    Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised Iโ€™d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

    @EE Been through all of this. I am then directed to the App, using my data because I have no Wifi. New router and still no connection. You use AI Bots and close down technical support at 8pm. Frustration is not a strong enough term. I will be picking this up again later today.

    @EE hi there need some help please. We have disconnected our broadband services and been asked to send back out router however we havenโ€™t received any packaging or the QR code that had apparently been sent. How do I get another sent to us asap so we can post? Thanks

    @dcuthbert I'm on @EE and over the past year it's become useless. Says 5G doesn't load anything. Worst part the mobile signal is shocking and it drops nearly every call. As Soon as i'm out of contract they gone. Would be nice if they let me out for providing a **** service.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Very easy solution - make the companies offer roaming to their customers when their service is poor- no infrastructure required, just a flick of a switch! Gives UK customers the same service as uk visitors much in the same way when we go overseas #roaming4all

    @EE A 20 minute wait time to speak to a guide is unacceptable in the middle of the day on a Thursday. Why has your customer service gone downhill so much?

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Becuase partly we don't put enough masts In (5g requires them every 300 meteres in cities) and partly because there's 10 million people more using our phone network than in the official cencus

    @EE I have done this and end up texting the EE bot. How do I cancel this subscription as Iโ€™m spending more time trying to fix this problem. Iโ€™ve had enough of EE, I was told this would be seamless and trouble free by EE.
