    Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

    @jamesshawvideo IF you're in TF10 there's a major issue in Newport High Street which @EE have been failing to fix since March which is why I have left them

    @EE disgusted by the service my son received today (I am his appointee) Waited 6 weeks for an open reach engineer for them not to turn up today. Rang EE to be told oh yeah they aren't coming they messed up. Cancel and we will have to reorder with a new report. 6 more weeks wait?!

    @EE on hold for technical support. After the recording told me you are the UKs favourite network you then told me my call should be answered 'within an hour' Really!?!?!

    Hey @EE I have one of your home mobile broadband hubs and it’s absolutely awful. It constantly drops out and the speed is sub broadband level. Why?
