@EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

@EE The broadband is down again with the same features as in the small hours of Thursday. The box flashes as normal and the problem is down the line. Is this just E7 or wider?

@EE Just wondered because I had a call from a very pushy sales person from ee. Told me that because I'm a loyal customer she could do a special offer of 16 pounds no upfront. From the look of this add its not that special and is available to anyone.

@EE I was promised ear buds if I took out an oppo X 3 find with yourself as my contract was coming to an end. The customer service adviser stated I would be getting the ear buds with the phone
