@bt_uk Hi there Alannah, I placed this order as a brand new customer, I actually already received the JBL Sound Bar as part of the deal, so I'm confused as to why there is a problem. I'll send a DM now

@UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

@bt_uk Hi, Aideen. We’re getting around 4Mb/sec down and are paying for Superfast Fibre Unlimited. Your question about the router just infuriates more. It’s not helpful. It’s irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.

@bt_uk Thanks for the reply, they just keep saying that BT will come around and check the area and fix it, but no one does, they don't even ring me back. All I want to know what area is affected and when it will be fixed. Thanks

@bt_uk I will definitely be escalating this beyond the level of the existing complaint. Your Halo tech expert told me that a 54mbps download speed is not enough to run a zoom call. Told me I had to turn off all my cloud-based backups. No TV. No other devices. This is clearly a lie

@bt_uk I'm not sure about the Sky as I don't use it personally, but then not sure how much the network would affect that. The Xbox definitely experiences the same issues.

@TheRunningManZ @bt_uk Yo dude, big fan and I know your a smart guy so I will keep it fast. 1, never send anyone here even a BT account any details (I know you won't do that) 2. Contact the ombudsman, think I spelt that wrong as it may have been miss sold to your mum. 3 contact the bank and cancel the

@skiptotheend @paullewismoney @bt_uk Unfortunately that isn't the case of continuing to support the PSTN network as parts are hard to find and the technology & skills is no longer there globally. There are better devices out there to supply backup power and also ways to basically continue to have power when off grid

@btsportfootball @btsport Sir, I'm preparing for the university exam, but I'm out of money, I'm looking for a part-time job, but I haven't found it yet. I don't want to be a burden to my family, can you help? I'll pay when I find a job, sir, I promise.

@paullewismoney @bt_uk This is risky. As an organisation providing help and support during the storms we had to switch to the old landline as the internet and power went down making our usual phones and devices useless. There is also a significant number of people currently digitally excuded.

@bt_uk wifi has been down for two weeks since the storm. Have been told four different dates for when our wifi would be fixed and none of them have happened. I implore anyone reading to never ever take out any contract with bt. They don’t care about their customers at all.
