Seirian (aka Sez) (@Seirian) reported from Holyhead, Wales@WeAreOpenreach just been told by @bt_uk that my 90yr old Dad can wait approx 10 days for you to repair his service! He has no mobile, totally reliant on his landline, and is very frail. Should he need an ambulance he can go whistle apparently….thanks for that.

Seirian (aka Sez) (@Seirian) reported from Holyhead, Wales@bt_uk My Dad is 90yrs old and frail. Totally reliant on his landline. It’s now been down for days and days. Promises to get it fixed by noon today. The line is still dead, as my father will be if he cannot get help when needed. He’s 90 so don’t suggest a mobile. 🤬🤬

Darren Lewis (@Darren_Lewis1) reported@bt_uk typical BT broadband neglecting loyal customers - renewal prices for a customer of 6 years - charging WAY MORE than the market rate and WAY MORE than if I was a new BT customer. Shame on you, I thought those days of not caring about your long standing customers was over.
-
Legendary Hamster (@LegendaryH80858) reported@ArmchairAdml @bt_uk would you like to comment on why you're treating a long standing, loyal customer as badly as this? I feel a review of his account is in order so he can be put on a new lower rate and some compensation is in order as you're ripping him off! @MartinSLewis FYI...
-
Ian Robson (@GFX2001) reported@bt_uk I have spent hours on the BT Website and BT Community Support systems trying to find an answer to a simple Digital Voice question? Can you connect two analogue Phones to the Green Socket on the back of the BT Hub using a two into one Phone Socket adapter?

Larissa Collins🇱🇹🇮🇪🏴 (@CollinsLarissa) reported@bt_uk Complaint has been opened and then closed! I give up.

Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Thanks for this @bt_uk - i did manage to speak to a BT *human being* and the problem is outside my home, BUT the process has triggered BT to book a fourth appointment to connect me to fibre. I’ve had three engineers who say it is impossible - Grade 2 listed house in a conservation area; cables would need multiple way leaves, no practical cable access to my house which is permitted by Grade 2, difficulty of routing inflexible cables once inside. I’ve accepted this, fibre cannot be installed to my home. How do I cancel the engineer and not rebook the engineer appointment which has been set up? There appears to be a lock on the system where it can only be rebooked even by BT; cancellation is absolutely impossible. Should I try a letter? Any phone process doesn’t work as operatives are not authorised to cancel but can only rebook.

▪️Neil H▪️ (@neilhamshaw) reported@F1 Exclusive is the problem. A hub of motorsports fans in the UK are screed by this. F1: Sky MotoGP: BTSport WEC: TNT Naturally, two have to go. This gets more of a joke every time.
-
Sebastian Colt (@Red_Rescue) reported@bt_uk I did some asking around for others I know on BT and one showed me their laptop was allowing them into their mail with no request for the SMS at all and their desktop was experiencing the same issue as I do - always wants calls that never arrive to mobile or landline in time.

Jessica (@Jessica67669786) reported@ArmchairAdml @bt_uk this elderly gentleman has been a loyal customer for many years. He is now out of contract paying an extortionate price. Surely you can assist him in obtaining a reasonable priced package for his needs, and perhaps issue a refund for out of contract price hike?
-
David Sinfield (@omotforest) reportedDear @bt_uk You do not have my consent to install anything on my property. If it is free, it cannot be for my benefit. It's for yours. If it's cheaper for you, you can give me a share of your savings. I had no choice over the digital voice downgrade. @openreach will have to trespass to install it. If it is a condition of receiving service, say so and I will seek alternatives. (@Starlink or 5g) Is it on the T&C's? A letter is on its way to your registered address. David Sinfield.

Jane (@Milly1Molly) reported@weatherbraine @bt_uk @Ofcom We went away from BT due to their service. Who in their right mind uses Evri?
