Oh my 1st the internet goes on a nightly same time every day go extremely slow thanks @virginmedia and now @EE is only 3G can’t complain too much cod internet is not in my name and I’m with EE as a virtual customer 🥺

@EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

@EE spoke to you yesterday yet again. Got a link to live chat for business customers. The link goes to a page about the myEE app.... As explained yesterday. The app no longer works due to the issues I'm facing....missing lines etc. What now? Been going round and round for days!

@EE after 8/9 years with EE they have shown true loyalty and gave me pac codes for 2 of my 8 handsets. Very poor service. I know where I stand!!!

@EE Thank you. I have credit on the account. I want to use that credit to top up but it only gives me option to top up with a credit card. It's like trying to find a needle in a haystack . I have trouble everytime . Thank you

@EE Hey guys, I recently moved and my service has been significantly worse then it has been before at this location. Is their anyway I could get a booster box? I’ve moved to a rural area and I don’t have good internet but unlimited data with EE and no service/ WiFi calling.
