    @Minnesota_UK @bt_uk Ours is almost exactly that. Absolutely shocking Isn’t it. I know people 5 mile down the road that have 130+ and im basically on dial up. Madness.

    @bt_uk I am absolutely fed up with the rubbish service you provide I pay for a minimum 100mbps internet and yet am getting only 21mbps all you say is replace the cable you provided with the router. Done that still rubbish how do you propose to sort this? Absolute disgrace

    @StartledJesus @bt_uk Appalling! Made the move to change from sky but BT are a already a disappointment. An appointment for next week changed out of nowhere to June! I need to find somewhere else to go and get decent service.
