@lrgulliver @EE Wonder if they did that to prevent sales during the Apple event until they know ways going to be available. Or they could just be stupid, I’m going with that.

@EE Upfront maybe but no one ever expected inflation to be as high as it is in my opinion you could go far more to help loyal customers from years and years it’s just greed

  • aprylhm apr-y-l (@aprylhm) reported

@EE yes thanks, i do understand the how’s and why’s, just seems untenable during the current financial climate to have such a price hike (especially when i have another year left of my contract). awful!

  • LynzBrown Lynz (@LynzBrown) reported

@EE I wouldn’t mind but I cant get signal at my place of work or at my partners. So for £5+ a month what extra do I get?

  • ItsJamesPowers James 🇬🇧 (@ItsJamesPowers) reported

So now @EE Keep hanging up on me. @Ofcom seem to be fine with #Neurodivergent people been treated like crap by big providers It appears the #CRA2015 & #equalityAct2010 are nothing more than a list of suggestions. This whole situation is now making me ill.

  • jcmacdougall88 Jamie MacDougall (@jcmacdougall88) reported

@EE Any way of speaking to someone who understands basic English? SIM ordered 07/01 - never received. Bill paid on 19/01. Still no SIM. Number ported from old provider 9 days ago - still no SIM, and now cut off from old network. Live chat are hopeless. 1 hour + and no resolution

  • adrian83caveill AC Photography (@adrian83caveill) reported

@EE I can cet the newer phone for nearly £40 less per month than what you are charging me! That is the worst reply ever! You did exactly the same last year. Disgraceful service from you. I've been a customer for 10+ years, and cannot wait to cancel with you!

  • paulappleby01 Paul Appleby 🇺🇦 (@paulappleby01) reported

@EE A £14.00 increase per month from March for me signals the end of my 15 years with Orange/EE. Simply put, this is profiteering, and I will not support this company any more.

  • Qui_Gon_scalper Ben (@Qui_Gon_scalper) reported

@EE @DPDgroup_news Absolute shocking service from dpd, had numerous dates when I was getting my parcel, now just been told ee need to ring up and give them security to release the parcel. Absolute fuming. I've taken time off work for this.

  • Ramsey8642 AR86 (@Ramsey8642) reported

@EE Considering we don't get enough signal at home to make a phone call, I'll be taking that 14.4% increase as my notice to leave when both of my lines reach end of contract. I can understand increases in service charges - but the costs of my handset going up makes zero sense.

  • Minesh1986 Minesh Tambyrajah (@Minesh1986) reported

Avoid EE, upgraded my phone on the promise of £300 reward card that wasnt even running. EE have acknowledged I was lied to over the phone but wont honor the agreement. Best they can do is £50. Not the best way to treat customers of over 10 years. @EE #EE #SCAM #Time2switch
