@bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

@conwayMX @btsportufc @UFCEurope @ufc If I have to pay £19.95 a fight, then I’ll just pay box office and VPN with fightpass and cancel BT. Saves me £70 a month @btsport

@bt_uk It says ‘no known problems in your area’… well obviously there is, there’s hundreds of customers with no access to the servers they’re paying for, I’ve seen plenty of people reporting it to u on Twitter not to mention by phone. And it’s not even been recognised as a problem yet?

@IAmCodeNinja @RedJolt @bt_uk I'm with Zen now. Not because of any problems with BT, but because I needed a static IP for work, which BT don't do for residential properties. I paid an early contract end fee (cos I couldn't wait) and BT still nagged about their kit.
