For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

@jimkim123 @BTCare @bt_uk Hi James hope you are good. We had a really bad experience with @BT. Moved into new house almost 3 years ago and it took 4 months to get our broadband working . Constant lies and being fobbed off with excuses. We are moving over to @Vodafone broadband next week. 1/4 the cost

@bt_uk my bt disc has started to fail. Seems to go orange after a few hours. Wifi devices reverting to router giving very poor performance

@bt_uk Credit where it’s due. BT phoned me when they said they would & resolved my week-long issue. Everything working fine now but it shouldn’t have taken this long. 1 fairly satisfied long-standing customer. 👍

@MalleableFusock @maxrushden WTF have I got double standards?The Villa penalty & WBA for that matter were pens in my opinion and the opinion of many others.Even the ref they use on BTsport says they should have stayed as pens.The ‘incidents‘ you keep referring to weren’t picked out by anyone but you FFS!

@bt_uk simply experiencing the worst broadband transfer to BT ever . Was given a date of 22nd October to go live with FTTP service .. as of 25th November no broadband at all, phone line dead, no one taking responsibility, open reach have over promised and undelivered ..shambolic
