    @UnitedFan1977 @sgwestrip @btsport @WWEUK @SkyUK I'd look into the wwe network. Back when I used it they regularly gave away free ppvs. No longer watch so not sure if that's still the case. I'd also look as deep as you can into your sky contract. There's always an out!

    @bt_uk had no internet for 24 hrs now, have reset everything gone through all troubleshooting, have blue light on hub but no devices have connection. Help

    I never realised that @BTCare Broadband was susceptible to this virus going around. They must be the worst broadband provider in the UK. Can’t see me staying with them after my contract is up #BringBackBuzby

    @bt_uk Hi, Aideen. We’re getting around 4Mb/sec down and are paying for Superfast Fibre Unlimited. Your question about the router just infuriates more. It’s not helpful. It’s irrelevant. The thread you replied to clearly stated BT itself identified the issue is with your own exchange.

    1/2 @BTCare my broadband service is worse than dial-up - at least dial-up only disconnected every 2 hours not 20 minutes. Why do you keep breaking promises. Reported a fault last Monday was promised it would be fixed by Thursday. Still not fixed and no updates provided

    @bt_uk hi, reported a issue of low speed, I’m told my speeds are being monitored for 3 days, today being the 3rd day. But why is it, in the day like right now, my speed is 52mb, then at about 5pm it drops to 10mb.This is extremely frustrating as me and my son get glitchy gameplay

    @bt_uk Day one in to a broadband policy with #BT and they have taken over my line but I have no hardware and they cannot guarantee it will arrive even today!!! That's with 7-8 weeks prior notice. How stupid is the policy of sending the Hub on the day of connection. Great start!!

    Hello @BTCare we live in rural setting. Max wifi speed is c. 2.3mb. With 5 at home (3 home schooling & my wife runs classes on Zoom) the connection is really struggling. One online at a time. Is there anything we can do to get a 4g router to try and get one more online? Pls help!

    @bt_uk i sent a text fix to 61998 and got messages back to say the line was being checked and then another to say the engineer is coming out on the 19th.still waiting for a new line from the pavement to the house

    Why is @bt_uk so poor? Select NCIS as new series starts on Friday at 9pm and if you select 'series' it gives you all the NCIS transmissions and fails to list in program info which series and episode it is recording. #bttv guide is run by people who don't understand TV.

    @BTbusinesscare Since I transferred my broadband to you, it has worked for a few hours and has been down ever since. Everytime I report the fault, you just send me a BS message saying it is fixed when it isn't. PLS fix or i'm moving. account number: GP00822704

    @bt_uk Sign up for fibre broadband on 24th Nov, install date for Jan 11th and we are set. Jan 11th arrives, engineer says he can only do external work and won’t be installed. No messages, no updates and 1 week on no fibre. Shocking service 🙄
