@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE Used the myEE app, safari, chrome, Firefox and edge. Able to use the see upgrade options on my other devices but tablet is in a loop. Had the same issue this time last year.

@EE Just received a text advising it's been fixed. I've restarted my phone as advised, but the issue persists. This is ridiculous.

@EE I've booked an appointment for tomorrow at my local EE store as according to the EE website I may be able to upgrade the phone. It still seems to be having an issue charging.

@EE I've been without mobile network for 24 hours now in St Albans in Herts. Never any prior problem. I can't seem to find any reliable info on whether you have a network issue in my region or not. Not good when I rely so much on my phone for work
