    @EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

    @EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

    @EE got the Pixel 7 Pro on launch day. Have noticed the glass screen is separating at the top. Never had this on any other pixel device and I've had all of them. What can we do about this?

    @EE there is an issue on 4g in the bb104sd area (cliviger) no data/voice 3g works fine. Have had to set phone to ignore 4g. This has been like it for a good few months.

    @EE I've got to say, your Customer Service phone line system is HORRIFICALLY BAD. So difficult to navigate, so many pointless recorded messages. JUST LET US TALK TO A PERSON FOR GOODNESS SAKE!

    @EE Its ok again now but i've repeatedly been getting these Myplace messages about the service and been unable to make or receive calls for a while. This has happened 3 times in recent months

    @EE hello again. Following last conv, we followed up with 150 again as advised and again they’ve said the same thing! We’re going round in circles still with no service for the phone concerned. Pls can someone with knowledge of the issue get in touch thanks.
