    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    @bt_uk 8 times in the last 40 minutes the internet has cut off for at least 5 minutes each time... line check... no reported issues....guaranteed speed... I think not...

    @bt_uk having real problems connecting the TV through mini connectors. The mini connectors aren’t showing a data light at all and I’ve tried new Ethernet cables and resetting.

    @bt_uk If you did take this seriously you would not have treated a paying customer this way. Just because I am not the account holder. That person on the other end claimed they were from BT and asked for my bank details. I called you for help but you refused to help.

    @strutcakes @virginmedia The fix date here has been moved 3 times!!! If @bt_uk could provide fibre to the area I wouldn't be with Virgin that's for sure!!!
