    @Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

    @bt_uk we've not had a landline since before Christmas and despite 4 engineer callouts only 2 have shown up and neither of them have fixed the problem, still no landline and our WiFi drops out every hour or so. Your mini Hubs work to allow one device online at a time so

    @BTCare after a few weeks of it all working well the internet has finally slowed down again, i cant even open twitter on it to complain.I guess a few weeks of it working justifys charging me so much for a product which is **** for the rest of the year? @gigaclear hurry,save us!

    @bt_uk Yes but engineers come at night after we phone to complain, even though they tell us they can't fix it at night and no engineers come out the following day so it's like rinse and repeat

    @bt_uk It was about when you reneged on an advertised deal then I had to spend 6 months trying to get my money back and resolve it, I would never use BT again.

    @bt_uk Yes. Apparently there is an issue in the area that should have been completed by 1330z it’s now 1600. Can you check my service on my postcode and adddress please and find out what’s going on?

    @bt_uk SM48002065 I am account holder, I really am at the end of my tether with the terrible service from BT this week, I agreed with lady on first call a package I was pleased with and it’s all just been a farce since then thank you for helping
