@Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

@bt_uk just spent an hour trying to get through. Understand you’re busy and was willing to wait. Got through and customer rep was helping but call dropped. Would have expected a call back given my contact details were in front of him. Please can someone get in touch?!

@bt_uk 🚨🚨Urgent help needed please!!! 🚨🚨 We feel we need to update everybody as this has gone on far too long. We are still having issues with BT. They had convinced us to changing our contract to a new one and in the process of this they have decided to issue us a new phone number.

@virginmedia your customer service agent today actually advised me to stay with @bt_uk and not to move to Virgin. He refused to take my complaint and hung up on me. I am going to leave reviews everywhere. I'd like a call back today please.

@btbusinesscare Trying but struggling to log the fault to get engineer out as you have deleted our account information. Was confirmed in July at last fault report that it was your end and you would sort it out but obviously not done that as problems again!
