@EE waited in all morning for a phone, only to be told it won’t be delivered at the scheduled time. I’m now unable to get through to 150 to arrange a delivery to a new address. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years. Shocking service

Would love to know how @EE are justifying their 9% price increase (3.9% above inflation), I couldn't believe the email I just received 🙃 I've been on the receiving end of calls about this when I used to work for them but I've never seen this much of a price rise

@EE Okay, thanks. Not unreasonable for a consumer to want to know where the additional 3.9% is going; certainly disappointing rough dates aren't readily available considering the whacking price increase for a relatively poor service in my area.

So I have a watch on contract and the contract finished in January but you have to ring up 30days before to cancel it!! Joke..so now I have to pay extra 2 months fuming 😡 @EE

@EE Yes. I have just come off the phone. From your guys now. I was recommended to go to Google as they would possibly swap the phone as it was faulty. Problem is the phone rebooted whilst the lady was talking to a manager at google. Now I can't get back in tough with Google

@EE I just don't like the idea of the phone being opened that's the factory seal gone. It's never the same after that. I just want a replacement. It's 3 months in and been like it since the start. I'm just fed up. I just need to check my rights as I know the terms have changed.

@EE Having problems, going to pop to EE store tomorrow... i inserted sim says emergency calls only, log into my ee then went to add phone, entered number said will send code ... never arrives

Why is it EE customer service sales people always seem not bothered? I can't be asked to do sales attitude.. Either you want it or piss off almost feels like.... wanted to get an upgrade, came out wanted to look elsewhere. Well done @EE #shitcustomerservice #EE #upgrade

@EE Unless it's something different. My phone reboots up to 4 times a day. I've reset, deleted apps so many times. I was hoping an update would sort it like all the other problems. But it hasn't. I can't wait up to 28 days for repair. It shouldn't need a repair. Yes it's faulty.
