@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@mand_brun @bt_uk BT are awful. Didn’t cancel my broadband contract when I moved to Sky and charged me for two months they shouldn’t have. Practically impossible to navigate their complaints/refunds system. Took me months to sort. Would never go back to them.

@bt_uk I have had two complaints closed without any resolution from BT. The complaint process is awful and a bit of a joke.

@bt_uk See I’ve done that. I click “checkout” at the £15 a month, entered the fact I’m a new customer and my address etc then click continue and it takes me to a page where the lowest option is £32 a month. What am I meant to do?
