@bt_uk When I phoned the faults team, they said the error was between the green box on the street and my property. How will sending one of these 'experts' fix my problem if it's in the street?

@bt_uk My logon details haven’t changed in a while and I have them stored securely so fairly sure they are correct. Thanks for your help.

@bt_uk Lets see how long it takes until you say "I need to put you through to someone else", they will then say "their system is down" and then I have to wait another 5 weeks. My hopes are not high in resolving this.

@alanburkittgray @bt_uk Yep, this seems awfully familiar. The Twitter DM support is quite good though

@bt_uk Must be the worst company in the history of the UK, they have such a bad reputation you would think that they do something to actually change it. Instead yet again i have wasted 5 hours and 2 months of waiting on this useless company.

@bt_uk Thanks to the tech support Exec Imran and OpenReach engineer after one month of no broadband finally someone was sent to fix the fault. All the previous comms where “someone is working on it” were complete bs. I highly recommend that you review your support process.

Another rant! No wonder @bt_uk is losing Customers and has a bad #CustServ reputation! As I’m out, #BT ring me, same person I’ve spoken to many times, talks through things B4 saying need to check Security, B/C I can’t answer, can’t discuss anything more! What a joke they are!
