What’s the point of changing to 5G if you don’t send me the required 5G SIM CARD which I need to get 5G? Can you help?

The entire hilly city has draconian parking restrictions that mostly operate 9am to 8pm seven days a week. The only way to park is with a phone app and then you find there's no mobile coverage.

Never get what I was promised constantly resetting my router,going through fault check . 2nd router plus engineer visit still the same had a tits full.
