    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @btsport why is your service dog ****? Every time I try to login, you tell me when the next payment is due. I know when it's due (in the future) and I want to access the content I bought and which you have a monopoly on. Make your service better you feckless tards.

    @bt_uk Thank you but hopefully it should be ok. The person yesterday seemed to get us further along. We have to call tomorrow to do the next stage. If it turns out it's still a mess, I'll definitely take you up on the offer of help if I haven't exploded.

    @SkySportsPL what is going on with your HD channel. I’ve seen clearer pictures on a old black and white tv. Seriously this is not HD..@btsport put you to shame as do Amazon prime. Shocking service

    @bt_uk I can't believe this company they got my mum to renew her contract and it doesn't work plus a engineer was meant to come on Wednesday but never showed up wtf thanks bt for nothing

    @bt_uk Hi @bt_uk our WiFi has been poor over the last few days. Buffering on apps on X Box and intermittently slow responce on other devices. Have reset router, but not really improved. On a super-expensive plan, so not v happy.

    @bt_uk When will you provide the option to have broadband without a landline? It’s never been used and quite frankly, this recent price rise is ridiculous and I resent paying for something I don’t want or need?!
