    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @bt_uk So it's raining and what does that mean? It means a reasonable Internet connection of 35/4.5Mbs with a ping of 18ms drops to 5.7/0.73Mbs with a ping of 515ms. And before you ask, it isn't anything in my house. Same old problem. Go look at the pole connection. It's there!

    @bfford @btbusinesscare Yeah. ISDN finally got ditched in December and replaced with broadband, but seemingly never got cancelled (even though they said it would be) so was still being billed for it.

    Never met a company worse than @bt_uk. Left them 2 months ago and they STILL CONTINUE to take money out of my account

    @bt_uk Infinity Broadband have promised me fast Internet. Charged me almost £49 a month whilst advertising &£25. Line is poor. Refused to fix, reduce the price instead asked me to pay £196 termination fee

    @bt_uk scammers at it again? Had a call from 01865 727836 re router problem & internet speed. I’m not with BT and call sounded like it came via India....

    @bt_uk my parents have had no landline or internet for 10 days. You said you’d fix it yesterday and now it’s being pushed back to tomorrow. It’s becoming a joke. Where is the apology, urgency and compensation for absolutely NO service???

    @bt_uk hi, how do I take my landline off the withheld service, I managed to put it as withheld but can’t seem to undo it. Thanks
