@EE yet again no service! This is ridiculous! TR13 8HQ before you ask for it again! Shall I cancel my D/D? Why pay for something I don’t have?

@VodafoneUK So first you guys cancel WiFi on the tube network without any notice, and now your signal starts being rubbish. Any point sticking with you? Can't say I ever had this with @O2 or @EE.....

@EE Three works perfectly well in central London, never any issues, plenty of internet and phone calls for £8. Way less than EE could ever offer me, a previous customer of around 15 years!

@EE your app is such a bad customer experience. Trying to upgrade with a sim only plan advertised to me by text which then isn’t available when it takes me to login. The more info on plans doesn’t work, live chat is unavailable so no way of contacting for help?!

@EE Just a shame about the awful customer service, extortionate charges and stretched contention ratios you offer then...

@EE @HowellDavies4 As you are not using your home service during that period would you deduct the cost from your month end bill. It would make sense as we are not able to use it. Surely this works both ways?
