Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@conwayMX @btsportufc @UFCEurope @ufc If I have to pay £19.95 a fight, then I’ll just pay box office and VPN with fightpass and cancel BT. Saves me £70 a month @btsport

@MartinSLewis is there an Ofcom type body that deals with @bt_uk with breaching agreements on installing broadband and then changing agreement it can’t be right they are allowed to do this and many people I know have encountered same problem. Days off work no one turns up

@TheDartsReferee you can claim £25 for bt missed appointment and £5 per day from what should have been the start of your contract to when your service is up and running mate that’s what @bt_uk have to pay
