@bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

@bt_uk Please help I have reported a fault on that was supposed to be fixed by the 9th of September, it is still on going despite receiving a spanky new router...any help would be very welcome as I'm getting a bit frustrated now thanks

@bt_uk don't know how you can justify an almost £10 price increase during a cost of living crisis. £47 for a broadband only service of 55mb? Shocking. New customers get more for half the price!

@bt_uk I started my contract 7 months ago. I have not even been a client of BT for a full year and I'm already getting a 14.4% increase. I'm now paying £40 a month when a new customer with the same contract as me would only be paying £33.99! Is that fair?

Disappointed with @bt_uk and their lack of “loyalty” as an existing customer wishing to upgrade my package. Advertised package is £29.99, as an existing customer willing to pay to terminate existing deal the “best they can do” is £43pm.
