@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@JayRyd3r @EE I’ve not really had many issues until today. It’s a nightmare when you need your phone for literally everything & the **** doesn’t work. I couldn’t even make outbound calls at one stage. They need to fix up asap!
