Sat with a friend last night, we both went to google something we couldn’t remember the name of, she starts swearing at her phone because of the **** signal, whilst she’s sweating I find the answer, thank god I had @O2 with good signal whereas she had a very poor 1 bar on @EE

@EE My data allowance is showing that I’ve run out of data, don’t think I can have as it’s still working so I topped up £30 but I can’t buy a data add on as it just errors

@EE Question - 3 years ago while in USA I couldn’t use my phone as “No Service”. People on other networks had NO problem & I had to spend a fortune calling UK. Yesterday, I was in my local hospital & had the SAME problem “No Service” - again, other networks were fine. WHY?

@EE I had a great call with a man who basically said I maybe didn't know if I was on 5g or inputted my password correct. All of which was not the issue. So I've left the call.
