    Update on the ongoing @EE signal issues on island, our mast is in a "degraded state" with unactioned work since at least July. Fault/incident number to quote is INMC00001218637 @BarraIsland

    @EE I think most of the people there are worried about not being under 20ft of water. Mobile signals are the least of their problems. Big tech @EE need to do more than give free calls.

    Wow @EE customer service is about as effective as it's new app - which looks like it's been designed my 3 year olds and has none of the functions it previously had. On hold again for over 20 minutes to get them to sort out the last **** ups from the previous call this week. Fun!

    @EE my 88yr old neighbour can't get a new sim to activate or transfer a number. Zero and poor communication from you. No answer on chat and on hold for over half an hour! #EE awful service
