@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk Hello things have pretty much been the same, I turned the WiFi off the other day for about 20 minutes and it made no difference. I just frustrating as the one game I enjoy playing starts lagging every time I’m on it which it never used to

@bt_uk Still awaiting response from BT. If we ran this shoddy service we would have no customers but BT have a monopoly on the lines except for fast growing fibre companies. Hope they go bust

@bt_uk Yes, as. back stop in case the problem is not fixed. But meanwhile I have been threatened that email service will be reduced, and of course have to wait until mid-late August.
