@Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

@bt_uk Can you help?Following local work taking place my 80 year old in-laws have been left with no landline telephone. It’s been made worse by the fact that they are receiving neighbours calls and vice versa. You can’t send an engineer until Tuesday and are charging £85. 😡😡

@bt_uk Hi, I am interested in signing up to BT for fibre services to my apartment. When I use the address finder on your website, it shows as "Not for CP use: Main - then my address". There is a BT Openreach wall socket in the property - will this be an issue?
