    @EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

    @EE Yeah so if your so f**king good how come your network in South Pembrokeshire is shite. It's on a par with 2 cans and a piece of string actually I think the later might just edge it

    @EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

    @EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

    @EE probably the poorest customer service I have EVER spoken to…….you guys need to sharpen up your act or you will lose a lot of customers! Absolutely no idea on how to treat your existing customers……shocking beyond belief!

    @EE Hi phone folks. Not happy. After your excellent customer services rescued poor, poor advice about a ‘broadband roaming dongle’ at a retail outlet. Now I find I am completely unable to access business emails either in phone or iPad. I need help. And fast. Pse
