    @EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

    @EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

    @bazsharp @EE I was in Greece last year and stranded at the airport. I couldn’t make one call. Every call would ring once and then disconnect. They still tried to charge me for the calls and it was all blamed on the Greek phone network which was fine

    @EE Actually not so good and yeah from a dodgy mobile number I was pretty distracted earlier on so far no damage on any of the cards used for the shipping & have frozen them until such a time as one replaced them can't believe I even fell for that one but I'm definitely off the boik

    @MFC_Steve @EE I have the same problem. I spoke to someone today who confirmed it’s a known issue since 18th December. Now that I’ve logged it with them, it should be resolved in 72 hours. I’ll believe that when it happens.

    @LDdex @bt_uk @EE BT had a bad leadership team that’s why there are so many bad situations. Paid a fortune to rip us off! Shame on them - time for change at the top of BT and their HR leads too
