Oh my 1st the internet goes on a nightly same time every day go extremely slow thanks @virginmedia and now @EE is only 3G can’t complain too much cod internet is not in my name and I’m with EE as a virtual customer 🥺

@EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

So to sum up, @EE simply didn’t turn up. Not at all. I wasted a precious day of annual leave sitting in my house only to then get a message several hours later saying “sorry you missed your appointment”. Anyone else utterly sick of **** like this?

@EE Don’t have a bad word to say! Rejoined EE in 2019, and cannot fault the service at any point. Any time I’ve needed help it’s been quick, staff have always been friendly and helpful, and the service is faultless! 🙌

@EE Sorry I think there has been some confusion. I have a T-Mobile sim and I have decided not to get a new EE sim. I was wondering would it be possible in future to get a EE sim after you shut down T-Mobile? Can I top up the T-Mobile sim?

@EE really unhappy and angry with your customer service, my husband phones software has gone wrong & literally unable to use the phone at all and you won't help him, he's only had it 6 months and it's costing over £60 a month!
