Moving house with us is easy say @bt_uk give us at least 2 weeks notice they say. I gave you 6 weeks and I have nothing. I complained, and that was closed without a resolution!

@bt_uk I reported sudden loss landline this afternoon, told to expect fix by 8th Dec. Bad enough but now clicking 'Track Your Fault' from the email leads to page saying no faults to display for this account! Are you folks actually on it or am I left swinging?

No one ever calls me from @bt_uk to try and rectify my problem. 6 weeks notice, still no broadband, no one can tell me why, or how to even move my order forward!

So with all the stress of moving I thought the service I get with @bt_uk was going to be straight forward. Equipment delivered today ready for the engineer to install on the 14th, a quick call to confirm the kit is out to be told no and that my current line/net is cut off as of
