@bt_uk My Dad is 90yrs old and frail. Totally reliant on his landline. It’s now been down for days and days. Promises to get it fixed by noon today. The line is still dead, as my father will be if he cannot get help when needed. He’s 90 so don’t suggest a mobile. 🤬🤬

@WeAreOpenreach just been told by @bt_uk that my 90yr old Dad can wait approx 10 days for you to repair his service! He has no mobile, totally reliant on his landline, and is very frail. Should he need an ambulance he can go whistle apparently….thanks for that.

Hey whatever you do, don’t get @bt_uk WiFi, they cause problems and when they’re fixed, it breaks only a few hours later. What an absolute joke.

@bt_uk @btsport can you tell me why despite not delivering your product in over a week since I agreed to subscribe you are trying to charge a cancelation fee and when I try to cancel I get passed to different departments NONE of which will help!

@btsport Hi, we have no problem watching live football on NowTv & Amazon & no other non terrestrial channels buffer.However BT Sport consistently buffers& we end up being way behind with the game with commentary out of kilter.Ethernet cable from tv to powerline plug. Please help!

@btsport hi, don’t know if anyone else has reported an issue but when watching BT sport 1 it seems to have intermittent delays for about a second. All the other channels are fine. Just that one. Can you help please?

@bt_uk After waiting 35 minutes for someone to answer, you ended up closing. My Order has been cancelled even though we didn’t cancel it. I’ve had numerous phonecalls to try and resolve some delays we’re having. Any help on this situation?
