Oh my 1st the internet goes on a nightly same time every day go extremely slow thanks @virginmedia and now @EE is only 3G can’t complain too much cod internet is not in my name and I’m with EE as a virtual customer 🥺

@EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

@EE I just got a new phone with the same number but new sim through an upgrade on the MyEE app. Phone and sim have come but it won’t let me activate the sim so I can use data etc. I can’t call 150 as now my other phone also has no service. Pls help me out

@EE you can land a plane with incredible EE internet, but I can't get an internet signal from 15 feet away from the box. Why? Not sure what internet you were using to land the plane with Kevin Bacon, but it's not the same I receive from your company. Help! #EE #Annoying

Hi @EE just come back from Crete with £26 of data charges for a week's usage. I've been a customer for nearly 15 years and yet my partner who is a customer of only 3 years didn't get charged a penny. Can someone look into this please?
