Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

@EE I ordered a new phone over the phone with one of your agents on Monday and was told the phone would be dispatched the next day. I still haven't received the phone and the order tracker is stagnant. Can someone help?

I love it when I upgrade my phone on the phone to @EE with a "guarantee" my new device will arrive today (my only day off) when if not I could have gone to a store to upgrade today. Only yo have to ring them and find out it's been picked and won't be with me untill tomorrow WTF

The @ee website has basic security with no 2FA option for logins. Be careful!! @ee and he phone companies need to be much more secure, all I got was an apology - but luckily no damage was done!

come on @EE 80kbp/s topping out at 100kbp/s 2.5gb download eta 8 hours ¬.¬ what do i pay you for every month kind of slow speed is that I could walk to the file host and get a usb hand delivered with my file and at that speed it would be faster

@EE Having been sold this device as an upgrade it's clearly anything but. It's never worked. It can't stay connected to the network for more than 10 secs so impossible to update. Tech support had no concrete ideas. They said someone would call me back but never did
