Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

@btbusinesscare is there any chance of a quicker engineer visit to work out the cause of ‘branch wire from the main wire is causing unwanted signal reflection which is causing drop outs in connection’

why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@bt_uk My internet (and that of a my neighbours) has now been down for over a week due to an Open Reach engineer accidentally cutting a cable. Not having any luck at all with your call centres who tell me the fault is fixed. Any chance?

@bt_uk gonna be suspended which would have given me enough time to pay the bill on Monday, I have never had a late payment charge infact every month they feel the need to ring me to tell me the bill is due, are they that desperate for money. I really dunno what I’m going to do

@bt_uk - AND so it continues. The connection was set up for tomorrow (Friday). Just received an email saying it’s been cancelled for the FIFTH time. A BT unbreakable contract for an unusable service! Surely this is mis- selling at best and fraudulent at worst!! Ombudsman??
