    Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised Iโ€™d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

    Gotta love he @EE complaints process... they **** up, they ask you to wait 8 days for them to respond, but their communications say they'll close the complaint if they don't hear from you within 7 days!! Except customers are waiting for the outcome so why do they need to chase?!

    @EE do you offer broadband and TV similar to @virginmedia? I am looking to move away from Virgin as they have charged me a late payment fee which was down to an error they made.

    As we continue to dealing with this, Iโ€™ve now been emailing back and forth with the team of the CEO of @WeAreOpenreach, who responded to my LinkedIn post. @EE , who we actually pay to for the service, have been atrocious, unhelpful, uninterested in solving this at all. Horrendous

    @shughe02 @skytv @EE They got me down to about ยฃ80 then deals expired, went to ยฃ92 and now itโ€™s itโ€™s ยฃ106 Before I called them a few months ago it was ยฃ112. No wonder why so many people buy fire sticks, I just canโ€™t be asked for the issues that you can get with a stick

    @EE iโ€™m off EE having a better service being a long-term customer here and Iโ€™m paying 300 pound for my phone bill and now youโ€™ve increased it by an extra 4 pound is very cheeky. I know April have an increase every April but as a long-term customer, should my bill get cheaper

    @WeAreOpenreach & @EE again failing Rural customers. Two major service outages in 6 months. No communication, last one was from 19th December to 7th January with no Internet in area with no indoor signal. This time ETA is 29th April, was 28th yesterday. Pathetic.

    @EE It's just your signal/service, no issue with the hardware as it happens to all in my team and we're all over the UK, different devices. Get 4 bars, but data throughput is very poor.
