@EE Yeah so if your so f**king good how come your network in South Pembrokeshire is shite. It's on a par with 2 cans and a piece of string actually I think the later might just edge it

  • samschwartz95 Sam Schwartz 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@samschwartz95) reported from Kilgetty, Wales

@EE another day of no signal 3 days in a row this has been having for

  • antferryside Anthony Rees (@antferryside) reported from Ferryside, Wales

Shocking customer service from @EE , it seems as though 20+ years as a customer doesn't amount for much these days.

  • antferryside Anthony Rees (@antferryside) reported from Ferryside, Wales

@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

  • stu___gibson Stu Gibson (@stu___gibson) reported from Cosheston, Wales

@EE Nicely hidden form... But that wasn't too painful to give the link was it. BTW I shoundnt have to opt out... As I never opted in.

  • kevwoodlandpr Kevin Stanley (@kevwoodlandpr) reported from Tenby, Wales

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

  • Raggamuffin5446 THE BAND OF BROTHERS (@Raggamuffin5446) reported from Kilgetty, Wales

@joehoward91 @EE With the service as bad as it is In Pembrokeshire constantly going down daily and with this over-inflated price increase we should be offered an option of being released from the contract with no penalties.

  • JWilliamsJames Jason Williams-James 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🧪🥼🚲 🇪🇺 (@JWilliamsJames) reported from Penally, Wales

@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@bt_uk gotta love being a loyal customer with @EE and joining BT yet both leave a family without internet/tv with SEN children for over a week due to move.... think its time I left EE instead of renewing... cant even give a 4G portable device to keep kids connected a week!

  • snitchy18 snitchy18 (@snitchy18) reported

@EE I only have 4G I bham city centre. Does this mean I can use internet as nothing is working as the signal seems to be poor and I want to check trains

  • PeteGTE Peter Grant (@PeteGTE) reported

@MoneySavingExp .@ee charged me over £200 to cancel a SIM card I didn’t want and never activated.

  • Macca3lions Mark Griffiths (@Macca3lions) reported

@EE your signal is utter shite

  • ThomasODuffy Thomas O'Duffy (@ThomasODuffy) reported

@EE You have the data to do this at a network level.

  • PlayforthSarah Sarah-Kimberley (@PlayforthSarah) reported

@EE Nar im just not renewing my contract £110 a month i pay you and you cant give a 4g box for a week! You dont deserve my customer if thats how you treat customers 👍🏻

  • ItsCallumYeah Callum (@ItsCallumYeah) reported

Not even a month into my contract with @EE and there has been a blackout with their service. Gotta wait for up to 6 hours, never had this before with @bt_uk so if it happens again then I’m leaving for another provider.

  • jonniespence John Spencer (@jonniespence) reported

@EE you have major issue. Carrier time in the UK is nearly 2mins out from NTP time servers. The issue here is when using OTP Authenticator apps, the codes are invalid because your time os too far out of world clock. Urgent fix required.

  • DallasStarsUK UK Dallas Stars Fanatics🏒 (@DallasStarsUK) reported

Can you believe that even though I’m in Dallas and my phone is using AT&T, the signal still bounces to @EE in the UK and I have to use a VPN set to Dallas to watch the game? The things we go through for our team #TexasHockey
