@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE you keep saying that customers can use wifi calling - however that isn’t working for me. Live in an area with zero mobile signal so rely on this - I’m currently unable to make or receive any calls. Can you confirm there is indeed an issue with your wifi calling function?

@ee Hello, the UK’s most reliable network! I have no 4g/5g on my phone at all. No data. Which has made my phone absolutely useless when I need it most! Is there a plan to acknowledge or fix this problem?

@EE I assume you are having mobile internet issues as I can’t get 3G let alone 4g and when I rang a message said you were experiencing a high cell volume and could I ring back tomorrow

@EE I have terrible EE service normally and I am reliant on wifi calling but it is not working I can make calls via WhatsApp or via normal cellular calls but the wifi calling is not working…I have reset the whole phone
