Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

@bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@bt_uk ... if you could only provide me with a phone number of someone to speak to regarding this nightmare I could them stop pestering them and speak to someone who is involved in today’s proceedings to raise my complaint. I am VERY infuriated by the whole situation.

@bt_uk NO NOTICE yet again to work on internet in our street,no note through the door. This is the 2nd time it’s happened. My Mum works for the @NHSuk from home and now she can’t help her patients because YOU didn’t even give us one day’s notice. DISGUSTING. Shame on you BT.

@bt_uk Hi there we had trouble getting a new hub a engineer ordered. But you was very good sorting out. But our new hub arrived with no plug and extra sticker. Which is going to be a pain for us😢😢

I am on the receiving end of bastard scammers. Some dodgy overseas money-grabbers have phoned a raft of older women using VOIP to present as my number. When 1471 is dialled, it rings my house phone (circa 20 calls up to now).@bt_uk have been excellent at explaining. Poor women!

@bt_uk The suppliers are working for you therefore representing you. The fact you have no answer to the reason why we were notified not even just one day in advance is appalling. Again... yes we’ve now been told internet will be down for hours ... (1/2)

@OpenreachHelp I’ve done that & @bt_uk & yourselves have let me down several times. I was told BT would call me back twice & on both occasions got a text to say to call them to rearrange my appointment. If you’ve an hour to spare call them. Just terrible service.
