@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@bt_uk I’m due to go into hospital in the next few weeks for 3-6 months so I’ll be paying you for a service I’m not using during that time as I live alone. You don’t offer any kind of holiday period at all. Absolutely disgraceful from a company your size.

Hallo, @bt_uk @BTCare. I am a worried customer of yours. I have had no use of my landline for six days now - and yesterday my fibre optic broadband slowed down to unusable speeds. When I reported the issue on March 11th, I was told it would be fixed by the 16th. It hasn't been.

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Our broadband has stopped working since 08March, Monday. I have raised multiple faults - but neither your help desk nor openreach engineers are giving any update on when the service will be back. Is this how you all treat loyal customers in pandemic ?

@bt_uk We’ve had a problem with our phone line (very quiet & crackles) and low broadband strength since we moved to @bt_uk in December 2019, the engineers have been out several times but it’s never been fixed, promised high speed fibre but can’t phone a mate up the road. Poor service.

@bt_uk I keep getting phone calls from an 0845 number that when I search, claims to be a BT text messaging service. Is this genuine? I don't want to answer in case it's a scam but the calls are so frequent, it's becoming annoying! Any advice please?

@bt_uk recently upgraded to your halo 3+ with unbreakable Wi-Fi and have the hybrid connect setup. Turns out it doesn’t work and the internets down completely. Really doesn’t give me faith on the extra £10 a month your charging me...

Does @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp even understand what working from home means? Do they only shift blame for their shoddy service? In a pandemic where broadband has become a necessity for wfh, you don’t bother to expedite complaints about Wi-fi outages? You don’t bother to update
