@bt_uk i have an @EE data hub while i wait for you to install broadband but there is no service in my area. What do i do? i believe you have a guarantee for broadband and some kind of refund if this is not fulfilled?

@Renvoize @bt_uk I had an issue with them a few years ago and their customer service was such a disgrace that I swore I’d never use them again. Horrible company to deal with, we went ombudsman and they backed them. I was furious. Good luck

@bt_uk Yes having issues. Trying to bottom out a network Wi-Fi & Youview issue with @btsport and @NOWSport where they won’t play via Youview (Humax) box but will work fine on a laptop.
