@Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

@Swingbridge2 @bt_uk Emergencies. I really do think that there needs to be a public phone somewhere in each local for emergency use. Just one. Somewhere central perhaps.

Laughing and crying at @bt_uk student deal for broadband with a guaranteed speed of ZERO Mbps. ZERO how is that even a thing. Love not being able to do uni from home because my network provider sucks 🤪

@bt_uk Have been an email customer for years but recently hubby & I are inundated with spam messages to our inbox. Never had this issue before, is there anything we can do to stop them. We are getting one particular email about 10 times plus a day each!! TIA

Moving house: @BritishGas shockingly bad, don’t reply to anything DMs and tweets. @bt_uk useless still no internet after 5 weeks so why let me order it if there’s no network ready. @WeAreOpenreach can’t install internet. Advice…don’t use these companies!!

@bt_uk They also told me on the phone this morning after cancelling my contract for no reason that because I'm now classed as a new customer I could get a better deal than before, worst customer service I've ever had from anywhere

@Lostock_Henge @bt_uk Even though the cost is spread between all telephone companies via a levy there is never a "right" place to have a phonebox. To be fair the "everyone has a mobile" theory does not hold up and the vandals make the situation worse
