  @EE Yes we have we keep getting a text each day to say the issue is not resolved . My partner is about to look at an upgrade or a new phone she can't as your APP does not work , so she is most probably leaving @EE , as your on line APP is to out it bluntly "useless"

  Back when huawei were in the UK signal was amazing all over! Now it’s a struggle to get signal anywhere, phone dips in and out of signal driving around Exeter. @EE has piss poor signal all over it’s chuffing ridiculous.

  @EE Still no resolution on this. After all day trying I was eventually told on Monday the 12 month would be created for me. Only for the contract to be sent over at 24 months. When I queried they said contact again in 48 hours for it to be re written. Now being told o can’t have it
