@BTCare Internet is quite literally the worst, £30 a month for a connection that takes 10 minutes to buffer a 6 minute video which can’t be played any higher than 480p, says a lot when your 4g is faster...

@BrambleLulu @bt_uk You'll want @WeAreOpenreach for that - BT Retail don't actually maintain the physical network, that's done by the almost-separate-but-not-quite Openreach... who in fairness last time I reported a similar issue where I lived did come out and sort it a couple days later.
