Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

@EE when is the online billing for customers with large accounts be sorted. Can’t download invoices. 6 months now. Multiple accounts same problem.

@EE I get what you’re saying but it’s just deferring from the borderline rip off that was called up for. Maybe you want to compete with your competitors instead of the customer having to check online to see a cheaper price straight away

@EE Hello. My phone has had no signal for days. I heard there were problems with EE in my area but hoped they had been fixed. Could someone let me know if the TN3 postcode has any outages and if so when they will be fixed. Thank you.

@EE Yeah I’ve DM’d EE so you can keep the conversation out of the public eye . Loads of promises to sort the issue but they have zero intention of actually fixing the problem .
