    @bt_uk yet another sent to my home to sort out an issue with my broadband that has nothing to do with the hub. We've had countless engineers come to our home to tell us that it is not an issue our end. Now facing another weekend with a service I am paying for 1/

    @kkkhan22 @craigr98_2016 @UswitchUK @bt_uk Possibly the location if the router, if it's near electronic items such as a TV, in a room with too many walls etc it can slow the internet down in other places of the home. Every WiFi has a 'not-spot' such as back of the house upstairs or even in the converted loft spaces.

    I was told by numerous @CityFibre employees and supervisors that a @bt_uk engineer would come to rectify the issue which they identified, on Friday afternoon and no one turned up.

    @bt_uk Thatโ€™s fine then. Youโ€™re happy to charge me for a substandard service with repeated promises that itโ€™s going to get better. Open Reach want the Communtiy tonfund improvements. So Iโ€™m going to 4G and forgetting antiquated Land Line.

    @bt_uk Thank you for the update Michaela. These e-mail outages are far too frequent and do not reflect well on BT. I hope the service returns promptly but, if not, would appreciate further updates on progress.

    . @bt_uk Just found out that the order we placed for internet installation on the 23rd of October has been delayed until the 3rd of Feb. Not what I wanted to wake up to today given my partner and I work from home and currently have a patchy mobile Hotspot. Another complaint time.

    @kwaker_oats_ We had bigger selling but did move down only 3-4% compared to 8% last week. I have feeling sellers in BTCare out of coins and we are in the 6 month accumulation territory, need some chaotic news to dumbe here before liquidating some shorts at 105k. Kek

    @bt_uk @BTCare never fail to amaze with how poor your customer service is ๐Ÿ‘ over 40 days since I claimed the reward card and still nothing. To then be told by the third party company that you never submitted my reward card claim. Pathetic to say the least. Not even sorted yet.

    @btbusinesscare Thanks Engineer due tomorrow.. itโ€™s been a problem on/off for 2-3 weeks but being a dental surgery my BT line is my important one.. I have a separate line though

    @BTCare Help. Iโ€™ve spent ages trying to cancel a bolt on for mobile package. Itโ€™s an absolute nightmare. Itโ€™s like impossible to cancel.

    @bt_uk What a joke of a reply. As I said, my boss was on the phone to you for hours on end; 4.5hours being passed from pillar to post and you want him to do that again? Why does the customer have to do all the chasing for your mistake?

    @btbusinesscare why do your staff keep lying to me ? Why does it take 5 months to get ecc charges set out. Customer care is disgraceful . How difficult must it be to speak to someone who has authority to tell me what is going on. Answer =impossible
