    @EE I just upgraded to a 5G plan but my order confirmation says you won’t send me a new sim if I only updated my plan. What’s the point of changing to 5G if you don’t send me the required 5G SIM CARD which I need to get 5G? Can you help?

    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    @EE when some1 has a contract with U for service plan + handset payment,when the handset has been paid off (eg. 2yrs).Why does your rate not AUTOMATICALLY drop 2 a Sim Only Deal.Why does the customer have 2 contact U 2 reduce the tariff so they arent paying 4 a phone they own?

    Is it me, or are EE just the absolute worst? I’ve been with them forever since they took over Orange, but I can never log on to my online account, and I mean never in years, the site is always broken and I never know when I can upgrade. Texting 150 does Jack ****. Sort it out @EE

    @EE One problem sorted the other not as I’m in contact until December 2023. But my phones out of space so need to upgrade my handset. But it’s gonna cost £1000 to buy it out
