@btsport how do we suspend sports or even cancel without waiting for hours on the end of the phone. I am happy to pay for my broadband still but not for bt sports with no live sports being broadcast! Thanks

@bt_uk Here we are again..having to tether my phone as my SuperFast Broadband is up and down again today - oh, BT please do not send anyone round to fix my Copper Line (like you did last time) as I have not used copper since Sept20.. Full Fibre here, just in case you u don’t know

@BT_UK been trying to get BT to fix my slowing internet for a month now. Today it has finally disappeared completely. Yet another new hub. Replaced my phone because they said that could be the cause. Trying and failing to get some work done. They tell me the connection is fine.

@bt_uk Stop the rubbish really it's annoying waited in between 8am and 1pm for an engineer and they never turned up so what you got to say for that crap service

**** @bt_uk they have given unreliable internet that cuts out almost every night without fail, causes constant ping spikes to 500+, send multiple engineers out listing multiple problems none of which solve the issue when fixed and yet we are the ones stuck in their contract...

@bt_uk I'm not sure what help you can be. The account was closed, but my credit score app shows it as still open. I'm nog cominv back, get over it, oh wait, "we can't do that".....

@bt_uk Kind of concerning that it arrives the *same* day as I am about get a new service activated by BT. Has your subscriber database been hacked?! Main thing is to ignore & delete the scam email of course.
