@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@O2 is one of the worst networks I have ever been with. Absolutely **** customer service!!! Time to go back to @EE once contract is up!!!!

@EE I paid for roam further and it’s not working - no signal and no data. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips and nothing is working. I’ve paid for a service that doesn’t work - can you help?

Sat in large-ish town in middle of country and, still, the phone signal is ****. It’s no better than when I had my first mobile 25+ years ago. Why has there been zero progress in this technology but I have to pay a fortune? @EE

@EE I called yesterday spoke to a very lethargic assistant who said that all the information I’ve provided is not (conveniently) written down … I suggestEd he listen to the call but he said they are not kept that long 😞… I am a long standing customer… nearly 10 years … I dread

@EE your app and website keep failing. Logs me out, then won’t let me send messages to the person “helping” me. My phone also keeps losing signal. I’m not happy that I’ve had this contract for 3 months and the bill has increased every month. Esp when customer service is this bad.
