Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

@EE who do I speak to about your mobile broadband? I’m trying to watch a football match, which is bad enough, but the fact it is buffering continuously makes it even more unbearable. Can anyone help?

@EE Good afternoon. We have been having connection issues since 11am this morning in the W12 area in London. We have reset router several times and can only assume its an outrage in the area. Can you confirm if you are aware of this and any updates on when it may be back up. Thx

@EE there appear to be issues with EE network in Shetland but nothing is reported on the website. We have unusable DL and UL speeds on our fixed 4G SIM router and mobile (both EE). Not good enough for NHS staff working from home.

@EE called you 3 days running to be told you’re “experiencing higher than normal” support calls from customers. I’d suggest if it’s happening every day then that is entirely normal and you’re just not employing enough people? So long as shareholders are getting their profits eh?

@EE My 4g router gave me consistent great speeds of 80+ download and 50+ up. Now the download is regularly terrible which apparently for gaming is not what we need. Not sure what’s going on
