@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@bt_uk Hi, I am trying to join sky but have been told that I can have it as you didn’t make BT fibre accessible to my home, due to me using virgin that is totally wrong I know they are other homes using virgin media, good way to treat a disable wheelchair user.

@bt_uk We haven’t logged an official complaint as we’ve phone multiple times and they’ve told us there’s nothing that can be done to get a connection sooner than 3 months time

Not a good start to life with @bt_uk over an hour now trying to get through to check if my internet is about to be cut off. Pretty terrible communication so far regarding full fibre install from @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp

@bt_uk they are trying to force the customer into a new 24month contract. So I have been offered the option to move my tv package by cancelling the tv contract but this is not a practical solution as Talktalk will only offer a tv package with phone and broadband.

@bt_uk what a ridiculous service when you unilaterally change the terms of a TV package halfway through a contract and try to force a customer into a new 24month contract with coy tactics. Terrible customer service and rude contact centre staff. Won't recommend BT after 5years 😒
