Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

I'll now get a tweet off @EE stating they are sorry I'm not happy and we can discuss the problem via DM. But that won't happen as I'm bitter and twisted. And I won't let my dear Dragon speak to them as we'll probably end up paying more for longer

@Kyra1986Crane @EE I have an idea. I will call them bit later, have you on the line through Wi-Fi to my friend. Or, get yourself in to the nearest #EE shop and give'em what for. The very least they can do is credit you. They are not providing you with a service that you are paying for!!!!!

Customer support from @EE is always 👌I’ve called them a few times over the years and they’ve always gone over and above to sort my problem. I wouldn’t ever use another provider! #creditwhereitsdue #greatcustomerservice

@EE Feel woefully let down. After mis-selling me roaming broadband. I was forced to use my separate phone contract data allowance, and then activate ‘hot spot’ to enable my I-Pad. Unable to access emails for 5 days. Now forced into 12 month local wifi contract. #networkfiasco
