@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@tescomobile Sadly Tesco Mobile uses the @O2 network, which is pretty poo compared to @EE. EE is expensive, but you tend to get what you pay for.

@EE I've spent an hour on the phone to EE's shocking customer services who have told me nothing can be done, telling me I need to deal with the price rise, no other choice even though I spent a month trying to agree a price a few weeks ago! With lies about more data and inflation.

@Cashamusic @EE 3 signal is rubbish. 02 hands down for me. I'm with ee but my contract runs out shortly and can't wait to get away from them.

@DLbi12John_boy @EE @mattyhighamZA Yep. You refuse to pay the raise and essentially cancel the contract without paying any cancellation fees

@tescomobile @EE -its like mcdonalds saying our burgers contain 100% british beef, it almost sounds like theyre saying their burgers are 100% beef, no, the beef that is contained is british, albeit in a very small percentage of the burgers content. EE was terrible, i was contract-stuck. - - -

@EE Anyone else reported any Mobile Date outages? Mine doesn't seem to be working and it's not the phone I have unlimited data and my bill is up to date? Could it just be a signal thing, never normally have this issue

@AEWMike @tescomobile @EE Go with tesco. I was with them 4 years, switched to ee and regretted it, as soon as my 2 year contract ended i went straight back to tesco. O2 network is the best (which tesco is on). Plus tesco are very fair, have customer-friendly policies/systems and do not extort you for data
