    @bt_uk We initially called EE but they said the service would be provided by BT. The equipment we received is BT equipment and the confirmation texts and emails are all from BT.

    @bt_uk I’m seriously getting annoyed now. Switched to you only 2 months ago and had no end of issues. Now been without internet since Tuesday, which also means no TV. Engineer can’t come till Tuesday. I work from home and it’s costing a fortune to use mobile data to work

    @BTCare have you been having issues with BT TV at all because the last few days I have been, box not coming on when turned on so having to restart completely which is crap if recording? Not brilliant for the amount paid each month, seem to be on here a bit with issues?

    @bt_uk BT guide works at random. Been through all the checks. Frustrating we haven’t got the service/channels we’re paying for

    @bt_uk Why am I paying for such a dismal service? I wouldn’t be surprised if we have the worst broadband service in the uk, it is that bad .. we are on the end of an archaic overhaul copper line which is approximately 2.5 miles from the exchange in the next village, abysmal .

    @bt_uk It isn’t a issue with the aerial as it worked perfectly fine with our old provider. All the issues have come from BT and through switching to them. I appreciate it’s not your fault, but there is no nearby hotspots and the ones I do find I still can’t connect to. I just don’t
