    Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

    @btbusinesscare is there any chance of a quicker engineer visit to work out the cause of ‘branch wire from the main wire is causing unwanted signal reflection which is causing drop outs in connection’

    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

    @conwayMX @btsportufc @UFCEurope @ufc If I have to pay £19.95 a fight, then I’ll just pay box office and VPN with fightpass and cancel BT. Saves me £70 a month @btsport

    @bt_uk i’m totally fed up with your service. I have been complaining about my Wi-fi for months, asking you to send an engineer out because there is clearly a fault, but you’ve refused. I now have a new router and the problem is still there. What are you going to do about it??

    @bt_uk Complete loss of service since last Saturday, spoke to numerous people over the course of 5 weeks , to which I'm constantly told different things and basically fobbed off without anything being done.

    @bt_uk Over 48 hrs now so BT will have to compensate the whole village for each day that goes by now as per our contracts 😞😞😞😞what exactly is the problem? I have asked but no answer to my question as of yet! Our digital phones are not working either!

    @btsportrugby @btsport Please ask your commentators to STOP calling the 22’ the red-zone! Its the 22’ not the F-ing red-zone. It has become insufferable to the point where I want to cancel my subscription to your services. Please consider the customers you have got.
