    @ee are you having any problems? my laptop don't want to connect to my Wi-Fi box, it was ok early this morning before I went to bed, it showd as on, but google won't connect thanks

    @ee when Iโ€™m in the NG6 area of Nottingham. The signal is either on 1 or 2 barsโ€ฆ As SOON as I leave the area the signal shoots back up to full bars. Iโ€™ve updated my phone and Iโ€™ve reset it. The issue is 100% on your side .

    @monotron_ @jbjon @EE Thought you meant the VPN software was on the phone. Oh no, that's my most common setup as my phone is often faster than nearby WiFi. Bad form of they've blocked it!

    @Innominate4 @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK @O2 are unrealistic with their pricing, I have noticed that I am being crucified by data, I popped to the bank other day and walked past a few shops and noticed some of the deals and thought after being a customer for so long, why am I not being offered better deals.

    @EE what's going on with the signal in Lincoln area lately last 3-4 weeks I struggle indoors an last 2 day Ive got 1 bar of 3g outside? Normally have full 4g anywhere indoors it's not my phone as have several on account all the same problem, not what I expect when paying ยฃ100+pm

    @EE can you please tell me why Twitter keeps stopping on my phone then when I reboot the phone, it asks me to put tbe p/w in to connect back to EE if never did that before I have to type it in from the card. Thanks Keith

    @EE I have just tried to top up for my pack to renew tomorrow and it says it does not recognise my card I am sick of this had a problem last month, I am sure I used the card on last bill get someone to call if you can't Thanks Keith Do not ignore like last time

    @EE Same number. I was an EE PAYG customer 2008-2011, then ported my number to O2, and ported it back a few weeks ago.

    So I can ring them free, not interested in helping out with the finance at all, even though I said a payment will be made tomorrow when U.C. comes through so @EE let me know more about your fibre broadband, I will only have Virgin TV then Customer Service Attrocious

    @EE Customer Service an old saying The Customer is always right, also I have the money, you have the goods, I can take my money elsewhere just wasted time from 6pm with casey, says enough on for renel and refusing to top up ยฃ10 for me I will be reporting this to Customer Service

    @AppleSupport Iโ€™m having real problems setting up a new Apple Watch with @EE using Family Setup. Iโ€™ve spent hours on the phone with them trying to sort it but still not fixed. They keep assigning the wrong type of account, they disconnected my watchโ€™s data plan, just a real mess.

    @EE if I don"t get any action today I will be sending a letter to your Head Office, I praised your Customer Service with being with you a long time with portable wifi and a tablet I switched from Virgin for sending dodgy sims that don't work, at the moment yours don't work

    @EE to anyone contemplating entering into a contract for provision of a mobile service in #York (particularly YO30 area) where @EE is the provider or anyone who uses the same infrastructure - donโ€™t is my advice.

    @EE has the worst app and website to try and upgrade. Nothing works, wonโ€™t let me pick store to have it delivered to and then keeps telling me Iโ€™ve reached my limit of trying to add my bank details. **** this. Iโ€™ll go elsewhere.

    @TragedyCalls @LUDENClassics It's a profit driven choice, that will eventually loose @EE custom. Especially given their service domestically is not much better given their much higher cost per month than free to roam rivals

    @EE I canโ€™t say that Iโ€™m impressed with the @orange service that Iโ€™ve been put on whilst in Barcelona! Iโ€™ve never had a problem with @movistar_es that I got up until this trip! Signal dropping out and still no connection when the signal returns! ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผ

    Laura at @EE said she would call back at 4pm Tuesday 16th June 2026, I can't call as EE send a text with a code and the link won't open CoPilot says its BT's dreadful computer software, the issue is when BT took over.
