  That’s the filthiest mobile operator , ever. They lie and let down customers. Trusted account closure, promised to do so, months later, they continue to charge.!!!!! When customer complains, they refer him to credit agencies, who slap a credit penalty of 3 strikes???!! @ee

  @EE ABSOLUTELY USELESS YET AGAIN! called yesterday to add a sky sports day pass! Told it would end at 0800 today. Advised call Saturday morning. Currently calling you. Yes we can activate it on TUESDAY! WHAT is the point!? Flexible service my arse!

  @EE EE is placing vulnerable people's lives at risk we have had issues with our phone and Internet line keeps going down at night my mum has an emergency alarm for medical conditions and eevare failing her and putting her life at risk not fixing it

  @EE attempted to upgrade Now told i cant & that was for my sim only deal. Spoke to an advisor online. Can either pay 2 bills for 7 months. Or do some minor repairs to my phone & send it in with a possible £300 charge. Seems to be right across the board with poor customer service.

  @EE The company must be the worst ever scums when dealing with customer issues. How are they still in business and not shut down , I do not know. A bunch of illiterate, ill advised , ill experienced amateurs, good for nothing.

  @EE how do I cancel my broadband? My bill isn’t due until the 27th yet you decide to disconnect my broadband at 10pm, meaning I can’t even call EE. Then you disable my router from even connecting to devices in my home such as a WiFi printer!!! WTAF! 😡

  @EE down again. Can’t go 20 minutes without being ****** over by the broadband. My *** are they the best provider. It’s 2026, how can your broadband be THIS terrible? Been happening for months. Ridiculous.
