@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk Credit where it’s due. BT phoned me when they said they would & resolved my week-long issue. Everything working fine now but it shouldn’t have taken this long. 1 fairly satisfied long-standing customer. 👍

@PDissadent @bt_uk If you’re going through anyone other than plusnet or BT themselves your complaint should be aimed at Openreach dude. Probably find it’s kelly communications that messed it up, they cause our firm untold misery.

@bt_uk DM sent. Text help says "nope nothing wrong out end, move your router"... Surprise surprise.... 4 months of awful service constantly refused to be acknowledged by BT. Says something when I have to tether my laptop to my mobile for Internet to work doesn't it...

@bt_uk Contacted provider it's finally sorted, you took so long to sort the issue out & cost you £48, so basically, my internet bill is free this month & I get a discount next month. You supply my provider, your lack of care has cost you 🖕 appalling. Thank god for Ofcom.
