Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

@EE problems with mobile internet for the last hour and even though my area had issues for weeks, it never effected my signal so I think this is a wider issue, 150 high call volume and chat busy. Only Facebook app works strangely!

@mattfaucher @bt_uk @EE Have to agree... Signal/reception/4g has been awful lately. Internet service is slow...hard to have a phone that doesn't cut out.
