@bt_uk it’s proving to be very challenging working from home this week, as our Home Hub keeps disconnecting (orange light) every 30 mins. Are there any known issues in the OL5 postcode that may be causing this? Thanks.

@bt_uk Got ur top tier Fibre 900 but getting poor Internet service (less than 50 Mbps compared to advertise 900Mb) since yesterday. Downdectector shows BT service outage yesterday; but problem still persists for us. When will it be fixed?

@bt_uk My Internet has been disconnecting constantly every 20 minutes, for the last week. My router goes orange and purple lights then it comes back after a few minutes but everything needs to sign back in. I run a business from home and its making it nearly impossible. HELP

Just lost my @bt_uk broadband - and they are saying it could be days before it’s repaired. I work from home. Disgraceful service. If I was days late with my payment they’d be all over me. If you’re with BT be warned. Apparently it’s due to us being in the ‘run up to Christmas’?
