@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@bt_uk I signed in to my BT ID, finished what I wanted to do and looked for the Log out link. There wasn't one. I am permanently trapped in a blizzard of sales guff. Simply closing all my browser tabs leaves my logged in account open to hackers. Please fix this urgently.

@BT @BT_uk two weeks without internet and still no updates. Thank you BT for making a stressful move much more stressful. Lack of communication, people not knowing who’s been or not been. Two of us working from home relying on bad 4G totally ridiculous!

@bt_uk Unsure yet, engineer has been here today and due back later, although looking like your contractors (Kelly Services) have basically unplugged my line abs plugged a new customer into our feed it seems. Not good she will be looking for compensation on this matter.

@bt_uk two weeks without broadband. Only been with you for six, so hardly great. Cannot use your online help as it still wants a line and you have products that don’t inc. those. Get with the times and update your systems. Oh, and fix faults!!
