    Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

    @EE Sure is! I’ve signed up to Apple News+, no problem at all, but Britbox and MTV Play just not working unfortunately.

    @EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

    @EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

    @EE why is you signal so poor in Skegness pe25 area either using bt or ee mobile no 4g data dropped calls so much for good coverage

    Is it just me or does @EE payment service never seem to work? Every month it’s the same issue and I have to call like it’s 2006 and spend 20 mins just paying my bill!

    . Has any @EE customer who has @tntsports as an inclusive extra actually managed to get TNT to work on @HBOMax_UK ? Constantly comes up with ‘get access’. Worked absolutely fine on Discovery +.

    @EE hi, is there an email address I can contact you on please? I’m abroad and have no mobile services. Phone is dead unless on wifi and your chatbot is not helpful. I cannot call 150 as I have no signal. Thanks

    @EE awful internet once again. Shortage in my local area has been going since 5am and still not repaired! This is the 3rd thing to go wrong since being changed over from BT to you. Not reliable at all!

    @EE I cannot call 150. Your website complaint form is broken and blocking me. Under consumer rights, you must provide a written alternative to log a complaint. Please provide a direct email address for the Complaints Team or escalate my DM internally. If you refuse, please issue
