@bt_uk That's the problem, the onus is always on the customer. We pay you to protect our interests and provide a service. At the end of the day, you assign the phone numbers to the companies responsible for the scams. Why can't you stop this?

@bt_uk No EE were appalling when my partners phone contract ended and wanted to go SIM only Wanted £12 a month when Smarty was £6, then when he moved to Smarty they offered the same deal to come back. Offer it in the first place to stop customers leaving. Backward stupid service
