@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@ee We've had daily network outages in Bourne, Lincolnshire, every day since 15th September with the service status page saying "Our engineers are on site to upgrade the network" - do you know what's going on and how much longer this is likely to continue for?

Been a crazy morning being on the phone with @EE multiple times to upgrade to an iPhone pro and the systems are down. Just my luck! Anyone else having this problem?

@EE I have just received my new iPhone 13 pro.. and the seals were broken and it was covered in greasy fingerprints. Your EE customer service advisor couldn’t see the issue and brushed me off. I’m not happy.

@EE been a customer for 25 years and never felt so let let down! Ordered iPhone 24 expected it to arrive today and the expected delivery date was changed overnight. @EE didn’t even send an sms to explain why! Poor service

@EE shame that you are willing to loose a 10+year customer, spending £200+ a month over £30/40 after speaking with the worst complaints agent… Have never received such poor service from EE, ever!

@EE It would have been an amazing day if my new phone had actually turned up but now being told I have to wait up to an extra 5 days to you might want to tone down your excited marketing as I am a hugely dissatisfied customer
