@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE What "extra information" can I provide your company when your company are stopping 'cellular network coverage' for 4days? I rely on my phone in case of wheelchair failure, injury etc. Being stranded (or the risk of being stranded) is as bad as it sounds. I am disappointed in @EE.

Apart from 2018 I've never had an issue with @EE but this past month has left me fuming with additional stress that I didn't need. Seriously pissed off at the current failure and if someone was physically in front of me it wouldn't be pleasant for them.

@EE I get that, but ee needs to better manage expectations. To tell someone their device will "usually be dispatched in 24 hours" and then it's a month down the line is dismal. The comms have been terrible.

@ee no signal on my phone again, this is happening every day and no-one seems to be able to offer a fix from EE, greatest coverage my arse, think I’ll just cancel my DD until you fix it
