Has @EE come to the rescue and delivered and activated my broadband early for me to stream again? @virginmedia 29th of March til now still nothing, MAYBE 2nd of May the appointment might fix it? Will I have an Uninterrupted Stream after a whole month of pain?

@EE having transferred our mobiles from BT to EE the BT guy didn’t transfer the phone’s correctly. Just spoken to Patricia Irwan at EE excellent customer service. In my opinion a real ambassador for EE Thank you Patricia

Apparently I'm that idiot who tried to change her mobile phone plan but in fact ordered a second sim with a second phone number. Good job @EE customer service were nice & understanding & cancelled my mistake.

@EE @EE I am very annoyed as I have been trying to contact customer service and kept on hold for 2hrs! this is my second try n still on hold!! I would like to find out if I will be refunded. Very frustrating and not at all good customer service!!!
