@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@bt_uk can I get a replacement by hub if I request one? My wifi drops out multiple times a day iv done all the checks multiple times after talking to bt advisor I am ready to cancel my bt broadband at this point

@bt_uk so rang BT today , to move all my services to them, said they would call me back, this morning, still waiting , typical BT useless, so have decided know that I will go to virgin,much better customer service at least virgin get things done, not like 3rd rate BT

@bt_uk Never turned up. So glad I moved providers and stayed in all afternoon. Guess is how new customers are treated huh I moved from one ISP who couldn't provide my services, to one who don't even come to install it

@bt_uk We contacted a month ago as we knew didn’t want to pay an extra month once new one was installed. We were told to call a couple of days before install to cancel, which we did. And now we have to pay an extra week based on advice you gave us.

@bt_uk Ok, but this is now at least the 6th time that someone has promised to be in touch and hasn't. How were we to know they weren't going to call? We have been waiting for them. It really is absolutely terrible service, after a month of no phone or internet.

@bt_uk And now I have your answer to why it was never installed yesterday. The person I spoke to yesterday said I can try connecting it to my old master switch... but in order to do so I need a filter... which I have to buy myself
