@kkkhan22 @craigr98_2016 @UswitchUK @bt_uk Possibly the location if the router, if it's near electronic items such as a TV, in a room with too many walls etc it can slow the internet down in other places of the home. Every WiFi has a 'not-spot' such as back of the house upstairs or even in the converted loft spaces.

@bt_uk yet another hub delivered to my home to sort out an issue with my broadband that has nothing to do with the hub. We have had countless engineers come to our home to tell us that it is not an issue with our end. Now facing yet another weekend with the service I am paying 1/

@bt_uk I was due a call back from a manager yesterday which I didn't receive. Spoke to someone again at BT for another 45 minutes today and was PROMISED without fail that a manager would call me. NO CALL BACK.

@bt_uk Issues with broadband for over 2 months. 7 engineer visits, engineer not showing up to appointments, forgetting to order my replacement router, multiple scheduled call backs not made, all of my complaints closed without resolution.
