    This is why I stuck with same mobile provider so long! Moving from 3 to @EE - got a contract for a new eSIM, gave my PAC code. Tried to get eSIM and I can’t download it because of a data mismatch. Store couldn’t help, online tried to charge me to send a QR code

    I have never experienced such poor customer service from @EE. Very clear they don't want to retain (very long standing) customers anymore when you get offered ONE upgrade price & then get asked if you want the PAC code to move 😡 @iD_Mobile_UK you will be gaining another customer

    @OnlineQueryTm @dpd @EE thankfully resolved my issue, perfectly. I recommend you take a leaf out of their book and provide an option for customers to speak with an actual person
