@EE yet again no service! This is ridiculous! TR13 8HQ before you ask for it again! Shall I cancel my D/D? Why pay for something I don’t have?

@enchantedbyfilm @EE @Fairphone Yes. I only went with them because i wanted a fairphone. I wished I had bought it up front from the company and used a different network for a sim. Ill leave as soon as the contract ends.

@EE some increase is understandable but… 15%?! one month in?! i guess EE are no different to any other large U.K. company raking their profits in right now while we take the hit. i wouldn’t mind as much if i didn’t have issues at every step of this upgrade already

@MarcAllera @EE Yes, but when you connect to 5G there is no data, and doesnt drop to 4G. Your help centre manager telling me to disable 5G completely, via hidden menu code, as the EE sim removes the option to disable 5G from my phones menu. So paying £60month for 5G phone that only works 4G 🤷.

@TanteRos @mookpixie @EE I've called. No-one called back so I submitted a complaint and am having a DM chat with Georgia. The effect of this is horrid.

So after @EE tried to sell me a £50 a month phone & me finally getting them down to £43 they’ve now messaged me saying my bill is going up £6 a month from March. These bastards get what they want in the end. #ee #pisstakers #moneygrabbers

I now have my remaining pac codes from @EE They is some irony in the fact that my dad took our first contract out with #MercuryCommunications (#EE) on Feb 28th 1994. We will be leaving @EE by Feb 28th 2023. 29yrs of Loyalty flushed down the toilet. What happened @MarcAllera?
