Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@EE I recently came back to EE from sky and have received nothing but a shambolic service over the last couple of weeks whilst trying to link my ported mobile no# so I can access the MyEE app. I have wasted 3 hours over two calls with zero satisfaction. I need help please. Thx!

Hey @EE what's going on in the IV558ZA area?! The last couple of days poor speed from home broadband. Got a text this morning that there's a problem but an hour later it was fixed. But tonight i can hardly stream to my chromecast.🙄

Afternoon @EE - I’ve recently upgraded and while BT Sport is showing in my benefits I am unable to log in. BT have said it’s because I no longer have a BT ID and need to speak with you as it’s an EE add-on. Help?

@EE has confused the crap outta me. So my MyEE app tells me I can upgrade for £0.00 when I trade in my old phone and get the same or higher tariff but pay upfront fee for phone. EE customer services on the phone tell me I have to pay £100 fee, upfront fee + go on a higher tariff?

@lifeofpoppabear @EE @lifeofpoppabear I left EE for this very reason! Appalling service and even in the shop they were lacking massively on any sort of customer service. Was with them back when it was tmobile up until about 2 years ago! Very sad as they used to be brill!

@EE you’re website is truly awful. I’m looking to potentially upgrade and add the Apple Watch to my account but your website won’t allow me to log in to process the upgrade. It’s always been awful and crap to use
