@btbusinesscare is there any chance of a quicker engineer visit to work out the cause of ‘branch wire from the main wire is causing unwanted signal reflection which is causing drop outs in connection’

why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

Don't bother getting broadband from @VodafoneUK very bad routers and poor Customer Service. Very unwilling to help out with my issue of bad WiFi coverage. I understand WiFi won't cover all areas but @bt_uk and @virginmedia routers worked and they were more than helpful to me.

@bt_uk No point Paddy. I’ve had this debate for the last 15 years where BT have consistently reduced the guaranteed minimum speed from a depressing 5mbps to a woeful 0.5mbps and I’m supposed to grateful for paying £50pm for a practically useless service. 1/2
