    @EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

    @EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

    @EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

    @EE Yeah so if your so f**king good how come your network in South Pembrokeshire is shite. It's on a par with 2 cans and a piece of string actually I think the later might just edge it

    @EE Spoke to 3 teams. New customer / general customer service and the tech team all via the online chat (as I can't make or receive calls).

    @EE Hi, DM someone from EE on Twitter. I gave him details for the phone and he said it was all complete. I then got a text saying it was complete and to follow instructions which I did. However when I put the new sim in it still says this sim is locked to another network

    @EE @rootmetrics People are talking out of their rear end, if I get fast 4g speeds where I live in the far southwest then Hull won't be a problem.

    @EE Well, new cust relations said they saw the port occur at 10am & passed me on. The 2nd team, said it's unusual and passed me to tech. Tech said it can take between 24-48 hrs. I know this is really unusual, and something is not quite right, as I've never been out of contact.

    Man **** @EE my connection dlow af and they recall up inside the logs tweaking something - but they dont tell you what it is they're doing or why **** is slow at the moment

    @EE No you've tried 'helping' for four years now. I'd rather keep posting your speeds at this point. I pay £400 to you every month for broadband and contracts. It's a joke to you so I'll treat it as such.

    @Property_Eric @VodafoneUK @EE I fully sympathise, Vodafone have been terrible for us too. We’ve got phones with EE who have so far been perfect.
