Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

@ee can you confirm please, before i upgrade to potential issues, if the oppo *** is compatible with android auto? the oppo lite said it was but after weeks of issues turned out wasnt. thanks.

@EE The trouble is one tries all these things and looks up the instructions on the internet and does EXACTLY what is asked and still the problem is not sorted out and this doesn't just apply to mobile phones.
