@bt_uk so after taking the day off work on the 4th.for an appointment between 1 and 6pm that never happened and then taking today off as well for an appt between 1 and 6 today at 1736 I get a text pushing the appointment to the 13th of April. Anyone like to explain that to me.

@bt_uk Answering calls is one thing, actually being able to help is completely different. I've spoken to several friendly @bt_uk staff who seem completely hamstrung by archaic processes and a computer-says-no mentality. "The system won't let me" is not an adequate excuse in this age.

Never had a problem with @bt_uk in the last 20 years until now. I'm having to move home (landlord has served notice so not by choice), broadband is half the speed I get now yet they want to charge me the same or I have to pay £1000 to get out of the contract! #ripoff

@druidic_giblets @bt_uk If they didnt monopolise my entire town for internet I'd have nothing to do with them . I've got an engineer coming to my house for the 3rd time in a month .... And I bet they wont fix it
