Over charged for upgrade Anytime when out of your own mouths "because your on that package we can't do any offers, if you was at the end of your contract we could do special offers" Anytime deal is crap.

Iโve spent hours on the phone with them trying to sort it but still not fixed. They keep assigning the wrong type of account, they disconnected my watchโs data plan, just a real mess.

Cate Hart (@CateTyduCymru) reported@EE Iโve done that, they opened a case, heard nothing since and internet been on and off since. I rely on the WiFi calling to talk to my oncologist each week. I pay over ยฃ30 per month for a service which doesnโt deliver. Got better service from BT copper wire!!!!!!!

PPG (@PPGMacro) reported@EE get on the line and then wait and wait, while they tell you that they get rated best phone provider in the UK. If they are the best, I'd hate to think what others customer service is like. Complete utter BS.
