@lrgulliver @EE Wonder if they did that to prevent sales during the Apple event until they know ways going to be available. Or they could just be stupid, I’m going with that.

@EE unable to download bills from MyEE app nor through the browser. Spoke to customer service, only option from them is to post the bills, which takes 5 days. Can't you provide a tentative timeline to fix the issue?? You can't expect the customer to keep checking the app..

@EE this is day 4 of almost no mobile signal and Internet, apparently there is a outage in Derbyshire, will this be fixed before the weekend or are you leaving your customers without any mobile signal and Internet over the weekend?!
