@bt_uk Credit where it’s due. BT phoned me when they said they would & resolved my week-long issue. Everything working fine now but it shouldn’t have taken this long. 1 fairly satisfied long-standing customer. 👍

@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk heya! do you know of any landline issues in DN4? Our landline is dead (no dial tone, can't make or take calls), though internet is working.... Phone itself seems fine (beeps when dialling etc). Thanks!

At the final straw with @bt_uk. Broadband cuts out every 25 mins (great for home working right). Tried every suggestion..non worked. The hub is clearly broken. Told at 10:06 I would get a callback in 2 mins...it is now 13:08...but quite happy to take my money? Breach of contract!

@bt_uk engineer came out to fix a fault on the line. He said he was going outside to check something and never came back! I’ve been waiting two hours for a call back to see what is going on. Really not happy as I work from home and missed an important meeting this afternoon.
