@EE This is the worst service ever to receive, I bought a broadband since march and was promised I will have it in a week and it took months, only yo have it in June. Now is not working too and I have to keep calling you everyday, enginer came and left and still not working. Too bad

@ee morning - just reported another fault on my broadband. This must be close to 10th time this year having had virtually no problems prior. Is there a way to explore alternatives for getting broadband. The fault is intermittent but for many things that is very problematic

@EE some feedback... Your website is truly awful. It's slow, taking far too long for pages to load, and it's very buggy. Trying to apply a couple of changes to my account failed on each occasion, with the message "update not applied, our fault not yours, try again later".

So.. network providers like EE are going to switch off 2G? When though? My elderly mum can only use a 2g Doro Easy phone and it's broken! #dorophones @ageuk @EE @ Please retweet to support those who can only use Doro Easy 2g phones 🙏

@EE We have had bad reception in our area for over a month now, calls continually cutting out and all we get is intermittent email updates about problems with trees in the area, next update due 16th June!! Having a very significant effect now on important calls & it is just trees!!!
