@bt_uk What exactly is happening with my internet? Your line checker bot says problems in my area and it's expected to be down until close of play on 5/12/22 which given I'm working from home with online meetings is pretty poor.

@bt_uk We are with Sky but they said the repairs are carried out by BT so they can't help us either. Seems noone wants to help in getting us back online! It has been reported but no idea when can fix. An engineer came out and said cant work on site without a dig team. Already a big hole
