@EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

@atnight65 @Rustybe96849965 Unless it is an essential service, for me that is only paying for my mobile because @EE f**K me around in their stores now making me pay online #Kuts, I order and when they bring the stuff if they don't take cash I simply walk out.

@EE Hi. My upgrade isn't due till the 22/04/2022 I'm wanting to exit the contract and pay it all of and go sim only. How do I go about doing this? Is it best to go in store? Thanks for any help.
