  @EE your wifi box is so bad! Gave and promised false hope and trust but no the wifi service never seems to connect, always cuts off, just all around problems. Might just have to look into getting virgin media

  @ianclatworthy @EE She’s need to spk to bereavement team change name on account then set up price for new customer offer price and reduce cost for line and b/b sorry for your loss mate you might wanna be with mum if you can and help explain it to them ,
