Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@EE Hi, well I've been with you over 2 years now, service isn't always brilliant but it's better than @VodafoneUK which does not work here at all!

@Gingersteve91 @EE Online checker says no issues for me. However CS say a mast has been down for some time. And not sure of when then repair will take. 'please call back in a month off issues persist' ... So dial up speeds for a month when we're supposed to be getting 4g mobile data...

@EE Yes I did but I did not get any notice of any work on the network in my area. And wifi calling doesn't seem to be working. I have important calls which I am not able to make. If I had know I would have pushed them back.
