    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    @bt_uk please explain to me why I have an on going issue that you have not fixed and your agents ( more than one ) response is to tell me I am no longer in contract so I can leave BT ??? Is this really how you run your business ?

    @bt_uk I have a problem with my land line, done your self check procedure and you confirmed that there is a fault. I check the status of the fault and it says slow broadband not land line! You said you need to send an engineer but the next available date is 5th September!

    @bt_uk BT … Lazy response…always take it to DM as your responses are lazy & unhelpful… Broadband service not fit for purpose… Guaranteeing speeds only using Ethernet cable and asking to test with only 1 device connected.. it’s 2022

    @bt_uk seriously, why is our broadband taking so long to be fixed?? Its been off since 5.45pm yesterday and it's not predicted to be fixed till 4.48pm? Why am I paying for a service that doesn't work?? I'm in Littleport, Ely.

    @bt_uk And if they fail? We’ve been in a continuous loop on this for over 2 months now. We received a message yesterday saying that our complaint would be closed even though it is resolved!

    @bt_uk @mattwarman @SKYbroadbandPH some needs to help us, we have 2 ONT lines into our house and have paid and used them for over 2 years (2 accounts). Being told we cannot have 2 and they have switched one for but we are paying for service via BT and sky nobody can help us
