    @EE the UK’s best network... ...for it's shareholders and management and most expensive with execrable service for it's customers. Despite the marketing hype, signal is no better than others, charges are massively higher and with contention ratios, real world speeds are poor.

    This guy was insisting that if we found a better network, we’d have to give them a call but he couldn’t explain why. Then he fumbled about and said that the only way we can leave @EE is to call them (this is not true, we do NOT have to call)

    Awful @EE service in regards to the @PlayStation addon I purchased yesterday. Processed my order, took £10 upfront, received a confirmation email only to be told there is no stock after I called them and no restock for A MONTH. Lost faith in @EE and will moving my next contract.

    @EE Thank you for your help! I’m getting mixed messages, online chat says I can downgrade from today (3rd September) but when I call I’m getting told to call back on the 19th September. I don’t think people want to help me on this matter as I’ve been a customer for many years.

    @EE had a very pleasant experience where on of your customer service personnel told me in regards to something that was no fault of mine that if I didn’t like it I can always leave. Nice to know being a customer of 12 years means absolutely nothing to your brand now. See ya!
