Just rang @EE and they are now saying my phone which I preordered on the 9th September for delivery on 16th September could take up until the 12th October to arrive. Never met such an incompetent company before.

@EE Hi, what’s the ongoing problem in the E3 area, please? My broadband hasn’t worked since Sunday. Diagnostic bot says it’s an issue since 21/9 and now won’t be fixed until 28/9, which seems less than ideal.

@EE I try to login online, I'm faced with a login error, I log in to the app and I'm faced with Something went wrong and we can't show your remaining data. I call the 150 and told it'll be fixed in a couple hours, 3 days later and still no fix. #ee #help

@EE why is it you offer full fibre broadband and show how to land a plane yet your internet access and phone network is so crap that you can’t even get up a website to book seats get on the type of plane you’re trying to land!?
