Who do you find to the the best Mobile provider in the UK? Currently using @EE and thier customer services and back office staff are sub par to say the least, been with them years. Leaving them asap.

Trying to return EE kit but EE won’t send me a label to do so. Clearly their hope is that time runs out and then can charge me for it! This sort of poor customer services is why I left EE @EE #poorcustomerservice

@EE hi just sat waiting for an arranged call from one your managers - Ashleigh for another 2 hours & only arranged today. No call again. This is an ongoing complaint that you have closed yourselves now 5 times without resolving. What is going on with your customer service please?

@EE so disappointed with not receiving the Xbox Black Friday Deal 2024 fully even now. Paying for game pass when it was included, a gamercard that doesn't work. Be aware if you're considering it this Christmas! All I got was an Xbox + a big bill! #ee #blackfriday #dontbother

We have @EE complete WiFi powered by @BTCare and it’s 100% failed. The home hub power plug cannot power the internet but the complete WiFi doesn’t kick in cause there is no fault on the line. So I’m paying for an extra service that doesn’t kick in when you need it
