@EE So original complaint filed via telephone on 29/01/26 then online form on 02/02/2026 and heard nothing back!!!! Look into this, as I’ve lost the will to live by calling 150 everyday

@EE My new iPhone 17 pro max was stolen after having it 1 day. All they offered me was 30 of my next bill. I’m paying on a contract without a new iPhone. No loyalty perks, discounted upgrade, trade in credit, promo deal on a new device. Is this how you treat a loyal customer ?

@EE I've tried 3 times to get in touch via 150 to give notice on my account. Each time it says there's been a problem and it can't connect me. I try to use the chat on your app instead - it tells me to call 150. What am I meant to do?

@EE appalling customer service, I moved my business number from o2 to EE 6 months ago and still cannot link my number to the ee app. Called numerous times and just keep being told it’s something they are aware off and working on. It’s just not good enough..

Complaint submitted to @EE, I’m sure nothing will come of it but I wanted to make sure they were aware of my dissatisfaction. They text me that my bill is increasing and I can log in to “review your current plan” except I can’t.

I’m sorry to say that @EE Broadband have completely let us down. They promised us our internet would be back up and running today, but turns out they lied! I would highly recommend that people who are from 🇬🇧 do not trust a word this ISP says and we will be looking to change provider ASAP after this complete debacle. 👎 We’ll be back with @lorebeforeloot as soon as they sort the issue out. I’m sorry for the inconvenience and the delay to our journey. 😭
