@XFLDefenders @xfl2020 @3hunna_RC75 I wouldn’t know, seeing as @btsport has shat out of showing the XFL games because of some “inappropriate language”. Which is a poor excuse when they showed the early game last Saturday but not the late one.

  • ClareMWilkins Clare Wilkins (@ClareMWilkins) reported

For someone in the business of communication @bt_uk you are at your worst in this situation where communication is key. Nonsensical insincere statements with no action. It’s a toss up between unprofessional incompetent and idle

  • TimORegan1970 Tim O'Regan (@TimORegan1970) reported

@bt_uk would it have been an idea to ask before coming onto my property and disconnecting our line whilst you move it to a new telegraph pole, this is scheduled work, not an emergency, what compensation are my neighbours and I getting for no service and the inconvenience?

  • rdsaunders Richard Saunders (@rdsaunders) reported

@bt_uk Yeah you moght want to fix that too. That doesnt even think there is a fault!

  • Andrew_Frankel Andrew Frankel (@Andrew_Frankel) reported

@bt_uk Appreciate the response but I’ve been on hold for so long now (21 mins as I type) I really don’t want to lose my place in the queue. And this isn’t in any way unusual, as you know, just standard BT service.

  • philipdelisle Philip de Lisle (@philipdelisle) reported

@nocturnalmonkey @bt_uk Try using a dynamic DNS service and set your work security to use a hostname rather than IP address. Works well for me. DM if you need to.
