@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@EE I was trying to top-up a payg phone with £5. The site allows you to fill in the whole payment form, checks it, passes it with all green ticks on every field, then fails saying that errors exist when they don't and doesn't allow the payment.

@EE The staff are argumentative, condescending & rude. Badmouthing colleagues and using their action as a reason or answer to my query is not helpful & doesn't resolve anything. It just shows me that the organisation is in a mess.

@EE new message on Brightstar now saying delays with Royal Mail in my area....(pack of lies) and to expect returns package in 7 days.....in the meantime can you confirm you WONT be adding charges to my account??? No answer on Brightstar or EE customer services.....shambles!!

@mos3abof @EE Problem ... I don't know where and how to change things like this, the collection of settings is bewildering for someone who knows nothing about networking, and when I change one thing that I think is the right thing, something else breaks. You overestimate my knowledge.

EE is actually the worst network I’ve experienced. Incompetent staff cancelled my SIM card for no reason and I’ve had no phone for over 2 weeks. Instead of them to reactivate the SIM card they are sending the SIM to the wrong address or not at all. Trash @EE

@EE still no response to calls, emails and chat, where is my trade in returns package, Lee was calling me back this morning to help.....he didn't! This is the worst example of sharp practice and woeful customer service I have seen for some time.......why are you so unresponsive!!
