@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@bt_uk Hi. I am a sky customer and we have had no Internet since Tuesday, along with others in our area (M28). Sky have said there is an outage and bt openreach are dealing with it. I'm just wondering if there are any updates you can give us?

Hi @BTCare, had a phone call from elderly relative. BT Essential Digital Home Phone had run down on a call, she placed in cradle and said it was now quite warm.. Told her that's normal. Noticed in ED Manual you don't say it is (but I assume it is) in Essential (non D) you do.

@ThePard04458686 @bt_uk I think there may be a few 1000s more at least. Why isn’t @bt_uk telling us in advance? I wonder how many millions of man hours have been spent by you customers trying to fix themselves? Time to change horses methinks.

@wideawakewesley @bt_uk My Xbox account has been locked for over a month now. Only option to do anything with it is on BT website to renew another month with BT. Can't assign pre paid codes as MS web site says it's not under their control. Complaint logged with BT for 3 weeks now is going nowhere.....

@scienceboy7 @bt_uk My email came back up later that night but now our @bt_uk broadband is down, until tomorrow night, they say. Hope your email is ok now. Sounds like a different issue.

@bt_uk Trying to get through to a human to discuss was enough. Accessing my emails. Getting emails the client ID used for over 10 years up until the “security” issue many BT users were told they had last weekend. All a bit of a mess really.

@bt_uk Hi, trying to remove a data add on from a mobile package. I have done this via the website (several times) and it states I'll get an email but not received confirmation. Can you help confirm it has been removed?
