    Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

    @EE response I got is that i am liable to pay 'understandable - but the only solution was "let your account go into arrears / collections and sort a payment plan from there". Now correct me if im wrong but isnt this morally disgraceful on EEs part?

    Time for a moan @O2 . I know it won’t matter to you ,but we will not be renewing 5 contracts with you .We have been a customer of @o2 now for many many years ,unbeknownst to us ,we owe you £29 and without any notice we have a letter from a debt recovery company! @EE here we come.

    @EE I feel incredibly let down by your (lack of) service. You can’t even deal with my request to cancel my contract. Perhaps @VodafoneUK or @O2 would be better?

    @EE please can you advise how to notify of a death if you do not know the landline number associated with the broadband account please? I have the account number, but my Mum never used the landline. Having trouble reporting online or by phone without this. Thanks

    @EE Hi I need to track a broadband order, it’s been activated but I’ve not received my new router. Online help is no use and the phone keeps dropping out.
