@EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

@Ofcom a while back you warned mobile network providers to ensure their coverage reports are accurate. Well @EE don’t seem to be interested in holding accurate information. My postcode is missing, tell them, and unless I want to buy a product they aren’t interested.

@EE #whenitcounts ?!? How about invest in 4G down the SW train routes from London to Cornwall, instead of billions on 5G that hardly anyone can use? There are blackspots and large areas of 2.5G EDGE signal for Christ's sake. Impossible to do anything nevermind when it counts.
