    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @bt_uk My ps4 is connected by ethernet cable and when trying to watch twitch on mobile it buffers alot, I'm really confused as I have fibre to the home yet my experience with standard copper cable with sky is better neverbhad an issue with buffering when more than one device using it

    @btsport I like almost everything much better than #sly but I’ve gotta cancel like many others I expect. I will not be looked down on by @GaryLineker the last tweet about tv license rises which I know isn’t bt was the last straw Who does he think he is ?

    @bt_uk I had requested no cancellation, I’ve phoned up and they said I’d have the service restored in 24 hours . You’re quick enough to turn it off, but not quick enough to turn it back on. Totally unacceptable service and I’ll be cancelling at the next billing date
