@EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

Oh my 1st the internet goes on a nightly same time every day go extremely slow thanks @virginmedia and now @EE is only 3G can’t complain too much cod internet is not in my name and I’m with EE as a virtual customer 🥺

@EE I appreciate you want to take this private. I know what the issues are, it’s not something you can resolve, my gripe is that I’m paying for a plan with a smart benefit that I’m not getting and EE thinks it’s ok to still charge me full whack. Outrageous customer service.

@deepaks82 @EE The stock was there everytime intried to click on the final link to place my order it just went to the site is under maintenance but to be fair I have this problem wth every add to plan product I purchase online I always need to ring up but since they are online only I got screwd

.@EE what gives - 6 months since I joining a plan to include @AppleMusic and STILL not receiving it. Yet you’re happy to take the full charge for the price plan despite not delivering at your end of the service. How is this good customer care?
