@bt_uk Thanks 👍i was told it was initially put back because priority was being given to users on low speed.... and i guess no one realised that my speed was very slow! I know its next month, but it's still one week longer than original. I'm slowly going mad!! 😫😫😫

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Help! I've FTTP. I believe it was retro fitted and never registered properly (given a Nad number?) It's been 4 years & your website still says no plans for fibre in my area. Please how can I get you to confirm it's there/update it so I can place an order!?

@ste_sinnott @btbusinesscare @virginmedia That’s just awful. Sorry to hear of that disgusting service. We have had very similar. They seem very keen on promoting new payment methods online, but when it comes to actually helping business they couldn’t be any less interested. Horrible to deal with.

@bt_uk never ever again will I get bt broadband and lineland, ive had a problem since 21 December 2020 and going around in circles, this is the 3rd time that the phone line has been cut we have been without bt broadband for 11 days now, just not good enough
