Oh my 1st the internet goes on a nightly same time every day go extremely slow thanks @virginmedia and now @EE is only 3G can’t complain too much cod internet is not in my name and I’m with EE as a virtual customer 🥺

@EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

@Ryan25694 @JimmyC86 @EE Yeah, it's affecting really specific things which is odd, Amazon is the biggest but there's lots of PlayStation and Xbox related connection issues too.

@TrueFireTV’s website is inaccessible from home broadband. @EE please fix Also, it’s now fair to say that @EE is the worst ISP I’ve ever dealt with. It’s amazing how bad it can be comparing to pretty much any Estonian ISP.

@EE Amazon FireStick and PS4 stating connected to WiFi with very strong signal BUT no internet connection :( website down detectors and twitter showing this is a common problem throughout the UK

@EE I'm a network engineer I don't need troubleshooting tips but thanks. What I would like, along with everyone else is an acknowledgement that there is an issue and that @EE are doing their best to resolve it in a timely manner. Making people queue on the phone isn't helping
