    @EE I am very annoyed now since I last made contact with you your Customer Service is now ATTROCIOUS No reply from all tweets and dms I have sent since the sim arrived either friday or saturday, I have tried but you keep IGNORING ME if nothing done today Letter to Head Office

    @monotron_ @jbjon @EE Thought you meant the VPN software was on the phone. Oh no, that's my most common setup as my phone is often faster than nearby WiFi. Bad form of they've blocked it!

    Just left @EE after 9 years, but had the best phone call ever with the operator called Ryan. I didnโ€™t get the rate the service text, but him and his pokemon tattoos get 10/10 from me ๐Ÿ˜‚

    I got a text today from @EE because I hadnโ€™t paid my bill. What bill I thought. Ten minutes later it arrived in the post and is not due till 15 February. #wtf

    @EE Iโ€™ve now had to send an email stating very few details. Iโ€™m concerned that my account has never been an issue when adding products, but when removing itโ€™s a problem. I only changed some items a week ago with no problems! When I ask to remove a number it becomes a problem!

    @ee when Iโ€™m in the NG6 area of Nottingham. The signal is either on 1 or 2 barsโ€ฆ As SOON as I leave the area the signal shoots back up to full bars. Iโ€™ve updated my phone and Iโ€™ve reset it. The issue is 100% on your side .

    @EE WHY AM I BEING IGNORED AGAIN TODAY ASWELL AS ALL WEEKEND I GOT THAT SIM SATURDAY AND IT WILL NOT WORK UNTIL YOU ACTIVATE IT AND THEN DEAL WITH MY NUMBER #POOR #CUSTOMERSERVICE #NOW

    @EE I have the manual for the Samsung Galaxy J3 it is in 2 folders and in total 104 Pages, I need my phone working asap I can't make or receive calls, neither text, No Sim, Emergency Calls Only

    @EE hello, I was sold EE by BT 2 years ago and have had no reception since then so I canโ€™t phone you. I had a text saying my contract ends 6/8, just requested PAC and says works from 29/8. Please help or tell me how I can get help but canโ€™t phone. Thanks

    Went into an @EE store yesterday, safe to say service with a smile was not what I received. Thankfully my apple watch ultra finishes next month and i can pay off my device as mazuma have offered me enough to pay it off. Not only that but my wifes sim and daughters phone can go to

    Been with @EE /Orange over 20 years and now having to pay a small fortune to get out of a non competitively priced contact? 2 phones on basic SIM only..1 out of & 1 in contract (10 mth left) ยฃ23 pm! ยฃ5 pm each on Sky . ยฃ117 to cancel plus new cost ยฃ22 for 1 SIM. @MartinSLewis

    @EE hi I would like to cancel my tv & broadband package & before you say i can't because I have a contract then I will take this further as I'm sure it's illegal to charge for something you can't provide I will phone tomorrow when your so called telephone service 150 opens ๐Ÿคฌ

    @EE how do I make a complaint? DPD have lost my new phone delivery. They confirmed it twice to me. Why is it taking so long to confirm this and send out my replacement phone? Weโ€™ve been with you for 20 years!
