@lrgulliver @EE Wonder if they did that to prevent sales during the Apple event until they know ways going to be available. Or they could just be stupid, I’m going with that.

Yesterday I was told we need to do a “single user off” and we don’t know how long that will take…. “5 mins, 5 days, 5 weeks” I said… Sorry we can’t tell. But we’ll call you. Sure. @EE at which point do you realise I DONT HAVE A WORKING PHONE. Please can somebody help.

@EE has been charging me £98 per month for 4G business broadbandwhich my ISP assured me would never be disrupted for more than a day. Today is Day #56. The Tech Support, Social Media & Executive Complaints staff are only flak catchers for the executives who never see complaints.

@EE Hi Ali, did all those checks and I’m still ha I g problems with my WIFI. Can be sat in the same room as the router and the signal will say ‘full’ strength but it’s still really slow.
