Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

Well looks like my broadband swap over is going well 🙄 Meant to start 8th August with @Plusnet then told 23rd August. Come home today to find my current provider @bt_uk has obviously disconnected me as I can't connect and it's asking me to reset as if I'm a new customer 😠
@bt_uk no i didnt, how can you have a loyalty team when your not loyal to your customers, and yes BT could sustain this for all customers but choose not too, it doesnt look good to lie aswell as offering bad service and high prices.
Absolutely appalled with @bt_uk. We told them a month ago that we would be moving house and set up the transfer. They’ve then managed to cancel the order so are having to place a new one which will be “late next week.” Four separate calls before we got that explanation though 🤬
@bt_uk im an existing customer i have no tv dont use my landline and you charge me £52 a month for a slower than average internet i phone up for renewel the best you offer is £45 a month while im here looking at new customers being offered 27.99 a month😂😂 you guys suck

@bt_uk @btbusinesscare This has been appalling service @bt_uk @btbusinesscare. Took an age to get our new business connected and now you’ve disconnected us. Apparently you can’t reconnect us until Weds. Big chunk out of our bank hols takings we can’t afford to lose.
@bt_uk Hi Chris, basically got the same result as last time considered a wireless problem anyoo might as well leave it at that.
@bt_uk The site is working fine now and it says theres no problems in the area. When the hub goes there is no lights at all. I try the power button then tried the plug and it resets, works for a few minutes the goes again
@bt_uk I keep getting 403 forbidden when I try to access your site. My internet keeps going. I ordered a new hub but I think it could be a bigger issue

@bt_uk @Plusnet @EE Btw good customer experience to @bt_uk and @ee - its clear @plusnet was a bad buy .... the plusnet customer service and experience seems to be on summer holidays!
