@EE Forget free data, what about responding to **** phone lines and broadband quicker than 4 days? Have been without a landline and broadband for 3 days, instead of faffing about giving free data why don't you spend that money on mor engineers to sort out the problems?

Hi @EE just come back from Crete with £26 of data charges for a week's usage. I've been a customer for nearly 15 years and yet my partner who is a customer of only 3 years didn't get charged a penny. Can someone look into this please?

@EE The team didn't point it out but only mentioned the router will not do hair pinning, as explained in my email back(the picture) hair pinning will work but only if the other device is wifi. this was my testing I did to found this out. as to a fix to my issue nothing is happening
