@Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

@bt_uk I recently transferred my number from my old provider to BT and its been over 3 days since activation and my sim won't allow me to use facetime or imessage. I tried every trick online and tried using the sim on another iphone but I still have the same problem. Please help!

@bt_uk I have asked many times if someone needs to do something with the handsets (which has been tried previously to no avail) and have been told ‘no’ it is a BT issue.
