Hi @EE for the last 2 months iv had issues with internet,speed dropping or internet disconnects when using house phone.had 3 engineers out who fix it but then problem comes back, got another coming tomorrow but been told I can’t go to your higher level engineers until this one

Anyone ordering iPhone 14 PM with @EE , expect to not receive your handset on launch. Too many back orders but no contact from customer service. I’ve had to chase them today to now find out it will be 21 days. Not sure this is the experience @Apple want. Time to go to @O2

@EE has massively gone down hill the deals I’m being offered are poor and massively overpriced @MarcAllera think I’ll have to look at @VodafoneUK sim only deals, what happened to loyal customer deals? EE
