@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@BTCare losing my patience! Had intermittent internet since Tuesday, more off than on. Tried contacting via text help no reply so called 3 times to speak to advisor for them to put me on hold for over ten min then to say they can see no fault ! There clearly is!

@bt_uk WHAT is going on with your service?? Internet Constantly crashing since y'day, & I've been unable to get onto your website to run a/ny "checks" (usually a waste of time anyway as your website is so badly designed). Goodbye from a very-soon to be, Ex Customer.🤬

Hey @bt_uk so you’re blaming @NOW for not contacting you to end our service with you, even though we gave you the transfer and cancellation date. You have also charged us for 3 months after this cancellation date and refuse to refund us. Criminal! #bt_uk #nowtv

@bt_uk No good. Mine has been unstable since mid June! New filters, new socket, hub and cable. STILL intermittent at best and MIA at worse.

@bt_uk no im a renewing customer you have a fancy page telling me its gone down just over £1 which means for my fibre i pay 69.99 a month but new customers can have the exact same for £49.99, as you can appreciate im currently thinking im off to @EE full fibre 900m £50
