    @EE your app is just awful. I was about to buy hundreds of pounds worth of kit but have given up. It is always so slow, glitchy etc. I actually tried numerous times to get to check out and just cba now.

    @EE how do I make a complaint about your door to door people? 7pm. Presses the ring doorbell. Doesn’t wait for a response. Hits the door like he’s coming through it. Just as my 10 month olds had gone to bed!

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I agree. And you are right, it has got worse. Let alone those black spots being addressed. What is going on? Also offices in the City of London with no signal!!

    Ordered new broadband fullfibre with @BT /@EE in May & had to wait for installation. @WeAreOpenreach have cancel 3 times, with less than 24 hours notice. “Connecting you to your network” #idontthinkso 2 months waiting for a new connection, 3 cancelled appointments & still waiting
