    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK on holiday in Poole, reliant on Vodafone as no wifi. 5G in the area, about as much use as a chocolate teapot. Nothing loading, spinning, spinning and spinning some more. Using hotspot from partner who is on @EE. Contract is up in 2 months with Vodafone, bad timing?

    @MartinSLewis £25, and that's way too much. Will be cutting down drastically as soon as I can. Though my current deal is linked with my Netflix account. I will be dropping @EE for something around the £8/month mark

    @EE placed an order for the AirPods Max with some agreed discounts on my existing lines but no order confirmation received, payment details for delivery fee taken for an order never placed. Same thing happened when I added a sim and changed price plans, customer of 10+ years

    .@EE are you not going to help? You’ve broken the law. My account was 2 days old and you took direct debit out. I had no notice. Supposed to give 10 working days. Please sort as it’s left me in hardship.

    @EE How do I actually get in touch with the broadband team? I'm trying to setup my own router for use with fibre but not sure what the password I need for the pppoe settings, everytime I call and select broadband tech support I just get fault reporting.

    @EE Hi Kelsey that's what I've tried. Other than tech support which goes straight to fault reporting, it gives me the option for accounts then billing

    @EE Any idea why I can never get emails on my iPhone SE (2020) on 4g but if I’m at home on Wi-Fi I can? Also coverage checker says I should have a really good signal at home but I only ever have 1 or 2 bars.
