    @EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

    @EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

    @EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

    Since I upgraded with @EE this is by far the worst thing I done after 8 years of loyalty. Unlimited data my arse mobile data don't work even in 5g area . Stuck for 24 months

    @EE is there a problem in Shrewsbury area? 4g running at download speeds of under 5mbps and upload at a whopping 0.4mbps.
