@EE Really annoyed with such rubish customer service. Just because i live in a tourist resort does not mean you can palm off loyal customers with too much traffic on the mast crap. Same happened last year during the summer.

@EE really is the best telephone network. It's customer service department is second to none in my experience (especially the Irish call centre). In an age when customers frequently swap providers I've been a loyal customer of EE for as long as I can remember.

@EE both my wife and my ee phones keep cutting out. The recipient can’t hear us but we can hear them. Cutes out after about 10 seconds of call. Please places please fix this. This happened a few days ago also and no one replied to my tweet!

I transferred from BT to EE. Should be simple right? Pff. Only received 1 SIM. Then while waiting for the replacement to arrive they deactivated the one that did arrive. So I have no phone! Thanks @EE (been a customer for a week and already regretting it)
