Big shout out to Chelsea from @EE customer service in Plymouth. my data had run out becouse of home internet issues refreshed my data allowance to get me though 😍 one happy care worker 😍

@marctsmith Can’t believe you are with @EE they are so expensive and while they have good coverage other much cheaper providers piggy back on their network!

Advice on broadband needed. Currently have through @EE but it’s not a good strength and doesn’t reach every room of the house. Drops out a lot. Paying £33. Looking to switch and have a better service and maybe pay a little less. Any suggestions?

@EE Hi there! I got in contact with the home broadband team and they couldn’t see anything wrong with the direct debit or see a charge on the account, we both decided to put it down to Skynet! Haha.

@EE I am trying to login to my account on your website on my Chromebook. I have entered the correct details and the main page appears. Then when I click to look at my account it says "You've successfully logged out". It did that a couple of days ago too. Why is it happening?

@EE our broadband is down and I’ve checked all the usual suspects. Trying to contact customer support texts me from an SMS short code which @Plusnet (my phone provider) don’t support! How can I get my problem looked at/talk to a human?!
