    @EE trying to cancel a mobile broadband contract I have letters with account on bank details yet somehow your records can't find me please just disconnect me I've had enough now

  • robhumphries Rob (@robhumphries) reported

    @JeffPovey2 @EE The shocking increase is on the device too! AFAIK their plans includes the cost to 'cover' the purchase of the device over the term. So why 14.4%+ on that too and not just on their 'service' part? Apple et al haven't increased their prices of 2 yr old phones. Care to explain @EE?

  • Dave713 David Brearley (@Dave713) reported

    @EE lovely new price increases in line with inflation 😳. How the f**k can you justify an £11.20 price increase for one month usage of your lines? I want it broken down for me where the extra charges are incurred pls?

  • AdemolaWalcott Never say Never (@AdemolaWalcott) reported

    I’m definitely leaving @EE after my contract ends by September. All you do is rip masses off. The fact that your service is expensive and then you have to increase the price is wickedness. It’s not only you that this inflation is affecting. Absolutely ridiculous #EEpriceincrease

  • DonaldPond6 Donald Pond (@DonaldPond6) reported

    So, @bt_uk contact me to say my mobile service is stopping and I need to transfer to @EE. All good, only I now discover that EE charges for roaming in Europe if you weren’t a customer before 2021. As BT own EE, that’s just rotten. Have to look elsewhere now.

  • gallachersusan1 Susan Gallacher (@gallachersusan1) reported

    @EE Yes I definitely will be or the phones getting sent back this isn't even the rate of inflation and 50 % increase last month aswell absolute joke can we cancel after these increases within 30 days

  • PeterJ2o PeterJ2o (@PeterJ2o) reported

    @EE this will be my 4th day without mobile data here in Cambridgeshire, any idea when you're gonna fix whatever is going on?

  • Camlowandslow Cameron Robinson (@Camlowandslow) reported

    @DonaldPond6 @bt_uk @EE Take a look at GiffGaff, works on O2 network.

  • a1exh alexh (@a1exh) reported

    @physicsufo @EE @NEUnion It's just part of the annual dance we do with our suppliers. Threaten to cancel your contract. Ask for the best deal they can do. They will offer you a special deal at the same price as last year. If not switch to BT Mobile, it's EE, plus you're a new customer so big discount 2/2

  • rinajeana89 Corinna (@rinajeana89) reported

    How can @EE think this is acceptable!!! I lost my phone and ordered a new SIM it has never arrived and its been ordered this many times!! Your asking for thos months payment yet I've not used my contract since Jan as I haven't been able to!!!!
