  @EE My home, which is not the billing address, is LN9 6QL and was ok when I moved over to you but is not good now. I have to use wifi in house otherwise no signal. Any plans to improve things I rely on it on the farm so needs to be better.

  hey @ee why is your website so ****? no I don't want to "use the app" sitting with laptop - bigger screen, can have tabs with other providers open - compare prices etc for a phone, & broadband provider your website is amateur at best - pages don't load or redirect on clicking

  @EE im not a customer & dont feel comfortable giving my surname & date of birth. Especially as EE was fined for data breach & by ofcom millions of pounds. I will give person who claims to live at my address their account number, my address as they claim to live here & my phone #

  @EE It's an issue with your website. I've reported it many times but nothing gets sorted I just get told to phone up all the time. When I phone up I get asked a million security questions which were set up 14 years ago 🙄

  @EE We order a TV and it’s damaged. I spoke to the customer service more than 1 hour and 1 person ask all the details and waste 20,25 minutes and pass the phone to another and she asked me the same questions and pass to the other. EE supply chain giving a time slot 9am to 5pm 1/1
