@lrgulliver @EE Wonder if they did that to prevent sales during the Apple event until they know ways going to be available. Or they could just be stupid, I’m going with that.

  • wilhelmina57557 Wilkie (@wilhelmina57557) reported

@orange @EE I found out from the customer service of Netflix, that someone in Morocco is fraudently using my card number. But anyway thank you for your reply!

  • Duncan_Leeds Duncan 🙏 🇺🇦 ❤️ 🌻 (@Duncan_Leeds) reported

Bloody hell @virginmedia, told that my pretty basic package goes up from £60 to £75 - yet a new customer can get a better package for £29.99. Phoned to ask if I could have the same & was basically told to bugger off. Not much point sticking around then. Off to @EE we go…

  • T21Jan Janet T-Tremaine (@T21Jan) reported

@ItsJamesPowers @EE Frustrating when things don't work properly. Told after hanging on for over 25 mins by GP receptionist that the IT service was not working. If that's the case, why can't they just put a message on the phone-answering blurb to say Primary Care IT is down so you don't waste time

  • MarkR1892 Mark R (@MarkR1892) reported from Peterlee, England

@EE @jon_mann Many contracts were taken at inflation levels nowhere near where they are today. You can't possibly suggest that people should have expected last year's 10% increase and this year's 15%, especially when there's no significant improvement in the service.

  • KurtColbeck Kurt Colbeck (@KurtColbeck) reported

Gotta say I regret going down the eSim route. Completely got no service at all now until a physical SIM arrives to activate. Don't make it easy to transfer to a new phone 😒 @EE

  • AmySayer91 Amy Sayer (@AmySayer91) reported

@EE @Returnofthe_Mc Except that when I did this, i was told that i had to go into debt with you first, make late payments and destroy my credit rating... and only at that point would the EE collections team help me find a solution...

  • annewmc Anne Mc (@annewmc) reported

@EE Yes, it is. My phone has a sim from another provider. I am an EE customer but only for the sim in my iPad.

  • BillyJ2289 Billy Jones (@BillyJ2289) reported

@EE terrible service as usual! I’ve been with @EE for years but will be cancelling at the first opportunity!

  • petergmartin1 Peter (@petergmartin1) reported

@EE @windowlickerrrr Sorry but the price increase is ridiculous. No one anticipated increases by this amount a year ago and customers rightly feel exploited. I’m relatively new to EE after being with a previous provider for 30 years. I feel let down and will now leave at first opportunity.

  • murtaman murta (@murtaman) reported

20+ years I've used Orange/@EE for and they pull some crap like this? Time to call up and switch both my mobile and broadband contracts to new providers 🙄
