  @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

  @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

  @bt_uk In fairness to them you did just try and blame them for the problem. Also going by everyone's response here I fear this rhetoric may be significantly closer to the truth than not.

  @bt_uk although my problem was beyond the control of BT (car hit a pole) The customer support team are really informed and go the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them and say a big thank you for their help in dealing with the issue

  @bt_uk Turns out this one might will have been installed incorrectly and will need to be moved. I need to put in a planning complaint that I will do now. If you want to address it before it becomes a thing then you know where I am.

  @bt_uk @btsport Aah another day and another internet outage. What a **** show. Your helpdesk staff was rude and your minihub is so **** its easier to teather from my phone. 3 major outages now in under 8 weeks.. just so ****..

  @bt_uk my broadband went down 2days ago, I work from home and internet is essential, and I was told it would be up again last night, it’s still not working, why am I even paying for this poor service?

  @bt_uk Appalling service and huge failing from BT. Disconnected my service with no warning in error, looking at weeks to reconnect and apparently no managers available to speak to until 3pm. Left unable to work and issue not being taken seriously. Absolutely not good enough!
