    @bt_uk yet another hub delivered to my home to sort out an issue with my broadband that has nothing to do with the hub. We have had countless engineers come to our home to tell us that it is not an issue with our end. Now facing yet another weekend with the service I am paying 1/

    @kkkhan22 @craigr98_2016 @UswitchUK @bt_uk Possibly the location if the router, if it's near electronic items such as a TV, in a room with too many walls etc it can slow the internet down in other places of the home. Every WiFi has a 'not-spot' such as back of the house upstairs or even in the converted loft spaces.

    @bt_uk Thank you for the update Michaela. These e-mail outages are far too frequent and do not reflect well on BT. I hope the service returns promptly but, if not, would appreciate further updates on progress.

    @bt_uk That’s fine then. You’re happy to charge me for a substandard service with repeated promises that it’s going to get better. Open Reach want the Communtiy tonfund improvements. So I’m going to 4G and forgetting antiquated Land Line.

    . @bt_uk Just found out that the order we placed for internet installation on the 23rd of October has been delayed until the 3rd of Feb. Not what I wanted to wake up to today given my partner and I work from home and currently have a patchy mobile Hotspot. Another complaint time.

    @bt_uk Hi Rita Problem is now fixed as the disk has arrived even though Royal mail changed it to Monday! Please give your customer's an option to choose a carrier I would Evan pay extra knowing that at least it will be delivered on time bt service is great not RM.. thank you.

    @btsport purchasing Wrestlemania is proving extremely difficult. I cant purchase via my Sky Box. Told to go to sky web site. That takes me to BT Sport web site. Then asked to enter my viewing card number. Dead end. Terrible service. It’s like you don’t want us to by it.

    @LynseyHeppell @btsport It was reckless,you simply can't do that in the modern game, he knows the rules as we do. From the side angle it was awful. As much as i dislike Sterling i dont want to see him badly injured. You have a valid point on consistency as Fernhandinos challenge at the end was shocking.
