    @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

    @bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

    @tigerrector @bt_uk We are experiencing the same issue. Never asked @bt_uk for it & only way we knew we didn't have a live phone line was when we missed a flood alert call. Called to ask for it cancelling told the area was being updated to new system still no phone line.

    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk after you couldn't install my full fibre on 6/10 as planned I wait 3 weeks for someone to tell me next steps. On 22/10 I lose patience and cancel my order due to lack of communication / dates for install. This week 4 times openreach turned up at my house!

    @bt_uk Kevin, I had a call from BT. I've set up a new package. I knew I'd lose some channels as soon as this went through, didn't realise ALL the Premium channels would go. I'm navigating the new package, getting used to new channels & programmes. Thanks for your help & advice. Jeanie

    Why oh why did I choose to go with @bt_uk for my home broadband! Service guaranteed to go live today and now delayed two weeks!! I should’ve stuck to my guns and gone elsewhere!!
