    @bt_uk @BTGroup @BTSopenreach Anyone getting rubbish service from BT/OpenReach? Connected to full fibre Monday-no internet since wrong connection outside Won’t get fixed ‘til 6 August! 👎😡🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Also no landline-it had to be cut to pull fibre into house! No show engineer today🤬

    @XFLDefenders @xfl2020 @3hunna_RC75 I wouldn’t know, seeing as @btsport has shat out of showing the XFL games because of some “inappropriate language”. Which is a poor excuse when they showed the early game last Saturday but not the late one.

    @bt_uk Customer service number pls as I had arranged weeks ago for my install today of my halo BB and after 5 hours it’s still not done, been told it’s a reroute problem and it’ll take 5 days for someone to come out. Don’t think so

    Why do @bt_uk make it so difficult for me to spend money. Trying to upgrade my existing package. The digital journey on the website / app is poor, no echat option and been in a queue now for 15 minutes to speak to someone.

    @bt_uk Hi rang them and they were going to call back. Which the guy did, unfortunately I had to run to the vet with the dog (literally 5mins before he rang back). Will he try again this evening? He said he was in till 7pm. Feel bad for what I'm sure he thinks is me wasting his time 😞

    @crochetjenny @bt_uk Customer service all but disappeared during Covid last year...but it is cut completley now although we are almost out of restrictions

    @bt_uk how do I check on any local outages, we have had nothing but problems with our sky internet for which you provide the fibre line for it. I must say that it is a complete pile of utter c%&p. I have been in contact with sky who have escalated it to yourselves once again

    @bt_uk Why is your Internet ****? We had ee before with 70mbs good stable Internet Went and got bt broadband was told it would be faster then eebnow we have 55mbs and the Internet is unstable getting kicked of the Internet Phoned up and told there is nothing that can be done.
