    @EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

    @EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

    @EE Not until after it had happened. It just feels like profiteering on the part of @EE. As the bill payer I would have expected notification that this was going on. As the line user I would have expected my daughter to have had a txt explaining she was being charged. Very poor!

    @EE Hello, I've been with your network starting with Orange but your upgrading prices are well above what other providers are quoting. O2 for instance £64 per month for unlimited data on a Samsung S22 Ultra. This is just a plea for consideration for your long term customers.

    @EE raising my phone bill a quarter of a way into my 2 year contract is ridiculous. I've sent a complaint in this afternoon, who knows if I'll ever hear back.

    @jakeleopold @EE You can cancel without charge as they're increasing above the rate of inflation. Call them and state the above, and that is what you wish to do. If they refuse, tell them you wish to raise a price increase complaint and will be following up with the Ombudsman.

    @EE Frankly disgusted at EE. Fibre plus promised. Can’t do. Router only just received in time. Can’t use. Promised a fix. Now can’t til 7/3! Taking custom elsewhere.

    @EE how long does it take for your company to answer a customer complaint. Had a issue for the last month on the 17/2 I was promised a call within the next 24 hours and on the 23/2 wasted an hour of my life speaking to someone who couldn’t care less 😡 issue still not resolved
