Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

Miss P the 🌍HoD🙋♀️🏳️🌈 (@Geog_Miss_P) reported
@bt_uk can you help? My 91yo grandma has been without a landline since 21/12, your engineer said its a major fault and cannot be fixed, "for weeks" but she's the only house experiencing it. She lives alone and doesn't use the Internet/mobiles so is vulnerable.

AFY B (@MRAFYB26) reported
@bt_uk Nope, they said they would call me today at 12, nothing. Imagine if I had breached the contract, you’d chase me for every penny of the contract. I’ll be making a formal complaint

@DreyfusJames @bt_uk BT are the worst, I haven't used them for years for that reason
-
DaveB🇧🇼 (@DaveB_mcfc) reported from Longfield, England
Our broadband has been on/off daily since 16/12 but despite being given a fix date of 06/01 at 1pm this has now passed and the fault checker now says you are unable to give a new date. Can you give update confirm what compensation we are entitled to and how we claim it. @.bt_uk

@DreyfusJames @bt_uk It's why I ended up going with Sky. Not the best by any means, but had very few problems
-
Sue Henderson 💙 (@HathorsDaughter) reported
@DreyfusJames @bt_uk They've clearly not changed in over two decades when I fled from them and vowed never to give them a penny ever again. I'm sorry you're having to endure their inadequacies. I hope they sort it out soon.

James Dreyfus (@DreyfusJames) reported
@toucanjester @bt_uk It’s funny you should say that. I’ve heard similar. The poor lad who was here the other day to fix it kept being rung by BT to push him to another job. He had no choice but to leave without finishing. He too wanted to leave them.

@DreyfusJames @samjjones73 @bt_uk See previous post, we went back to sky. The viewing card on our sky box went on Boxing Day. Phoned them on Boxing Day, couldn't fix but promised that they would post out another. It arrived on the 29th. Great service from them

@DreyfusJames @JustBusyWriting @bt_uk Today its usually fibre to the large green boxes (DSLAM) & then 🤞🏽 copper beyond. Unfortunately there is aluminium & even paper insulated wires still in the ground. Underground boxes flood easily especially after a storm, wires get rubbed down in the trees if it’s pole fed
