    @Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

    @lrgulliver @EE Wonder if they did that to prevent sales during the Apple event until they know ways going to be available. Or they could just be stupid, I’m going with that.

    When I asked @EE to send a new e-sim I certainly did not expect to receive two letters, one with a physical sim and one with e-sim but I did not expect them to cancel my current e-sim and make physical sim active! Thanks for leaving me with no means to call home!

    @EE can you sort yourselves our already, I've spent 90% of this week on emergency calls only and only been ae use internet/ apps when connected to WiFi!!! And considering I've been using my phone ALOT less my battery has drained itself by 3pm #whatisgoingon

    @EE for over a week your service has been dreadful I spoke to Lizzy Ahmed in your technical team, this women needs a pay rise and appreciation as she was the only person out of several I spoke to over several days and she managed to sort my issue #EmployeeOfTheYear

    @alphasixtyfive @EE I've had issues transfering an e-SIM as well similar to what you have described so I went back to a physical SIM before I changed phones. A year later, I'm still on a physical SIM. I think I paid for the "privileged" as well 😞

    @EE - I need some help here... Your new F&F process is now online only. But when I enter the proper F&F code, it says INVALID. I rang up and Sales just said it wasn't a real code (it IS)! So my friend gave me a new one, and site still says NO! BRICK WALL here. What can I do?

    @EE we are having a total blackout in South Ealing and for tenants of houses with no way of knowing the landline line number or any information we can’t get help from you to fix our issue. Rubbish.
