@bt_uk Credit where it’s due. BT phoned me when they said they would & resolved my week-long issue. Everything working fine now but it shouldn’t have taken this long. 1 fairly satisfied long-standing customer. 👍

Chris Sutton. Worst pundit ever in my opinion. He claims it wasn't a penalty but it definitely was in my view. #btsport #ChampionsLeague

@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

Well after 2 days of "being with" @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp i still NO WIFI, a "home hub" that doesn't work and still waiting on a Manager to speak to because of their ineptitude! Great customer welcome here! Wish I didn't bother!

@bt_uk shocking service tbh, just in time for bank holiday. Completely unusable internet connection. Texting fix doesn’t work, trouble shooting doesn’t work. Good time to think about switching with this free time I have in the next few days :)

@bt_uk My existing internet has been disconnected and the engineer to install my new fibre hasn’t arrived or been in contact. After being on hold for 40 minutes, your customer service team have now left me on hold again. This is totally unacceptable. How do I cancel my order?

@OpenreachHelp Thanks for the reply. It’s a change from ADSL over copper with another provider to new FTTP service with @bt_uk. Just been told by BT that your engineer “didn’t bring enough cable” 🙈. Would be great if ‘Michael’ could have just answered the phone no. you gave us & explained!

@bt_uk You say We Connect for Good. We’re here to help. Neither is true. You promised inside/outside engineer 2 weeks ago. Neither WiFi nor your little toy minihub working. Behaving like a good ol' monopoly, don't seem to care. Ref VOL055-4851379782522

@bt_uk Our @virginmedia broadband goes down about once a fortnight and the whole street could be interested in switching to BT. Is there a way we can petition for you to bring fibre to us? It's on other nearby streets but not ours.

@BTCare evening; could you advise me if there’s a way of emailing your customer services department to give my 30 days notice to cancel my broadband connection or do I need to call? Thanks in Advance

@bt_uk You say We Connect for Good. We’re here to help. Both untrue. Inside/outside engineer promised two weeks ago, never arrived. Neither WiFi nor minihub working. In the best traditions of a monopoly, you don't seem to care.
