What is going on @EE I ordered new Airpods 5 weeks ago and they are yet to arrive. Have been on hold this afternoon on your customer service for 1 hour 25 mins. Unacceptable service. Please send me the Airpods I have paid for.

I had the worst customer service at my local @EE store. I had to go in 3 times before I could convince someone to upgrade me, they lied about the plan I wanted to try and trick me into getting a second line, refused to trade in my phone. I had to ask 5 times to change my address

@EE Despite my phone stating I have a 5G signal, I cannot use my phone at St. James' Park, Newcastle. People on other networks don't seem to have this issue. I've tried manual selection of network, switching off 5G etc. but no joy. Why is this happening?

@EE utterly useless. Run out of data but barred from buying more. Reset password on account and it’s blocked. On hold to for over 15mins. Not fit for purpose EE, youre hopeless and after 17yrs of this **** I will be leaving tonight for a real network
