Kevin Stanley (@kevwoodlandpr) reported from Tenby, Wales@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.
-
Anthony Rees (@antferryside) reported from Ferryside, WalesShocking customer service from @EE , it seems as though 20+ years as a customer doesn't amount for much these days.
-
Anthony Rees (@antferryside) reported from Ferryside, Wales@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!
-
Jason Williams-James 🏴🧪🥼🚲 🇪🇺 (@JWilliamsJames) reported from Penally, Wales@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

Ed Peters (@mr_ed_peters) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE The old PSTN network is being phased out (copper wires, low voltage old school telephones) as I recall. The phones you're thinking of won't be around much longer. Unless someone tells me otherwise.
-
Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported@EE You sent me a text message advising me to text 150 saying CANCEL CALL BACK. But that number doesn't accept any text messages, I tried about 20 times. I don't think it can be a legitimate number.
-

-
Paul McGee (@psmcg76) reported@EE @sophie_reed98 As an ex customer for several years, this is not true. You never once done it with me. I left paying around double what you offer new customers.
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
