@bt_uk Having ordered Full Fibre for my new address, one of your engineers will call to install it on Tues. Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

@btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

@bt_uk Every single customer BT has needs BT to look into it further. FTTP shouldn't have deliberately neutered uploads, if they pay for 500mbps then that should be download and upload. Like companies in every other nation offer.

@bt_uk We were initially told it was an issue near the exchange and could be fixed remotely but could be 4 days to fix. Online messaging with your team then resulted in an engineer being booked “just in case” but without a working connection we can’t work from home!

@RupGeneva @bt_uk This only happens during peak times, during the day I’ll get 30-40Mbps (still crap but that’s the best we’ve ever got), then as soon as it gets to the evening, it just drops to what I posted above. Only started having this problem recently, we’ve been with BT for a while now.

@AlbicelesteTalk @btsport Before the WorldCup when I heard about Lo celso injuries I was really not happy I wanted a complete Argentina squad, after losing to Saudi Arabia and Enzo was brought in I was so amaze he seems to calm the pressure down and make long passes with the little minutes he had

@bt_uk I've never been able to access it. If I log in via the my bt app. It shows my account number, the my products page works, but billing and usage has never worked for me.
