Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

Here we go again @EE I long for the day I can bin this company off. MyPlace update: Just to let you know, we have a problem near Home which may be affecting service in the area. Everything should be back to normal within 15 hours. We will continue to keep you updated.

So @EE are accusing me of lying about calling them on a number they gave me to call and have charged me £10 for. Why would I sit on hold to a number for 90mins that wasn’t EE when I was looking for help from their tech department?!
