I need to sign in to view same. There is no indication as to which account it is referring. After three wrong attempts I’m locked out. See a problem here BT?

Only problem is you've dispatched the new equipment to my old address TWICE! So if you don't sort this out, your engineer and I will not be very happy!

Adam Briggs (@ABriggsArt) reported@bt_uk is the internet down in Birmingham? My wifi dropped last night at 23:00 before going to bed and it’s the same this morning. Reset and unplugged twice, no change. Open reach box Los light off and Pon flashing with no change in hours.
