Dominic moore (@DomJMoore) reported from Canterbury, England@EE actually disgusted with you, was told can port over a loyalty discount to my next plan, only to be told that you have changed you minds, so that’s how you reward loyalty, bad enough my phone does not work at work, now this, absolute joke, would not recommend EE! Liars!
-
Mark Gostling (@markgosy) reported from Kennington, England@jmcomms @EE The WiFi on the underground at stations only isn’t ideal either, you just get connected and then the train moves and WiFi drops. I was at the channel tunnel today and think I saw the BTS gear, signal in both tunnels.
-
Simon Platman (@simonplatman) reported from Margate, EnglandDear @EE, I hear “EE” stands for Everything Everywhere. As far as I’m concerned, it should be “NN” — Nothing Nowhere. I’m in Thanet, Kent. A built-up area of 150k pop. Yet I’m lucky if I can get 1 bar signal & 3G data. Pls sort it out — it’s been this way for at least 10 years!

Mark Bleach (@BlastItBle8chy) reported@SebastianGeorg_ @EE Ive had full 4G in Norwegian mountains further from civilisation than you can get in any part of the UK. Yet Swindon SN1 zero, yes zero network over a large area reported so often until Ive given up.
-
Gareth Owen (@gjo2405) reported@EE Spent 53 minutes on a call with the solution being an option of extra £15 per month so still not resolved ! One for CEOemail I suspect
-
Richard Bentall #FBPE @richardbentall.bsky.social (@RichardBentall) reported@EE @EE further to this, I asked your complaints team to cancel the upgrade on my son's account - I do not want to be stuck on a new 24 mo contract so I can consider my options. They said they'd do it; then I received an email saying I had to go to the store; then the store refused.
-
Alun Morgan (@Broomrig) reported@EE I seriously doubt it works for anyone. Please do as I have asked and log a fault on your network in NE65. I’m not the only one experiencing problems, the area Facebook page has many similar reports.
-
Gammonzilla 🏴 (@Gammonzilla) reported@England @EE WTF? Members of the Nigeria squad seem to have infiltrated England's camp - again! They really need better security
-
Alun Morgan (@Broomrig) reported@EE I have tried this to no avail. Do me a favour, you try and navigate your website to report service disruption and see how you get on. The UX you offer is dreadful.
-
Arnold Smith (@ArnoldLabour) reported@janettocornetto @EE If you can get online using wi-fi, maybe you could install a navigation app that just uses GPS only and doesn't need an Internet connection. The US is quite big, I'm guessing there's places without mobile signal.
-
Steveo Davies🏴 (@STEVEOLUCKY7) reported@emsdoesnothing @EE Its total ****. I have been complaining for months. Never get what I was promised constantly resetting my router, going through fault check . 2nd router plus engineer visit still the same had a tits full. How do I find out when my contract is up so I can go elsewhere.. 😡
-
Sarah Dixon (@SiDix67) reported@EE Call the number and guess what? Yup, an automated message. "Hang up, we"ll send you a text to get started."
-
Mark Beardmore (@Beardmore8Mark) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Very easy solution - make the companies offer roaming to their customers when their service is poor- no infrastructure required, just a flick of a switch! Gives UK customers the same service as uk visitors much in the same way when we go overseas #roaming4all
