@lrgulliver @EE Wonder if they did that to prevent sales during the Apple event until they know ways going to be available. Or they could just be stupid, I’m going with that.

@EE Hi, DM someone from EE on Twitter. I gave him details for the phone and he said it was all complete. I then got a text saying it was complete and to follow instructions which I did. However when I put the new sim in it still says this sim is locked to another network

@EE Spoke to 3 teams. New customer / general customer service and the tech team all via the online chat (as I can't make or receive calls).

@EE I've done it now but the site was in trouble. I know how to keep my browser in good condition but you tickle uBlock Origin and Ghostery.

@EE You’re kind of missing the point there. It’s still nuts, tbh - though if it actually said so on the site it would help. And hanging up on a customer wanting to upgrade? Bravo.

@EE I have been trying to sort an issue with my sim since Oct’20. I has been alerted to level 2, 4 times & told I would receive a call Worthing 24-48. Again in January 21, again 22nd Feb, again 24th Feb. Today is 26th and STILL nothing. Unacceptable.

@rzeta0 @EE Best thing is to find one you never need to speak with ! #GiffGaff not only don't have a customer #CallCentre and dont charge you for the privilege.... But they also run the least costly and most efficient and reliable service in the UK ( based on my experience of several)

Well done Louis from Newcastle @EE you really managed to be rude, unhelpful and arrogant and very unprofessional for the entire phone call. I do hope whatever is wrong in your life is better now you have taken it out on me. Yes EE you should contact me and apologise.

@EE No you've tried 'helping' for four years now. I'd rather keep posting your speeds at this point. I pay £400 to you every month for broadband and contracts. It's a joke to you so I'll treat it as such.

@EE Hi there. I’ve been an EE mobile customer and I want to add my EE broadband to my already existing online account. I’ve got my emails from EE home Broadband Bill, but the account number is nowhere to be seen in those emails, but I need such number to add my broadband?
