@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@Ryyymann @EE They won’t do anything, I’ve made many complaints along with documented proof of poor signal and they ALWAYS say mast signal work ongoing. They must have residence at this particular mast as they’re always there working on it when I speak to them

@EE The last 3-4 months have been dreadful for signal and service. My 4G is poor, my signal strength everywhere is never any better than 2 bars and calls keep cutting out constantly, have been doing for months.
