@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@Will_Sooty @EE By all accounts there is an issue with the IEMI numbers. But never had this issue with all the phones I've had. They should have warned people about this and I would never have bought one. Farcical.

@VodafoneUK had a disgusting live chat today with one of your staff members. Tried to raise a complaint as mobile contract costs doubled. Terrible attitude that will result in me moving to a more reputable provider with more respect for their customers. @EE @O2
