    Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

    @EE All sorted, it was the package …which has been cancelled. It was through BT. But BT mobile (which I’ve had terrible signal trouble with lately) and EE use the same network …so I’ve moved over to Virgin. Thank you for responding.

    @EE the signal is dire in the Welwyn AL6 area! I’m on ‘EE Edge’ - not even 3G! I’ve never heard of ‘Edge’? My signal has been dipping in and out in the village all this week.

    @Philtaylor04 @EE Having the same issue here, both me and husband having awful issues at the moment. Phoned for support and its no better even though everything should be fine. Contracts up soon will be moving the whole family I should imagine.

    @EE It was yes, and I have cancelled my contract but still want to put my complaint through as the customer service I have received has been the worst I've ever experienced.
