    @btsport @btsportfootball @jjenas8 spot on about spurs horrific performance....Conte's tactics are 10 years out of date.....back 5 just doesn't work with these players. Need a modern, forward thinking manager, who makes the most of these attacking players.

    @davegow1 @bt_uk I’ve found them OK before and need reliable WiFi as I WFH, but this shambles has raised a few concerns. Heard from a VERY good source that the issue is that instead of sending out new hubs, they try to get customers hooked up to old equipment which they know is unreliable.

    @bt_uk Haven’t BT averaged profits of £3bn py over the last 5 years? And you’re charging customers 14% more TY?? Surely improvements and “protection” come from profits first. My service has gotten worse over the last 4 years too

    @neal_army @bt_uk I had similar a few years ago, placed order, not connected on scheduled day, was told not enough room in junction box, so I asked why don’t you check there is beforehand? went on and on, cancelled eventually, I wouldn’t recommend that lot to my worst enemy.
