-
gary farr (@mrgfarr) reported@EE And that means if my connection goes wrong you want me to set up an entire other router, and then change my devices to work with that new router just so you can word for word a script instead of being like the @Plusnet support I used to get that just gave me information and trust
-
alan (@alan_muso) reported@EE Nah, I've been there. You tricked me into accepting a free tablet (because I'm such a good customer) and shafting me with a two year SIM contract on the back of it. You want fool me again. I've been a customer, and loyal, since 1988 when you were Hutchinson Telecom. You blew it..
-
Dave Charles (@davecharles1) reported@EE have DM you as the Wi-Fi is just crap !
-
Mark (@mblacky78) reported@vis_unita In all my years of driving and using my phone (hands free!) I have never had a call drop out! Never not been able to connect! Some people really do just imagine up things to be angry about! @EE customer
-
Ben (@WorbleGames) reported@lizardbutts @MarkyTalk @EE As I said to Mark, buying the phone outright upfront is often significantly cheaper long term. Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about £100-£200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down
-
Damon Cochrane (@DamonCochrane1) reported@bt_uk @ee Both My BT or the ee app won't let me track my order. Both apps are crap.
-
Tony Rogers (@rogers01_tony) reported@DerekAllan61 @EE I too have had so many issues with EE/BT, spanning in excess of two and a half years. Wouldn't touch them again with a barge pole.
-
Chris1011 (@Chris101119) reported@MarkyTalk @EE Pretty much same m8 I been with them for over 20 years and feel deals are getting crap plus now the way they split payment between plans and device is terrible as shows on credit rating as a new loan impacting credit score
-
Peter Hunter (@peterhunter1233) reported@MarkyTalk @EE I had the exact same issue. Kept getting sent to a call centre pushing broadband (clearly on commission) – they wouldn’t listen and were rude. Requested my PAC code via text, then EE retentions rang with a better deal than anything else on the market. Was so close to leaving.
