  • Njdecorating Nick Jones (@Njdecorating) reported from Witney, England

@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

  • georgeoufc93 G . H (@georgeoufc93) reported from Woodstock, England

Chris Sutton. Worst pundit ever in my opinion. He claims it wasn't a penalty but it definitely was in my view. #btsport #ChampionsLeague

  • willisRM73 Dr Rich Willis (@willisRM73) reported from Kidlington, England

@bt_uk Credit where it’s due. BT phoned me when they said they would & resolved my week-long issue. Everything working fine now but it shouldn’t have taken this long. 1 fairly satisfied long-standing customer. 👍

  • sikaye_oxf Simon Kaye (@sikaye_oxf) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@bt_uk my bt disc has started to fail. Seems to go orange after a few hours. Wifi devices reverting to router giving very poor performance

@HonestArsenalF1 @btsport Their schedule keeping is atrocious, I cancelled my subscription and that was one of the reasons the other was their customer services or lack of

  • YDysgwrAraf Robert Bruce (@YDysgwrAraf) reported

@bt_uk Seriously, mate, I’ve read that page so many times in the past couple of years I could take an exam. The only solution I’ve ever found is to start trying to cast around an hour before kick-off and I may have something watchable by half time.

  • rosa_alba_macd Rosa Alba Macdonald (@rosa_alba_macd) reported

@bt_uk No it is not an Apple issue. It is a BT issue since you started to separate from Yahoo. Do not try to pretend otherwise. It is about the architecture of your Email - every other email provider works with Mail. Just not BT (gmail, Yahoo, hotmail all work).

  • johng225 John (@johng225) reported

@dermotcoyle @bt_uk Mine also seems to be down

  • kukuandchips Africa🇰🇪🇬🇧 (@kukuandchips) reported

@HonestArsenalF1 @btsport Their schedule keeping is atrocious, I cancelled my subscription and that was one of the reasons, the other was their customer services or lack of! @btsport are quite useless until its bill time then they're very efficient! #useless

  • Jennife68061084 Jennifer Harrison (@Jennife68061084) reported

Luckily we have a strong return customer base and have managed to keep our heads above water- another business may not be so lucky. The cut off was entirely @bt_uk ‘s fault and they have admitted to this. We have made in excess of 50 phone calls and we are no further forward.

  • rosa_alba_macd Rosa Alba Macdonald (@rosa_alba_macd) reported

@bt_uk Yes I had and the BT and Apple Support pages (I mana an eejit. And, with all due respect - that page lists POP3, IMAP and SMTP (SSL) settings and Port Numbers not any caldav/carddav or whatever the term is for contacts server addies.

  • sad1ebabes84 Sadie (@sad1ebabes84) reported

@CityFibre may want to teach your staff about customer service skills! He’s up a telephone pole connected directly to my house for my @BTCare internet/phone. It was working fine until he messed about with it but apparently and I quote “it’s nothing to do with us” 1/2

  • JasonofSuburbia Jason (@JasonofSuburbia) reported

@bt_uk Just received a sim card in the post from you. I’ve never signed up for one, just want to make sure I’m not locked in to a contract? Can someone DM me please

  • kkirsty93 Kirsty (@kkirsty93) reported

If broadband was a **** boy it would be @bt_uk
