    @bt_uk Another hour wasted trying to speak with a human that will actually sort my problem. Trying since December to start as a new (BB/TV/Phone) customer. 3 cancelled orders, numerous broken promises and overnight go live put back by a week to Feb 9th :-(

    BT fixed WiFi next door & ours went off. Engineer coming here Wednesday-5 days away. Why? The fault is outside-3 miles away, why are you not fixing it? @bt_uk #Incompetent #monopoly We need much better service.

    @bt_uk hello. My mother in law was having her TV box and router delivered yesterday. You used parcelforce. It said it was delivered but it wasn't and someone has signed for it with just 3 letters. No one answering phones. Please help. So annoyed.

    @bt_uk Both- we ordered a new service for our new build house, but have had no connection due to an apparent fault with the FTTP network/wiring into our house from when Openreach installed it during the house build- no updates from BT, and when I call I just get given wrong information

    Hi @btsport @virginmedia Dolby Atmos sound on BT Sport Ultimate is sounding horrible on live football. Difficult to describe but it sounds artificial and filtered. Sounds completely normal when Atmos switched off. Any change of a tweak?
