@Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

@bt_uk Hi. Just reset nowtv box hasn’t changed a single thing… so has to be BT. The issue is this isn’t the first time it has done this and I’m fed up on changing the password every single time. I’ve have two tvs that use the bt app so once i changed the password a couple weeks -

@bt_uk I’m resetting my now tv box at the moment but it won’t let me pass the code stage. would be far easier if it was such a simple set up. Always had issues with bt and now tv .
