    @EE I signed up with @EE whilst renewing my BT broadband, they took all my details and got me to cancel my pac number with O2. My O2 contract is now cancelled because of this and yet to be provided a new SIM card or ANY CONFIRMATION so I am now without a network provider! WTAF!?

    @EE Had a message from you advising possible service outage in BD19 on 15th November due to essential network improvements. As I have a 5G phone, and service STOPS 20m either side of my house, can you confirm what your plans are on Monday are please? Are these 5G related?

    Sorry, but @EE must have the worst network coverage in the UK, o matter where I go my signal is rubbish!
