    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    @EE hope you can help my phone has gone crazy no camera and will not let me call or text saying sim not registered. DD PAID TODAY. Forced to sort new contract today + phone arrives Monday. Is there no way I can use phone for calls and texts till then? Will sim be ok Monday

    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    @EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

    @EE But was rubbish once I left the city and went home. Hence, I’m still with @O2 who I also got a 4G signal from in the city.

    @EE Hello, having trouble with my broadband. Have phoned and awaiting a phone call back, but it is very frustrating. I am WFH as a teacher, trying to do live lessons and have them cutting out. It makes me look very unprofessional and is putting the children's education back.

    @Stevie_Holden94 @ThreeUK I've been with @EE for years - absolutely phenomenal service from them. I also barely have any issues, and any issues I have had, they've fixed right away.

    WELL WELL. I just found out that @EE are throttling my download speeds despite it being a supposedly UNLIMITED service. Pure LIES. Streaming? Works fine. Some gaming? No issue. Downloading a game? Switches off the second it peaks. WTF AM I PAYING YOU CLOWNS FOR!?!?

    @Soxthewavingcat @EE I hope Mike just got unlucky. I have Asperger’s & I’m with @EE & they’ve been brilliant when I’ve ranted at them re their data service (I have no access to wifi here, so I have unlimited data). The agents I’ve dealt with really seem to understand my brain’s wired differently
