@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE has to be worst phone provider, constantly charging me extra each month over £100 odd, in the middle of Edinburgh city Center no signal for over a year now and now I’ve ran out of data 3 times this month after topping up.... can’t run a business of their service.

It's been even worse than it usually is in Lymm (WA13), Your website says 'upgrades', which is what it always say when you're scrambling to fix your terrible network but don't want to admit to a fault incase you have to pay for loss of service,

@EE Ah damn. I don’t know how to fix this then. I have no access to the modem or landline (if there is one) as my landlord keeps them in the shop below me. Can someone call him from your team on my behalf? He’s ignoring my calls and messages.

hey @EE.. my home broadband cannot make any connection and your support number is not available until morning. Do you have any problem around Woodley, Wokingham area? Or is it again @WeAreOpenreach ??

@WeightedRace @EE they've got away with the highest charges in the market for years and while the customer base remains ignorant, they'll continue to overcharge... agree with you on weirdos though
