@EE My bank says my direct debit should have been taken on the 3rd March but payment hasn't been taken yet. My partner has received a text saying it will be after the 6th however I have received no such text. Is there an issue?

@ee when I’m in the NG6 area of Nottingham. The signal is either on 1 or 2 bars… As SOON as I leave the area the signal shoots back up to full bars. I’ve updated my phone and I’ve reset it. The issue is 100% on your side .

@EE do you have any problems your end, first my wifi box stopped working the other day, I had to connect with usb on laptop, just paid bill and now it won't connect on laptop, phone won't let me buy data says turn wifi off, it is not on please help Thanks Keith

@EE Same number. I was an EE PAYG customer 2008-2011, then ported my number to O2, and ported it back a few weeks ago.

@EE I have now had enough. This is THE FOURTH day that EE has gone down in Dickens Heath. How on GOD'S GREEN EARTH is anyone supposed to get any work done when your phone lines are so insanely ridiculous? I am losing patience!
