@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

The absolute catastrophic incompetence of BT and Openreach is incredible. A month later and no broadband service and no TV service. BTs call centre is beyond useless, and their systems/processes are incomprehensible. C*NTS. @BTCare @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp

@bt_uk are pretty useless. Log a broadband fault and their system says they hope to fix it by the 7th February. What sort of SLA is that consider what we pay for BT FTTC and line that is a joke!

@bt_uk Now working, but we had over an hour of no TV service & then missed the whole first half of the football game we were going to watch. Again. I pay for TV & pay extra for football. Got none of that tonight. Keeps happening, it's a piss take. I hate paying for things I don't get
