    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    @EE not a happy customer at all!! Iv had NO email or letter to say that my broadband is going from £20 to £32 a month! The only way I found out was through my spam folder in my emails, looking for a totally different email!! This is not on. Definitely will look at other providers

    @EE But was rubbish once I left the city and went home. Hence, I’m still with @O2 who I also got a 4G signal from in the city.

    @EE I can't believe how rude your agent has been and unhelpful, after signing up for your seasonal plan which lasts 3 months I've had it a month paid for it again and now it's not active even though I have a txt saying I will receive it for the next 3 months!! #nothappy #fail

    @EE So I called and your call center worker managed to set up something completely other than what had been agreed. I've had to cancel, revert to my old contract, and wait 3 days to set up a new account. You are a joke

    @EON_SE_en trying to get hold of you but due to poor service with @EE my phone won’t allow phone calls for longer than an introduction. However no matter how many times I call back no one rings back when cut off.

    @EE Will do, just hoping for a bit better service than recently. Nothing against you but seems people over the phone don’t want to or can’t get you the deals you used to. Might end up going back in store.
