  @EE already in the EU, forgot to activate roaming and have tried by message and online. So far not working (getting signal but no data) already try to reset phone and change cellphone networks. And in PAYG and was using it in the UK just yesterday. Please an assist? Thanks

  Hi @EE, my broadband has been down for over 40 hrs and all I keep getting sent is messages that it will be fixed at various times or within next 4 hrs. I was promised by customer services it would be fixed by 6pm last night after he spoke with Open Reach, but still no change now.

  @EE I live in the middle of nowhere. I have the EE app but it is sending me messages via my non-working phone number. I have missed 11 calls from my GP and 14 from the district nursing team today. I do not have a landline. This problem occured a month ago and you sorted it then

  So I have people who sometimes can’t connect to me. Says number doesn’t exist. I then have people calling me and saying they have a missed call from my number when I haven’t called. @EE how do I actually get this resolved? The number has a routing issue that no one will help sort

  If you're abroad and your SIM card breaks (or you lose it) you better pray you're not an @EE customer. Absolutely impossible to report it or speak to anyone!

  @ee can you do anything to hurry up the activation for a new SIM card (same No kept). This is causing problems not having access to the phone. We weren’t told it takes up to 24 hours !

  @EE Your customer service is appalling - why have I been contacted by Advancers about a debt towards you when I told your CS to cancel it two months ago for free Additionally when I have tried to pay the bill it has told me that EE servers are down and to try again.

  @darksister841 @EE Sadly what the world is coming to. I will never use a call centre again after this, just not worth the grief.
