@bt_uk My TV, which is HDMI connected to my PC, keeps telling me that the connection has been lost from my router. My router tells me, through the symbol, that I'm connected. It's a mystery. Solution please, what is going on?

My family has received absolutely appalling customer service from @bt_uk. In the wake of a loss of our loved one, this has been an added upset and stress which has cost us a lot of time and is yet to be resolved. I’ve never been so disappointed in a company.

@bt_uk I recently had a problem with my WiFi and you told me to disconnect one of the cables that went to the modem part. This worked, however for the last month or so, my Internet is constantly disconnecting, several times a day, most days. Is there anything you can do?
