@bt_uk asked for an explanation why I have to wait 7 weeks for you to switch from one broadband customer to another, why I’ve spent over 25 hours on calls with you, with no resolution - all I got was a text saying “open reach are doing something or other”. Terrible cust. service

@btbusinesscare I was on hold for 36 mins this morning before I had to take another call (funny that as working). Now on hold again .... 30 mins and counting. This is absolutely appalling customer service @BTBusiness @bt_uk There is not even an option to email a cancellation request 😡

.@bt_uk make it so difficult to raise a complaint - my elderly mother-in-law has been hung up on 3 times so far with no attempt to call her back. The only way to escalate it now (before we can contact the ombudsman) is to write directly to @ThomasDuecke and Simon Jonathan Lowth.

@bt_uk So what next then?! Given that your out of warrantee technical line won’t speak to me and provides a premium rate number to contact which I will not be doing given that so far not one of the people I have spoken to have offered any support other than to fob me off!!

Moved over to @EE for home broadband and its been an absolute **** show.. Should've gone live 30/12 but was sent an old router with incorrect account details on it.. Now told to wait another 3-5 days until the next router comes through. Should've stuck with @bt_uk
