@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@btbusinesscare few huge problem to this post and idea is that if you HAVE NO B/BAND you can't use the phone as it uses VoIP so you need b/band then if your stuck somewhere like me my 4g assure doesn't even work due to no bars ( not your fault on that as it due to the metalwork in the building)

@bt_uk worst customer service ever!! Phone line broken for a week, promised to fix it by 17/12, now postponed to 21/12. Customer service dept pass me to openreach that is closed, ring bt back and they literally blank me a cut me off. DISGUSTING!

@bt_uk Its ridiculous. 2 weeks no service in Sept.Another month with no service now. No indication when back. Yet every month full bill paid. No refund, no service,no information for two months this year. No one answering phones either. Appalling service. Ref V0L013-53533038675

@bt_uk hey I have call protect but I just got a call from a number previously blocked number ! I think it’s going to be easier for me to cancel my line than put up with the number of scam callers

Don’t worry @bt_uk just the two and a half hours on the phone this morning trying to rectify the issue caused by your solution after 59 minutes on the phone yesterday on the items stemming from a botched house move on 6th November.

@btbusinesscare that as my 4g doesn't work it means my mobile wouldn't have data or voice and or no bars on phone ..putting too many services on b/band without a real phone is a huge mistake as it not like you see phone boxes anymore on every corner
