    @EE Hi. My signal has gone and hasn’t came back since last night. Upgraded to sim only on Saturday and getting a new sim sent out but did not get told about this one getting deactivated and I need signal for a very important phone call tomorrow and for work!

    @Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

    @lrgulliver @EE Wonder if they did that to prevent sales during the Apple event until they know ways going to be available. Or they could just be stupid, I’m going with that.

    @EE waiting to hear back about an in person interview after the phone call one went well and was told they would be in touch, last 3 days I’ve had missed calls from 0191 429 0922, tried calling, sounds like a call centre and they hang up? Assuming this isn’t the recruitment team?

    Well @EE that’s my afternoon ruined while I unpick hopeless sales advice resulting in a mis-sold deal. As always, the queue is mysteriously shorter when you think I’m ringing for a new handset. Worst customer service I’ve experienced from you as a long-standing customer.
