@kkkhan22 @craigr98_2016 @UswitchUK @bt_uk Possibly the location if the router, if it's near electronic items such as a TV, in a room with too many walls etc it can slow the internet down in other places of the home. Every WiFi has a 'not-spot' such as back of the house upstairs or even in the converted loft spaces.

@bt_uk yet another sent to my home to sort out an issue with my broadband that has nothing to do with the hub. We've had countless engineers come to our home to tell us that it is not an issue our end. Now facing another weekend with a service I am paying for 1/

Broadband broadly working now. Openreach reported rodent nest at base of telephone pole and cable had been chewed. Openreach part was very efficient, about 24 hours. @bt_uk part less so. 3.5 days for them to get a home tech expert out, who then confirmed that problem was outside

Been in my new place over 2 months. Still no internet due to @OpenreachHelp. @bt_uk have tried to help, however it's no use if the monopoly infrastructure provider cancels visits on a whim! I live in Croydon not Craggy Island, how hard can it be?
