@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

@bt_uk Think u have missed the point Dee. Long wait, followed by being cut off, no one calling me back, followed by your excuses (and no apology) = poor customer service! And u think this is the time to discuss a new deal... 😂😂😂

@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

. @BTCare transferred me to *the queue*, which I could have done having been there several times. Dundee fibre agree my case had been handled badly (lovely peps doing a horrible job). Now, we all wait *again* for @WeAreOpenreach, a comms company that doesn’t, not with me anyway!

@bt_uk I have bt fibre 900 £60 per month kids struggling to game in their room as WiFi poor bt had to send out signal boosters still poor signal not impressed

So, now I'm lay here on three hours sleep with a raging headache waiting for updates from the hospital because I at least have a working phone line (hey @bt_uk - get your bloody act together and fix my parents damn line like you said you had yesterday)
