    @hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

    The @EE monthly increases of joint account = £24 extra per month. Wasn’t told this when recently entered a new contract. Tried calling and was told to download an app to spend more money which can be used towards my bill, sometimes saving £10 p/mnth. WTF, EE. Years of loyalty?

    @EE Yet the signal in our area is awful. Multiple drop-outs. No signal. So more money for an ever decreasing service.

    @hayleyjane7 @EE Calls are supposed to be kept for a certain amount of time. Not all calls are recorded though, that’s the only issue. But if that one wasn’t recorded it’s your word against theirs because they can’t do the transcript

    @hayleyjane7 @EE If the complaint is in deadlock they cannot discuss it. This probably means the call isn’t on their records. If I were you I’d contact the ombudsmen and explain what happened. Speak to citizens advise too

    @EE Hi I received a parcel today from ee...I am not aware of ordering the item. How can I check the item has not been sent in error. I have not received any emails re the subject item except DPD delivery notifications. Finding your on line help no help...help appreciated

    Hey, @DPD_UK, your service is the worst I've come across! A 20mile round trip to pick up a phone from @EE Swindon & it's not there as you sent it to the wrong depot! Took 45 mins & 2 phone calls to ascertain that. I will be complaining.

    @hayleyjane7 @EE I’m also quite sure if the complaint is in deadlock they cannot enforce payment by a fixed date, because the company aren’t managing it any longer but it has been escalated.

    Dearest @EE Any chance of providing a phone service in Witney, OX28? Any chance at all? Now into at least week 2 with nothing, zilch, no signal whatsoever inside or outside our house. Heard a rumour you are aware of an issue, sadly no rumours you are doing anything about it!

    @EE im pretty sure when i entered into a contract with you, i pay my money and you provide a service...your wifi has been so crap recently,it gives me good grounds to cancel my payments as your not providing the service i purchased!

    @EE @RitaOra Week 4 now waiting for my upgrade, first order got cancelled and noone bothered to let me know, I was told second order would take couple of days but a week later been told it’s out of stock! Great service.

    @EE dear officials, I do not use EE sim card. I reside in DA18 4HD post code. here my phone is very bad. it must be strengthened with the repater. I can't even make phone calls at my house. Could you please correct the situation? Otherwise I will have to change my gsm.

    @EE Hi We're paying 51 a month, but the internet speed is not fast at all. I've conducted several speed tests this evening and the average download speed is 15.6 Mbps. I'm often having to share screens and this is proving to be a problem
