@bt_uk My Dad is 90yrs old and frail. Totally reliant on his landline. It’s now been down for days and days. Promises to get it fixed by noon today. The line is still dead, as my father will be if he cannot get help when needed. He’s 90 so don’t suggest a mobile. 🤬🤬

@btbusinesscare I need a contact that has some sort of clue. Account manager hasn't got one, support@bt hasn't replied, phone is pissin useless. Email of senior support? Don't tell me to phone. No one has time for that

Such stupidity deserves challenging. Just accept kids wearing masks in school. Short term solution.

So @bt_uk are increasing prices by rate of inflation + 3.9%, i.e. 4.5% in total. And they say that’s to fund investment? What a joke. I’ll be watching your AGM closely for the amount of dividend you pay out. Not to mention the fact I never got compensation for lack of service.

@bt_uk Hmmmm, I imagine it’s amazing!!! A shame my BT broadband doesn’t work and no one at BT answers a phone call!! Do you have a phone number for Virgin? We’re all sick of waiting hours in a dumb *** queue, paying a premium for a #DUD service
