    @EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

    @EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

    @marston_alex @EE I'm having the exact same issue! Physical sim and eSim just won't activate with EE, all other networks are fine... been on hold last 2 hours as in-store couldn't sort it

    @EE Thanks, App showed dispatched 2 days ago so we’ll see. Whole thing has been bizarre. Never before pre ordered and be left with nothing after release date

    @EE Was told a network issue then I couldn’t do it due to not having access to my number the to pop to the shop again what I did today to find it’s closed!

    @EE unfortunately after 15 years of being with you, you are losing a customer because you first lost my online order, and then when rang up would not meet the price. Very disappointed, it’s a shame you don’t value your long term customers

    @EE I placed an order for a 17 Pro Max Cosmic Orange on 14th September, just after 16:00. The customer service representative promised that I would receive it on launch day, but I haven’t received it yet. Is there a 28-day waiting period now? Thank you.
