    Why do @bt_uk make it so difficult for me to spend money. Trying to upgrade my existing package. The digital journey on the website / app is poor, no echat option and been in a queue now for 15 minutes to speak to someone.

    @XFLDefenders @xfl2020 @3hunna_RC75 I wouldn’t know, seeing as @btsport has shat out of showing the XFL games because of some “inappropriate language”. Which is a poor excuse when they showed the early game last Saturday but not the late one.

    @HawkNooky00 @SkySports As much as I hate the woke box ticking agenda, particularly being perpetuated by @btsport I actually quiet like Pien Meulensteen on commentary. Unlike Lucy Ward and Karen Carney, Pien doesn’t waffle crap, and doesn’t have a voice that makes me want to shoot myself.

    @bt_uk This is ridiculous. It’s hard to log into Wi-Fi when broadband isn’t working and your site/details are so hard to find. I’ve raised this issue already but will NOT put acct details on here. Do u really expect me to, chatbot?

    @bt_uk A renewal! Everything was working but renewal price was dearer than offers online. Called in to check why? Got price match. Then ongoing issues since with all WiFi discs being disconnected and 10days later still not working as per contract agreed

    @bt_uk I have tried absolutely everything. I have reported it several times, have had a lovely engineer out, have had the line and number disconnected then reconnected. I have honestly tried everything - this has been an issue for a couple of years now at least. I am at my wits end.

    @bt_uk my internet is suddenly extremely slow upstairs… 0.7mbps. i can’t seem to find any reason for this as this wasn’t the case yesterday.

    @bt_uk Spent the morning on the phone with a helpful guy -Richard, just couldn’t get it back working. My kids think we’re in 1960. Disappointed as supposed to have a business line with same day repair and back up from the hybrid. Never trust companies with two letters in their name

    @bt_uk.... 8 days with no interner down and still no resolution in sight. Well over 12 hours spent on the phone trying to get it sorted. Endless promises of engineers and expert call backs... None of which have materlialised. Every time im call im told a different storey.
