    @Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, ยฃ39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed ยฃ20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

    Update on the @bt_uk fiasco. After 48 years as a customer Iโ€™m told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. The new residents take over the line in 8 days so BT will be paid twice. Thereโ€™s a name for that. Fraud.

    @bt_uk Issues with โ€œcustomer serviceโ€ You sent a renewal, the price is too high I want to cancel (give notice) 2 HOURS on a chat only to be told Iโ€™m too early for notice?? Why isnโ€™t this being brought to my attention when I stated the cancellation date? Very frustrated ๐Ÿ˜ค

    @bt_uk Iโ€™ve already done this. Itโ€™s says network fault and the date for resolution keeps getting pushed back. Itโ€™s not acceptable and canโ€™t get through to an actual person on the phone.

    @bt_uk They've already told me nobody can help with why my broadband order is delayed because they're closed today. And apparently it's a bank holiday in England tomorrow so they can't help tomorrow either. Fobbed off, couldn't get me off the phone quick enough.

    @bt_uk Just so its out there, when cancelled today I was told if I rejoin BT at a later date I would be put to the back of queue, how absolutely typical of company who gave me start date then could not supply their service even after a month and four days !! Excellent customer care!!!!

    @LeilaniDowding @EE Itโ€™s a joke, especially for vulnerable people living in a rural area with little mobile signal. @bt_uk recent performance has been pathetic with an elderly friend who has no wi-fi, getting on for 2 weeks with still no fix in sight.
