    @XFLDefenders @xfl2020 @3hunna_RC75 I wouldn’t know, seeing as @btsport has shat out of showing the XFL games because of some “inappropriate language”. Which is a poor excuse when they showed the early game last Saturday but not the late one.

    @bt_uk how long does it take for an advisor to deal with a complaint. 2 engineers in a week, last 1 - no show. follow up call scheduled today- no call! Complaint raised Wednesday when engineer never showed after waiting for two hours! 3 TV boxes and 3 hub boxes in a year!

  • ChoZanWan Opinion ≠ Truth (@ChoZanWan) reported

    @bt_uk I've raised a complaint ticket for it VOL013-618810330614

  • pembox17 Sally Washburn (@pembox17) reported

    @_Mmeshginouri @bt_uk Actually refunded & a note on account to prevent it happening again. Sorry your dad had such big problems.

  • ChoZanWan Opinion ≠ Truth (@ChoZanWan) reported

    @bt_uk As it it, I will keep the complaint open as I'd rather not have to open another one next month for the same issue. Thanks.

    @btsport how do I cancel my subscription?

  • TheLittleChef 𝕊𝕥𝕖𝕡𝕙𝕖𝕟 𝕁𝕒𝕔𝕜𝕤𝕠𝕟 🇪🇺 (@TheLittleChef) reported

    For years we've had trouble with our landline and broadband (HD7 5UT), with .@bt_uk throwing all sorts of solutions at it to no avail. Today, the exceptional Alan spent all day on it for us, and we now have a radio/crackle-free phone line and super-fast connection speed. 👏👏👏

  • vetjc James Carrier (@vetjc) reported

    @TheLittleChef @bt_uk We only recently upgraded from a Heath-Robinson wireless setup because “the problem with the network in this village, is that it was installed by an idiot”, according to lovely Keith from Openreach who eventually sorted it all out.

  • Hakz38468865 Hakz (@Hakz38468865) reported

    @bt_uk are you guys going to explain why since I’ve swapped over to you 3 weeks ago I’ve had nothing but problems and constant disconnections? I thought talk talk were bad but this is something else!

  • traybakequeen Lucy Scott Traybakes (@traybakequeen) reported

    @bt_uk - help! Refund for overcharge being added to our bill rather than bank account as arranged. Please sort this out. No longer have a BT line.

  • essix_girl Vanessa Nolan (@essix_girl) reported

    @arthistorynews @bt_uk Not as far as I know, but the only reason I have a landline is so that I can use an analogue phone in an emergency if power and/or mobile networks are down. Without that, our communications infrastructure is less resilient. If ur in a poor mobile signal area: even more important.
