@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

2) We had an engineer in May this year who fixed our problem and our speed went to over 40mb. In the last few weeks it reduced to 7. #britishtelecom #Broadband @btsport we pay over £40 for BT Sport too (and get sky included), which we already pay for through sky. shocking service

@bt_uk Glad to see BT taking complaints seriously. Logged complaint and advisor supposed to review recorded call and ring back last Friday. Still no call. Contacted advisor again and guaranteed a call back today - still no call. Thanks for taking my issues so seriously.

@ScottMcGready @bt_uk Every write to the flash chip where the settings are stored will wear it out ever so slightly. Think carefully before changing settings, that poor little chip dies a little every time you press "save".
