@bt_uk I do check everyday. Said it would be sorted by the 17th. On the 20th it was changed to the 24th with no contact with me at all. Very poor service

@bt_uk Can you please help accelerate an NHS doctor's broadband connection following a house move? Activation date is given as 7 Jan. No idea why it should take so long when the line is physically connected and phone service is working. Thank you.

@bt_uk hi got a tv engineer booked this morning but had a text to say the equipment won’t be here till after 1pm.....I’ve tried to call you but not prepared to be on hold for half an hour....yet feel bad for your engineer can he be redirected for this afternoon?

@bt_uk reported a fault. Got a date and an engineer name. They didn’t attend, pretended they had. Complained, made another appointment. No name this time but still pretended they had arrived. So new “fast “ broadband slower than old. Service? What service.

@bt_uk I should also add that I tried the password reset service. I was texted a code - the code isn’t working either. Clearly something is wrong at your end technically. Please help me, this is an emergency.

@bt_uk hi. Last few days we find we barely get a signal on BBC1 HD through to 5HD. All the BT HD sport channels are fine, all the standard definition channels are fine. Any ideas? Thanks.

@bt_uk after the 5th time of phoning being on the phone for over an hour each call and being assured that the problem was sorted every time, will everything actually be sorted! Any chance of crediting a few life hours back on next bill please? #AboutAsMuchUseAsAHandbrakeOnACanoe
