@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@EE are an absolute joke. I pay close to £500 a month for my business contracts and for a while my signal has been rubbish when on the phone to clients. Turns out their network has been down along the north wales coast since SEPTEMBER 🙃

@EE @MarcAllera Just don’t count on EE to provide a signal so that you can actually get calls and texts. To be fair the current lack of signal is 100% effective in protecting me from scam calls and texts. Still waiting to hear from you up@here in Uig!

having spoke to 3 different chat advisors from @EE tonight about trying to buy a pack with my credit I have come to the conclusion theyre all absolute liars who will say anything to fob you off. Besides dragging the chat out for exhausting periods. None fixed the problem.
