Hey @bt_uk @EE I got sent a mini hub to use as my BT connection went down. It went down again so tried to use it but apparently I've exceeded my limit (despite NOT having ever used it) - am I to believe I have to top it up with credit to be able to use it? If so, that sucks.

@bt_uk Too little too late... @SwishFibre are 90 times better in terms if download speed. Their engineers are part of their company and not outsourced to @BTSopenreach. They were in fact ex BT employees and knew how poor the company was and therefore left.

@bt_uk Hi. ISSUE 1 There's a mix-up with my online account details. I ordered fibre broadband. Your something was lagging on my order date, as I had to order twice. I ended up with two accounts or order refs. You previously got rid of the extra order ref. 1/

Alright, this is beyond a joke. I've been completely without internet/phone for over a week now. The BT Openreach engineers tried and failed to fix it last week. More were meant to be here this morning. It's now 4:30pm. Nothing What's going on here, BT_UK?

@bt_uk My devices in my house are hardwired. As in they don't use wi-fi. Add to that, that I barely have reception in my house to the BT mobile network. And it's not going to connect to my access points. So it's not an ideal solution
