    @EE Hey, please can you sort out the signal in St Ives Cornwall as for 8hrs a day whilst at work I can't use my phone at all!?

    @EE Apparently they are sending an engineer out but the signal has been out for 2 weeks. I haven’t been home all day so I don’t know what the situation is presently, I’ll let you know tomorrow

    Hi @EE, when I try to go to your login page online I get a logout page saying "You've successfully logged out". Is this problem at your end?

    @EE I've been on hold for over two hours today and yet again I've been cut off trying to resolve an issue that keeps happening on a monthly basis & I'm no closer to a resolution. Your customer service is absolutely diabolical

    @EE No. No one’s called me and this is day 5 of no internet. You say it doesn’t sound right but EE aren’t willing to do anything about it. Your company is a damn joke. I will be cancelling my contract with you.

    Despite being under contract & long term customer of @EE I arguably highly naively visited local Harrow shop as phone wouldn't work Service was appalling didn't know/care with suggestions bordering on wilfully ignorant including one of them asking if I had my phone with me 1/

    @EE Hi there I just factory reset my 4gee WiFi modem and my old password won't work.. the casing was changed a year or so ago and the back has no password sticker on it. Can you help me with this problem?
