Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

@EE Hi guys, I’ve been in Italy since Tuesday using my data, making calls and texts and all of a sudden I can’t get any signal at all as of noon today. Is there an issue and can this be revoked please? I have full EE roaming.
