    Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

    @EE @93ColSanders Is there a reason you keep acting surprised customers tweet they can't log in, then generically asking everyone to DM their details like its a singular event - when hundreds of customers are tweeting you with the same problem? Maybe just globally fix the issue?

    @dantheman19970 @EE It’s taken Ee 3 years to fix my signal can’t fault them customers service outstanding each time I’ve called. Better than any other network
