  • LeahMhyde Leah Hyde (@LeahMhyde) reported from Stamford, England

@EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

  • Rh0des_V1ck1 Vicki Rhodes (@Rh0des_V1ck1) reported from Corby, England

@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

  • stedge27 steve chester (@stedge27) reported from Corby, England

@EE really poor coverage at my current location struggling to get 4g

  • damiankinsella8 Damian Kinsella (@damiankinsella8) reported from Stamford, England

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

  • DottyDoolittle ꧁༒☬Dotty☬༒꧂ (@DottyDoolittle) reported

@TerriLBenn @EE @NNorthantsC It really is awful. I appreciate that costs are rising, but as consumers we can’t email our employers saying we’ll expect higher wages to support these additional expenses!! 😡😓

  • sgb_io Sam (@sgb_io) reported

@EE must be crashing and burning as thousands upon thousands of customers leave. I've been with them for ~10 years, am on a SIM-only, have never had any issues. And yet: 14.4%. 14.4%! CPI + 3.9%. Bonkers when you consider the instantly available, cheaper alternatives.

  • karen_hodrien karenloulou_ (@karen_hodrien) reported

@EE my phones been down for hours now. Any idea when it will be up and running?

  • LightningAlex_ LightningAlex_ (@LightningAlex_) reported

@EE ok so technically this percentage is reflective of the increase you need to make to continue providing services and expanding etc., yes? so why is this also being applied to the device side of my plan when that's not required for you to provide the network? as much as I... 1/2

  • jgtrsvm5c9 Dean Chilcott (@jgtrsvm5c9) reported

@EE @LightningAlex_ Absolute rubbish.. I have called, and live chatted to see what you are able to do to manage the cost of my two contracts with your frankly disgusting price rises and I was met each time with little more than 'sorry, that's a you problem' raised a complaint and heard nothing!

  • Yorks_Flower_HD Yorkshire Belle (@Yorks_Flower_HD) reported

@JordonHenrybro1 @EE Nope you're not and they seemed oblivious to it and we are paying a huge increase for the privilege of their bad service

  • Dr_hottub Dr Hot Tub (@Dr_hottub) reported

@EE my phone won't make or receive calls. Been like this for hours. Can't dial 150, and customer service is closed. Absolutely appalling from the so called biggest network

  • TheDaliMale The Dali Male........ be kind❤️🇺🇦 (@TheDaliMale) reported

@andrew_allison @richardfox92 @EE Ditto. I'm <1 mile from the centre of a town of 70,000 people. Faint signal in 1 room. Rest of house and garden = dead zone. Meanwhile, 5G rollout underway elsewhere in town. Frustrating.

  • acvc90 Alastair (@acvc90) reported

Wtf @EE casually increasing the roaming pass by 50%. Oh well, back to local eSIMs. £0 for EE going forward.

  • SelinaJean82 Selina (@SelinaJean82) reported

@EE why can't I make any calls? I have heard you are putting prices up by 15% and I can't make calls! I've been in touch a few weeks ago saying I've had a poor signal, random cut outs and you say it's work on the masts. I'm starting to consider moving after years of loyalty.
