@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

3. @EE will charge you £3.50/min to speak to the useless people @FNBSA just to tell them to freeze/cancel your SA. cards 4. @FNBSA will refer you to fraud team to report suspicious activity on your acc. Note: *I was on the 📞 with the fraud team {Spiderman meme}

@EE tried to phone your broadband team, apparently they are not available due to exceptional service, well not to me it isn’t how can i contact you before i just cancel and move to sky mobile and broadband?

@EE I can't get through to your business support number I get a horrible set of beeps then it hangs up. The call starts fine and when I choose option one then comes the angry sounding engaged tone before it cuts off. Tried from a mobile on the account and a landline.

@EE trying to cancel my watch plan which finishes today. Can't get through on the phone and just had a notification a message has been sent to me flowing my previous enquiry through the ee app but can't access it. Any help.much appreciated.
