@Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

@bt_uk It has taken me 25 minutes to try and cancel my BT sport subscription. The site had a broken link. The BT sport app, didn't have the option to cancel. BT app didn't have it and sent me to another link. It was by accident did I stumble across the cancellation option!

Moved internet provider and left @bt_uk as they cut us off and have no internet and telephone. You don’t realise how much you rely on these services and because of their massive ****** with our home move and cutting us off weeks before, BT have now lost a customer of 30+ years.

@bt_uk now it’s bin 24 hours no internet and they say tonight it should be done. The broadband nowadays is massively important and everything runs off it. Total **** show of customer service

@bt_uk are you having issues with BT Cloud or just a problem for me? No longer syncs, no longer backs up. Tried reinstalling the desktop software and redefining my sync and backup locations, but it's a problem. Has been since the most recent software update.
