@WeAreOpenreach just been told by @bt_uk that my 90yr old Dad can wait approx 10 days for you to repair his service! He has no mobile, totally reliant on his landline, and is very frail. Should he need an ambulance he can go whistle apparently….thanks for that.

@bt_uk My Dad is 90yrs old and frail. Totally reliant on his landline. It’s now been down for days and days. Promises to get it fixed by noon today. The line is still dead, as my father will be if he cannot get help when needed. He’s 90 so don’t suggest a mobile. 🤬🤬

Me: "if you cancel my order, will hybrid connect still work while you fix this?" BT: "Yes, of course." Guess which service @bt_uk has just deactivated eliminating all internet service they were providing? It was poor quality but it was better than nothing. Thanks again @bt_uk !

@bt_uk so, BT, during our house move, you assigned a new landline number after saying I was keeping my old number(MY BUSINESS NUMBER).Now on the phone, someone is extremely disinterested and saying you no longer have our old number for us to have(customer of 15 years).

@bt_uk Thanks for getting back but too late I'm afraid. Spoke to Sky last night and sorted a deal with them at half price what am currently paying BT (and faster). Note - their deal is open to existing customer too.

@bt_uk Disappointed agreed to upgrade to FF agreed engineer visit 12th april BT changed date I cant male. no engineer are available until 14th June which means I will be out if contract. Not customer service I remember!

My @bt_uk Internet isn't staying connected for more than 30 seconds at a time :/ I've been asking for ages to go on fibre to the box but there's no bandwidth in my area. It really really sucks.

@dannybohill @SkySportsNews Sky do not give 1 **** about Scottish Football. They have no idea and are very pro Sevco, BTSport were by far the better coverage!
