    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @nowaffle @bt_uk Honestly they're all as bad as each other. I changed from SKY to NOW (same co) but we'll see how this goes.

    After a 6 hour engineer visit on Friday and explaining that I had an online exam today I thought my @bt_uk broadband was fixed. Nope, cut out halfway through my exam this afternoon! Wish I’d stayed with Sky.

    Never use @bt_uk they want unto wait a month and a half before they even send an engineer out. Even after the 1st engineer didn't even bother to turn up. 👋

    @_ViewFromHere @bt_uk Similar thing happened to us been without WiFi since the 21st now, and anyone we speak to doesn’t know what they’re doing or how they can help. No clue if we’re even going to get any WiFi

    @bt_uk But that’s kind of the point. It has definitely effected my service. Unless it’s just a massive coincidence. It has for today. But its dropped out every day since last Wednesday when the workmen arrived. It always comes back - but during a timed exam, that kind of doesn’t matter.

    One could argue, when doing a test on our internet, its fine. And typically, yes it is. But these spikes are just consistent enough that it makes me wonder why i'm paying so much for such an unreliable service? Help me out with this one @bt_uk I can't understand how that adds up

    @bt_uk I’m with BT and I have poor connection but do I qualify as the broadband is gifted?
