    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @bt_uk Shocking service today from the company who claim to connect. Can’t take details of a bereavement without the password of a dead person. All of this on their bereavement line.

    @bt_uk horrible customer service I recently experienced... Requested acc to be merged, BT agent mistakenly upgraded my bb for 2x more expensive one, then they downgraded it for much worse than what I originally had. Was promised a call at 13:30 today - of course it never happened

    Shocking customer service from @BTGroup @bt_uk. They won't fix my broadband unless I cancel an online lecture to fit around their schedule. Asked to speak to a manager, 4 hours later, nothing. Looks like I'll have to switch. Any recommendations #AcademicTwitter @AcademicChatter ?

    ... because @bt_uk all I want is a working broadband service. So I repeat - yet again - that if you can't sort this - and you've had 21 days to get nowhere even remotely closer to doing so - send a mobile hub to get me connected.

    Another letter today threatening to cut off services that BT hasn't provided to me for several years. Feel free to cut off non-existent services. BT definitely wind the prize for being the World's worst telecom service provider. @bt_uk
