    @EE Yes we have we keep getting a text each day to say the issue is not resolved . My partner is about to look at an upgrade or a new phone she can't as your APP does not work , so she is most probably leaving @EE , as your on line APP is to out it bluntly "useless"

    My 86yr old Mum took herself off on 2 buses to the phone shop. Her mobile “was blank” the nice man probably just switched it on 😉Thanks for not making her feel stupid @EE #folkestone

    @EE I think after the service she has had recently she will be leaving and looking for another network , it's not just the upgrade it's not being able to see what your using on your account , I am afraid to say @EE are not doing themselves any favours with these two customers

    Just spoke to @EE senior customer relations , basically been told there is nothing I can do to sort this mess out with the APP @Ofcom I will be looking to help and guidance from you to sort this mess out , I can't leave @EE as I am only half way through my contact #useless

    @EE actually disgusted with you, was told can port over a loyalty discount to my next plan, only to be told that you have changed you minds, so that’s how you reward loyalty, bad enough my phone does not work at work, now this, absolute joke, would not recommend EE! Liars!

    @Ofcom perhaps take a look @EE and there terrible service from there APP , a week later and still not able to log into our account , I wish that my renewal date was sooner as I would definitely leave EE #USELESS

    @chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

    Due to my ongoing issues with @EE I am looking at termination of my contract , there customer service is useless and there use of the on line APP is non existent , can I leave without paying a stupid leaving fee , because of this please #useless #ee #NeverAgain

    @KarenFried73532 @O2 I wouldn’t bother the customer service is absolutely awful and are not interested in helping O2 extremely poor all round I’m taking my complaint higher and is suggest you do the same can’t wait to move to @EE better customer service

    @EE Except when you try that on your mobile phone it sends you into a loop between the EE app and Safari. Impossible to reach that page after the login prompt. Do you guys try to follow these steps you advise customers?

    @EE Just wondering am i able to connect a network switch via ethernet in between the open reach box and ee router? Open reach box —-> Network switch —-> EE Router —-> Other Router *ethernet cable connecting switch to EE router and other router

    Why is it @ee make it so hard to report a signal fault outside of your home postcode? Funnily enough it's a mobile phone and I don't use it at home all the time. They have become absolutely shocking!!

    @EE Thank you. This will be my next call. I have yet another engineer visit booked so now waiting to see if a. they turn up and b. if the job has been booked correctly Also on a separate note would you charge a customer to get something put right that was an installation error?
