    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    Thankyou @bt_uk we've been with you again not even two weeks, and the internet has cut out completely. Meaning I cannot do my job. And no resolution in sight?!!

    @bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

    Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

    @conwayMX @btsportufc @UFCEurope @ufc If I have to pay £19.95 a fight, then I’ll just pay box office and VPN with fightpass and cancel BT. Saves me £70 a month @btsport

    @bt_uk Constantly. Essentially there's no service with drop outs hourly. Make progress with one customer service rep or engineer, then the BT bot cancels what they try to do to help. It's so shoddy.

    @btsport How do I cancel my subscription? I keep getting charged for the monthly pass but when I log into my account it just asks if I want to renew my subscription. I've also changed my payment method on there and it's still being taken from my old payment method.

    @bt_uk hi I up graded my TV package and ordered a mini box, the new TV box has arrived but no mini box and the mini box is not showing on my order can you help please as tried phoning on hold for over 20mins & can't find an email address why do may it so hard to contact you?

    @bt_uk Bt you really are slow at replying to people, why can't existing bt customers get this offer off 3 months free broadband. If i log into my offers this offer is not listed on there so why only new customers???

    @bt_uk Feel like it's time to leave BT after being a customer for over 20 years. We pay a lot of money for a terrible service and I spend too much time calling and trying to get the problem fixed - with no resolution.
