    @bt_uk Thanks, but I have been through all that palaver previously. Bottom (BT) line is that the current line only supports slow speeds, despite me paying for Fibre 2 package, and it being fast 'at the cabinet'. Yes, I live in #rural #Devon

    @bt_uk Been there, done that, and still have rubbish service, no fault obviously something is going on! I wanted this sorted out! Not going to keep paying for this rubbish!

    @bt_uk what an absolute bunch of lying human beings you are, you have no concept or honesty or respect. I just want to cancel and walk away now but no one is dealing with it correctly. False promises from day 1 and about 15 hours on phone including nearly 4 hours today. #****
