    @Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

    Disappointed in the service I have received from @bt_uk . Have emailed the CEO Philip Jensen directly as advised by @MoneyTelegraph . @MartinSLewis what BT have done and how I have been treated would make your toes curl.
