Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

Please please please do not go with @EE. Absolutely shocking! Worst service ever! Even more to add to what is going on with them! Get sent an email to call them. The number they provide is not the right one. Passed on to someone else. Fed up of it!

Absolutely fuckkkkkk @EE never in my life have I suffered such a poor network. Missed over 10 vital medical calls due to the lack of reception in my home address happy to ****** take my money for the service but not provide one.full of ****. #dontbuy

@EE I think gifting data to friends who are on a different accounts would be a good feature coz then I won’t feel bad when I have unlimited data and my mates have none left. I would feel like a greedy bloke.

@EE I had another phone using a different network. After being on hold for 40+mins to then get cut off, I’m not going to be calling in again. Yet another example of EE’s great customer service. Can I ask, what additional information you’d like to look at?

@EE I’ve spoken to EE customer service. Known issue with the app and accessing account via a browser. It’s been an issue since Feb 😳
