Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

@EE It’s not just the poor signal / connection , it’s also being mis-sold. Not being told of VAT when quoted and told I would be better off with EE rather than Giff Gaff. Complete con in quality and price. Will you help me now?

@EE after being with EE/Orange for 25 years I’ve finally decided to leave. There is no longer any loyalty for longevity. Only interested in contracts which include phones as it’s more money. Arrogant customer service. #greed #arrogance

Fabulous service from @EE, order a new expensive phone upgrade and they didn’t bother to put my house number on the package, just the street name. Sorry to disappoint, but unfortunately I do not own my entire road 🙄

@EE Bribing people with gifts, if the network was that good you wouldn't need to do this. remember back in the day mobile phone shops would give people free TVs/game consoles etc.

@UKMondoMan @clarkeystu @EE Wow, I'm sure if RPI increases beyond a certain point you have the right to cancel. RPI is common but it's usually a couple of percent. This is massive!!!

@sohailsquared @kitcub @EE The Ukrainian network will likely extend just beyond Ukraine's borders (same as UK and ROI and vice versa). So if someone is just over the border and still conn to UKR network then it would be recognised as UKR and not charged. As such region is probs more accurate in this case.
