@EE I just upgraded to a 5G plan but my order confirmation says you won’t send me a new sim if I only updated my plan. What’s the point of changing to 5G if you don’t send me the required 5G SIM CARD which I need to get 5G? Can you help?

@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

.@EE I’ve not had any data or usable signal in the M38 area since well before Christmas. Spoke to a customer care agent on 10/1/21 and he ASSURED me you had engineers in the area dealing with the issue and it would be working in a few days. It hasn’t. What am I paying for?

Still not been contacted by @EE after promises of call back an hour & 15 minutes on phone, pm's here etc. It's a poor level of service. I will ask them to compensate for my time and hassle. I do this routinely now when one has to suffer extended waits, cut-offs, etc. #ServiceNot
