Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

@EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

@EE no data signal since the middle of yesterday.... Apparently for a lot of people looking at #isthesertvicedown and #downdetector. Is EE going to acknowledge these problems at all?

@YardleyShooting @EE I'd suggest not tieing yourself into another contract. Most operators have contract free or '1-month' SIM only deals often more attractive than their tied contracts but 1st. identify which networks have a good signal where you want them.

My signal issues with @EE still not resolved. Wasted hours of time. They were due to call back. Did they? Of course not, just another dysfunctional system. Time to leave them.

I love that @EE are trying to make out their reintroduction of EU roaming charges was down to "government announcements" rather than cooperate greed.

@EE @rootmetrics 5g role out appears to be quite slow? In areas where I have been able to pick up a 5g signal I can't honestly say there is any improvement over 4g? Perhaps that will change when coverage between the bands is comparable.

@Mr_neil_c @EE The EE 20% Discount is only open to staff of the emergency services and armed forces only. The discount is only available online from EE and not available via EE retail stores and telesales teams or if you buy your EE plan through another retailer (eg Carphone Warehouse).
