    Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

    @EE why, when I lon into My EE, can I not access any information? The app is shockingly slow, and when I eventually log in it says it can't provide any of my info regarding my contract. Been happening for over 3 months.

    @EE sent my trade in phone back last Monday keep getting texts and now a threatening email saying £275 would be added to my next bill. Not happy. I posted it last Monday and it was supposed to be 48 hour tracking. What an awful email to wake up to

    @immaSidd 4 years of having 5g and outside 1 or 2 pointless speed tests , I have personally yet to see the benefit of it. Still have absolutely zero signal in my own street and very very limited signal over our whole county. @EE

    Hi @virginmedia I’m in the EU with roaming enabled but no data, texts or calls. People I'm with have @EE and @O2 with automatic connection on arrival. My son also has Virgin and he had an issue last month too - why do only Virgin customers have this problem and what can I do?

    @EE I am being asked to sign in to the EE network and then presented with options to buy data. I have a data package with you. Please can you resolve so that I can access the internet when not connected to wifi?

    @EE you are a joke 1 hour plus to top up my mobile broadband are you kidding me !! Apparently a new system WOW I have spent a fortune with you worst customer service ever !!!
