  • brindy Chris Brind (@brindy) reported from Sandbank, Scotland

@lrgulliver @EE Wonder if they did that to prevent sales during the Apple event until they know ways going to be available. Or they could just be stupid, I’m going with that.

  • James21rw james.com©™ (@James21rw) reported from Beith, Scotland

  • NicolaMahood 🐝Nicola Mahood🐝 (@NicolaMahood) reported

As if @ee are putting the prices up 14% - it would be great if they put the network quality and accessibility up that much. How does my physical phone cost more? Than when I ordered it? Surely the increase should only be the network usage…

  • vylpes Vylpes (@vylpes) reported

@EE Yep all good, contacted your support on the app and they’re sending me a new SIM card

  • autismsupport22 autism support💙🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@autismsupport22) reported

@Beth_Tastic @edwardsmum2011 @EE On your bills see how much you actually use. Compare to a new customer and see what discount you get. I hate commission fed sales bods I was one so make them work so so hard.

  • ReallyScottish Humza’s Scooter (@ReallyScottish) reported

@EE That doesn’t make the price increases ‘fair’ though does it? I maybe agreed to CPI increases in theory but not 14%?! Quite a bad attitude to have.

  • cjb2412 GunnerCB (@cjb2412) reported

@mrogers01 @EE Yes but they have to raise their prices due to inflation and to make sure they can offer the best signal 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

  • pickles0303 Shaun Pickles (@pickles0303) reported

@EE any problems in the ol7 area? My signal seems weak

  • DJDEX6 DJ DEX (official since 1986)🇺🇦 (@DJDEX6) reported from Swindon, England

@EE Yet the signal in our area is awful. Multiple drop-outs. No signal. So more money for an ever decreasing service.

  • BelvedereVicar Simon Archer (@BelvedereVicar) reported

@scott_m_me @EE That’s really interesting, I hadn’t thought of that. The contract is part service, part payment for the phone, so the increase is actually huge as the cost of the phone is in the past, I’m just paying it off. So it’s more like a 30-50% increase.

  • stusmithdotcom Stuart Smith (@stusmithdotcom) reported

@EE I get all that, and I have had no issue with the smaller increases I’ve had previously mid contract. But this is over £10 extra per month taking both contracts into account. Alot when I could get a better deal elsewhere.

  • RedAndWhite9908 SB (@RedAndWhite9908) reported

@AnnieEaves @EE I’ve made a complaint 👍🏻 it is pretty rubbish, because I signed up on 30th and the sales guy didn’t mention the inflation this year, only next year. But tbf I won’t win because they’ve already got my money.
