@EE I just upgraded to a 5G plan but my order confirmation says you won’t send me a new sim if I only updated my plan. What’s the point of changing to 5G if you don’t send me the required 5G SIM CARD which I need to get 5G? Can you help?

@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@virginmedia Yes, they are unable to help, the team said they would call back, no call back has been made..... it is now day 13 and we are paying for a phone that has not been delivered by @YodelOnline and should have been replaced by now from Virgin media. Wish I stuck with @EE.
