@achilledpinot @EE authorities. I was in the sin bin for 6 years! I had been a customer from '97. It did not matter. Having said that my current provider provides **** customer service via chat bots and Philippinos in a remote call centre. So glad I don't need to use them.

@achilledpinot @EE Ok been out twice didn't fix then tell them he wont be paying till its working if not fixed in a few days he's moving to sky iam with EE when I had same problem I got 2 routers before it was fixed after I said I was moving to sky

Didn’t wana go cos a midday kick off but can’t watch it cos the internet provider is down - 2 days wait - unacceptable @EE

@achilledpinot @EE I'm with EE and it's terrible drops out every 30 min or so buffering on most devices bought WiFi booster and they want to charge me for one of theirs as they say that will sort it surly id they supply a router not fir they should supply the boost free of charge..

@EE I am out of contract now. I will leave EE as you are leaving me stranded without access to a telephone in the event of an emergency! It’sappallling. I’m sure other providers would help in this situation

@achilledpinot @EE If a providers service is not working properly you're within you're rights to cancel the contract at no cost to yourself & move elsewhere! That's the law!!
