@btsport disgruntled subscriber to both BTsport and a BTBroadband customer. Just bit a new 55 LG TV and I cannot load the app because if a licensing issue you have with them. Also tried screen mirroring which is blocked. So I pay you a subscription and can’t watch in my own home!

hi @bt_uk - We have been customers for years. My renewal is £20/month MORE expensive than what I can buy from the website as a new customer. The phone operative didn't have the power to do anything about this. Sorry but we don't connect for good...

  • HelenHarries17 Helen Harries (@HelenHarries17) reported

@bt_uk reported a problem with our landline yesterday morning by text, not heard anything since & when I go online to our account to track the fault, it says no faults on this account...please can you update? Thanks..

@bt_uk hi. When do you plan to offer an option for e-sim for a smart watch? I am a BT home broadband and mobile customer

  • xlaura_janex LollyBear ☆ (@xlaura_janex) reported

BT broadband is rubbish. Been worse the last 3 days or so. No matter how many times its been logged in the past, they reckon they've fixed it. Not good when you work from home and rely on the Internet! Any one else having issues? @bt_uk

  • ixuriee ixurie (@ixuriee) reported

@bt_uk Has just happened again and was down for 8 hours. I’ve tried to call the number it gives me on the site but it says the number is not recognised. I also tried to report the issues but it’s gone straight through to saying you’ll send someone over but didn’t tell me any other info?

  • bookshop_bear Bear Bookshop (@bookshop_bear) reported from West Bromwich, England

@bt_uk Hi Chris-I’ve just been looking on the @Ofcom website and wonder if I’m entitled to the £8.40 per day compensation to cover the days I’ve had to wait for phones to be sent/chase up the phones not working?

  • JSalisburyJones Jen Roseman (née Salisbury-Jones) (@JSalisburyJones) reported

@FTusa284 @bt_uk @GNetworkComms About a mile north of Tower Bridge here - lucky if I get 1Mbs up/down. Virgin Media won't run fibre a few metres from their cabinet because 'the paving slabs are too expensive'. I use a 5G router.
