@bt_uk what's with your lack of support? Online chat you say we are too busy beat it...then I try to call and you expect me to wait for hours!! Don't sell services you cannot be bothered to support. I am still in my cooling off period how do I cancel?

@MarkAyresRWS @bt_uk When my previous burglar alarm developed a fault, rather than fix it the company replaced it with a new one so it would be ‘digital-ready’ - to kill two birds with one stone. So, depending on how old your system is it might be compatible already.

@Argos_Online @bt_uk my baby monitor has broken within its warranty, and you are both telling me to deal with the other to sort it! It’s broken. Can you get your heads together and send me a new one? I use it to check my son is still alive so quite important! @MartinSLewis

@bt_uk I asked for a call back from a manager but was told it could be a week and they wouldn't help. Then in the afternoon someone helped me in the loyalty team and said I'd hear back in 24hrs.

Pathetic experience trying to cancel @btsport - website great presenting stuff for me to buy but cancel? Nope. Live Chat? "You have the right to cancel but I can't do it, you need to speak to the Value team." Well done lads on making me never sign up to a BT product ever again!

So I cancel my @btsport but still get charged the full month price instead of the £8 I owe. Phoned to complain yesterday to be told I won’t receive refund for up to 5 days. Asked to speak to a manager and was told I’d get a call back within 2 hours. 18hours later still no call bk
