@EE what's going on with the signal in Lincoln area lately last 3-4 weeks I struggle indoors an last 2 day Ive got 1 bar of 3g outside? Normally have full 4g anywhere indoors it's not my phone as have several on account all the same problem, not what I expect when paying £100+pm

@AppleSupport I’m having real problems setting up a new Apple Watch with @EE using Family Setup. I’ve spent hours on the phone with them trying to sort it but still not fixed. They keep assigning the wrong type of account, they disconnected my watch’s data plan, just a real mess.

Worst customer service from @O2 today. Pushy salesperson +++. You would have had a customer buying a new apple watch today but seen as though you call me ‘stupid’ for not upgrading my phone (which is a 3 year contract which *you* provide) at same time I’ll think I’ll go see @EE
