@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

Shocking customer service from @EE , it seems as though 20+ years as a customer doesn't amount for much these days.

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE @WeAre8Official I only switched my family to @EE for the first time last year. My contract is up in January 2022. If you persist in this idiotic idea you've lost three contracts from me. Funny how no other network needs to screw it's customers in this way to, "invest in the network".

@HibbsA @EE Oh yes ! It will take a lot of customer backlash to halt this.

@EE @FlyingHighAnd Same here Andy. I fear they’re being dictated to by EU providers who you swap to when you arrive in the EU. I may be wrong but to say it’s a charge to provide a ‘better service’ seems a bit weak. Maybe they’ll prove me wrong 🤨

@EE why would you charge us £2 a day when UK is still in Europe, UK only left European Union. So if I go on holiday for 14 days, I will have to pay you £28 extra. You must be stupid, I rather get a local SIM card and use the internet min text without worrying. #EERoaming

Awful to see @EE make a U-Turn on EU roaming charges. Not like they already charge a fortune for a sub-par service

@EE @MagicBoyUK Will cancel my EE products. The company is just looking for even more profits. Don't sugar coat it.

@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK I don't object to roaming charges if they mean overall prices come down.

@davidschneider @jarvefromossy EE previously said it had no plans to reintroduce roaming charges. It wasn’t an issue unless of course you knew they actually would, which you didn’t. If you want to blame somebody, blame @EE

@EE @MagicBoyUK You charge the most of any network and then slap this cost on top. Not acceptable
