@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@EE so far this year you have advised me 20 times of a problem with the network in my area. Now I'm no expert but maybe you need to change aerial suppliers. And some advice: no signal still = no signal even after restarting my phone... just want a reliable signal 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

@mouthwaite @EE I went into an EE store to ask about upgrades and if there were better options for long term customers & the store manager asked me if I expected a free trolley from Tesco if I shopped there for a year…. He was really rude! Shame really as some of the staff are lovely!

@EE I have a rcs chat messages issue on a s21+, it's not verifying. @SamsungUK say I need a new sim card? It eas working on the current sim car in that handset can you get a techy person to help please.....

@EE Hi, is there an internet issue in Edinburgh? My broadband is not connecting this evening. Third party websites show a low volume of reports for BT and EE, I can't find anything reported by EE.

@virginmedia Same problem. Spoke to two colleagues who use @EE & having the same issue. Seems to only be on the initial call. When either calls back the issue goes away.
