    @bt_uk Customer service number pls as I had arranged weeks ago for my install today of my halo BB and after 5 hours it’s still not done, been told it’s a reroute problem and it’ll take 5 days for someone to come out. Don’t think so

    Why do @bt_uk make it so difficult for me to spend money. Trying to upgrade my existing package. The digital journey on the website / app is poor, no echat option and been in a queue now for 15 minutes to speak to someone.

    @XFLDefenders @xfl2020 @3hunna_RC75 I wouldn’t know, seeing as @btsport has shat out of showing the XFL games because of some “inappropriate language”. Which is a poor excuse when they showed the early game last Saturday but not the late one.

    Sorry guys had to end the stream before we even got started due to upload issues with @bt_uk Even with a second line I am still no better off when bad weather passes through! Full Fibre is the only way and I still can't get it 😠 I wish there were guarantees on upload speeds!

    @bt_uk - new customer on fibre 900 package for house we're moving to which already has connection + account. Told we won't be connected until 20th, even though it should just be case of switching accounts or disconnecting/reconnecting. Means we can't work. Can you help?

    @bt_uk my elderly grandmother is struggling to contact you. No one replies to emails, picks up the phone or responds to her. She’s been told her contract is going up in price for no reason. It’s causing a lot of stress and I’m trying to help in any way I can... please assist.
