Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, ยฃ39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed ยฃ20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

Gary (@petrolheadtoo) reported@bt_uk For example why is it no longer possible to direct message BT on X. That was useful and an actual person replied. I got a bot earlier and BT should be ashamed of it. I asked about compensation and it said which service do you need help with and gave 4 options.

I am told that existing customers can get unlimited landline mins for ยฃ12pm but only the new customers price of ยฃ18pm is coming up as an option. No one in the call centre knows why. No solution
