@bt_uk My Dad is 90yrs old and frail. Totally reliant on his landline. It’s now been down for days and days. Promises to get it fixed by noon today. The line is still dead, as my father will be if he cannot get help when needed. He’s 90 so don’t suggest a mobile. 🤬🤬

@bt_uk I can access on my laptop. Just this new iPhone it seems. Will try on my old android shortly. I am sure it worked last week. iPhone updated last week and maybe that messed something up. Anyway thanks for your help.

@bt_uk Hi Claire. Sorry, didn’t follow up as it got a little better. It’s still intermittent over the weekend. Keep getting disconnects at random times. Maybe a router issue?

@bt_uk Yes I have bt broadband. I seem to only have issues with my Sky. But this started happening after I upgraded my broadband a couple of months ago.

@bt_uk That is the original issue, i have no idea and don't fancy spending my Sunday explaining it to ten different people, again. Your engineers created this issue in the first place i have no idea how to remedy it.
