    @Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

    @bt_uk why is it the maximum home broadband speed you can offer me is 45mbps gone down by 5mbps in 2 years yet I can get 150mbps on your 5g mobile network is there any point in keeping my home broadband with you when I could be paying less and getting a better service

    @bt_uk Yes I have I have reopened my case on the 12th October it's now the 28th I am a very unhappy customer!!

    @bt_uk What's happening is BT has left me high and dry. BT's Julia ( no name no pack drill, was to ring me this morning at 9am to discuss resolution of the problem. Guess what - no call.

    @btbusinesscare I'm not wasting any more of my time or money with your company. You've cost me over £1000 and 10 hours of my time that I'll never get back. But your potential customers should be warned of the shocking way they'll be treat in the future. #AVOID

    @bt_uk Not much use extending my Wi-Fi. It’s been down over 5 weeks and no sign of it being fixed. Bloody useless service

    @bt_uk Interesting there is no mention of dealing with Openreach when you are trying to identify and organise the work required on your property to fix BT's damage but once there is a problem suddenly BT has no responsibility. #BTDONTCARE

    @bt_uk It’s not really an “offer” though, is it? Just a way to make sure only BT customers can access a product you sell. I’d still be paying you £450 (or more). I *am* a BT customer, and this isn’t a discount. I am struggling to understand the rationale here. This is not acceptable.

    Frustrating having had local network broadcast @MLB all season to get awful @MLBNetwork "International Broadcast" for the #WorldSeries on @btsport. Coverage and graphics are just awful.
