    @Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

    @bt_uk Hi sorry I didn’t see the previous reply. Yes we still need help. Been waiting for a call back from a manger since Monday. Currently don’t have an engineer booked in as one of the agents cancelled it due to a “system error”.

    Hi @bt_uk @btsport there seems to be a problem with the sound on your #EmiratesFACup @Everton broadcast. Either that, or Steve McManaman still hasn't been spoken to ref his sound effects of snorting coke.

    @OpenreachHelp Thanks Frazer. OpenReach more responsive than ISP How do ISPs see a sync speed history <0.5mbps yet fail to look after their customers in relation to basic line termination #mastersocket .. This is failure of @talktalk, and @BT_uk before them.

    @bt_uk Who exactly do I contact about no internet for 2 days?? Activation date yesterday and no one on phone willing to help! New customer already feeling like it was a bad move! WFH and home schooling now impossible
