@WeAreOpenreach just been told by @bt_uk that my 90yr old Dad can wait approx 10 days for you to repair his service! He has no mobile, totally reliant on his landline, and is very frail. Should he need an ambulance he can go whistle apparently….thanks for that.

@bt_uk My Dad is 90yrs old and frail. Totally reliant on his landline. It’s now been down for days and days. Promises to get it fixed by noon today. The line is still dead, as my father will be if he cannot get help when needed. He’s 90 so don’t suggest a mobile. 🤬🤬

. @bt_uk yet again BT Sport doesn’t work - what are we paying for? It tells us there is a problem with our (their) broadband - BT Speedtest tells us we’re getting over 50 Mb from router & elsewhere is min 30mb on Wifi via BT discs- why do BT keep doing this but never fixing it??

@bt_uk I suppose our bill will remain the same even though we’ve had 0 broadband service for well over a week. I expect it to be amended because it will be disputed or simply not paid what a joke this company is

@bt_uk Open Reach advise they can send an engineer to secure / remove the cable but apparently not to actually connect it. They are now saying they will remove it and may have to replace it a later date to fix the issue ? Please note I've had my garden dug up once this month.

@bt_uk No I wasn’t told of the charge and I thought the installation/connection fee was getting waived as the engineer didn’t install any of the BT tv kit or telephones I had to do it & I was already a BT tv customer so why is there another fee to join that if I already had it?
