@EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

@EE But was rubbish once I left the city and went home. Hence, I’m still with @O2 who I also got a 4G signal from in the city.

@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@EE Thank you for your help and guidance. I've followed that and couldn't get through. It was awfully busy. I just want a free, foldable phone, DJ. I pump over 100 quid into @EE every month. It's quite a lot for a mobile phone provider and I'm not even on 5g. Meet me halfway mate?
