    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

    @conwayMX @btsportufc @UFCEurope @ufc If I have to pay £19.95 a fight, then I’ll just pay box office and VPN with fightpass and cancel BT. Saves me £70 a month @btsport

    @bt_uk Another 20hrs wasted - you lost MiL telephone number of 34 years, made repeated promises of “we’ll get it back” - NOTHING HAPPENS #badcustomerservice #dissapointed #noownership official complaint already made - no action on this. Was told we’d receive feedback & call today

    🧵 @bt_uk / @OpenreachHelp FTTP install kerfuffle log. (History first). 15th Nov. Installation due. Engineer completes installation at my house. Completed ~1700 but no service. "Too much light" arriving at the ONT. 1/

    @bt_uk So my speed guarantee has not been met. The first install was missed The 2nd install was late and not complete. How is this not a **** service?

    Also Suzanne Parry of @bt_uk consumer [not]resolution department ignoring point that BT fail to advise that Openreach do the work and need to be the point of contact to organise access and also fail to pass on contact details. Default continues to be 'nothing to do with me or us.
