@btsport cancelled my BT sports package because of the PPV rip offs, when I subscribed UFC was included in the price.. I was mis-sold so not only have you not made a sale, you lost a customer!

@bt_uk you are worse than useless. We are on superfast2 broadband & our speed is a miserly 24Mb, which is slower than we had with superfast1! Waited 3 weeks for an engineer. He confirmed it was slow and left saying you would be in touch within 72 hours, that was 96 hrs ago! 😩

@bt_uk I’ve phoned customer services myself again. Advisor clueless on what is going on and claims order incorrectly placed by BT staff again!!!! Apparently no manager available I’ve been promised another callback Monday I’m not holding my breathe so much for loyal customers

@mrsamjones88 Totally agree Sam. That woman that interviews the fighters isn’t much better, her voice goes through me!! I normally love the chat between fights and the interviews, but I’ve got the sound turned down!! @btsport need to make a change!!
