    @bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

    @allandm1284 @AlanC_44 It’s more common than people think. Our estate has 400+ houses on it built in 70s. If @bt_uk got their fibre onto our street everybody would switch in a heartbeat. Everyone is sick of virgin but they have the monopoly on the estate. Virgin forever going down!

    @bt_uk hi, i had a repair on tuesday (VOL055-6041031479198) had new master sockets installed and broadband resynched to get my speed back to what it was. Internet has been dropping intermittent all week, and has been bad tonight, orange light on router 5 times in last hour.

    @bt_uk we are having another terrible (borderline harassment) experience with BT, with another simple ask related to House move. No internet for 8days, no update on when it would be fixed, no backup & no updates. Have spent over 8hrs on calls. Pls help!

    @VeraJus2 @Barredspiral @bt_uk No its just 3 people who took awful penalties. White English people have missed pens in the past and you don't see them being hailed as heroes. Absolute nonsense. "Risking their lives and careers to defend a country" Wake up.

    @bt_uk Well then, @WeAreOpenreach need to get involved in this conversation. Apparently there is nothing @NOWTV_It can do as it all depends on them. This is the problem with monopolies. No consequence for being useless 😠. (sorry Paddy, but every one is passing the buck!!)
