    @EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

    Oh my 1st the internet goes on a nightly same time every day go extremely slow thanks @virginmedia and now @EE is only 3G can’t complain too much cod internet is not in my name and I’m with EE as a virtual customer 🥺

    @EE right now I am so unimpressed, even though I called your customer service more than once, I’m an nhs worker so please don’t fob me off yet again. Try working in a hospital

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Becuase partly we don't put enough masts In (5g requires them every 300 meteres in cities) and partly because there's 10 million people more using our phone network than in the official cencus

    @EE Been through all of this. I am then directed to the App, using my data because I have no Wifi. New router and still no connection. You use AI Bots and close down technical support at 8pm. Frustration is not a strong enough term. I will be picking this up again later today.

    @EE hi I have a new broadband provider and I was told when they took over the line it would cancel my EE one. How do I check thats actually happening as my EE broadband is still on and nothing showing on my billing. Need it cancelled otherwise im paying twice. Cheers.

    Dear @EE, why does my new fibre broadband installation not work all the time? It's down in the evening, early morning, and sometimes in the afternoon. Not every day but it is annoying.

    @EE I’m not ‘having a spot of bother’ as you put it, I’ve got no internet- no TV, Alexa or Heating control - and no help from EE (so far)

    @ee Why do you make it so hard to report a fault? Your mobile network in NE65 has been atrocious for the past few days. I have a business account with you and am currently unable to work. Please log the fault and restore service.
