@JamesH4ll @EE I agree. I took out a 24mth plan in October. £67 per month (it’s never under £70 but that’s another story). It’s going up £10. I’ll be paying best part of £80 a month. Yes I didn’t read the small print but who does. Never had this with any other provider - and I used them all

@EE i ordered a sim only plan last wednesday and still have not received it. I got the order confirmation the same day but have not heard anything since. I tried to get in touch but no one can tell me an update? frustrating as I am without service for over a week now

@EE @iancoulsonmedia Nobody is going to be able to afford it so why not scale down that and not cripple your customers with outrageous hikes - you’ve increased the cost of 2 handsets and an iPad for me after I purchased them because of this system you have - egregious!
