why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

Out of curiosity, does bring a @bt_uk broadband customer give you free access to @btsport? Glad to have our broadband back after being down for more than 24 hours. Apparently it was related to a roadside cabinet which does surprise me with the state of some near us.

@bt_uk mother in laws phone has had an outage now for 6 days she’s 88 and vulnerable we keep reporting fault but BT do nothing and now there’s a fault on the fault reporting line, you couldn’t make it up! Get a grip BT
