@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

Be aware that @bt_uk and @EE are running a con game between themselves. Sending unwanted mobiles and then both denying help to return them. Hardly the image of a worldwide brand is it @bt_uk ?

£93 to call America in 2021 from my phone for 29mins, 0:24 seconds £3.13….what an absolute trap @EE, 2021 and the correct procedure is to still buy Skype credits to make international calls. Woe betide those who trust their phone network not to rip them off. So #GoneOnRenewal

@EE delivery of phone cancelled for 2nd day running, this time with 15 mins left of the delivery window, pretty poor! Especially when my wife had the exact same order, originally for the same time, yesterday. I guess I will just change my plans & await another cancellation?
