    @EE No. I'm giving my notice as soon as I get another broadband provider. Unless you can guarantee I get a signal in my kitchen, literally 15 feet away from my modem at less than what I'm paying. I've been a customer since 1999 and am seriously thinking of cancelling all 8 lines.

    Just spoke to the nicest consultant at @EE who helped me do my new phone contract, from working in a call centre myself I know how much crap they can take but she was awesome! We’re too quick to say about negative experiences but not enough praise for when it works out
