    @EE i cant get into the app to check the service (fibre to prem) quality in my area which appears to have taken a massive download hit today whats going on, and can you put this checking service into the public domain and not buried behind an account service which is failing

    @EE had no WiFi for three days. Wanting to talk to someone and all I keep getting is a text saying Our diagnostic testing has found that your broadband service is being affected by a network problem in your area. Network issues are usually resolved in 4 hour. Itโ€™s been three days

    @EE why does your internet go down for a few seconds multiple times every evening? If itโ€™s for updates how do I change the time that this happens because itโ€™s exactly when I need it most! Service has been appalling since day dot!

    @EE @BenGungyal The basic problem is that large companies (all, not just you) view long term subscribers as cash cows to be exploited rather than valued customers. The fact that switching supplier every two years is better than being loyal to one is a sign of a fundamentally broken system.

    @aftertheflood_ @EE iโ€™m a new customer too (day one for me!) thankfully set up the main hub before it went down, but canโ€™t set up the main hub in the bed rooms as app been down all day and i need the app! not a good start i must admit
