@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE Yep exact same scripted response as i got when i first heard you were raising the prices Also its not about having low income its about customer loyalty i have used EE for years never had a price hike this big before its ridiculous you need to respect your long term customers.

@EE they talk about some global warming crap but releasing a ducking phone every year... why do you need a phone to have eeevery year... one model in 3 years or keeping production of old ones would be enough. thats like so for sheeps to have one phone every year. beeee

@EE To anyone looking to get a contract with this company, please don't, they are terrible, the deals are awful compared to other companies, I've had 3 woman from EE not knowing how to do there job with my purchases (all 3 lied) , they overcharged me for 2 months and alot more.
