  • Baz1050 Sam (@Baz1050) reported from Cheddar, England

Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

  • jamesburfield James Burfield (@jamesburfield) reported from Midsomer Norton, England

@conwayMX @btsportufc @UFCEurope @ufc If I have to pay £19.95 a fight, then I’ll just pay box office and VPN with fightpass and cancel BT. Saves me £70 a month @btsport

@bt_uk No idea who Laura is. But as you can’t provide accessible communications to disabled people I will stop trying to help you.

  • ukmcfry Paul (@ukmcfry) reported

@bt_uk Hi James, I'm not sure if you can help as I'm with Plusnet but I know they're part of BT and that BT control the network speeds.

  • ClickMarlow clickmarlow.co.uk 🕷 #FBPA 🇬🇧 🇪🇺 (@ClickMarlow) reported

@bt_uk Is that even after your customer had arranged for a third party 2speak on their behalf as they were going abroad for a month? The issue had been discussed & just requires a resolution so it would seem you pull up irrelevant security issues 2mask your inadequate technical support.

  • pumps1000 Ian Reynolds (@pumps1000) reported from Reading, England

@bt_uk The issue is that you charge customers for a service. A service which allows scammers access to your system. I would have been happy to give up the line for a token gesture. You try blocking 80 calls an hour!

  • OramageOfficial Oscar Ramage (@OramageOfficial) reported

@bt_uk My WIFI hub’s light has suddenly turned orange & I don’t have any Internet, so I’ve had to change to 5G. Is there some kind of connection issue?

  • DavidFinnan2 David Finnan (@DavidFinnan2) reported

@btsport just sat down for the game and omg macmanaman on commentary game ruined already

  • jaredhill1 Jared Hill (@jaredhill1) reported

Peter Walton there with more wisdom "it wasn't his standing leg so no chance of a broken leg - so it's a yellow"... @btsport are you just employing this guy for rage clickbait ?

  • kayo_lwb Kayo (@kayo_lwb) reported

@bt_uk Thanks, it would be helpful if you could tell all your colleagues to stop using capital letters with bold font when replying to the customers’ emails, illegally retaining customer’s personal mobile number, and refusing to delete it even after being formally requested please.

  • TotoDiVita Toto Di Vita (@TotoDiVita) reported

@virginmedia I’ve done all that multiple times, including the technician checking over the phone & saying the router was faulty… I lost more money waiting in for the 2 days for a router that never arrived than paying any exit fees, I’d rather just pay any fee & move to @SkyUK or @bt_uk

  • ccrider0877 David Frost (@ccrider0877) reported

@bt_uk Just tried to phone, after 3/4 menus (some irrelevant to the issue) got told it was best to do by text. Text only deals with phone or broadband so still stuck, is there a better number where I can speak to a person??
