    @EE I just upgraded to a 5G plan but my order confirmation says you won’t send me a new sim if I only updated my plan. What’s the point of changing to 5G if you don’t send me the required 5G SIM CARD which I need to get 5G? Can you help?

    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    @EE Not looking good for EE either, only 6 days in, it goes off completely, even restarting fails to show the Wi-Fi network name for me to even connect to, either its a problem with OpenReach or your Router

    @Hepworthclare @EE Clare, been going through my own problems with @EE for weeks, their transition to digital landline is shambolic. Their newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline doesn't work. Customer service is appalling, also now told can only view bill via App. 😤 Good luck!

    @EE Your customer service has got to be up there with the worst companies . 3 weeks ive been waiting for a refund each time i call no one knows a thing , get a grip !!

    @EE Can you send me the formal complaints department email please. I am now on to my 8th person who can't seem to grasp how to do their job. HUMAN error is rife with this issue.

    @coveragechecker @EE If I’m paying for a network, I’m paying for a service. PAYG or contract shouldn’t determine whether I get the best network my phone supports. basic network capabilities shouldn’t be reserved for the most expensive plans.

    @EE 2 days on various platforms trying to live chat what’s app speak in person to ANYONE to get a business phone issue resolved absolute disgrace

    @SerpicoFranco Was pushed by BT by poor service etc and they said superior with EE. No incoming calls for several days, no call centre working. In fact 3 times needed the service it hasn’t worked. Will not renew with @EE
