    @EE Hi, well I've been with you over 2 years now, service isn't always brilliant but it's better than @VodafoneUK which does not work here at all!

    @EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

    Hello @EE . When are your customers in Louth likely to get the service we are paying for. Still not able to make calls in my home town. Obviously we don’t count as important enough. Not a city so no 4G let alone 5G. #Louthneeds4G

    @EE I’ll need to know if it will still be delivered as it says they need proof of ID on delivery. As I said the account is in my married name but then on the delivery details it says my maiden name. Will this cause an issue?

    If I didn’t have a year left on my phone contract I’d move back to @EE as @O2 coverage is terrible

    @EE Hi Chris, that’s all done but no change. The issue I don’t think is a phone or network this end, I believe it’s a case of someone your side hasn’t updated the records. My billing on the app still shows it’s owed the amount I’ve paid. Maybe a billing?

    @EE hey! My iPad Pro 11inch was apparently dispatched by @DPDgroup_news on the 18th and i was told I’d get tracking and delivery details. As it’s now 22nd and I haven’t is their a problem?

    @EE said issues are now driving me up the wall and considering cancelling my contract as im due to renew soon.
