Everyone beware @bt_uk does not care about its customers. My elderly parents have not had landline access for the last 14 days and not once have they provided a solution on how my parents can have their landline back. They provide the same old dribble saying it’s with a team.

  • CEnglish_ Caroline (@CEnglish_) reported

@bt_uk Second time the engineer has not turned up! Absolutely disgusting service!!

  • TheGingerGuy22 The Ginger Guy (@TheGingerGuy22) reported

@bt_uk I have also had 2 dates given to me 1 is today the issue will be sorted or by 14th so which one is it, and will the lack of service be relevant to what I'm due to pay in the coming weeks for a rising service charge I currently can't use.

  • travelingdanzie Danzie (@travelingdanzie) reported

@bt_uk It was down from 930ish to 430.

  • denizyaran Serge Denizyaran (@denizyaran) reported

@bt_uk We’re good BT, thanks. 5 years running still no outage in our estate 👍

  • jayesstoo JayEss2 (@jayesstoo) reported

@sacosw @paullewismoney @bt_uk Ditto although since changing from BT mobile to Vodafone, I now get a signal! Although could be a problem when upgrade to 5G as I can't afford a new compatible mobile handset. And have to pay surcharge on broadband for being in a non urban area so limited choice & higher price.

  • TheGingerGuy22 The Ginger Guy (@TheGingerGuy22) reported

@bt_uk I'm trying to track a fault and to my understanding 2 are on my account, 1 stating slow connection (not correct as there is no connection) 2 no land line calls available ( I don't have a landline phone) I'm now on day 4 without connection to broadband services

  • tafkawac Tafka Wac. (@tafkawac) reported

@bt_uk this is the kind of thing that doesn't inspire any customer loyalty. CPI + 3.9% You realise by doing CPI +3.9% you're driving up the rate of CPI. Why couldn't you just say 5.5% + 3.9% and be honest that you're putting the bill nearly 10%? #

  • _RyBrown Ryan Brown (@_RyBrown) reported

@daveazzopardi @bt_uk Had the same all week, upgraded to FTTP with 900 down and I've had nothing but trouble with it
