@bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk Our country doesn't deserve to win anything given the response to Sunday game. If rashford (or any England player) has the opportunity to score the winning penalty in the world cup next year I hope they do that crap Skippy run up, pick up the ball and punt it high into the crowd.

@bt_uk Hi yes it’s between the pole and the external connection down the road. They need another engineer to fix, however OR have been making appt’s now 3 drawing in and no sign of a fix !

@bt_uk If it were possible to identify the authors of the worst comments. I suggest they be made to participate in a special penalties competition arr by UEFA in full view of the MSM (attention they crave) and let’s see how they get on under that pressure! A lesson might be learned!

@BTCare Hi customer care Moved from Vodafone to BT. Connection was suppose to be live yesterday . Got a message that service is live ,but still no connection. Called customer care and it will take 4 days!!! During the week..how will I work?? Bitter experience BT care !
