    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    Day 10 with no broadband; @bt_uk yesterday promised us it would be working by 1300 today. @OpenreachHelp ring this morning and say "they will look at our problem...in five working days". Does anyone know how I can get out of my contract with BT?

    BT now failing to provide internet connectivity on the 2nd installation date, this time because they provided the wrong router ... 14 days and counting of bt errors ... if you can’t provide a service, don’t sell it @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph

    @bt_uk You are an embarrassment, possibly the worst customer service out of all service providers. You should be ashamed. HOURS ON THE PHONE , AND STILL NOTHING FROM YOU AND WASTING MY TIME, AND YOU STILL TAKE MY MONEY.

    @bt_uk morning! We’re due to go live for our FTTP 900 today. Download tests show it’s on, but, I haven’t had an activation text? Speeds are very up and down. I’ve had an email about digital voice now active so I’d assume everything is done?

    @bt_uk Hello, according to your service status checker, there is a broadband fault in my area since yesterday. And there's still no update regarding when it will be fixed. Are able to provide any updates please?
