    @bt_uk my bt disc has started to fail. Seems to go orange after a few hours. Wifi devices reverting to router giving very poor performance

    @bt_uk Credit where it’s due. BT phoned me when they said they would & resolved my week-long issue. Everything working fine now but it shouldn’t have taken this long. 1 fairly satisfied long-standing customer. 👍

    @jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

    @btsport I enjoy watching BBL on @Btsports, but am getting annoyed at losing the last 5 overs on most of the games. Therefore, unless I wait for the highlights, I never get to see which side wins. This I find very frustrating. Can you do something to correct this situation?

    @bt_uk Disgraceful that BT customer service makes no allowances for people needing to exit their BT contract early due to Covid health reasons and extenuating circumstances.

    @bt_uk Well I stay in a rural village in Scotland and because the exchange is too far away from us and the lines they run the broadband down are about 70 years old so it will never be reliable so where’s my £100 🤔

    @bt_uk I’ve had no internet since19th Dec. Despite numerous promises, I am still without any service - and this in a pandemic with an OH recovering from covid. Worst customer service EVER! Just broken promises and lies. I’m at my wits end!!!!

    @GavinWilliamson @EE Why did you turn down the offer from @bt_uk? We have so many families we are trying to source connections for who are struggling to access the internet. Nice one Gav!

    @TurboMacDiesel @bt_uk Ask them. Perhaps they tried to talk with all of the administrations but only England engaged with them. I can see no advantage to BT in doing a deal only with England. They provide services all through the UK and I'm sure would aim to treat all their customers in the same way.

    @bt_uk Thanks @bt_uk that will really help her catch up with all that missed learning. Not. Luckily @EE have stepped up and offered to make her a priority and can fit her in next week. It may cost us more, but happy to pay extra when you actually received good customer service 👍🏻
