  • GavinB77 Gavin Byers (@GavinB77) reported from Douglas, Scotland

@XFLDefenders @xfl2020 @3hunna_RC75 I wouldn’t know, seeing as @btsport has shat out of showing the XFL games because of some “inappropriate language”. Which is a poor excuse when they showed the early game last Saturday but not the late one.

  • kopaloadofthis1 kopaloadofthis (stevie ) no likey fuck off / (@kopaloadofthis1) reported from Harthill, Scotland

@SkyHelpTeam @btsport So I cancel bt sport with sky then

  • GavinB77 Gavin Byers (@GavinB77) reported from Douglas, Scotland

@GregABZ03 @ajf_sports @btsport Exactly. You hear worse walking down the street. My kids hear worse in school.

Why do @bt_uk make it so difficult for me to spend money. Trying to upgrade my existing package. The digital journey on the website / app is poor, no echat option and been in a queue now for 15 minutes to speak to someone.

  • BC57MC66 Brian Croll (@BC57MC66) reported from Lanarkshire, Scotland

@btsport - McManaman must go. He is awful. He may have been a player but he is simply not bright enough to Co comentate

  • FrancisAshton1 Francis Ashton 💙🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿#torysout #GE23 (@FrancisAshton1) reported

@DreyfusJames @bt_uk I had such a problem with them too. Last year they cut me off but said it was my fault then after a series of lengthy on hold calls turns out it was them!! No apology, no Internet for a week and now no bt!!!

  • bobfarrell 👀 (@bobfarrell) reported

@DreyfusJames @bt_uk Engineers are good at installing the physical aspects of the service. Not so hot at troubleshooting wireless connectivity issues.

  • IwasOnlyThere Leigh (@IwasOnlyThere) reported

@DreyfusJames @bobfarrell @bt_uk Buy your own router. Can use it with any service provider going forward. Much better than these crap things ISP's supply.

  • toucanjester MrC 🛸 (@toucanjester) reported

@DreyfusJames @bt_uk I sympathise James. I used to be an engineer with BT but left because quite frankly they were a useless company to work for. They care more about share holders, line manager bonuses & stats.Customer service, health & safety & employee welfare we’re seldom a priority

  • JustBusyWriting OnlyMe (@JustBusyWriting) reported

@DreyfusJames @bt_uk Had issues for years with BT unfortunately due to reliance on old copper based cables that really aren’t fit for purpose in internet times. Every time it rained, the connection went. We changed supplier and had fibre-to-the-door cables fitted. No problems since.

  • beddows_keith Keith Beddows (@beddows_keith) reported

@DreyfusJames @bt_uk I feel you pain pal, every morning and every evening without fail my broadband speed drops to almost non existent. When contacting bt the signal is back to normal🤬🤬nothing wrong g apparently. Although I am on my 4th router.

  • JimMcLe75772507 Is this real ? (@JimMcLe75772507) reported

@DreyfusJames @bt_uk I wrote to the CEO of BT about my complaint, they appointed an Executive to have oversight of the resolution. I documented progress & insisted on regular calls for updates. Cumbersome yes but all sorted & mine was a tricky issue which required detailed engineering investigation

  • samjjones73 Samantha Jane Jones (@samjjones73) reported

@DreyfusJames @bt_uk I used to work for BT so I was with them for years. Service wasn’t great, but it was free as part of a benefits package. As soon as I left I switched to Sky. We haven’t had any problems with their service

  • toucanjester MrC 🛸 (@toucanjester) reported

@DreyfusJames @JustBusyWriting @bt_uk Today its usually fibre to the large green boxes (DSLAM) & then 🤞🏽 copper beyond. Unfortunately there is aluminium & even paper insulated wires still in the ground. Underground boxes flood easily especially after a storm, wires get rubbed down in the trees if it’s pole fed

  • jamesbrooks94 James (@jamesbrooks94) reported

@bt_uk Just spent an hour and a bit on the phone with one of your advisors with no resolution. MSO in our area, advisor 3 days ago said they’re sending EE box out, not turned up. Now being told we can’t have one. Estimated fix date is 15d after incident date. Please help.
