Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

@Drzonk09 @EE No, The problem is that I get BT Sport with EE, but it doesn’t recognise my login, and keeps trying to get me to restart an old BT subscription. It’s really annoying - almost as annoying as being ignored by EE support 🙄

@EE It won't get sorted. Been through it before. It is a fundamental issue with the app, which you won't be able to sort through DMs. Not your fault.

Hey @EE when I upgraded in September I handed over a PERK code and was told it wouldn’t show up on the September bill but will on the next bill. It looks like it’s never been applied. Can this be looked into and back date please.

@EE customer of 20 plus years. Im gone once this contract is finished. Your rise is despicable. Don't respond with improved service blah blah, as your customers increase the more money you receive. You are making more money from my handset which is undefensible. See ya pals.

@EE I’d have exciting plans but the price hike has ruined that. Plus the closes town to me still has barely any signal let alone 4/5g yet is a very affluent town. Think as a company you need to get your act together
