@bt_uk Thank you for the update Michaela. These e-mail outages are far too frequent and do not reflect well on BT. I hope the service returns promptly but, if not, would appreciate further updates on progress.

  • jadk0 James Keane (@jadk0) reported from Carlton on Trent, England

@btsport can you hurry up and get BT on Sky because I’m paying to be 40 seconds behind time casting this bullshit with your below par service

  • JPSimpson88 John Simpson (@JPSimpson88) reported from Worksop, England

@kkkhan22 @craigr98_2016 @UswitchUK @bt_uk Possibly the location if the router, if it's near electronic items such as a TV, in a room with too many walls etc it can slow the internet down in other places of the home. Every WiFi has a 'not-spot' such as back of the house upstairs or even in the converted loft spaces.

@bt_uk Hi Alannah. Looks like someone has tried to hack the account and it’s been locked due to many unsuccessful login tries. NOWTV will unlock it within 72 hours. If there’s an issue after that then I will be back in touch.

  • StepBD Prof Stephen Boyd Davis (@StepBD) reported

@bt_uk The operative was polite and friendly, but said he was unable to give me the 700 min contract that I had contracted for only a few days earlier. The experience has left me very unhappy with BT's service.

  • leejos21 Leena joshi (@leejos21) reported

@bt_uk I spoke to customer relations. Nothing can be done. I’m without Wi-Fi thanks to BT. Sky will install my Wi-Fi in 2 weeks. I should have stayed with them

  • StepBD Prof Stephen Boyd Davis (@StepBD) reported

@bt_uk I have been a loyal - and generally happy - customer of BT for many years. I recently took out a new BT landline/broadband contract which offered 700 minutes per month. There was an error by BT in setting this up...

  • IamLisaWetton Lisa Wetton (@IamLisaWetton) reported

@bt_uk I don’t know. I spoke to Sales again today, as mentioned, and he still needs to do a callback on Thursday. Still need tech to install equipment. I know the order in error was closed today. So maybe the complaint was closed too?

  • DrGarethMorgan Gareth Morgan (@DrGarethMorgan) reported

@RolandN @bt_uk The landline that only scammers call you up on? I tried that and ended up in a debate suggesting that they could stop scammers using their network and vulnerable people losing their assets, but that is a matter of choice apparently. . .
