Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@EE my broadband is down and my tv is Sky glass so need to be commented to the Internet. If I have united data's can I tether/hotspot and connect my phone.

@EE Hardly 24/7 via your website it is constantly displays login error if I want to look at anything relating to accounts - but works fine if you want to flog me an expensive upgrade....

@EE £85 a month for what? £85 a month pays a modest electric/gas bill. Half a council tax bill. Or even a very very rare night out. Why ******** would I spend £85 a month on a phone?! Are you actually right now, are you serious.

Lesson learnt! Never take out repair or phone insurance on a contract. Have always done this. Fault on my phone so went into @EE phone shop. 'It's a fault mate. We can't help you but there is a guy in a little shop near Exeter train station who can!!'

@EE I’m fuming. I’m being targeted by scammers on my EE mobile. I’ve notified you guys on numerous occasion but no help from you guys. Getting scam calls from Germany & other numbers that have the same first 5 # of my phone #. My anxiety is getting worse coz of these calls!!
