@bt_uk Oh really are you? Well you’ve blocked my 74 year old mum from dialling out on Xmas Eve , saying she’s not paid her bill when it’s on DD, she’s phoned me in tears ( her mobile is broken too!) Shame on you!

@bt_uk Hi Rita, I've spoken to customer service this week more than I've spoken to my dad. It's a whole issue the router wifi but now the hotspot won't work as BT ID activation link isn't working.

@DfRugbygirl @markey1960 @philseyers The PRTV deal is they don't show games that are on BTsport otherwise no premiership fan would subscribe to the TV channel. BT would cancel their coverage and no other TV firm would pick it up. And then rugby wouldn't be seen by fans of other sports
