@Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

@bt_uk @PaulWillgoss 3 engineers later .. 2 managers, 12 members of BT staff, all confirming no order or account issues. 3rd engineer today ftom open reach states my account has been in migration since 12th March. Executive team today state no managers is staff in migration team work sat/sun

@bt_uk @PaulWillgoss Contacted BT Monday 28th March, arrived at a second home property, No Wifi at all, solid orange on router. New router send out. Open teach engineer sent out.. open reach engineer did all tests, confirmed no open reach issue.. went back to BT spoke to approx 6 advisors
