  • jakeehunter 𝐣𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 (@jakeehunter) reported from Yeovilton, England

why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

  • jamesburfield James Burfield (@jamesburfield) reported from Midsomer Norton, England

@conwayMX @btsportufc @UFCEurope @ufc If I have to pay £19.95 a fight, then I’ll just pay box office and VPN with fightpass and cancel BT. Saves me £70 a month @btsport

  • Baz1050 Sam (@Baz1050) reported from Cheddar, England

Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

  • simonthyer Si Thyer (@simonthyer) reported from Yeovilton, England

@Iwelch22 @SheridanRobins @bbcsomerset @Official_NCFC @btsport @SheridanRobins has been nice to you and we don’t have any of the London clubs with horrendous pronouncing issues

  • Mayabirch1 Maya Birch (@Mayabirch1) reported from Street, England

Thankyou @bt_uk we've been with you again not even two weeks, and the internet has cut out completely. Meaning I cannot do my job. And no resolution in sight?!!

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • BurkinshawAnna Anna Burkinshaw (@BurkinshawAnna) reported

@bt_uk Not good enough. I don’t want a complaint, I don’t want credit, I just want someone to call up an engineer and send them round to make the connection. I’ve been told it’s not a resourcing issue, it’s a computer issue. Where did the common sense go?!

  • miscreatedmarco Marco Catena (@miscreatedmarco) reported

@bt_uk If you can fix a washing machine then sure, if not I'm okay Dee.

  • Redlinegamingtv Redline (@Redlinegamingtv) reported

When @bt_uk says your upload can't get more than 3.5 when clearly I been around 4.5 to 5 for months. Fed up with the service I get. Maybe move once contract finish

  • markbraggins Mark Braggins (@markbraggins) reported

@bt_uk Thanks, but I have been through all that palaver previously. Bottom (BT) line is that the current line only supports slow speeds, despite me paying for Fibre 2 package, and it being fast 'at the cabinet'. Yes, I live in #rural #Devon

  • caspington Caspington (@caspington) reported

@bt_uk Hi, Reported a Landline fault online 2 days ago. Not heard a word about it. Fault tracking says 'Engineers are working on it'? But the 'aim to fix' date just keeps moving on a day, each day. Now Tuesday 25 May (really??).How am I supposed to know whats actually going on?

  • sleeepwaalker1 Sleeepwaalker (@sleeepwaalker1) reported

@Veloula @bt_uk That sucks I’m sorry - have you a business account set up, if so, they owe compensation for loss of earnings. But 5£ a day for internet being off, regardless, isn’t enough - Ofcom if they refuse to help

  • Lord_Kelvin_ Kelvin (@Lord_Kelvin_) reported

@bt_uk This was a move connection to new property over a week ago and now the 4th engineer has failed to turn up. Now I have to phone BT to be met with poor customer service and no results

  • BurkinshawAnna Anna Burkinshaw (@BurkinshawAnna) reported

@bt_uk your service is beyond appalling. I am shocked at the number of errors that have been made and the untruths I have been told by your advisors. 7 days (so far) without an internet connection and I work from home. I have never experienced such poor service from a company.

  • ley_leysmith Ley Smith (@ley_leysmith) reported

@bt_uk My mum’s BT Broadband and Fixed Line stopping working since @CityFibre has been digging outside her house in Reading. Can this issue be investigated ASAP?

  • MazzardFarm Ruud Jansen Venneboer, Devon (@MazzardFarm) reported

@bt_uk Wow, keep the bad ideas coming. Change phone number, yes why not? Oh, wait, we are a business and customers know our number.... Sorry, but I just get a really strong feel that BT can do a lot more. We're also on TPS, which seems to make no difference
