Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

I *am* a BT customer, and this isn’t a discount. I am struggling to understand the rationale here. This is not acceptable.
