@bt_uk my bt disc has started to fail. Seems to go orange after a few hours. Wifi devices reverting to router giving very poor performance

@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk Credit where it’s due. BT phoned me when they said they would & resolved my week-long issue. Everything working fine now but it shouldn’t have taken this long. 1 fairly satisfied long-standing customer. 👍

@bt_uk Currently my husband is on the phone to bt while you tell him it is impossible to put a temporary line in, even though an engineer is here doing just that for our neighbours with the same problem.. it’s only going to be a lie from you no matter where I raise this complaint
