    @BTCare 25 years as a customer. I’ve been treated poorly. The only resolution which can be given a timescale you might actually adhere to is closing my BT account. Shocking.

    @BTCare @Bert0364 The line won't get shut down as it doesn't actually exist. It shows as a Quarantined number on the Ofcom data. It has been spoofed by criminals using VoIP systems. All the scams are done that way these days.

    @BTCare No information at all, nobody knows. Engineers seems to be the solution when fault department has no clue. But these engineers have been useless for 6 times now.

    @BTCare We aren't but it's ridiculous that we haven't been offered one and no we haven't been told anything we just keep being told it's going to take longer to fix and getting texts to say we'll be updated on whatever date and now it's been pushed to the 30th

    @BTCare service 🧐 - Surely this would of brought to the surface this internally rather than over social media.... A simple fact in business is that for ever customer that complains about her 20 couldn’t be bothered and leave ....

    @BTCare clearly do not have the capability to even explain bill cost ... so the line just goes dead (or they hang up 3 times) I have no issue with outsourcing customer service center but doesn’t anyone working at BT in the UK use the BT service and actually had to call customers

    @BTCare explain costs b) I am still at a loss to this hidden charge of using another internet vendor on the BT line (do explain as there is no mention on the bill) c) shouldn’t hang up on the customers , I made 3 call backs , waited in line , spoke to the BT reps in India who all
