@bt_uk My Dad is 90yrs old and frail. Totally reliant on his landline. It’s now been down for days and days. Promises to get it fixed by noon today. The line is still dead, as my father will be if he cannot get help when needed. He’s 90 so don’t suggest a mobile. 🤬🤬

@james7baker @bt_uk Good to see they’ve picked up their service. Remember when I nearly moved over to them. Delayed installation three times and on the third time hung up on me. Cancelled the order and went back to Sky.

@bt_uk our broadband has been down since 24th. Unable to reach anyone via online, SMS or phone. Been on hold for over an hour this morning & now placed back to beginning of hold process! Is there any other way to provide support please?

@bt_uk The BTTV box has once again lost all of the aerial channels. That was first thing this morning and still it’s not retuning. I have been trying to cancel my BTTV account for the last 2 Months but haven’t been able to get through to cancel.

@james7baker @bt_uk Horrendous. Can you not use a mobile to get in contact? I know unfortunately Sky rent their lines through Openreach who are owned by BT but honestly, installation with Sky done first thing in the morning on the first attempt. No issues. I don’t understand how BT are so bad.

Kudos to @bt_uk for maintaining service standards to rival the 2020 shitshow. Two vulnerable 70yr old customers left without a landline or broadband for the entirety of Christmas week & still no closer to knowing a resolution date. Broken promises, misinformation, utter shambles.
