Stella (@TheArtois) reportedAbsolutely DISGUSTED with @BTCare service. 3 appointments made, 2 cancelled by them, a line that was NEVER set up when 1 appt did happen…. and all the time waiting around for these appointments AND spent on hold trying to arrange them!!! STILL NO WIFI!!!!
