@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@BTCare raised a complaint about a mid-sold package when recontracting last Friday. Have not been called back. Also, asked to be put back onto old package as 14 day cooling off. was told would take 5 wrk days. This has not happened, & now I’ve just got returns bag. Unacceptable!

@bt_uk Our landline is not working, and our broadband keeps breaking up. We talked to Adam at Customer Services. He told us that we would need a visit from an engineer, but we lost the connection to him. Can you help us book an engineer's visit?

@emilyburrows5_ @bt_uk I was told on Monday that it would be the 9th but it wasn’t 100%. The ducting work was done a week ago. All internal work was done prior to Christmas. Yet nothing. I can hear how bad the quality of the live lessons are too! They lag constantly

@btbusinesscare hi I’ve been passed from caller to caller and no one would answer my question and then after 45 minutes they just hung up on me. Can anyone on here please help me as at the moment I’m not a happy customer

@bt_uk Terrible customer service. Staff don’t know processes, cut us off twice, promise to call us back within 72 hours. That was on Monday and we’re still waiting! In any case this would be unacceptable but when you know it’s in relation to a bereavement it’s disgraceful!
