  @FFMiz1 @btsport Yeah it’s a mess. I have ESPN player but it doesn’t always work well Airplaying it to the TV on the Saturday evening. It’s not great when you pay for a service and they can’t even get back to you with when they are going to fix the problem. Even an apology.

  @bt_uk Your team have been friendly and helpful as individuals so I'm not going to throw them under the bus.What I would like is to have a landline activated after a month of trying, rather than constant "you must call back in 48 working hours" to cancel and replace messed up orders.

  @bt_uk Hi, I contacted the tech team Via phone, and they’ve advised the name I have given is correct and can understand my frustration with your team. I would like to escalate your customer service as a team, as it has been awful.

  @yetholm18 @bt_uk It’s the terrible failure to communicate that gets me. By and Openreach seem completely unable to communicate with one another. It’s no way to run a business, but to mention offer a service!

  @Sparkomav @btsport @btsportfootball Blame the English FA. Due to the football blackout ban, BT Sport are not allowed to show any live football until 17:15 on a Saturday.
