  @btbusinesscare I have various BT accounts, business and private. I receive emails telling me that my bill is available. I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

  @computerized_co @bt_uk Absolutely. Multiple street works installing competing high fibre networks causes additional problems in maintaining paving and roads even after disruption. You'd never have multiple water suppliers putting in duplicate mains - it's just utterly crazy (and costly).

  @btsport @btsportmotogp how about you sort out your streaming service so the video stops freezing and audio keeps playing. It was a major issue last year and now is just as bad if not worse About time to look for another streaming service which actual fixes issues

  @MartinSLewis After problems I've been having in trying to port the number over from @virginmedia to @bt_uk I'll be doing the switching myself in future. Asking companies to do it on my behalf is an headache.

  I have been trying to get broadband installed in my caravan on Anglesey by @bt_uk for 10 months. Wednesday night I drove 100miles there for an engineer appointment Thursday am. The engineer did not turn up! I am furious. @bt_uk appalling service @MoneyTelegraph
