@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE I can’t use Zoom (website or app), Alexa (several devices), Lemmings (iPhone app), Fender Play (website or iPhone app), some pages on the BBC News app (mostly ones containing video) and there are likely to be others. Same issue through EE Broadband at 2 houses and on mobile

@EE is there an issue with connection to fire sticks this morning? Seen a few others complaining it not connecting. Mines doing the same but phones and laptops it working fine
