Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

@EE wort customer service out there. Ordered an item, informed delivery would be today. No updates and a wasted day at home waiting for an item that hasn’t arrived. Multiples time calling CC team and phone hung up. #avoid

@EE had nothing but problems with EE this week I’ve always recommended them to friends and family but they have actually took the full blown piss out of us this this week been told more than 3 times we will be called by a team leader for no call to ever come JOKE

@EE been on line to renew contract given some free ad ons now gone back on they’re word. Been on hold for 55mins waiting without getting a response. Shocking customer service just to get a sale.
