    Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

    Yes, @EE I do know that Wi-Fi calling can help me with any connection problems I may have, as you have told me about 4,000 times on this hold so far. Is there a quiz when someone eventually answers?

    @EE absolutely shocking company, take your money, give you **** service and when you try and resolve it cause you can't answer they close your case and then don't call you when you try to reopen it when they say they will. Great. Take this phone back and cancel my contract. Avoid

    @EE your complaint system is a joke! I was told 24hrs to resolve then call back to be told it's 8 weeks! When we are trying to send back an new faulty phone you have sent us, which won't be new in 8 weeks! Been with you since it's was orange network and no loyalty back from you!

    Upgraded phone yesterday with @ee as current phone completely broken. Was told could get phone delivered today by #dpd. Spoke to ee at 13:15 to be told it wasn’t in stock (delay in stock levels being updated on systems) but was now in stock & had been picked up by dpd…
