@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@EE Have credit on my account, yet totally unable to add a pack to use data etc. Customer service is unresponsive. (nonexistent?) Time to switch to any other network, and recommend nobody ever uses EE.

@EE we are having issues getting a phone signal. We went into branch and the guy inthe shop sad there was a degradation with the tower and report the fault. We are unable to report the fault because the signal checker wont let us

Never ever leave @EE for @O2 ee may not be great but at least you get what you pay for, currently pay for phone service which @O2 don’t provide

@EE have had the worst possible customer service, taking up 5 calls and no solution. I changed ownership of my account from my mothers name to my name. EE then said they would add on my previous insurance policy - but now being told this is not possible claim no: 19457355
