    @EE just wondering if you are having issues with voicemail, I cant access them and it keeps asking me for a pin and then cutting me off. Says something about setting up a pin when I'm back in the uk. I've not left the uk though ๐Ÿคฃ

    Yet again rubbish service from @EE . Let's see what @VodafoneUK @ThreeUKSupport @O2 and any other has to offer for someone who has been with them for 20 plus years

    @EE well that was a waste of time for a customer since one to one days. Over charged for upgrade Anytime when out of your own mouths "because your on that package we can't do any offers, if you was at the end of your contract we could do special offers" Anytime deal is crap.

    @EE do you have any problems your end, first my wifi box stopped working the other day, I had to connect with usb on laptop, just paid bill and now it won't connect on laptop, phone won't let me buy data says turn wifi off, it is not on please help Thanks Keith

    For a long time Iโ€™ve believed @EE weโ€™re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months Iโ€™ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues Iโ€™ve faced ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€

    @EE I have the manual for the Samsung Galaxy J3 it is in 2 folders and in total 104 Pages, I need my phone working asap I can't make or receive calls, neither text, No Sim, Emergency Calls Only

    @EE I needed to top up for my pack to renew and I got the help I needed had to call 150 in the end but while there set up and stored my card details for any future top ups Thanks

    @EE Hi, no Iโ€™ve already spent today & yesterday on ur message service, to work out how other large companies can offer free phones with similar costs pm for the same phone. Iโ€™m a little impatient I can renew Aug so I have a fee to pay still and EE wonโ€™t waiver it as itโ€™s 1 or other

    @Apple @AppleSupport @EE extremely poor service, which makes me want to consider a switch to a different network and different provider ๐Ÿ˜

    @EE Same problem with different browser. Likely wifi IP block, out of mobile data (used up during new house move) cannot use that. Ive had pages not loading, spinning wheels and all sorts this week, hoping it was known issue for everyone and fixed soon, but seems not๐Ÿค” what to do..

    @EE already in the EU, forgot to activate roaming and have tried by message and online. So far not working (getting signal but no data) already try to reset phone and change cellphone networks. And in PAYG and was using it in the UK just yesterday. Please an assist? Thanks

    @EE I've just put the phone down on someone called clair, refused to raise the complaint to your exec team, she rang me back stating I cannot discuss an upgrade because of an outstanding balance on the account, After 9 years with EE I want to terminate the contract with immediate

    @EE I have, more than once and recieved no resolution. It is not worth me annoying myself reporting it again for you guys to do nothing when i can just change provider

    @EE hi, is there an email address I can contact you on please? Iโ€™m abroad and have no mobile services. Phone is dead unless on wifi and your chatbot is not helpful. I cannot call 150 as I have no signal. Thanks

    @Farmeronecow @O2 That's why I left. Well that and when I complained about the signal I got told I needed to buy land and get planning permission myself and then they would look at putting one up. Moved back to @EE and normal service resumes.

    @EE we are away on holiday, I canโ€™t log into my account as you have not amended my new number when I called to change all this in February. I canโ€™t call as we have no signal and we need a helping hand as we are on holiday and our family is going to run out of data

    Is it just me or does @EE payment service never seem to work? Every month itโ€™s the same issue and I have to call like itโ€™s 2006 and spend 20 mins just paying my bill!

    @EE Your app is useless. It fails to log in every single time I enter my credentials. Everything is correct and it fails all the time. Combined with the poor signal I always have, I am disappointed I chose to move over.
