@XFLDefenders @xfl2020 @3hunna_RC75 I wouldn’t know, seeing as @btsport has shat out of showing the XFL games because of some “inappropriate language”. Which is a poor excuse when they showed the early game last Saturday but not the late one.

@bt_uk Yes, but it’s not fixed - that’s the problem. You guys do your best, as do the call centre folk, we’ve had repeat visits from Openreach engineers - but the problem is never solved.

@gscalise @bt_uk Mine seemed to be down across midnight here in Preston, Lancashire then it came back at about 0145 after I went to the main socket, plugged/unplugged having done the same at the hub numerous times. Coincidence or not, it’s back.

@bt_uk I've been with BT phone and Internet for 15 years. I've recently moved house and the service is absolutely shocking. I have spent over 6hours on the phone trying to rectify problems and it's still not sorted!

@bt_uk our internet has been very slow the past couple days!! Today was very frustrating because my sister works from home, working on deadlines and large files and it took over two hours to send a file which normally take a couple minutes. Fix this ASAP
