    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    It's returned now. @BTCare The regular dropping out from the laughably slow Internet provision is intolerable and I intend to investigate changing provider in the morning.

    @ianmarshalldfc @PremierSportsTV @btsport Wouldn't be near as bad if he was a decent player (like kris boyd) But he was shite as a player, played his whole career for diddy teams and definitely up there as one of the worst pundits.

    @bt_uk can I have internet for 5 minutes, today? your service is constantly down. I got no less than 5 different IPs today. Internet speed down to a trickle. And constantly falling down for even an hour. What a joke of a company. And I am a joke in all the zoom calls thanks to U!

    @bt_uk Hi. If I cancel my BT TV, what services would the box be left with please. Just freeview and the recorder? Or completely nothing. Things getting too expensive. Thanks.

    @teadrinker68 @bt_uk @BT Really? Guys next door have Virgin and it's been seamless for years. Customer service with BT has got better though, but their offering here is poor.

    @jinks_bar @bt_uk @BT To be fair, our broadband with BT has always been spot on. Sounds like you need a box upgrade. Really would advise against Virgin. Was with them a while ago. Appalling service. Broadband was terrible and the outages were every week. Left them for Sky but they were just as bad.

    @sky and @BTCare @OpenreachHelp it’s now been over a month of appalling customer service where my pensioner mum has been left with no home phone and screwed services. I want answers today!!! 😡😡😡😡

    Hi @BTCare Yet again we have an issue with our Internet access. In fact now we have no landline telephone access either. Postcode TD1 1LN

    Just got home from that **** show to discover that there's a BT outage and I've got no TV or internet at home till midnight tomorrow. Nice one @bt_uk well worth the £97 a month this.

    @teadrinker68 @bt_uk I've got @BT and the service is generally poor. The broadband speed halved at the start of lockdown, the home network is rubbish and the TV box is so slow. They keep promising fibre but I'm going with Virgin.
