why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@BTCare @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach Fibre Broadband #dontswap to it. The companies here are not able to provide a resolution date to fix the Fibre broadband. Completely inept. No broadband for 11 days… and no date of a fix.

@bt_uk Hi, yes I have 2 adapters I have tried swapping them both over and resetting/relinking them but still getting slow speeds from them. Being on the full fibre 100 plan I wouldn’t have thought the speeds should be dropping so much using the mini connectors
