Charlie Sutcliffe (@ChasSutcliffe) reported from Tetford, England@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

Awesome customer service again!

Matt (@MattGarrould) reportedI have 2 @EE sims in my phone, one currently picking up 4 bars of LTE (4G) and the other is scraping 2 bars of 2G (H), anyone who wants to join EE, I really don't recommend it until they sort their network out!

Andy Mitchell💙 (@andymitchell73) reportedWas an @EE customer for over 10 years. Eventually ended my dealings with them in May and I’ve just discovered that they never cancelled the contract and I’ve been paying ever since. Seems an error at their end doesn’t = a refund 😥

Mike (@doctorcrank) reported@EE I’m currently in Greece. For some reason, I can only roam on one network, whereas my partner who is also on EE with a similar contract can roam on any network. As a result I am getting no service while she gets 4G. Can you check if there’s a problem with my account/sim?

David Winch (@davidwinch) reported@EE Just switched to giffgaff (service from O2 - mast behind Fire Station!) Took number with me. Half EE price and a strong signal whole time. Now I can make calls whenever I like, texts are sent as soon as I hit send, and phone pings as soon as WhatsApps and texts are sent to me.

Jake Watson (@J_owatson) reported@EE Broadband issues, incredibly unreliable restarts every 45minutes and speeds drop every day at an exponential rate. We've had 2 new routers + plus another one which is on the way.
