why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

@bt_uk absolutely terrible customer service from BT . Assured that regrade order was not for FTTP and wouldn't require engineers visit as I live in rented property, then receive email regarding engineers visit!!! I have cancelled 3 orders due to misinformation!!

2nd time in a month that we have been left without a landline, which my elderly father uses daily, plus rather fragile & slow broadband too . Kind of hilarious that @bt_uk offer a phone number to ring - difficult to use if your phone doesn't work. Fixed the last fault quick tho.

@bt_uk really rubbish customer service again. Upgraded to fibre but the digital phone isn’t working! Been told could take another 5 days to rectify! Is it acceptable to pay for a service that won’t be working for a week? #worsecustomerserviceuk

Thanks @bt_uk you were meant to phone my husband between 12 noon and 2pm. Instead you phone me at 5.47pm. Not expecting a call from you so I missed it. Still trying to sort out a 5 month old problem. Terrible service.

@bt_uk How do I, as a customer, raise a full, formal complaint about the service that I am receiving. I don't want to just phone up and be fobbed of by one of your delightful (but ineffective) telephone people. I want you to actually listen and learn.

@bt_uk Terrible customer service. I moved Broadband in Oct but you have still been taking money every month. I phoned 2 weeks ago and still not received my final bill or refund. I called today to ask what compensation I would be receiving and was told £15, not even a months bill!

How crap is @bt_uk My recently bereaved elderly mum has been messed around since 12/12/22 trying to get @btsport cancelled & broadband changed to fibre. Now she's been disconnected & lost her lifeline with the outside world. So tomorrow we try again. 4th time lucky? I hope so.
