@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

no landline or internet when i woke up this morning, @bt_uk say it is a fault outside my home and will fix it by next wednesday!!! 3 kids and myself working from home at the moment, so angry and dissapointed right now!
