Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

@EE We have a hub issue - not working. The hub is in UK, im currently in France and attempting to locate account/allow son (hes 38!!) to discuss account as hes got the hub - phoned told to give him password- rang again told that's not how to do it!

@EE I spoke to several people at Goodwood who said the same thing. They either had full 5G signal and couldn’t make calls or use the internet, or they simply didn’t have any signal. Why?

@paul31871 We are the same.we are ee with mobiles and broadband and it’s utter crap.constantly on the fone to them.they sent “an engineer” out who didn’t have a clue what he was doing and had to put him coz he was a cheeky wee c*nt!soon as our contracts are done wel be changing @EE

@virginmedia completely unable to refund my mother’s £147 bill as a gesture of goodwill when she moved to @EE thinking they’d sort it. Unfortunately she has dementia and misunderstood. @skytv had no such problem and were kind and understanding in a similar situation.

@EE What’s up with the signal in Central London at the moment, currently relying on my partners hotspot to use internet access. Since @WirelessFest my signal has not been working. Airplane mode on and off, turned phone off and on.
