    @btsport cancelled my BT sports package because of the PPV rip offs, when I subscribed UFC was included in the price.. I was mis-sold so not only have you not made a sale, you lost a customer!

    @bt_uk you are worse than useless. We are on superfast2 broadband & our speed is a miserly 24Mb, which is slower than we had with superfast1! Waited 3 weeks for an engineer. He confirmed it was slow and left saying you would be in touch within 72 hours, that was 96 hrs ago! 😩

    You have a serious problem with your home hubs, @bt_uk: if the home phone/broadband goes down, mobile phones in the house can't call or text. My vulnerable parents had this happen yesterday, and were cut off from each other/the outside world. This is dangerous.

    @bt_uk great service!!! Set up date pushed back twice, advised to contact Virgin and extend my time with them. Also told I would be contacted today, nothing. Its a joke

    @gbbug01 @bt_uk Gonna give them a ring tomorrow, it’s actually shocking how bad it is. Things don’t load, says the network connection isn’t strong enough to load Instagram etc.

    upgraded our @bt_uk broadband last week to Full Fibre 900 & it is shocking, faster to use my 4G then to be connected to the Wi-fi, at £70 a month, we shouldn’t be having problems with it already 😐

    @clarkey801 @bt_uk Have you tried contacting ofcom, if you have had 6 engineer visits and the issue is still not resolved then you have given them more than enough chances to rectify the fault whatever it may be. They should not be able to charge EDF because you need a working service. @ofcom.

    @bt_uk Hi BT! My broadband slows down to an unusable crawl every evening. You've checked and said the line is fine. What next? I guess I could arrange a rota with my neighbours so we all watch Netflix at different times of the day?
