. @bt_uk Just found out that the order we placed for internet installation on the 23rd of October has been delayed until the 3rd of Feb. Not what I wanted to wake up to today given my partner and I work from home and currently have a patchy mobile Hotspot. Another complaint time.

@bt_uk yet another hub delivered to my home to sort out an issue with my broadband that has nothing to do with the hub. We have had countless engineers come to our home to tell us that it is not an issue with our end. Now facing yet another weekend with the service I am paying 1/

@kkkhan22 @craigr98_2016 @UswitchUK @bt_uk Possibly the location if the router, if it's near electronic items such as a TV, in a room with too many walls etc it can slow the internet down in other places of the home. Every WiFi has a 'not-spot' such as back of the house upstairs or even in the converted loft spaces.

@bt_uk Thanks Dee. This was a deliberate attempt to mislead. I’m fortunate I knew this and was able to reject their attempts to move me to EE or to get me back onto a contract. It’s definitely not what I expect of BT or any other service provider.

@bt_uk I have had a BT account for 30 years - I have no idea why this holder/manager thing has appeared. I had a problem last year with viewing my bill online that took ages on the phone to solve as there was a duplicate account with no reference number. I'll call BT and cancel. Thanks

The earliest they can get any phone service to him is Tuesday. @bt_uk were meant to call us back this morning to let us know more details… nothing! We order his grocery shopping for him over the phone on a Monday, how are we going to do that today? @BTGroup 5/6

@bt_uk BT is a disgrace to British Public! The level of customer service and denial of the lack of service is a culture now! So, people should be aware of your culture. My complaint is at Comm Ombuds and seeing that you're being protected! The country is run by rogue executives!!!

@bt_uk Recently moved my home phone and broadband back to BT from Sky and am SO GLAD I did. Had a small technical issue, called 0800 800 150 and got through fast to David in the Tech Team in Newcastle who could not have been more helpful. What a difference from dealing with Sky!

@bt_uk will only offer a digital line, this won’t work with his emergency care button service and probably not with his phone which is for people with hearing impairment. The earliest they can get any phone service to him is Tuesday. @BTGroup 4/6

So still no response from @bt_uk a 92 year old still without a phone and no way of us to contact him by phone. Being fobbed off by lower level customer services. Seriously pissed off. @BTGroup
