    @bt_uk love the way you make it so hard to make a complaint about your internet always disconnecting if I can’t get it resolved I’m cancelling my payments and moving provider and no it’s nothing in the house before you ask me to check everything !

    @bt_uk Why is it when BT makes a mistake they won’t put it in writing, a message or text when replying to customers? You terminate your customers for no reason, definitely your fault as you given me a free month of no payment????????

    @bt_uk No payment issues with bt. However, they have terminated my broadband without informing me. Even bt customer service person can’t understand why and it happen. #bt. BT DOES NOT CARE.
