    @bt_uk My old parents seem to have no phone now as you seem to switched them to Digital Voice? So no one can call by their landline. Not great for Doctors and so on. Anyway you can help or revert them?

    @bt_uk I don’t know, I so rarely watch live tv, but it’s Xmas, I have retuned cos freeview reception is so bad, I now have 41 tv aerial channels, all rubbish reception, 141 subscription channels,most I don’t recognise. Four news channels. No HD channels WTF am I paying for?

    @bt_uk hi. Being told by Sky a BT software update is causing issues with my Sky Q connectivity. Apparently a known issue. Any advice appreciated
