@lrgulliver @EE Wonder if they did that to prevent sales during the Apple event until they know ways going to be available. Or they could just be stupid, I’m going with that.

@EE I’m not sure, I requested a PAC code and used it to transfer my number, which will happen on the 11th. I somewhat understand the bill for my main contract, but I took out a SIM only 4 days ago and then realised it wasn’t what I wanted, and I was told I could cancel free of charge

@OpenreachHelp @BritishTelecom The accidental heros of this story are @EE . Less than 24 hours of speaking to them on the phone (and they answer < 2 mins ), a 4G Wifi box was here, ready to go. If I had a solid 5G signal here (it's intermittent), I'd go with them in a flash now just to reduce my blood pressure

@EE I’ve been with yourselves and Orange previously for nearly 20 years, and despite raising a complaint on the 31 Jan, I have not had any response, despite the promises at the time. This is very poor considering I have 5 numbers with you, and was persuaded to remain on the 30th

@bt_uk Thanks @bt_uk that will really help her catch up with all that missed learning. Not. Luckily @EE have stepped up and offered to make her a priority and can fit her in next week. It may cost us more, but happy to pay extra when you actually received good customer service 👍🏻
