Unable to make calls in an emergency due to not being able to hear anything because of faulty line! Been advised fault on telepgraph pole. At what point is the fault deemed to be urgent !!

I do not use my phone for anything except phone calls, texts checking emails

Could you arrange a booster for me so I can give that a try before finding a new provider?

But the fact that I have to wait until the 4th of January to get the connection enabled is quite poor. Especially for a new customer account and cos BT chose a telegraph pole which is miles from my house
