    @joehoward91 @EE With the service as bad as it is In Pembrokeshire constantly going down daily and with this over-inflated price increase we should be offered an option of being released from the contract with no penalties.

    @EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

    Shocking customer service from @EE , it seems as though 20+ years as a customer doesn't amount for much these days.

    @EE Yeah so if your so f**king good how come your network in South Pembrokeshire is shite. It's on a par with 2 cans and a piece of string actually I think the later might just edge it

    @EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

    @EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

    @O2 mobile signal is absolutely shite. Why I changed from @EE I don’t know. Is there a way you can just terminate your contract, hand your current phone in and cut all ties so I can take out a fresh contract with EE? Helppp

    @AngryBritain @EE @ThreeUK are doing it too. Signal drops out all the time, been a customer for as long as I can remember, recommended loads of people who now all have contracts! Not for much longer 😡

    @EE This has had an impact on both work and social life. I'm told by 420. I have zero confidence that this will happen. I was very enthused by the EE customer service yesterday as they couldn't do enough for me. Today....less so. Guess you have my money and it doesn't matter now

    Really disappointed with @EE broadband, after receiving poor internet service and going with internet for the Christmas period., now that I have found a better provider you guys are saying I'm in a contract and cannot leave yet you were not providing the service expected 🙄

    @EE I tried that yesterday evening but with little improvement. We had an engineer out last week that was supposed to solve our issues but this is the worst it’s ever been.

    @EE just had to contact yourselves to cancel my father's account as he has sadly passed away.....what a rotten experience. Had to explain that my Dad had died FIVE times. No empathy at all. Safe to say I wouldn't be using your network ever again.

    @EE Please refund me the £60 you overcharged me for this month for my phone. CS appalling, advisor said I'll be refunded in 2 years with a manager just fobbing me off. Looking to cancel my contract if not sorted.
