@bt_uk My Dad is 90yrs old and frail. Totally reliant on his landline. It’s now been down for days and days. Promises to get it fixed by noon today. The line is still dead, as my father will be if he cannot get help when needed. He’s 90 so don’t suggest a mobile. 🤬🤬

@bt_uk I'll call tomorrow. The guy on duty today has his kids answering the phone. Yes, really. If not sorted tomorrow, I'll change companies. This is insulting service.

remind me to never eviscerate the BTSport commentary team - on CBS feed this afternoon, and they've stated that 'Cioffi - just starting out on his managerial career' - never mind the last nine years, let alone his stint at #CrawleyTown !!!! #LazioVerona

@nickmoul @bt_uk You don't need the digital voice handsets. If you follow the link in my previous tweet you are able to inject the signal and some power into the internal home wiring where you can plug a corded phone into an extension phone socket. Then just some battery backup for the smart hub.

@bt_uk Can help but looking into the above and what actually is taking so long and what the actual problem is, if there's no resolution you will losing a customer

@jamclarkey @bt_uk As I need support even when no power supply, the UPS supplied by BT WOULD work but only if Digital Voice Handsets are reliably working and in range, but they’re all out of range. Router is behind 3’ thick walls in centre of house. FTTP/sh2 cannot be moved and connect whole house.

@bt_uk Thanks but my time is better spent looking up what Sky has to offer. This kind of service is really unacceptable.
