    Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

    @Tom_Sco90 @EE Yeh been with them around 15 years since I used to work for them, since bt bought them the prices have doubled on everything, with customer service being limited. I think I'll price around

    @EE I'm within my 14 days cooling off period for my Sim Plan and want to cancel. Your company appears to be being deliberately obstructive in letting me speak to someone who can facilitate same. Do I need to contact Ofgem to help deal with this?

    @EE my signal has been terrible for the past couple of weeks, can you please check what's going on? I can't make or receive calls as I just can't hear people when they call
