@MartinSLewis I'm with @EE and they're charging me £80 a month for service that slows down massively at will, unable to provide service that I've asked for and cost me so far, £50 in extra costs because they didn't keep their word

I am confused about the #mobile #network capacity in this country. I have never experienced such poor network with so many operators. Not even in the middle of the sea near Italy or in the deep French countryside. Really concerning @EE @O2

@EE @HayhurstDarren @EE used to be amazing for connectivity and signal strength. But recently its gone majorly down hill especially in the south with calls dropping constantly in urban and rural areas especially in the south. Please reinstate your old network it was 100% better.

@EE I've complained & complained and even had to complain about my complaint. Still, despite always being assured it was being dealt with or someone would be in contact, they never do. They just send an auto message saying complaint closed. DO NOT BUY FROM ee 😡

@MartinSLewis I’m with EE, the add ons cost more than the phone bill. @EE that said would never upgrade again. Much better buying direct from manufacturer then even if people choose not to buy in a lump sum you still save on the ridiculous apr that add on.

@EE I only wanted to know why I have to reboot my EE sim and BT modem a few times each day. After 2 hours going though security that is only the day and how much my bill was I never did get any help - really poor support - if any of you know why I need to reboot DM me - Thx Steve

@EE Tried upgrading my phone online yesterday, it did not go through as apparently there was a technical error, but the money is pending to come out of my bank and it’s been 24 hours and it still hasn’t come back into my bank. Can you help?

@EE @HayhurstDarren EE is dreadful, I've never been more aggressively sold to in a shop than I was two days ago - the store worker told me their sales targets are extortionate and they're forced to rip people off to compensate.
