@bt_uk @BTCare here we go again!… I’m still waiting for the reply to my complaint via the website. All I did was to renew my broadband contract, and suddenly the speed drops below the guaranteed speed? I’m curious?

Having issues with @bt_uk after a recent house move. There has been delays in switching my service and getting it set up in new home. To keep me connected they sent out a BT Mini hub (great!). Which arrived today. At my old address. I've moved guys. That's the whole point.

@bt_uk Purple light flashing on Hub2 for over 90 mins now. Checked cables and attempted re-start to no avail. Is network/box the problem? Most infuriating.

@bt_uk Msg from BT saying the “latest testing shows the line is ok”. I cannot explain the problem because the automated system will only recognise key words! The connections are left open to the elements so when it rains several homes will be affected.

@bt_uk No Internet this evening. Normal speed around 2MB per second. Zero this evening and yesterday. Just the usual atrocious service from BT. When are you going to do something about fibre for rural areas? What are you going to do about my zero speed? £40 per month, for what?
