    @bt_uk my bt disc has started to fail. Seems to go orange after a few hours. Wifi devices reverting to router giving very poor performance

    I had an issue with my @bt_uk tv box. I got through straight away and a replacement box was sent forthwith. I had help setting it up. Brilliant service. Eat your heart out @virginmedia

    @bt_uk any issues with internet in OX5 2 area? Our hub is going from red to blue every 5 minutes

    So many calls and emails and still no broadband, yet had an email to say our account has been cancelled. Absolutely awful service from @bt_uk surely it’s not this difficult to come and fit out WiFi in to our new property?!

    @jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

    For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Credit where it’s due. BT phoned me when they said they would & resolved my week-long issue. Everything working fine now but it shouldn’t have taken this long. 1 fairly satisfied long-standing customer. 👍

    @bt_uk Very flakey connection with this hub. The 4G router send to drop them the main one. 4G rarely picks up the signal. Wish I could have my old router back.

    @bt_uk Hi Ash, Purchased a property decided to go with Plusnet broadband on 20th April. Spoke to Plusnet again today apparently there's a problem your end! We don't seem to be getting any answers to why. BT keeps saying give us 48hrs every time. What can be done to find the problem?

    @bt_uk broadband service down again, now almost a day. No updates, no fixes. 4th time in a month. I don’t think you realise this impacts peoples ability to work and earn! On the other hand, very quick extra for a delayed bill payment.

    @bt_uk service disruption in Basingstoke was supposed to be resolved in a few hours. Then the ETA wasnt just changed but removed completely. Told on the phone it'd be sorted overnight. No updates by email, super unhelpful. Anyone there can tell me wtf is going on please??
