Paul Pilmer (@Pilmer) reported@09Denno @bt_uk @skytv They’re absolutely awful mate. Just thankfully they cancelled with no charge. No admission of their fault or apology. I will never use them again, that’s for sure! Just going to get a good broadband deal I think for the amount we watch TV!

I wonder if they will have time to check the devices of everyone else in the surrounding street who also don’t have broadband access (2)
