Yep 3 hours as you have not provided our free EU roaming as promised when she bought a new phone and renewed her contract in March. Hey Tails 👋 (@TailsQuest) reported@EE Guys I pay for uncapped speeds and have 5G across all these devices, 2x iPhone and iPad yet I get this problem all the time I do speed test and it says 70+mbps as well as still devices are overheating/frying and typing on my screen at the same time every time I get a new device??

Not to mention the fact that Three keep ringing me to upsell me stuff - I keep telling them that they have my number because I’m a customer, it’s not their right to abuse it and cold-call me for sales!

Has been £5 per month for years for 10 years, just every now and then they increase the data allowed. Never been a problem.
