Lien Setab (@BlankFrank__) reported from Kilgetty, Wales@EE Yeah so if your so f**king good how come your network in South Pembrokeshire is shite. It's on a par with 2 cans and a piece of string actually I think the later might just edge it
-
Kevin Stanley (@kevwoodlandpr) reported from Tenby, Wales@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

Anthony Rees (@antferryside) reported from Ferryside, WalesShocking customer service from @EE , it seems as though 20+ years as a customer doesn't amount for much these days.
-
Stu Gibson (@stu___gibson) reported from Cosheston, Wales@EE Nicely hidden form... But that wasn't too painful to give the link was it. BTW I shoundnt have to opt out... As I never opted in.
-
Anthony Rees (@antferryside) reported from Ferryside, Wales@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

Jason Williams-James ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ท๓ ฌ๓ ณ๓ ฟ๐งช๐ฅผ๐ฒ ๐ช๐บ (@JWilliamsJames) reported from Penally, Wales@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.
-
Christopher Mann (@chrismann1983) reported from Penally, Wales@EE hi need some help cancelling an order and keep getting cut off, itโs to cancel broadband
-
THE BAND OF BROTHERS (@Raggamuffin5446) reported from Kilgetty, Wales@joehoward91 @EE With the service as bad as it is In Pembrokeshire constantly going down daily and with this over-inflated price increase we should be offered an option of being released from the contract with no penalties.
-
Sam Schwartz ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ท๓ ฌ๓ ณ๓ ฟ (@samschwartz95) reported from Kilgetty, Wales@EE another day of no signal 3 days in a row this has been having for

Katharinebarton (@katharinebarto6) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I agree. And you are right, it has got worse. Let alone those black spots being addressed. What is going on? Also offices in the City of London with no signal!!
-
Jim Fogarty (@64Jimfogarty) reported@EE must say very disappointed that you ask for extra ยฃ10 for wifi extenders after promising when taking contract out that I wouldn't need them and if I did you would provide them. Like the rest once in contract yous do what you want at customer cost. Lesson learned be careful
-
Hans Maulwurf (@HansMaulwurf51) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Any network connectivity in London is a joke
-
(im)mature student (ex) ๐บ๐ณ๐ช๐บ๐ฌ๐ง๐ณ๏ธโ๐๐โ๐ค (@ximmat) reported@BTGroup should delve into @EE bb pricing/retention. Long term 1.6gbps customer, ยฃ85pcm. New customers? ยฃ28 for first year, 35 from May 27, 41 from May 28. 2yr deal would be ยฃ769. Me? ยฃ2040 if I change nowt. 'Special' retention deal was ยฃ1941. Shocking difference. @MartinSLewis
-
Jon Techilovsky (@jontechilovsky) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE It's funny how when the private sector is doing something well it's solely down to them, but when the private sector performs badly it's the government's fault. BT(EE) made a profit of ยฃ1 billion last year. There is nothing stopping them using those funds to improve coverage.

BrawdyHawk (@BrawdyHawk) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Never mind, once the new uber Embassy at Royal Mint Court is up & running there will be many more Cells popping up & coming on stream to help with harvesting all the data whizzing around our Capital. Perhaps you'll be able to tether onto some of these, just be aware of spoofs!
