    @jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

    @bt_uk my bt disc has started to fail. Seems to go orange after a few hours. Wifi devices reverting to router giving very poor performance

    @bt_uk Credit where it’s due. BT phoned me when they said they would & resolved my week-long issue. Everything working fine now but it shouldn’t have taken this long. 1 fairly satisfied long-standing customer. 👍

    @frosty0610 @bt_uk Totally agree. We are in the same area, BT’s communication is a complete disgrace at best! We are all just another account number on their customer list. You only find out how good a company really is when a problem occurs. Unfortunately in my experience they are very poor.

    hi @bt_uk still having issues of my upload speed consistently dropping when streaming to Twitch. Can you send an engineer or check the line? You keep saying it's ok, but it's not.

    @bt_uk sent me an email saying I could have full fibre 300 for £44.95 a month. But when I click claim the offer it says I can't cause I'm a bt customer!

    @bt_uk hi hope someonee can help. We have a hub 6 and it dropped connection all the time when it does it and comes back on it doesn't auto connect back to any devices in our home.. we all have to manually press the WiFi button.. (all device settings set to auto connect)1/3
