@bt_uk My Dad is 90yrs old and frail. Totally reliant on his landline. It’s now been down for days and days. Promises to get it fixed by noon today. The line is still dead, as my father will be if he cannot get help when needed. He’s 90 so don’t suggest a mobile. 🤬🤬

@BTCare I’ve phoned on number of occasions and my broadband is still absolutely shocking, I can’t play anything on a streaming service and I’m connecting devices through my phones hotspot because your service is that poor!

PSA don't go with @bt_uk, all providers minus @virginmedia, use the same line. Just shop around and make sure their services: customer and broadband is top as BT are just terrible.

@btsport your coverage if this T20 series is awful once games are done! Leave on the interviews. It is so amateur cutting to adverts and just ending games abruptly! Fix up and be profressional!!

@bt_uk Well you’re talking the piss. I’ve had three engineers out and my Wi-fi is still dreadful with none of them seemingly capable of fixing it properly. Solution no 3 is a new router (which I suggested first time round). My ‘complaint’ has been unilaterally closed twice so far...

@bt_uk Been trying to leave my broadband contract for weeks and agreed to pay the £500+ cancellation fee even though I've had poor service but they still didn't want me to leave. None of my complaints/calls had been documented and the most recent one was closed with no resolve.

@bt_uk Really annoyed with BT TV and the awful TV planner. Never updates so programs cut off too early and today it had a program taped for a completely wrong time and I’ve missed it. Never had any of these problems with Sky
