  Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

  @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 Deffo look around. Lebara are on the Vodafone network which is better quality than O2. No annual price rises which O2 do now.

  @ee what on earth is happening with your mobile network coverage. I travel the country 5 days a week and there are more and more black spot areas where I cant get an internet connection while driving up and down the nations motorways. What have you guys changed?

  @EE Looks like their E E. X has broken down. Would not recommend how things like alarms, all the mod cons in the house don’t work. One of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. I’m going to consider sky and see what penalties they will cover for me if I leave E E.

  @EE what a disgrace!! Best customer service?? I don’t think so. Phone stolen and reported immediately to EE who FAILED TO BLOCK IT! Thieves put multiple Google Play purchases onto my account and despite speaking to SIX customer service agents, EE fail to resolve. Disgraceful!

  @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 If this is genuine DO NOT make the switch. Regardless of cost, EE are the mut’s nuts. I moved from o2 because of how simply shocking they are. EE are the best network for a reason. You pay for what you get and on o2, you’ll get nothing !!!

  Have been having signal issues for the last two days @EE and your checkers has confirmed that there are no issues in my area, and yet one bar and continuous EE Edge displaying at regular intervals during the day

  @EE when your told the reason your wifi isn’t working right is because it’s school holidays and the WiFi traffic is bad. Doesn’t change the fact that I PAY to use WiFi school holidays or not
