Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

@EE absolutely shocking company, take your money, give you **** service and when you try and resolve it cause you can't answer they close your case and then don't call you when you try to reopen it when they say they will. Great. Take this phone back and cancel my contract. Avoid

Then cost living gas went down fast, now got into debt @EE had to come out after having no more money to much then had to go to the vet now in debt with.. recently the stress has been making my body pass out, faint, getting really upset, angry especially not eating/sleeping
