@EE Hi. My signal has gone and hasn’t came back since last night. Upgraded to sim only on Saturday and getting a new sim sent out but did not get told about this one getting deactivated and I need signal for a very important phone call tomorrow and for work!

@Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

@Hannah_Arra @EE That's why I left years ago. In my right to cancel as out of contract. Because I cancelled they tried to take payment for months I got bad credit rating because they couldn't get payment. Try keeping you but hate it when you leave. VM are the same.

@EE I've been with you over 25 years, have 4 handsets. My 21yo son has cut me off and refuses to pay £66 for his mobile. I have terminal cancer and I can't afford to pay that too. But you would help me. Shame on you.
