@WolfSkullJack @bt_uk Wow, they screwed up, didn't have the decency to tell you they wouldn't make it, and their response is literally "wow that sucks to be you". And people ***** about Spectrum, but at least they've always respected me enough to call if something happened and they couldn't make it.

  • Jonatha93928213 Jonathan (@Jonatha93928213) reported

  • StephenDorer Stephen Dorer (@StephenDorer) reported

Do you think @GaryLineker would be doing @BBCMOTD if he wasn’t the highest earner? If @btsport offered less would he do it? No. As bad as the top six but at least they admit their self righteous. Hate the fact the people standing up for fans are the biggest hypocrites

  • helenarandall9 Helena (@helenarandall9) reported

@bt_uk internet has gone down just as I am about to watch the office, fuuuumin

  • city_in_wellies Colin Esterase (@city_in_wellies) reported

@hpxrsrjj @bt_uk @Ofcom They are, passed through multiple persons for hours at a time. This is why we pay bills per month and never set DD. They would rob you blind. Utter shower.

  • BevanGLewis Bevan lewis (@BevanGLewis) reported

@bt_uk sign up to BT on the 2nd of April ... still have no internet connection on the 20th April and trying to “work from home” ... I have seen snails faster than this service

  • tuft21 pete harte (@tuft21) reported

@btsport You missed off the bit “however we are a bit gutted that we had to back down on charging £15 ppv earlier on this season” “oh and please carry on paying your subscription to us and @SkySports even though between us we’ve been fleecing fans for years”

  • scothubbard Scot Hubbard (@scothubbard) reported

@bt_uk Erm, excuse me, but you seem to be charging me a one-off charge twice! Activation fee of £9.99 was paid on my March bill but you have also put it in my April bill. #fail

  • jon_stride jon_stride (@jon_stride) reported

@bt_uk That doesn’t answer the question at all. Will otherphone sockets around the house work ??? For on call emergency staff will the phone still work in a power cut ?

  • lee_o_85 lee o (@lee_o_85) reported

So @EE have cut off my internet as I’m meant to be changing to @bt_uk today but BT have cancelled my engineer and rebooked for 2 weeks. Without giving me any notice!! Have had nothing but trouble form BT since I agreed that change. Will not recommend them to anyone!
