@bt_uk Thank you for the update Michaela. These e-mail outages are far too frequent and do not reflect well on BT. I hope the service returns promptly but, if not, would appreciate further updates on progress.

@kkkhan22 @craigr98_2016 @UswitchUK @bt_uk Possibly the location if the router, if it's near electronic items such as a TV, in a room with too many walls etc it can slow the internet down in other places of the home. Every WiFi has a 'not-spot' such as back of the house upstairs or even in the converted loft spaces.

@bt_uk Had b/band and landline installed today. The engineer left without connecting the landline and the hub hadn't even got a solid blue light ! The hub is working but the phone isn't. Now had to raised a fault thru chat and fix dated est 13th ? Please help.

@bt_uk Thanks for disconnecting my broadband a week ahead of time and doing absolutely nothing to fix it. Don’t worry about the safety of a disabled child. I’ve exhausted my complaints apparently and you will still do nothing to fix it. Awful company.

@btbusinesscare So @btbusinesscare, in the mean time, that will 7 DAYS OF LOST LANDLINE. We are a vehicle hire company and @bt_uk has stopped any new customers from contact us and the existing customers are on there own if there's any issues. I'll just sit here and wait.........
