  @btsport cancelled my BT sports package because of the PPV rip offs, when I subscribed UFC was included in the price.. I was mis-sold so not only have you not made a sale, you lost a customer!

  @bt_uk you are worse than useless. We are on superfast2 broadband & our speed is a miserly 24Mb, which is slower than we had with superfast1! Waited 3 weeks for an engineer. He confirmed it was slow and left saying you would be in touch within 72 hours, that was 96 hrs ago! 😩

  @btbusinesscare waiting for 6months for a broadband connection utter disgrace. Saying we can’t cancel and just left in limbo while our business struggles. Worst company we’ve ever dealt with.

  @bt_uk Please read complaints: C10001233999-1 and C10002182447. Aswell, the apparent complaints officer, had not investigated the complaint. Just wanted it closed. Then to top of off, when I ask to cancel the service - I get an email to say they are sorry for my loss! Nobody died !!!!

  @bt_uk I’ve spoken to your ‘technical team’ on three occasions today, each time ‘our systems are down’ they are meant to be calling me back tomorrow! Still no closer to fixing his phone though

  @bt_uk engineers damaged lights in my garden. After contacting your claims people,and chasing 3 times, I’ve been told keoghs are ‘not entertaining’ my claim! The had NO BUSINESS being in my garden! Damage caused but it’s not your fault? Dismissive and condescending reply.

  @bt_uk It won’t! I have spoken to at least 6 different people for hours to sort the problem. I was told to buy a new phone which I was assured BT would pay for if it didn’t fix the problem. It didn’t and you won’t pay. 😫

  This fault was fixed by the next day but have had multiple outages since this. Currently there is another outage for me. @bt_uk
