    @bt_uk My Dad is 90yrs old and frail. Totally reliant on his landline. It’s now been down for days and days. Promises to get it fixed by noon today. The line is still dead, as my father will be if he cannot get help when needed. He’s 90 so don’t suggest a mobile. 🤬🤬

    @bt_uk Ive been on the phone to BT for over one hour and 50 minutes trying to resolve a simple change of supplier to Vodafone. Bread and butter business. Turns out no one has cancelled BT account even though I'm fully connected to Vodafone. Help

    @bt_uk shameful customer service, ive been your customer for years, moved my broadband to a new address, and i was told on 1st of feb it will move smoothly, since then no broadband whatsoever, landline has no dial tone, and you cant be bothered to send and engineer to look

    So after 3 calls to @bt_uk to resolve a problem, a complaint was raised on my behalf. Today I got a text to say they'd call me between 5pm-7pm to discuss it. So, I made sure I had my phone with me but I don't think I even need to say what happened... #Useless

    @bt_uk explain this, been a loyal broadband customer since 2016 been paying £45 a month for broadband i call up to ask for a better deal and was told I am not a new customer therefore can't get a cheaper deal. I asked if it is better to switch to another provider they said yes

    @bt_uk I got a call from a mobile number saying their from BT and wanted to discuss the service you provide me. 1) whys a mobile number 2) there isn't a 2 but he started mumbling about special offers before I disconnected is this a legitimate call or was I correct to disconnect

    @peasmoldia @bt_uk I really don't know Gary. As clear as ditch water. But without a doubt BT will try and monetise a digital call as well as me paying for a broadband service. Cynical marketing ploys abound in these fascist Tory times.
