    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    @bt_uk have issues with the BT Sports app on AppleTV, juddering constantly, not what you expect from how much we pay for this subscription (and it’s not my internet connection)

    @bt_uk dreadful service. Sitting on phone listening to awful music. TV not working at all. Get BTP-202 error. Tried all suggestions. TV working on phone. Am fed up.
