    @EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

    @EE Yeah so if your so f**king good how come your network in South Pembrokeshire is shite. It's on a par with 2 cans and a piece of string actually I think the later might just edge it

    @EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

    @EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

    @EE Oh stop with the copy and paste actually write something properly about the situation to me & yeah others are but not to the extent that EE are doing. £10 from every customer man that’s going to make another company ie yours record breaking profits just like Shell & BP isn’t it.

    @EE how do I cancel my contract ? You have given me 2 price increases in the last year and this one is by 12.00 you can get to **** if you think I’m paying any extra than I do now I already pay over 100 quid a month

    @EE from Friday 3rd March 0830 until 1730 6 March I was in the Netherlands. I did not have access to a mobile network for that period of time. Awful service and coverage. How do I complain please?

    @EE every time I make a call it says call failed and hangs up. Can’t call ee customer service because same happens.

    @EE Instead of showing compassion to their customers which is customers show you through be loyal like me 20+ years well once my contract is up EE will loose another LOYAL , FAITHFUL customer. I know prices go up a little every yeah but sorry not that price hike sorry to say.

    @EE @RFC_RhinoRyan Jesus Steph stop being a robot and read the room, EE are going to lose thousands of customer this year soon as contracts are up and hopefully robots like you will be given the boot too!
