Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

@EE your Internet is awful. I can't even have a teams call. I have to turn off my WiFi on my phone to use 4g. Roll on when I can move.

I spent over an hour yesterday speaking to customer services who said no point complaining we know the issue & nothings going to change and NO I cannot speak to a manager. This is pandemount to obtaining monies by deception @VodafoneUK @EE have perfect service in same area

@EE why does my new iPhone 13 keep cutting out when I’m on the phone? I’m chatting away then all of sudden it’s cut off & it’s like I’ve never been on the phone 🤬. Keeps doing it & it’s very annoying 🤬

@CarlBoylin @EE @EE support female abusers as is seen by it's ad campaign. The data on female abuse of men and boys is freely available on the Internet and in scholarly publications but EE have an agenda to push not facts or truth about IPV so they'll never mention male victims.
