  Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

  @EE I’m not very happy with the deal I have currently and didn’t get anywhere with customer service. The only way for me to get a better deal apparently is to sign up with EE home broadband and I don’t want to do that.

  @Aaron96simpson_ @EE I’m actually thinking about going with Starlink, my contract with EE is up in September, I’m paying nearly £39 pm for a service that is pitifully slow. But the real kicker? They are offering new customers £24.99 pm. 🤨

  @EmilyJessicaBea @EE It's one of the last things you should be referencing for billing because they're so poor for variable direct debits because you could have come off a month of paying a high amount for call charges etc and that's what it will show for the next month too.
