@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@btsport The interface on the website is TERRIBLE. I signed in three times and it still didn't work. Just an endless loop of telling me the benefits of BT Sport. Which I have.

@bt_uk What about the email correspondence I went had with you to fix an issue your end in 2020? Back then it was because an app update was failing security validation on firestick. No offense but your app has been a nightmare on my device for 2yrs. Need to empty cache every launch

Experiencing the most horrendous service from @bt_uk for the last two weeks #btbroadband fault, which is not getting fixed. Advisors won't allow me to escalate or speak to a manager. Engineer appointments get cancelled. Stressful trying to get someone to take responsibility #bt

@bt_uk is the most infuriating email provider. I get emails via the phone app ok, but every time I try to login on my laptop to manage folders I get a "you've made too many attempts" and locks me out for 20 mins. It does this on the first attempt! 🤬

@bt_uk Openreach are a bunch of lying wankers that don’t give a damn. I was told twice an engineer had been booked, twice they didn’t turn up, twice an engineer hadn’t even been assigned. Don’t bother with customer services, go directly to the Chairman of BT, based at head office.
