    @EE I just upgraded to a 5G plan but my order confirmation says you won’t send me a new sim if I only updated my plan. What’s the point of changing to 5G if you don’t send me the required 5G SIM CARD which I need to get 5G? Can you help?

    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    @drasnah @EE @Ken_129 You don't get them unless you sign up 9,184 times for them. Even then they tend to send you the opposite of what's happening. Today I got an "update l" to say there was no issue in my area, it must be my phone." All services gone for an hour at that stage

    @EE @ee her phone is now connecting to WiFi but she still has no service and the 150 number isn’t working and we have paid for a roaming pass when will this issue be fixed?

    @EE I hope you are going to compensate all your customers for the awful lack of service we pay alot of money for every month. I am sure if we didn't pay our direct debit you would be charging us extra for this. Shocking this has been going on for many hours now.
