offered me better speeds if I switched to you...... V.frustrating #customerexperience to be given the runaround, sales promises & a fragmented service @bt_uk it's not instilling confidence 😔

    @Sapper851 @bt_uk @SkyHelpTeam According to BT an hour ago, their suppliers said ‘repair would be on the 24th’. But looks like it’s now back. Good news but appalling customer comms.
