I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

My mum relies on connection as she uses an emergency medical necklace. This needs to be escalated without delay. Appalling service.

Even though I told them to leave the date booked, please let me know how I can cancel broadband and I’ll use someone else.
