  Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

  I’ve only been a @EE broadband customer for a few more and we’ve had a few issues with our income through our fault of our own. I can’t even begin to put into words how unbelievably helpful and accommodating and they have been. Absolute top-notch customer service 👌

  @EE @geynosha Hahaha that is the most ridiculous and anti-customer system for accessing hotel WiFi, you realise that EE? At no stage should having to go to a shop to pick up an UK EE sim card be a required activity.

  @EE Shocking customer service. Have had my time wasted with misinformation and now I have to pay extra for my broadband because of this. I have been with EE for years. No customer loyalty. I do not recommend.

  @EE ABSOLUTELY USELESS YET AGAIN! called yesterday to add a sky sports day pass! Told it would end at 0800 today. Advised call Saturday morning. Currently calling you. Yes we can activate it on TUESDAY! WHAT is the point!? Flexible service my arse!
