@bt_uk My Dad is 90yrs old and frail. Totally reliant on his landline. It’s now been down for days and days. Promises to get it fixed by noon today. The line is still dead, as my father will be if he cannot get help when needed. He’s 90 so don’t suggest a mobile. 🤬🤬

@btsport why are you putting the UFC replay to start at midnight on Sunday night?? It's bad enough the card itself starts at 3am on Sunday morning, but who's gonna stay up until 3am on Monday morning to catch the replay??

@bt_uk I have had zero landline since August 4th, multiple times told it will be fix to no avail. My appointment today with an engineer which I was told to wait in for has been cancelled without my knowledge!! WTF IS GOING ON???

Hey @btsport your TV service on SD is a disgrace. Not paying extra for what should be normal HD. Not renewed my contract and now you send me an early termination bill.. 2 things: I will not renew ‘ever’ and I’ll be moving my Broadband at end of contract. #rubbish

@bt_uk As normal BT customer relations is CRAP innstalled broadband today CHIPPED our plaster in the lounge assured us our copper line would be in tact. No phone line tonight called BT to complain told copper was removed how bad is this I am disabled and rely on my phone bad news
