    @EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

    @EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

    @EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

    @EE Yeah so if your so f**king good how come your network in South Pembrokeshire is shite. It's on a par with 2 cans and a piece of string actually I think the later might just edge it

    @EE Awful service had my sim card switched off today not able to make calls or use my mobile data. Rang 150 to speak to someone but had to wait. I understand you are busy but come on guys. Been a loyal customer for years strongly reconsidering using you anymore !!!!

    @EE Are you guys having issues with internet on your side? Not had any internet literally all day, rebooted the router loads of times and all of my devices are saying they’re connected but they aren’t working? I’ve had to use my phone data to hotspot just so i could work today.

    @EE Your service is an absolute joke, I want to cancel my broadband but you refuse to connect me to an adviser so that I can do this.

    @EE my broadband has been down since about 9 and your customer service phone line is conveniently closed. FYI not my devices, rebooted router and shows connected and turquoise light but nothing working wired or wireless
