@bt_uk Credit where it’s due. BT phoned me when they said they would & resolved my week-long issue. Everything working fine now but it shouldn’t have taken this long. 1 fairly satisfied long-standing customer. 👍

  • wcbutcher Bill Butcher (@wcbutcher) reported from Kidlington, England

For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

  • georgeoufc93 G . H (@georgeoufc93) reported from Woodstock, England

Chris Sutton. Worst pundit ever in my opinion. He claims it wasn't a penalty but it definitely was in my view. #btsport #ChampionsLeague

  • BonSteventon Ben Steventon (@BonSteventon) reported from Kidlington, England

@bt_uk any issues with internet in OX5 2 area? Our hub is going from red to blue every 5 minutes

@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

  • ForestKingInsol ForestKing Insolvency Group (@ForestKingInsol) reported

@KaiRossBest @bt_uk Is it just an issue for you or have you heard others have issues? Our WiFi just decided to stop for some reason. I don't think we are in the same area though.

  • garethallison Gally_LFC (@garethallison) reported

@tigercubmum @bt_uk 15?! That's crazy?! Mine is still showing as 'expected fix time' of yesterday 6pm... and the only direct response I've got says 'sorry there is currently no update available on the fix time the incident is still open though'. I should say the same thing when my bill is due...

  • teejayef Tim Fewell (@teejayef) reported

@bt_uk When there is a fault in your phone system (acknowledged by BT as being in their system) why does it take 3 weeks to fix? - the message from BT states that they expect to have the fault rectified by 25th April! UNBELIEVABLE!

  • dazwesty7 Darrell West (@dazwesty7) reported

@bt_uk still no Wi-Fi connection to my sky box but got Wi-Fi on everything else want engineer come out or I will cancel been gone on to long now

  • CjLakin Clare (@CjLakin) reported

@bt_uk Yes no problem, but I keep getting this text, it’s not the first time

  • teejayef Tim Fewell (@teejayef) reported

@bt_uk It’s my sister-in-law’s account in Mobberley, Cheshire. The fault has been raised and the 3 week notice was a response from BT so yes, there must be a known issue. BT have confirmed that it isn’t in her house but is in their system. That’s why a repair time of 3 weeks is so poor.

  • hadgett7 Hadge (@hadgett7) reported

After years of being a loyal @btsport customer, I cannot renew my subscription for a year as they want 2 years even though they’ve lost the contract for @btsportmotogp next season. Not paying a years subs for no bikes. Very poor service.
