  Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

  @EE Day 4 of no WiFi. Customer support advised it’s a nationwide problem with @WeAreOpenreach No other mentions on local social media platforms suggesting it’s a problem. ETA for the fix is Monday. Please advise if this can be resolved sooner! Compensation expected

  @BTBusiness the sooner I can get out of the contract with you the better…. Actually costing me money now!! Utter shite!! Possibly the worst provider I’ve been with in 23 years… @EE sold me this **** too!!

  @bt_uk what an absolute disgrace of a service you’ve ‘given’ my 84yr old parents moving house from Wales to Selsey. It has been the single most stressful part of moving home & still not resolved. Between you & @EE you’ve stressed them to the hilt & they’ll be 4wks no internet

  @EE @gjo2405 Hello EE. If EE identified a network fault related to a domestic VoIP landline on Friday 12th June, how long would it take to fix? Also, what is the average 'wait' time to get through to your 'fault' team when dialling 150 from an EE VoIP landline, please?

  @EE @sarkeycockney That's utter ballshit and you know it. You have manually with mouse click, closed the complaint as you think being quiet will make the complaint go away.
