    @btbusinesscare is there any chance of a quicker engineer visit to work out the cause of ‘branch wire from the main wire is causing unwanted signal reflection which is causing drop outs in connection’

    @conwayMX @btsportufc @UFCEurope @ufc If I have to pay £19.95 a fight, then I’ll just pay box office and VPN with fightpass and cancel BT. Saves me £70 a month @btsport

    @bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

    @bt_uk This has been escalated 5 times - no results. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach is saying another appointment is needed - for what?? Neighbour downstairs in the same house got his internet up and running - why not me? Why does NOBODY want to put this issue to bad?

    After two days of phone calls and useless service, who on earth at @bt_uk can help me restore my broadband that you’ve taken down?? Even a 45 min call now the agent just ended the call as they knew it wasn’t an easy fix. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!

    @bt_uk your broadband customer service is truly disgusting. I’ve waited in all day for no engineer to turn up, or anybody for that matter able to give me a reason why on the phone. Awful service

    @bt_uk Hi, on my upgrade section i'm being offered full fibre 100, but not 500. Although this is an option when going through as a new customer. Am I not able to get it? or is it a phone up job?

    @bt_uk Dem Timez When... You've been on hold for 15mins, taking for 10 mins, told you'll be put on hold and am INSTANTLY disconnected. No call back. C'mon BT...please do better. You're charging me TWICE for the same service, I think I'm entitled to complain. #HelpPlease

    @bt_uk my elderly parents have now been without a phone for two weeks. Broken promises and non delivery of hub/phones. Unacceptable.
