@Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

@bt_uk My old bt box broke, so they sold me a new bt box pro that is also broken. The engineer “fixed it” next day again it wouldn’t turn on. I have no tv in the past 2 weeks for which of course I am being charged for..The new box is a unreliable and useless!

Have to say @bt_uk call centre are 💩. This week had an elderly customer who couldn’t remember her email password or her security questions (likely set incorrectly) so she calls BT who refuse to help at all. Guess to be hired by BT you have to have a zero IQ and no logic!

How bad is the picture quality for matches on @btsport @btsportfootball if you don’t take the HD package. It has to be a deliberate attempt to force user to upgrade

@bt_uk So even after they validated security via other methods over the phone, your BT agent refused to help them on “security grounds”, why should it take a local IT company who isn’t BT to assist and resolve as BT left them high and dry? Yes we sorted it but BT were no help.
