So many calls and emails and still no broadband, yet had an email to say our account has been cancelled. Absolutely awful service from @bt_uk surely it’s not this difficult to come and fit out WiFi in to our new property?!

Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

@bt_uk Credit where it’s due. BT phoned me when they said they would & resolved my week-long issue. Everything working fine now but it shouldn’t have taken this long. 1 fairly satisfied long-standing customer. 👍

@WeAreOpenreach hay openreach. I’m with @bt_uk and our internet drops quite often during the weekends. The Last engineer said that there is a known issue with Cab 18. Do I need to keep on raising a fault with Bt or is there a way to raise it with yourself? Thanks

@bt_uk well, just got bill notice of increase , contacted BT to say I can’t afford it and threatened with £400 if I cancel my contract! I asked for help, not threats. If I can’t pay £100 increase, on my pension, how can I find £400! You say speak to us if your having issues!

Boring tweet but does anyone who has a BT Smart Hub have issues with airplay where the router doesn’t allow ANYTHING to connect? 👀 @bt_uk please sort it out, I need to be able to watch Drag Race
