    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    @bt_uk my elderly and infirm in-laws have been experiencing problems with their new Digital Voice service since 23 July - they are unable to receive any calls as they divert to another number! Fault raised several times but still not sorted: what more can be done v unsatisfactory

    @bt_uk As I say, @bt_uk have a never changing loop of hell as they cannot get things done. There processes don’t help anyone - not even on Twitter

    @bt_uk on-going broadband outage issues in Brookfield, Renfrewshire. 5 days in past two weeks - entire days without broadband. Again today and estimated completion time 19.30. Terrible service.

    @MarkMowbrayNE @bt_uk hi, just did a twitter search to see if it was just me. had ours put in today, full fibre 900, slower than before. did you get it sorted pls? i called bt, as the bt site wouldnt do a test as it says my router wasnt connected, it is. they couldnt help. said to call back tmorrow 🤪

    My @bt_uk landline hasn’t been working properly since last Wednesday. Whilst I hardly use it, that means no internet, essential to my work. A myriad of calls & site visits later and still not resolved. Now my appointment is cancelled by @WeAreOpenreach? Service beyond shoddy.

    @Concledoc @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Can you use your phone as a hotspot until things get sorted? Not a perfect option I know, but might be a temporary solution.

    @bt_uk Yeah reported the fault I got told its the area where I live WiFi is down . I don’t feel safe with my ring devices being offline and unable to record

    @bt_uk been to the supplier. nothing they can do its an bt outreach issue. so I'm supposed to just wait around for when you can be bothered to fix it
