why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

Hi @bt_uk our phone lines are down yet again, the 3rd time in as many weeks and 1-4 days to fix… this is our busiest time of year and we are missing lots of potential business which is costing us dearly

@bt_uk contract and ur threatening us with debt collectors if we don't pay £250. We paid for years for a rubbish service b/c we were told it was the best u had but that was a lie, there was fibre in the area for 2 years and we were never offered it, when we said we were leaving for SKY

@bt_uk Hi, I'm out of contract, and have been for a few months. The offers given to me on my account are rubbish compared to new customer offers. As I'm out of contract, am I now able to take a new customer offer instead? They are offered at a lot less than I am paying each month

@bt_uk we were told they wouldn't provide any better, so we stayed, but this also was a lie as SKY hooked us up to the fibre....sometimes the broadband was so bad I couldn't even run a speed test...I made complaints and when we finally had enough we are STILL being penalised
