    @bt_uk Credit where it’s due. BT phoned me when they said they would & resolved my week-long issue. Everything working fine now but it shouldn’t have taken this long. 1 fairly satisfied long-standing customer. 👍

    I had an issue with my @bt_uk tv box. I got through straight away and a replacement box was sent forthwith. I had help setting it up. Brilliant service. Eat your heart out @virginmedia

    For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

    So many calls and emails and still no broadband, yet had an email to say our account has been cancelled. Absolutely awful service from @bt_uk surely it’s not this difficult to come and fit out WiFi in to our new property?!

    @bt_uk any issues with internet in OX5 2 area? Our hub is going from red to blue every 5 minutes

    @bt_uk my bt disc has started to fail. Seems to go orange after a few hours. Wifi devices reverting to router giving very poor performance

    @jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

    @bt_uk hi I wonder if someone could help me I had to get my daughter and granddaughter away from a violent relationship and we phoned bt up and she stills had to pay the cancellation feeof over £300 how is this right I’m sure bt would have some policy in place

    @bt_uk I’ll be honest I can’t fully tell. But of late our connection has been a little inconsistent which has been noticed as both my wife and I work from home on video conferences a lot. The damage could have been there a while though

    @bt_uk without a landline for a month because of issues your end, our WiFi is slow as a result. Raised a complaint but nothing has moved forward - engineers not turning up, no timeline has been given to solve the issue. Please can we have an idea of when this will be resolved?

    @EE @bt_uk As both a BT Broadband and EE mobile customer; what's the difference between Coverage Boost and the BT Wi-Fi app? Do I get access to more hotspots via it compared to the automatic connection provided by CB? Or is it redundant on my iPhone as CB will handle the same?

    Hi @virginmedia am on hols. How can I watch @btsport on a smart TV using my virgin account? Can I cast from TV go to the TV? Or connect chromebook to the TV via hdmi? I've tried but can't. Please help! Thanks.

    @bt_uk @bt_uk absolutely disgusting treatment today, new customer, already waited 48 hours for my broadband to kick in and now I have to wait till Monday for an engineer! People are now losing paid work due to your lack of customer care 😡😡😡
