    @EE I just upgraded to a 5G plan but my order confirmation says you won’t send me a new sim if I only updated my plan. What’s the point of changing to 5G if you don’t send me the required 5G SIM CARD which I need to get 5G? Can you help?

    @EE is there an issue with the internet services as I keep losing my connection, it will be fine one minute and then I lose my connection

    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    @NataleeValleys @EE How long you had the signal problems? You need to ask to speak to a manger to team leader who have the authority to do something. Anybody else is useless to you. Explain and then ask to leave without no fee due to having no signal for weeks/months and that you’ve tried everything

    @BBCWatchdog Have had a diabolical experience with @EE regarding poor signal and call drops and coverage! Spent hours trying to get through, promised callbacks! Nothing! Getting put on hold then hung up on constantly! Not bad for £100 a month 😡

    To be fair, @EE, I just spoke to a really helpful call handler who fixed the problem we had in the first place. My 81 year old father still can't access his account though.

    @EE dreadful data signal/mast issues for nearly 3 weeks in LL23. Fault reporting on website does not work. Sort it out EE

    @EE literally on hold for 17 minutes and you hang up !!! Dreadful customer service, dreadful signal, EE no longer the best all about @tescomobile !!

    Also doesn’t help with my typical @EE one bar 4g service tho I have two lines god knows why I can’t use internet in my place at all - EE when you fixing the service it’s been dead since lockdown in 2020??
