@EE heeello. It appears the IPhone 11 Pro Max is the only iPhone not selectable for upgrade purposes- as an EE customer wanting to get a new one, is there a particular reason for that? I can never find it in my upgrade options.. thanks.

@EE broadband down. Tv/phone says connected but nothing is loading. Router is working with normal aqua light - is this happening across SE15 or just me? I WFH and need this!

@EE Hi. I have spoken to somebody on the phone and they have a power serge In the area. Open reach are apparently aware of the issue
