@bt_uk Credit where it’s due. BT phoned me when they said they would & resolved my week-long issue. Everything working fine now but it shouldn’t have taken this long. 1 fairly satisfied long-standing customer. 👍

@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@AnthonyBraithw7 @jofmar1 @btsport I support the Packers, and the last two fixtures I’ve had to watch on catch-up. Perfect, as the adverts are cut out. Tonight’s game is on Sky, which is a little better as it at least goes back to the studios rather than the commercials.

@bt_uk - can you please explain why whenever I travel your email fails to work? All other email account have no issue at all... but BT email fails 90% of the time when connected to local WiFi services. Appallingly bad for those with no other email accounts.

After over 10 years, I just cancelled my contract with @bt_uk and even if they make me pay for the cancellation, I feel relieved. The most unapologetically incompetent service. Good bye.

@FPL_Dabby @bt_uk I've had virgin for 3 years, its really good 95% of the time, 5% of the time it will randomly drop for 24 hours and there support is awful, and will deny anything happened:P

@bt_uk internet gone down yet again following what I was told yesterday was a outage in the area. But spoke with customer services today and no one can tell me if its the same problem and I need an engineer. I just want what I'm paying for! An internet service!

@bt_uk has the bad weather overnight in the UK caused WiFi signal problems?!?!?!? I do not have any WiFi running at all. Just a flashing orange light or a flashing purple light.
