Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

5 weeks ago I sent my @EE phone off to be repaired. Store says it was stolen by the DPD guy. Repeatedly misinformed & the customer service is diabolical! We still have no new phone & are apparently waiting for DPD to admit fault before we can get one! Ridiculous process! 😡

@EE I have had NO signal at all since monday morning. I cannot make any calls. EE is not responding to me. Pls advise. I have been a customer for almost 20 years. This is so disruptive.

@EE Nathan I the customer ask you one direct question (If the EE website was down?).If you check back on all your responses you never replied to my question.May I suggest u try responding directly to the customer's questions .Then make other helpful suggestions. Website is working

@EE 3 weeks on I still have issues after doing a sim swap, a replacement sim was sent after not getting my number back and no I have NO way of being contacted because even the temporary number isn’t working anymore, and my Mum’s sim has been cancelled too! Useless!

@EE been on hold for 2.5 hours to then get cut off, rang the other day and listened to your staff have a 30 minute chit chat instead of taking my call, terrible service

@EE Nope.. still down despite being told it would be fixed that night. Don't worry, once it's fixed you'll be getting a call to discuss money off the bill because I'm not paying for a service that doesn't work.
