@EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

@EE Hi, well I've been with you over 2 years now, service isn't always brilliant but it's better than @VodafoneUK which does not work here at all!

@EE are a joke, literally can’t wait to change network. Nothing but issues for months, spun me a load of excuses every time I’ve contacted them and now I can’t lower my tariff until the end of my contract even though I’m paying almost £100 for no network service with no help 🙄

@EE Hi EE! Ever since there was what I assume was a routine overnight maintenance a couple of days ago & my router wasn’t connected to the internet until the morning, my phone constantly disconnects from my wifi. Every connection lasts max. 10 minutes. Is the issue on your side?
