    Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

    @EE can someone contact me ASAP please, I was due a call back Saturday & still not heard from the technical team! I wish to cancel my watch sim rolling contract as it won’t connect and hasn’t for days even after spend half of fri on the phone!2day on hold for over 15min&cut off😡

    @EE I did, but although my broadband is poor, my landline has been down for over a week. Spoke to a person last week. Said it would be back by 4th. Spoke again yesterday. She said she will contact me in, I think, a week, or 10 days. This is awful.

    After a mega nightmare w essential tech - phone, mobile, connectivity (might have bored endlessly on it sorry) a huge sense of relief. Good news: It’s possible for a large business to feel personal on customer services, complete w human beings to contact via email. 🌟🙏🏼 @EE
