    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    @EE Honestly the only way you can resolve this and keep myself and 4 other lines as a customer is by applying 6 weeks worth of account credit to make it a more reasonable amount. If you can do this I'll gladly message you account details

    @EE I have been trying for two weeks to get hold of you to sort my contracts out. Spent at least 20 mins a day trying. Get the usual "we are very busy" then get through to a ringing tone and the wait continues ad infinitum. if you cannot provide decent service I am leaving

    @chipsdelicious @EE 14 percent is an absolute pi$$ take in this current climate. When most people are struggling like never before and the rates of pay are stagnant, this is pure corporate greed

    @EE DM sent. However, I’m not holding my breath for any improvement, just a 14% increase on my bill for the same problems.

    @EE are you aware of any networking issues on the Northampton Kettering area? Signal keeps dropping, then I get a little 3G and then nothing, then a little 5G. Can you please advise? Affecting my business as I can’t communicate with customers 🙈😩
