Moving house: @BritishGas shockingly bad, don’t reply to anything DMs and tweets. @bt_uk useless still no internet after 5 weeks so why let me order it if there’s no network ready. @WeAreOpenreach can’t install internet. Advice…don’t use these companies!!

@bt_uk my broadband went down at 11:45am and is still not working. I’ve lost almost 5 hours (and counting) of the working day. If I don’t work, I can’t bill for my time. How are you going to compensate me for this?

It looks like am moving to virgin Media few years time TalkTalk engineer coming out fix my internet It was not a BT openreach engineer 😡 Still got the same speed wtf @TalkTalk @virginmedia @bt_uk

@bt_uk I notice that I get an email Every time I make a Twitter statement, I get an email "we are looking into it". What a load of false actions that never take place. Shame, shame.
