Hi @MartinSLewis — After 14 years with @EE, I was given written confirmation of a phone upgrade. Then they put my order “on hold” and tried to upsell me or push Flex Pay. Now they won’t honour the deal. Complaint raised. Feels like a bait-and-switch. #ConsumerRights #EE

@EE Raising the concern as EE guides refused to log for me when I called. I was mis-sold a sim card by sales guide and called EE as I was surprised to see the my current month bill. Im with EE (BB+Sim) for more than 4 years and EE is cheating their customer by lying. plz support.

So learnt something new today. Never ever buy a phone from an @EE store. Got a faulty phone have already lost faith in it and go politely told to jog on as there is nothing I can do so now stuck in a contract with a product I don’t trust

Never ever go with @bt_uk or @EE was asked to swap over, mis sold products, over billed and now on day 17 of trying to get a resolution. Was a decades long customer!
