@lrgulliver @EE Wonder if they did that to prevent sales during the Apple event until they know ways going to be available. Or they could just be stupid, I’m going with that.

  • SeanBucks10 Sean Buckley (@SeanBucks10) reported from Alexandria, Scotland

@EE terrible customer service again from yourselves! Christmas ruined! Well played

@EE your home broadband was expensively ridiculous to start. It went up by 16% last year and now it’s going up by 14%. That’s not right, fair or in line with the market so get stuffed. The performance is applying with a 100mbps line only being able to support 1 streaming device.

  • BabyLeStat 🦇 𝕭𝖆𝖇𝖞 𝕷𝖊𝕾𝖙𝖆𝖙 🦇 (@BabyLeStat) reported

@EE Yeah I realise how all that works, I worked for a phone network company when I was younger. Its all bs you've been told to say and it all comes down to the fact your shareholders know they can now increase profits n get away w it, so they are, and that is literally it.

  • jamiebennett92 ⚒ Jamie Bennett ⚒ (@jamiebennett92) reported

@EE Given that I took my new contract in December when inflation was already at 10%, how do you justify over a 14% price rise less than 3 months later? Inflation hasn’t risen since, if anything it’s gone down. (Without the insulting pre-scripted answers your sending customers…)

  • Lanankuras Agris Bečmanis (@Lanankuras) reported

@NatalieBeighton @jennifer2142 @EE Wi-fi calling has never been good. Dont matter of signal.

  • alanjohnson03 Alan Johnson (@alanjohnson03) reported

14.4% annual increase? @EE this is a joke do you think this is an acceptable way to treat your customers. One line cancelled already & other will be gone when contract comes to an end in a few months. You live in a world where you think everyone is getting 10% pay increases?

  • themuddytracks Stephen Clark (@themuddytracks) reported

i am willing to bet a year’s subscription with @ee that the price hike they justified as “costs are rising significantly because of high inflation” will not result in any equivalent price reduction when inflation goes down

  • thequeenoftides 𝓙𝓸𝓪𝓷𝓪 ☁️ (@thequeenoftides) reported

Wouldn't it be great if you could report mobile providers (especially @EE ) for theft to the police? Nothing is ever easy as pay for a service and get that service. You have to push to get the service you paid for and get a bit pissy before they actually serve you.

  • AlexSAFC92 Alexander 🔴⚪️ (@AlexSAFC92) reported

What a shambles @bt_uk putting bill up 14.4% @EE putting bill up 10% @OctopusEnergy unit cost up 490% and bill more than doubled. Mortgage rates doubled. Fuel and Food up. Well done to everyone who supported lockdown, shut down the world, destroyed the economy. Great work

  • BabyLeStat 🦇 𝕭𝖆𝖇𝖞 𝕷𝖊𝕾𝖙𝖆𝖙 🦇 (@BabyLeStat) reported

This is absolute BULLSHIT. There is no reason line rental should rise when their costs will remain the same. This is sheer profiteering. My contract is almost up and I won't be renewing it. After almost 2 decades, I'm leaving @EE . **** yall.

  • Lanankuras Agris Bečmanis (@Lanankuras) reported from Livingston, Scotland

@EE so have Samsung S23 Ultra preorder. How long does it take? Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. But not phone.
