@EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

Oh my 1st the internet goes on a nightly same time every day go extremely slow thanks @virginmedia and now @EE is only 3G can’t complain too much cod internet is not in my name and I’m with EE as a virtual customer 🥺

@EE Sorry, yes 3gb, that's my bad.....but still 3gb for £19 a month...... When there are deals out there for £10 giving more than double that on other networks. I'm just struggling to see why on earth I should pay that much when I'm just trying to downgrade to a sim only.

@EE I had another phone using a different network. After being on hold for 40+mins to then get cut off, I’m not going to be calling in again. Yet another example of EE’s great customer service. Can I ask, what additional information you’d like to look at?

@EE How can I speak to tech when I have no means of receiving calls?Currently paying for a contract that I cannot use.Was told my bill would be amended last month after a complaint,surprise surprise,not done and charged full again.The worst network I’ve every had to deal with.
