@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

  • chrismann1983 Christopher Mann (@chrismann1983) reported from Penally, Wales

@EE hi need some help cancelling an order and keep getting cut off, it’s to cancel broadband

  • kevwoodlandpr Kevin Stanley (@kevwoodlandpr) reported from Tenby, Wales

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE UK’s No1 Network? Don’t think so.! EE’s Reception is Absolutely Useless in the Hudswell Area North Yorkshire. I know having been loyal to EE for many years. Now with another operator and the Reception is first class.

  • MeganHunterX Meg (@MeganHunterX) reported

@EE wondering if anyone can help? My WiFi box has been flashing blue for an hour, tried turning off and on also checked the wires are in correct. Any advice?

  • iamstuarttaylor Stuart Taylor (@iamstuarttaylor) reported

@RosiePosieBTN @ThreeUK @EE It’s difficult, abs we don’t need customer service until it goes wrong... I didn’t have the ***** to go with one of the newer companies on the market, have a look? Or, by the phone outright, on credit car, and pay it off monthly, as you would normally. You can then go sim free...

  • chrishazel10 Chris H (@chrishazel10) reported

@EE are you systems back online yet? Called customer service and said call back later? Thanks

  • iamindisingh Indi Singh (@iamindisingh) reported

@VodafoneUK why not cut out the waste and let me speak to the 3rd party directly. Or if everything has a DIY approach why not save me some money and create a self service portal. Ridiculous that it’s still not sorted. Call @EE and say can you switch on VM and it’s done! No Faff!
