@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE You can’t help, as per original message it Has to be done over the phone and no matter when I call you’re always too busy to answer. Customer service basics is hire enough staff to answer the phones

@EE Thanks, it's more of an FYI, I tried to buy on a MacBook, a Windows PC and Laptop and on my Phone. I've given uo now purchased elsewhere. But maybe it's worth telling your IT dept thats there's broken links when trying to buy a S22 Ultra.

@EE As one of the UK's leading #communication companies I feel zero communication from EE is rediculous and not being able to speak to the actual team dealing with the situation is a joke. Your sales advisors on 150 clearly are not the people to speak to as yes again they cant help
