@bt_uk Oh my goodness, I’m so sorry about that tweet! I was stressed and the internet going down was just the cherry on top! My WiFi was fixed and it’s been perfect ever since. Sorry again!

@bt_uk shocking service, failed appointments twice now and I couldn't get a clear answer wether this is to do with your systems or if its a failure in openreach. Your advisors are very good though at least you can claim that

Dear @BTCare any reason why for about the 30th time since august I’ve gotten up and have NO broadband. After eight months you should know what the issue is by now

@micha49maa @BTCare They don’t care. All they’ve done is send some creepy engineer who never talks and just messes with the router and goes away after splitting the frequencies

@SketchLisa @BTCare You need to get them to connect you with a case manager based in the UK . They were telling Me for 18 months that there was nothing wrong until they allocated my case to someone. They then found the problem

@bt_uk Yes. I’ve attempted numerous times to get an activation code sent my email and there’s been nothing. Likewise when I try to phone the helpline I can’t get through to speak to anyone without being cut off. Abysmal service as always!
