Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

You have to hand it to @BTGroup and @EE - announce a substantial price increase (CPI of 5.4% *plus* 3.9%) but try to soften it by noting they use "renewable electricity" and answer their calls in the "UK and Ireland". How does that help pay the bills? 😬

@EE What security reasons? Its not her address? If you want people to feel 'secure' stop making pathetic excuses for not sorting the problem... you are the ones risking their security not me. Maybe you could ring the farmer and ask him to open the gate, or just climb over it?
