@rosamaitland2 @SarahDuckDavies @bt_uk One thing I’d advise is set up a BT Shop account before you queue. I had a mild heart attack mid masker as my usual BT login didn’t work but that’s because it switches to BT shop login midway through basket. Hope this helps.

@bt_uk Hi guys. Normally BT Call Protect has done a good job at filtering out spam calls before they reach us. Unfortunately this afternoon I have had four calls from a 'Sarah' with an Asian accent. I blacklist each one but they still get through from another number. Any help?

@bt_uk hey BT I realise everyone is trying to get a code for PS5 but any chance you can tell me why I'm getting a message telling me I'm not even a customer and uneligible for offers through the MyBT app when I currently pay for BT broadband?
