    @ladyjazmana That’s what I’m doing with BT. Was so tired of the slow speeds/no Internet and paying £55 for the privilege plus a land line (??) and BTSport (!!)

    @bt_uk Yes. Many times. Your website said the issue was fixed at 6ish yesterday. It wasn’t so I called to helpline to be told it would be fixed at 9pm. It wasn’t so I just left until this morning. Again your website quoted another “fixed” message and again this was incorrect.

    Loving the erectile dysfunction advert on @btsport it is almost like they don't think women don't watch sport. Still waiting for an advert advertising to women that they should go get their intimate problems looked at too.

    @bt_uk are there known broadband problems in SE3? I'm usually on 50+mbps but currently on 0.8-2. Bills all paid, no other problems I can think of.

    @bt_uk @bt_uk so I have had to contact customer services again today, there was no plan to contact me as no order number. I have had to start from the beginning all over again, over 1.25 hours on the phone, the first date they can give me is 7 Jan, that’s 3 months since the first order

    @btsport why does your app on fire tv stop every time it switches from Dolby vision HDR to non HDR before the adverts in football. Gives a message sorry there’s a problem playing the video, fine once restarted.🤨

    @bt_uk glacially slow internet 0.6Mb & no phone line after house move, even live chat drops. All I get is “We are very busy right now...” - absolutely unacceptable customer service - just recruit more people. There’s plenty that need jobs right now!!
