@btbusinesscare after 14 years with #btbusiness I was charged £18 disconnection fee. I cancelled the service due to the appalling customer service I experienced.

@bt_uk Thanks. There is no problem watching it through the app on the iPad or iPhone. I have seen posts on your forums with people stating exactly the same problem on their XBox Series X. It is as if it is not forcing the XBox to play the stream in 50hz.

Let down by Olivia @bt_uk Mobile help team. Mis-sold a product when she she knew full well I wished to port a number over. Was transferred to Becky @ee who cut the phone off after telling me a non EE number cannot be ported over rather than assisting! #furious
