    @EE Hey, please can you sort out the signal in St Ives Cornwall as for 8hrs a day whilst at work I can't use my phone at all!?

    So @ee after calling 150 the answer is no. 18 years of customer loyalty gets you nothing. Couldn't even waive the early upgrade fee. A real shame. Better to wait until the end of the contract and leave? @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp

    @LeilaniDowding @EE We had a power cut Saturday, WE LOST OUR BROADBAND CONNECTION FOR 4 HOURS. the providers of our fibre optic broadband had a recorded message on their phone line to "email them" or use their website to report an issue !

    ******* @EE & its multiple options of help but non of which are to talk to a ******* human! also not one option on any link covers my issue WHICH I WHY I NEED TO ACTUALLY SPEAK TO SOMEONE YOU *****. (I have mental issues that make this stuff super hard)

    @EE It’s a waste of time. These poor signal issues we speak of have existed for almost 2 years. My phone claims to have a 5G reception but doesn’t actually work. Anyway like I say, no trouble. The 2 years is almost up and I’ll be free. Good day to you 🫡

    @EE Nope!! Doesn’t work ! Gets me through to a bot, to report a FAULT , and then it tells me that an engineer has been booked for Wednesday . No one to fix my unbreakable wifi .. Utterly disappointing - unable to work or enjoy my paid subscriptions for 5 days .. Dreadful..

    @EE A week later and they've now closed my complaint with no further contact from yourselves whatsoever, and I'm still unable to upgrade. Luckily I can vote with my feet and just move away. Way to go @EE ! 👏👏👏

    @Amber23485515 @LeilaniDowding @EE Hi Anna, that must have been really awful, I've not been unlucky enough to have one that long, the longest power cut we've had was 6 days
