    Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

    I'm with BT, through them I get EE, so I can use TNT Sports, which I have to use Discovery+ to watch, and now they're saying I need an HBOMax account, but when I go to login they don't recognise my email, so I can't watch any sports that I've paid for. @bt_uk @EE @discoveryplus

    @EE your all is absolutely useless. Why is it impossible to sign in? It has failed to log in more times then be successful. Combined with the continuous signal problems, I am honestly disappointed to have moved over.

    @EE 1 week later and still trying to fix the same issue. tech add on contract ended Jan 26, was billed feb & march for it. advisor now saying to pay the correct amount but with no bill showing this? why would i pay something with no record of & will have to message again to fix. wild

    @EE This is getting silly now. First, your upgrade page was down yesterday and although it is back up I’m now on interminable hold (25 mins and counting) to do this over the phone. Before you say I can upgrade online, I’m fully aware of that but I have questions for a real person.

    @EE It’s been a year with no access to my EE app. Every support call ends with promises, then my case gets closed with no fix or follow up. My bill is increasing in April but I’ve had zero info. Really poor service can you resolve this and offer compensation?

    @EE Oh my days. Ordered a phone its all messed up now cancelling and going to Tescos to buy the said phone that was ordered the service has been abismle. Service of the year ? You must be joking ! Primary school children could do a better job πŸ˜’
