Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

@RichTea86 @EE I’d move too but the network coverage is shite in all the places I spend my time (home, family etc). They have been absolute arseholes from day 1 and I hate them.

I've spoken to @EE, I've restarted, updated, reset my network, tried my SIM in another phone (which worked perfectly), but my phone seems to be dead. It's in perfect condition and is only 5 months old! Help me 😭🥴

@EE apparently this account isn't allowed to send DMs. Can I ask, is the use of online gaming services blocked when using mobile data? My BT broadband is down and tethering to EE phone lets me browse Web on PC but won't connect to gaming servers.

Hey @EE, when I phone up with a serious issue and select the option to talk to someone, it would be nice to actually talk to someone instead of getting a very unhelpful text bot. Very dissatisfied.

@EE I have a complaint open but I have no confidence in EE is resolving this. I don't have a complaint ID unfortunately to give you

@EE we are in the middle of a cost of living crisis so you really believe it's ok to increase my monthly bill by £9.94 (14%). I've only had the contract for 5 months but have been a loyal customer since you were Orange/TMobile. Absolute disgrace!
