    Absolutely horrified that @EE have allowed our line to be slammed, leaving us with no landline or internet over Christmas and New Year. So no Zoom calls to grandchildren we can't be with this Christmas. Phone number of 18 years lost, no help at all from @EE or even an apology.

    @EE Disgusted at your service! Terminal Aunt has had no internet for two weeks so we can’t see her on FaceTime. Thanks for nothing :-( your customer service is horrendous... surely it’s not that difficult to sort their broadband? 🙄😡

    @EE poor show from @EE throttling data over 600GB now. Some of us only have this option for broadband. Especially as we have no way of monitoring our data as you don’t provide that in customer portal

    @EE The conclusion was: the signal in my area is painfully weak but @EE won’t give any discount or let me end my contract early. They offered apologies but might as well have sent thoughts and prayers for the use it is. I’m still being stung £60 a month for the privilege. Merry Xmas!

    @EE I should be able to access my bills online. So glad I left you after being a loyal customer for 21 years!...#EE provides the worst customer service I have ever come across
