Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

@EE I tried this at home and now I don't have a head. Apparently it was due to "network jitter, latency and variance in throughput". Don't try this at home kids! ;)

@infl3xian @EE Sorry, your tweet was about ADSL service. You are complaining about poor ADSL speeds. This is entirely unrelated to poor ADSL speeds, yes? Sadly, yes, if moving home/workplace/mobile location of significance, it is important to survey / consider new coverage most carefully..
