O what a joy a @BTCare outrage and an @O2 signal so weak this tweets gone around the planet and back a few times looking for that 1 bar of signal

  • colwebsec Colin Scott 💙 (@colwebsec) reported

@bt_uk I've checked my emails and I see it now. Just not clear why BT feels the need to squeeze an extra 3.9% for nothing, no extra service, no extra feature, nadda. Must be nice to get free money on top of the £431 million BT made last year. I stand by my comment - RIP OFF.

  • Dannyido Will C (@Dannyido) reported

@foreverboleyn__ Terrible from @btsport, only saying ‘street language’ because the player was black? Weird….

  • Mike34775 Michael (@Mike34775) reported

@JackMcA_ @bt_uk When you have an issue, it’s best to tweet @BTCare. They will give you a phone number and you get through to someone that actually can help

  • tinamreynolds Tina Reynolds (@tinamreynolds) reported

@bt_uk Hi Karen. I keep doing this when requested but the social media team aren't ever able to help either to change things or speed things up so I'm not really sure what the purpose of doing so is...

  • colwebsec Colin Scott 💙 (@colwebsec) reported

@bt_uk You give me nothing new in return. Just empty apologies and excuses. Of course I signed the contract without reading 1000s of lines of legal garbage, who does read it. Fair enough rise with inflation but the extra 3.9% is a joke. £450 to terminate now. FFS.

  • JhnDwsn John Dawson (@JhnDwsn) reported

@bt_uk Thanks Janet. Don't mean to be impolite, but Are you a real person? I appreciate your reply, but Don't see why BT can't put a service update ou publicly. I know from social media (because I have a Vodafone mobile keeping me online) that hundreds , if not thousands are affected

  • malonedel Derek Malone 🇵🇸🇺🇦 (@malonedel) reported

@bt_uk Any idea why our internet has been absolutely awful for the past while? It's practically unusable. I'll be surprised if this tweet even goes through! @FibrusFullFibre What is your service like in the South Armagh area?

  • JhnDwsn John Dawson (@JhnDwsn) reported

@bt_uk Thanks for that - good to know, but we feel were being ignored here! So if you're blaming Openreach, why can't you pressure them for better info? Makes BT look bad. There are thousands of local people affected by this. I accept problems occur. Why can't you tell us about them?
