@EE Hi the App is now working but I have moved house and it won’t update my address details. Same for billing address so that is going to cause a problem come payment day. Still can’t access the website as an alternative. Or add on data.

Now, my dad is furious that I was able to create this bill in his name without @EE asking permission. And all EE can do is blame these system glitches and tell me to change the account holder name to fix it. ZERO accountability, apologies, or compensation.

Hi @EE when I got my upgrade I got told a reruns back would be sent with it .. then I had a massage saying one would be coming then I had another to remind me to send the phone. I still and received a returns pack. Can you help?

@ee 7 days without internet, day 5 of bluster from your customer service / technical team, approaching 6 hours on your helpline, promises of call backs not made & responses dried up on DM etc. Do you think this is acceptable or should I try @VodafoneUK ?
