Feel for the staff at @ee customer services, offering a pro rata refund of 3 hours data to all the sudden "business users" that have lost thousands this afternoon despite having a personal account.

@EE EE Wi-Fi calling not working either.. my broadband is not with EE and there is no issue with my WIFi so it’s definitely an issue with EE!
