Aaron (@Azzahy98) reported@EE A £10 increase a month for my phone that I have only had for 3 months. It’s shocking service from EE. I’m very disappointed and would advise people to not use your services unless you want multiple months price increases!

Shelli (@ComaOphelia) reportedLo and behold. I'm again without signal where I live. Started last week and it's still not working. Every other couple of weeks it happens. @EE sort it out. Can't even have a phone call wherever/whenever I want as it cuts out as soon as I approach the area.
-
Amy Turner (@Amyelisajem) reported@EE just had my first bad customer service experience with EE after trying to see if I can do anything to my plan to soften the price increase. Unhelpful and backchatting in retentions and now feel trapped! Funny how one bad experience after years of loyalty can knock your trust!
-
Gemma Luther (@GemmaLuther) reported@EE never will I use EE. My friend who works in care has been left with a nearly £800 phone bill. She has made a complaint which EE decided to close 4 times without resolution! They are being so unhelpful and keep being difficult for the sake of it. It's disgusting.
-
thatisall (@nonpartialrant) reportedDear @EE, I have been notified that the monthly mobile cost is set to increase by almost £5 per month. Does this price increase reflect an improvement in service, will it be a struggle to get a signal in most places as normal?
-
🅼🆅🆂🅷⎊ (@shikariunite) reported@m_j____p @EE Yeah, it's definitely a kick in the *****, considering we pay more every year but still get the same shoddy service.
-
Andy McDonald (@_andymcdonald) reported@EE Hi there. I seem to have had no network for the last few days. Can only use wifi but no 5G/4G when out and about.
-
Halima (@HalimaIfade) reported@EE Hello. I need help or answers please.
-
Jimmy Jones (@_James_Jones_) reported@EE You want an honest opinion? Your company simply ups cost over inflation plus a percentage. I am seeing an over 8% increase with nothing in return. Same as always. Your customer service also critiqued other customers over resolving. Horrid company. Leaving as soon as I can do!
