    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    @EE I just upgraded to a 5G plan but my order confirmation says you won’t send me a new sim if I only updated my plan. What’s the point of changing to 5G if you don’t send me the required 5G SIM CARD which I need to get 5G? Can you help?

    @EE HiGlen. I got the watch order changed so that’s sorted. When in the last 12 or even 24 months have you not been busy? That’s my issue. Either the management need to fix it or stop making excuses.

    @VodafoneUK service has gone absolutely downhill. Why has it taken almost a year to transfer my business contract! Why am I not able to EVER be transferred to the transfer team? Why can't I pay off my contract right now to just leave you and go to @EE? 🤬

    @EE I have had problems with my 4G mobile broadband for 23 days now. It’s only usable if I’m up between 1:00 and 7:00 am. Post code SA19 7NW. Please tell me what’s happening with the mast in this area. Hundreds of customers depending on the EE signal are affected.
