  • Lchappell20 L chappell (@Lchappell20) reported

Absolutely disgusted in @EE customer service. Phoned up to potentially cancel my contract and discuss any deals. To be met by a rude lady who just cancel my contract without any confirmation and barely more than 3 words to me. I am now left without any signal to phone back.

  • saveHOVE The Info (@saveHOVE) reported

@EE For the last month or two I occasionally get so unwell (boil up, feel weak, feel unwell & get body pain) using my phone online which is so scary I have to shut the phone down completely to stop it!!! I think the too strong signal from EE needs investigation.

  • MatthewON Matthew O'Neill (@MatthewON) reported from Ashby-de-la-Zouch, England

@EE please please get some service in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. It’s still unbelievably poor that this town has such poor service from you compared to the other providers.

  • mmmiles75 Marc Mitchell-Miles (@mmmiles75) reported

@EE Hi, I'm looking at mobile broadband. I like the idea of being able to take it with me and would be easier to do this as I'm moving in the next 6 months. My only issue is that I'm not sure that it is suitable for my requirements and wondered if there was a way to trial this?

  • Margare59595425 Margaret morrison (@Margare59595425) reported

@EE Constant text messages from EE there is a problem in your area, we are not getting the service we are paying for, numerous people have been in contact with EE as service is so bad in our area How can you justify charging people!!

  • rdaved rdaved (@rdaved) reported

@EE I did reach a human being 10 mins after my tweet. The human on the call was courteous, efficient and understanding of my demeanour. I'd add that your "rapid" service is a crock of ****. It doesn't work well at all and only delays reaching a human being. I won't try it again.

  • ridetimeuk Al (@ridetimeuk) reported

@EE Your network is down in Gloucester (GL13LE) but wider than just one local mast as I've walked a few miles and problem remains. Shows as having signal and 4G but no throughput, ping is sky high and bandwidth near 0, not enough to SSL handshake or open any websites/apps.
