Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

@EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@EE Seriously, outside of major cities your coverage varies between poor and non-existent. On train between London and Newcastle and have been more or less without 4G for most of the journey so far

@EE Hi I’ve performed a software update on my phone and toggled the flight mode off and on and restarted my phone and it still says “No Service” I’ve not had signal since Friday afternoon and my account is up to date with billing etc.

@EE deal offered on messaging system and then confirmed in phone call. Today retracted due to either technical problems or staff making it up. :Of course, I found this one for the iphone 13 iphone 13 128gb @ £0 upfront Essential 100gb data, unlimited calls and texts £43 per m.

@n16ectruns @EE Nigel the app has been playing up for days. There are lots of posts about it on this Twitter page. You got the same response I did, uninstall and reinstall. I did that and it’s no better. Then they start asking for your details. The app is broken.
