Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Whitland and nearby locations:

  • antferryside Anthony Rees (@antferryside) reported from Ferryside, Wales

Shocking customer service from @EE , it seems as though 20+ years as a customer doesn't amount for much these days.

  • Raggamuffin5446 THE BAND OF BROTHERS (@Raggamuffin5446) reported from Kilgetty, Wales

@joehoward91 @EE With the service as bad as it is In Pembrokeshire constantly going down daily and with this over-inflated price increase we should be offered an option of being released from the contract with no penalties.

  • stu___gibson Stu Gibson (@stu___gibson) reported from Cosheston, Wales

@EE Nicely hidden form... But that wasn't too painful to give the link was it. BTW I shoundnt have to opt out... As I never opted in.

  • BlankFrank__ Lien Setab (@BlankFrank__) reported from Kilgetty, Wales

@EE Yeah so if your so f**king good how come your network in South Pembrokeshire is shite. It's on a par with 2 cans and a piece of string actually I think the later might just edge it

  • JWilliamsJames Jason Williams-James 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🧪🥼🚲 🇪🇺 (@JWilliamsJames) reported from Penally, Wales

@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

  • antferryside Anthony Rees (@antferryside) reported from Ferryside, Wales

@EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

  • kevwoodlandpr Kevin Stanley (@kevwoodlandpr) reported from Tenby, Wales

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE Login link working. S22 (any version) not available for upgrade. Please explain why you have a button on main page for upgrading to this device is it's not an option?

  • JeniferHo Jennnnnnifer (@JeniferHo) reported

@EE Is 01462 341325 a genuine number from EE? Have received calls every day this week. They want my account details and was rude when I said id never confirm details on a random cold call. If I wanted extra services I would contact you myself, not be harassed into it.

  • Selfmad80104166 Self-made (@Selfmad80104166) reported

@EE All three network is garbage

  • Bbrown683 Bbrown68 (@Bbrown683) reported

  • fadedexplorer Tom James (@fadedexplorer) reported

@MartinSLewis @EE @currys guys please help I’m getting to the end of my tether now. I took a mobile sim contract out at the store and want to cancel in my cooling off period. Both companies are saying the other has to deal with it! Can someone for the live of god take ownership?

  • CarolineWatsonx Caroline (@CarolineWatsonx) reported

@EE Thanks Peter, but to increase it that much is a bit of a pee take. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and rather than getting a discount my price will be going up to nearly £100 a month.

  • DigitallyIlleg1 DigitallyIllegal (@DigitallyIlleg1) reported

@EE @mf3291 None of the customer service numbers are working

  • stupotty1511 Stuart (@stupotty1511) reported

@Ee tried to do my upgrade with EE for the new Samsung S22, told to ring back in the 28th February to avoid CPI increase, for the sake of £65 they are prepared to lose a customer of 16 years #customerloyalty

  • CarlMustill SiamoNessuno (@CarlMustill) reported

@EE I’ve just got notifications of how much my in-contract bills are rising, significantly above the current RPI rate of interest. How can this be justified? I’m looking for another service provider.
