Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

@EE EE is the worse out of all the network I have tried. Most of the time can't even get signal to make a phone call. Even though I got unlimited internet but I hardly use few GB of data because most of the time no signal or very slow internet.

@EE hello there's a guy called Thomas. Irish accent never been to Scarborough going round scamming people pretending to work for yourself, EE and BT, talking about moving people over and how he will make a phone call, then they will call me and ask for details. Bank etc
