    @bt_uk is this some kind of joke? Yet again an engineer was at the box again today, and has somehow made the situation for me worse then yesterday. My phone line was working but the internet signal kept dropping. Today we now have no phone line and no internet what so ever.

    @bt_uk They cancelled the TV but it won't take effect for 30 days. They set up the order as part of the call, I wasn't given the option to go back online. They had no knowledge of the online deal at all. So it's effectively cost me £90 (£3,73 x24) to cancel the TV package.

    @bt_uk not saying your internet is useless but a download over WiFi 44 minutes. Using mobile data through @O2 10 minutes…. Another 25 hours down to 10…. Thank god for O2!!!

    @bt_uk Had a problem with my calls,text and data roaming not working since 0900 this morning. Please sort it because I am missing out on communication and calls with work!

    We moved - 5 weeks still no internet, still no phone line - 24 calls to BT so far… still no action. One complaint - still no response. 13 promises to call us back - still waiting… @bt_uk not fit for purpose

    @bt_uk I've been referred on to the ombudsman, i don't want to order from BT as they were rude to me over the phone, and are overpriced (for what i need). They told me i had 'no choice' as they have the 'monopoly'. They also lied to me about not being able to use other providers.

    @bt_uk Hi, the BT engineer escalated to open reach. Appointed today but he hasn’t shown up, how can I get someone to come fix my internet?

    @bt_uk we are getting intermittent internet issues in the LL56 area in y Felinheli- is there any work happening the could be causing this?

    @bt_uk It would help if you have me an internet connection. You have left us without an internet connection since 16/06 with no Engineer in sight!
