    @WeAreOpenreach just been told by @bt_uk that my 90yr old Dad can wait approx 10 days for you to repair his service! He has no mobile, totally reliant on his landline, and is very frail. Should he need an ambulance he can go whistle apparently….thanks for that.

    @bt_uk My Dad is 90yrs old and frail. Totally reliant on his landline. It’s now been down for days and days. Promises to get it fixed by noon today. The line is still dead, as my father will be if he cannot get help when needed. He’s 90 so don’t suggest a mobile. 🤬🤬

    Awful service from @bt_uk broadband supposed to transfer 15 Dec. Didn’t. Today broadband and phone dead. Apparently no way of connecting before Christmas. Once it goes live again, I will be changing to a better provider as soon as possible.

    @bt_uk You might be answering calls but sadly not delivering. Grandparents house move in difficult circumstances, booked in October, have been let down every day for the last 2 weeks. Potentially no internet over Christmas in a rural area with poor cellular network cut off from family

    @GkNexusOfficial @btsport The like of that doesn’t matter, everyone makes mistakes. What’s worse are supposed experts who have never played the position coming out with guesswork, cliches and ‘he’s got to do better’ when it’s in the top corner. No other position suffers such lazy punditry

    @bt_uk hi still having issues with internet dropping out. Sent text to arrange engineer to try and fix it but have still heard nothing back in regards to dates

    @broadsgirl @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Glad it’s sorted but very frustrating. Our internet stopped every time the thermostat kicked in. Engineer replaced thermostat with one that didn’t have worn wires, when I told him that it was the issue but problem came back. Now have a digital thermostat and working internet.

    @bt_uk The issue is you continue to send it to an address which Royal Mail doesn't recognise because its a new build. Yesterday I arranged for it to be sent to a different address but you sent it here again and now we don't have any connectivity whatsoever over Xmas. Horrendous.

    @bt_uk Well... they sure left it all the way until the 23rd to fix the fault, and guess what? It sti ain't resolved! Guess I won't be seeing relatives this Xmas over video calls, as I've had to use up my mobile data! Thanks BT for the epic failure!

    @bt_uk absolute disgrace. A friends 86 year father, who will be alone at Christmas, has a faulty bt tv box. Told today his problem is not essential and will not be repaired until the end of the month, even though there are engineers in his area tomorrow.
