@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

@EE This has been nothing short of a complete nightmare. We’ve lost earnings working from home, @EE tell us they will not compensate for this. In terms of when this will be fixed we are continually lied to. whatever you do, stay clear of @EE. Worst customer service I’ve known

@EE Actually I do need your help.. I’ve had my new phone delivered and I’m trying to switch sims it’s not working.. I’m currently using the old phone which all data has been transferred but there is no signal.. can’t make calls or use data

fascinating that i can somehow use 5gb of data and be given £8.34 in unidentified extra charges on day 1 of my monthly contract for my mobile wifi despite the internet literally not successfully connecting once. @EE, what in ********?

@EE no signal again in the selby area. This hasn’t improved since I was last in touch mid December. Can you tell me if this network will be reliable again (as it has been for many years)? Alternatively can you provide a contact number for me to enquire about cancellation? Thanks

@EE hi all I am thinking of joining ee soon but I do need to know a few things first. 1, is the app fully accessable using the iPhone with voiceover. 2 do you support the Apple Watch series 5 so I can receive calls when the phone is switched off(as a standalone device).
