@Locky91955576 @Imaojord @EE Exactly, I have been an EE customer since they started out, I have 3 lines with them paying them £150 a month between them, not due an upgrade until March they wanted £300 early upgrade fee, one of my other lines Iv only have for 5 months (ee state has to be 6 months)

@EE I put in a formal complaint re EE allowing google play purchases of £480 over 2 months. Each transaction seconds apart. I was told my complaint would be investigated. Nothing since. Not a word. Yet a black mark on my credit score. Useless absolutely useless. Do not use

Internet is even worse since switching to EE. A big part of the reason we switched was because of how bad it was with TalkTalk but now I can't get Internet upstairs even with the bedroom and living room doors open. Was expecting a big improvement so disappointed 😔 @EE
