@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

And this @bt_uk experience continues to worsen. Yet another minihub later, multiple phone calls, some over 2 hours. 2 more placed orders that have seemingly disappeared. Even the order for a free Samsung tablet (as gesture of good will) has disappeared. Your system is broken BT.

@btbusinesscare The point is you’re not there to help your business customers. Actually you are a disgrace I placed an order 10 days ago. Signed the contract and now you have no record of it. I have tried 3 times today talking to your call centres in India and still has not been resolved.

@bt_uk Done but good luck. I’ve spent hours explaining the problem to several people over the last week. Orders placed, cancelled and placed again. Even got promised a new Samsung tablet for my trouble that would arrive today. Even the order for that has disappeared
