    Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

    @EE I pay for international roaming. I am in the US and unable to use any services (hence I am unable to call you). Currently on WI-FI I tried to use the myEE app to unblock roaming and it keeps failing. I can’t even report this problem via your app. How can I fix this?

    @ee There appears to be an issue with calling Passport Office from EE mobiles. Says that 0300 222 0000 is an “incorrect number” on both mine and my wife’s phone. Works fine from another network.

    @EE Thanks for the offer but I will cancel my contract. I live in the middle of London, and EE cannot even provide a stable broadband, let alone a fast broadband? Really?

    @EE Hi, my signal is absolutely awful what’s going on? Cannot make or receive phone calls and texts don’t send… luckily I have iMessage which works ok wifi

    @EE 4G WiFi is THE WORST service I have ever encountered, 10000% do NOT recommend.

    @EE Well, 5 days out of the past 2 weeks with no service. 3 days in a row so far. Are you going to lie and say it'll be fixed by the end of the day, like you did the other 4 days I've complained?
