Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

@woodmally1979 @geogramblings @EE Not making excuses for them but I used to work for them. That looks like a standard boiler-plate letter that would be sent out to anyone, otherwise you'd have been address Dear (name). I agree though that 'Dear Customer' would be better now.

@ee hi are your websites down? Trying to top up an elderly relatives phone remotely and the page won’t load? Tried my friendly ee shop, nah we can’t help, not particularly helpful..

@EE Thanks however the link is of no use. Says there is no problem when there clearly is. Options only 2 if 3 (texts, calls, Internet) but no option for 'all'. Local Facebook has locals saying the same thing. No EE since Thursday night. I simply want an idea of when it'll be fixed!?

@EE Sorry didn't reply, yes sorted it was an issue my end after someone took money from my account so at the time was just wondering if could have still paid via bank giro at the back of bill. But thank you!

@EE Can you tell me how I am meant to retrieve a Picture/Video Text Message when the Password you sent me doesn't work? I've entered my Phone Number including 447 & without & the Password numerous times & it doesn't work! Been waiting over 24 Hours now Customer service appalling

@EE Hi Debbie, thank you writing. My problem is now solved but I was told I would get a call back within 5 mins from EE regarding a tech issue but didn’t get one. I called back hours later and there was a 30 min wait. Never used to be like this :(

@EE can you help please. Despite having 99gb left on my usage according to the EE app I cannot connect or receive any messages when not on Wi-Fi!!!!
