@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@EE Hasn’t got the widest coverage tho! Was with Ee for years but had a lot of problems with coverage so eventually moved to the trusted @VodafoneUK sorry not sorry

@EE did you have issues this morning with 4G in IV27? Phone was only picking up edge and 4G router stopped completely. Hopefully if it was an issue now fully resolved

@EE Do we get any sort of compensation or credit on our accounts for loss of service. I’m still experiencing issues seem to be on 4G or 3G and not getting my 5G. What’s going on just lately EE services are shocking.
