    @jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

    @bt_uk any issues with internet in OX5 2 area? Our hub is going from red to blue every 5 minutes

    @bt_uk Credit where it’s due. BT phoned me when they said they would & resolved my week-long issue. Everything working fine now but it shouldn’t have taken this long. 1 fairly satisfied long-standing customer. 👍

    @bt_uk my bt disc has started to fail. Seems to go orange after a few hours. Wifi devices reverting to router giving very poor performance

    Hey @OpenreachHelp can you stop using subcontractors for your @bt_uk installations? The first couldn't find the building because, despite us being the only thing in the postcode. The second wasted the day, waiting for "support" just to feed cables above ceiling tiles. Sort it out

    @bt_uk Might be so but does not fix the situation, as stated previously rural connectivity needs to be improved. What you're basically saying in this last reply is thanks for your money but we'll provide you with nothing for it.

    @bt_uk just bought BT hotspot Wifi for 1 day. Couldn’t connect nor use the service. No help or advise is actually working on your website. I would like to demand a refund.

    @bt_uk Thats the issue Laura they weren't available last week when the drop happened, very strange and the gentleman on the live chat didn't have a clue why that would be. Can someone check my account to see if there is an issue?

    The service from @bt_uk has gone right down the pan. Pay for 38mb of broadband and I'm lucky to get 2mb. Most the time it hovers around 0.5mb directly from the modem. Thought we was in the 21st century. Even reboots does nothing. #moneybackplease

    @bt_uk Well I want the connection fixing... but 3 months and you can't get a stable connection... I guess I'll just cancel the direct debit and see if that gets someones attention..

    @bt_uk @BoxyUK I am bt customer for years and couldnt secure ps5 last time BECAUSE the code didnt come up.
