@BT @BT_uk two weeks without internet and still no updates. Thank you BT for making a stressful move much more stressful. Lack of communication, people not knowing who’s been or not been. Two of us working from home relying on bad 4G totally ridiculous!

@bt_uk hi I am having issues with my bt tv box. Now and again the picture freezes for a second and then I hear a beep noise that comes from the box and then a few minutes later at least once a day the sound starts to break up
