The website says we need an engineer and one can come out on Thursday 9th! We both work from home and require our connection for that. Can this be sorted?

I pay a stupid ammount for 1Gbps. I'm going to either zen brrroardband or UFibre, half the price for the same and no mid contract price hikes.

The WiFi account isnโt in my name but I have all the details I need, but because Iโm using my phone the AI bot will only consider my account. Typically the WiFi stops when the office is shut. EE broadband is so so bad
