    @EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

    @EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

    Why do phone companies unilaterally change tariff packs on PAYG. One picks up a SIM that provides what one needs and then down the line you get texts saying you need another pack to do what it did originally? @EE

    @EE My Mum 88 having such trouble with her TV box, she's very upset 3 of us including a teenager! of us tried to delete recordings it just gets worse! tried yr website, no mention of a TV box, nothing in technical section, wasted an hour sent a complaint 2 days ago - radio silence !
