@EE I just upgraded to a 5G plan but my order confirmation says you won’t send me a new sim if I only updated my plan. What’s the point of changing to 5G if you don’t send me the required 5G SIM CARD which I need to get 5G? Can you help?

@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

Dear @EE: You have worst customer service of ANY company I have ever dealt with. Web site broken for months, basic tasks impossible. Text messaging broken too. Spent 45 minutes in @EE shop the other day; told problem fixed; got home to find it not fixed. Just incredible.

Advice on broadband needed. Currently have through @EE but it’s not a good strength and doesn’t reach every room of the house. Drops out a lot. Paying £33. Looking to switch and have a better service and maybe pay a little less. Any suggestions?

Was expecting to get my new phone from @EE today but the #DPD delivery driver had other ideas. In the literal 30 seconds it took for me to wake up and run to my front door he’s back in his van and reversing at speed away from my house. Wonderful service!
