    @EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    @EE And that it was because I was a loyal customer. Paying a premium for being loyal is disgusting as is being told I couldn't arrange a contract over the phone then go to a store to pick up and be made to jump through delivery hoops

    @EE no service in the Chingford area for almost two weeks. I am a small business and cannot run my online restaurant delivery without it. No word no explanation. I am losing money and business and no help or support offered. Absolute disgrace. Can someone get back to me urgently?

    @Random_Robbie @EE I imagine you must have got this clarified and understood that discounts are applied to get the price down to £10. My renewal is coming up soon and I’m on the same plan, were you able to get anything better or cheaper after this plan?

    Dear @EE your help pages don't actually tell you how to cancel your contract online. There is a section for it in help titles "How to cancel if you are not taking your number with you" but it doesn't do what it says on the tin.

    @EE I absolutely hate your new advert with that snake. I'm trying to watch the football and my wife has just kicked over the coffee table with 2 drinks on it when that horrible snake slithered out. She has a massive phobia with snakes and freaked out. I'm now carpet cleaning ta.

    @EE @chrispugh_69 Having the same issue in Fairwater, Cardiff too for the past few days. It’s weird because haven’t had a problem at home before. Why would it suddenly get worse? So frustrating.

    @EE I’m not going to another provider. I just want to cancel. I don’t want to sit on a queue for an hour to cancel. This is something that ought to be possible online.
