  @EE I just upgraded to a 5G plan but my order confirmation says you won’t send me a new sim if I only updated my plan. What’s the point of changing to 5G if you don’t send me the required 5G SIM CARD which I need to get 5G? Can you help?

  Anybody else had issues with @RiseFibre ? I am not even a customer yet as we're waiting to be connected & already pissed off. Passed me around different departments & then had me on hold for 13mins. Might give @EE another call to see if they can renew my package at a lower price

  @EE Hi. Was talking to a Kate or Katie but the call cut off as i'm on the train (she rang me) is it possible to get a message back to her that it was the signal dropping for the call ending and not me being rude. I feel so bad. Many thanks.

  @EE - Been going through problems with @EE for weeks, your transition to digital landlines is shambolic. The newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline still doesn't work. Told you'll need to order landline again, awaiting further call Mon, Aug 10th. Appalling service!

  @Hepworthclare @EE Does any major company have good customer service? They all seem to be absolutely useless and not care about their customers. All the websites now have an AI bot that absolutely pointless but needs dealing with before speaking to a human. It’s just so frustrating and stressful.

  @EE Currently in Turkiye and meant to have roaming as part of my package. I've not received the "Welcome to Turkiye" text, I've been locked out my app, I can't WiFi call for support, I can't get on live chat, my roaming is out but I can't connect to any network. Ridiculous.

  @EE My DM is getting stuck in an automated loop. I am abroad in Australia with an account bar on my SIM - outbound calls/SMS fail and I can't clear my voicemail. I have already tried speaking to your agents over the phone but none have been able to help
