@Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

@bt_uk After OPENREACH worked 10m from my line, it went noisy. I have asked BT to look into this with Openreach but the employee was of no help. Now I get a message saying 'We're pleased we could help' - and have closed the complaint.

@bt_uk omg how dare you take me off internet for 3 weeks and only give me a 16 quid rebate REALLY well thats it had enough now ive had no home phone because you now run it with internet and as for your ee to kick in when internet goes down its no good grr

Ive had more issues with @virginmedia broadband in the month I switched over than I had in over 4 years with @bt_uk. Devices not connecting. Devices being disconnected for no reason, and the router showing a white light but the actual Internet connection not showing. Piss poor!

@bt_uk As stated.. It's never a fault in the home. Openreach engineers blame BT, saying that BT too mean to update our village exchange. And that they have to cope with it.
