@EE just received the poorest of customer service whilst on the phone to a team member. Wasn’t bothered about trying to resolve the problem. Almost like she didn’t believe me

@EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

@EE trying to contact EE re a new order from BT best of both. BT unable to help as apparently I'm not with you, unable to contact you as I don't have a mobile number with you! 5 hours today an £19 worth of call charges for your 09015455329 number and still no better off! HELP!!!

I never do this but the customer service of @EE is amazing!! There’s an 0800 number to call and you get straight through to a human being!!! 😱😱😱 Didn’t even have to choose a single number and they solved my problem straight away #EE #BT
