Jeeez ohhhh...router is just constantly rebooting... hopefully @bt_uk is going to save the day Wednesday when they come out. You don't realise how much you rely on it till it doesn't work...Please upgrade my line 🙏 😭 😢

@bt_uk Please help I have reported a fault on that was supposed to be fixed by the 9th of September, it is still on going despite receiving a spanky new router...any help would be very welcome as I'm getting a bit frustrated now thanks

To anyone interested. Never use @bt_uk for your Internet or phone. Shambles of a company. 6 years if issues, no interested in fixing the problems. So called tech experts that don't know how to reset a router. Always the same response.

@bt_uk @FLASKX1 I moved from sky to bt. What a mistake that was after having crap WiFi with bt I phoned and the answer I got was pay an extra £20 a month and we will guarantee WiFi, Cause my present deal doesn’t. If you told me that at the start I would never of moved. BT IS SHIT

@bt_uk hi bt I need a contact number that can help me with a complaint. I have a series of missed payments from 2016 adversely affecting credit. These missed payments say its BT, which is incorrect I never had any missed payments with you so need this resolved asap

@bt_uk My BT service is terrible. I have to reconnect my mobile to house wi-fi every time i return to the house. Every bill gets higher and higher and got a letter recently saying theres more price increases on the way

@bt_uk first time I've ever been disappointed in years as a customer. 3 mobile contracts, TV w. sport & broadband. Culling bills I rang to query the broadband. 51.99 seems excessive just to have internet at home. Locked in. Can get me more speed for same money), or £800 to go.

@BTCare 1) Hi, can you pls help? Our landline's down & we've had no dial tone for 2 wks. I'm a carer for my dad & was away for the night. Must have phoned the house at least 30 x & it just kept ringing, not cutting to the answerphone. It didn't ring at all at home..

@bt_uk They didn’t , but now my original hub is not working , I have a pink flashing light , but apparently it’s due to the change over meant to be today for the hubs , but it worked fine 20 mins after the engineer left

@btsport really not happy with your service, supposed to be upgraded to fibre today , engineer was great did all the stuff but nobody sent the new hub, now my old hub won’t connect to the internet , how am I supposed to work from home? New hub coming tomorrow I hope .. not good
