@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

Dear @EE, is it meant to take 24hrs to transfer data from one phone to another when there's only apps left on my old phone?! Been sat at 64.3% transferred since 10am this morning. This is my second attempt at trying to get my apps across, but it's so slow using the WiFi.

@kasssun @EE It’s March 9th today. Your contract ends 20th April. They are simply saying you can only action the cancel working 30 days of the contract end date otherwise you’d pay £12 cancellation fee.

@EE I (and neighbours) have tried multiple broadband providers including EE, VF, TalkTalk .. all are shockingly poor due to old copper infrastructure that OpenReach seem incapable of updating. 5g is my only hope. So .. when? DM me and I will provide my location
