@Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

@DaveThePepper @bt_uk …thing to the soho h server. But I cannot ever speak to anyone as IVR requires an account no! All I want is someone at BT technical to talk to me. I pay stupid money simply to retain my btinternet email. I should leave but have to say the spam filter seems excellent with bt

@bt_uk @drmatthewhardy Why is it down to individuals to block spam calls? High time you and the rest of the multi-billion telecom industry blocked at source and took action on criminal perps.

@bt_uk Yes we have, and engineers have been out. It is the old infrastructure which is the problem. Old wires coming from a box 5 miles away serving too many houses in too many villages. As I said, the infrastructure needs updating but no doubt us in the small villages will be the last

@DaveThePepper @bt_uk .. plus the hassle of changing everything! Thanks for taking an interest. I just think if I pay BT almost £100 a year there should be support!
