    @EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

    Oh my 1st the internet goes on a nightly same time every day go extremely slow thanks @virginmedia and now @EE is only 3G can’t complain too much cod internet is not in my name and I’m with EE as a virtual customer 🥺

    @EE EE mis sold me a broadband contract. I cancelled my contract with EE but they poached me back by misrepresenting the deal. Furious! My complaint registered but complaint closed yesterday without them even ringing me. I will not be renewing with EE

    @EE I have to say your support is exceptionally poor. For months now, I have been trying to resolve an issue with your app and now I cannot access TNT support. I called last week and was told to wait 72 hours. Called today and told to wait 7-10 days. Awful service.

    @EE its crazy that since March 9th I've been trying to upgrade and had to take complaint to exec team, just rang up as nobody has addressed the complaint, the person I just spoke to done the upgrade with 0 issues, oh well you got me for another 3 years ;-)

    @EE Your customer service is appalling - why have I been contacted by Advancers about a debt towards you when I told your CS to cancel it two months ago for free Additionally when I have tried to pay the bill it has told me that EE servers are down and to try again.

    Once your contract term is done the service on @EE becomes poor. I've experienced it every time my contract runs out. Despite still paying for the service on a rolling contract. Why is that?

    @EE is the worst mobile network service provider in the UK. So fraudulent with incompetent customer service agents
