@bt_uk is there a way I can request speeds in my area to be upgraded? The fastest I'm offered by BT is 30 mb/s whereas virgin media offers 1gb/s speeds here. 30mb/s is too slow considering the amount of people who live here and the amount of devices.

@Stewchat @bt_uk Never had a problem with their internet, but their new email is appalling....incredible that BT don't have a team who can properly design their own platform. Letter a year ago went unanswered, so I wouldn't hold your breath!

@defiaye @bt_uk What issue are you having? Yes staff may be nice but they are absolutely useless at getting things done! I switched months ago but they just will not close my account down, keep billing me and sending demands! I don’t know how to stop it!!

@bt_uk last w/end British Telecom mended our neighbours connection and demolished ours. Fault repair to a landline delayed for 4 days, fault reported, told that diagnostics showed external problem, bt_uk send convoluted messages re checking, rechecking & ‘book an engineer ‘HELP
