@EE so I’m thinking of joining you in November cuz I’m sick of @VodafoneUK ‘s unreliability. I use my phone hotspot a LOT with my unlimited data. Is there any limit to what I can use my data for with my phone hotspot on your network? I don’t have broadband which is why I use it

@EE why does it take so long to answer the phone? Customer services these days is roughly a 30 min wait surely a call back feature would be better

@EE hi, I am getting bad speeds of 5G when my signal is full 4 to 5 bars. All I get is 30mbps, this is worse than 4G. I have a 5G phone.
