@bt_uk Credit where it’s due. BT phoned me when they said they would & resolved my week-long issue. Everything working fine now but it shouldn’t have taken this long. 1 fairly satisfied long-standing customer. 👍

@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

I've just had @bt_uk broadband installed in my new house and I'm having some serious connection issues on @Zoom calls. I've got Full Fibre, a full wifi signal, and BT says my download speed is 510.8 Mb/s. Any ideas on what I can do to improve my Zoom connection? 🤔

@WeAreOpenreach I am so so disappointed and angry at your service. I ordered full fibre through @bt_uk and they place the order correctly. Took time off work to await engineer, called up BT to ask when it would be expected. Turns out that OR set up a FTTC, even though it was 1/n

@virginmedia @VirginMediaCorp @bt_uk With VM you will experience constant outages, slow speeds, and dismal support. Working from home with VM is impossible. I urge you to use any other ISP. £240 to cancel means I am being held financially hostage. Use BT instead, I wish I had.
