    @EE If you want to see how it should be done take a look at the O2 app. I would have been able to find what I needed in seconds rather than multiple attempts. It’s really poor.

    @EE Happy Friday, I have FTTP with EE, paying for ultrafast 900mbps, I’m getting speeds of 90 / 100 / 180 / 230 at best - on wired gigabit Ethernet connection. Spoke to support, all set up apparently.. no further forward, considering leaving.. any more options available?

    @AceTrainerLiam @EE They messed up my contract as well ehn I upgraded and am still having issues even now 5 months into the month

  • chipsdelicious Lee Irwin (@chipsdelicious) reported

    @JacqueJMJ @Ofcom @EE It’s shocking. Spoke to them this morning, returning the phone and going elsewhere now. Seems that loyal customers and ex employees are just being treated badly. Would never of happened in my day I tells ya!

  • DonaldPond6 Donald Pond (@DonaldPond6) reported

    So, @bt_uk contact me to say my mobile service is stopping and I need to transfer to @EE. All good, only I now discover that EE charges for roaming in Europe if you weren’t a customer before 2021. As BT own EE, that’s just rotten. Have to look elsewhere now.

  • Camlowandslow Cameron Robinson (@Camlowandslow) reported

    @DonaldPond6 @bt_uk @EE Take a look at GiffGaff, works on O2 network.
