@XFLDefenders @xfl2020 @3hunna_RC75 I wouldn’t know, seeing as @btsport has shat out of showing the XFL games because of some “inappropriate language”. Which is a poor excuse when they showed the early game last Saturday but not the late one.

@bt_uk complaint number pls since the BT app ain’t working. This is a joke I have to wait another 5 days for an engineer to come out and fix the problem when I was told I would get service today, after 5 hours I have nothing

Why do @bt_uk make it so difficult for me to spend money. Trying to upgrade my existing package. The digital journey on the website / app is poor, no echat option and been in a queue now for 15 minutes to speak to someone.

@bt_uk Customer service number pls as I had arranged weeks ago for my install today of my halo BB and after 5 hours it’s still not done, been told it’s a reroute problem and it’ll take 5 days for someone to come out. Don’t think so

@btsport sort your app out.. paid for a monthly pass Saturday. Worked ok but tonight it’s down. Not why I paid £25! From other comments not unusual for this to happen. Top it all off, kept getting cut of on the online chat after waiting long periods.
