    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @bt_uk I dont believe its the router dropping the connection because its completely stable and runs like normal. It just seems to be repeated work being done on the exchange end as the router reports no service, not that it cannot connect. Its happened quite a few times this year.

    @skytv @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Can any of you help as to when the outage will be registered in the TF4 2NE area as everyone who calls to report it is given a different answer. Sky told me they hadn't received a complaint...

    @bt_uk I am breakable. Full-time carer, remote location need 4G to work to function. Don’t need told our signal is variable (currently 0), there is no fault, no dedicated complaints team, you will not send someone to check. Others tried to report told same. Not acceptable.

    @bt_uk your services are terrible. Our broadband is **** it barely works the streaming quality is so bad! We have 2 extra discs & they're as good as useless. Paying over £100 a month for something that doesn't work! The bill has crept up every month too! Robbing bastards!

    @ManUtd please help, my close friend passed away very unexpectedly on Sat aged 29. He was a massive Utd fan and we watched many games together. Is there anyway to get his name mentioned in the programme or on social media at all for the EL final??? @btsport @EuropaLeague

    For 2 hours today, the Internet went down. Fortunately I'm a @bt_uk customer so I plugged the emergency hub in & got back online whilst they fixed the issue. But I *still* felt like I'd been blasted back to the stone age. The Internet really is our Overlord, isn't it?😱

    @bt_uk @btsport trying to cancel my tv and sports package for a while theres no way of doing it online i hate getting on the phone only options ive been given is if i want to cancel tv i have to pay the whole bill off like ive got that kind of money im struggling pay this bill as it is
