    @kkkhan22 @craigr98_2016 @UswitchUK @bt_uk Possibly the location if the router, if it's near electronic items such as a TV, in a room with too many walls etc it can slow the internet down in other places of the home. Every WiFi has a 'not-spot' such as back of the house upstairs or even in the converted loft spaces.

    @bt_uk That’s fine then. You’re happy to charge me for a substandard service with repeated promises that it’s going to get better. Open Reach want the Communtiy tonfund improvements. So I’m going to 4G and forgetting antiquated Land Line.

    @bt_uk yet another hub delivered to my home to sort out an issue with my broadband that has nothing to do with the hub. We have had countless engineers come to our home to tell us that it is not an issue with our end. Now facing yet another weekend with the service I am paying 1/

    @bt_uk Thank you for the update Michaela. These e-mail outages are far too frequent and do not reflect well on BT. I hope the service returns promptly but, if not, would appreciate further updates on progress.

    @bt_uk Been a customer for less than a month, not even connected yet, and had nothing but problems and lied to by your Sales team. Had install date of 22nd April, you made me re-place the order but said you could still install on 22nd April and would amend it, I now find out...

    @bt_uk ... you can't install until 3rd May and there's nothing you can do to change it. Please treat this as a complaint and listen to your Sales call when I placed the order to see what I was told, then let me know whether you can in fact bring the installation date...

    @btbusinesscare Our business is now at 10 weeks without a working phoneline! All your customer team seem to do is email one another rather than actually ringing people up and sorting this issue out.

    @bt_uk My broadband has been half the speed it normally is. I registered a fault and according to your fault tracker it has been resolved. I’ve troubleshooted again but got a text to tell me there are no issues. This seems to be an ongoing issue - please help #thinkingofleaving

    @Dunnylad @bt_uk Yep, they are just responding to my soundtrack post. Currently on hold but this one looks promising. They actually told me what is wrong and it's all a badly handled order, no problems with the line!
