ᵏⁱⁿᵍ ˡᵒᵒⁿᵍ ʷᵒⁿᵍ (@kingprawnball) reported@EE Already spoken to you, apparently it's a rare issue because @WeAreOpenreach made changes with their cables. Your support basically recommended I look elsewhere for a provider as there wasn't much he could do

-
Theloneliest Monk (@KvetchHell) reported@EE Your site has the facility to rearrange an engineer appointment, but it appears to have a design fault as there is no immediately obvious button to click in order to cancel. There also appears to be no online assistant service or contact email. V. poor 0/10.

-
NathanJT (@NathanJT) reported@crit_gen It's still better than @EE 's "chatbot" though, that pretends it can help and then simply either points you at their community section or tells you to call 150. It's utterly pointless.

Matt (@MattCowlin) reported@EE My mobile data is not working on my plan. In the CM17 area. Is this a known issue?
