@WeAreOpenreach just been told by @bt_uk that my 90yr old Dad can wait approx 10 days for you to repair his service! He has no mobile, totally reliant on his landline, and is very frail. Should he need an ambulance he can go whistle apparently….thanks for that.

@bt_uk My Dad is 90yrs old and frail. Totally reliant on his landline. It’s now been down for days and days. Promises to get it fixed by noon today. The line is still dead, as my father will be if he cannot get help when needed. He’s 90 so don’t suggest a mobile. 🤬🤬

@bt_uk it's nice to know you're consistently awful at getting back to complaints. Once again your land is overgrown and causing hazards in our garden, it's nearly two months after you said it would be sorted. I shouldn't have to be chasing you again, this is ridiculous.

@bt_uk Called to talk about recontracting broadband. Disappointed that the best I was offered was more than a new customers price. Not the best way to treat loyalty.

Ordered to transfer @bt_uk fibre service on 9 July to new property. conflicting info from BT. Promised service from today, now pushed to 9 August - no accountability from @OpenreachHelp - What is going on? Working from hotspot is not ideal! Fed up customer!

@bt_uk I've been with you for a long time, and as soon as fibre became available I have had a good reliable service, as long as I don't need to contact you. I use the BT cloud service and despite the limited OS support I find it good and useful.
