@EE I was charged for 37 months for Apple Music wich I did not ask for, did not want, and could not access. I already pay £14.99 per month to Apple for this service. I was refunded 6 months. I will reconsider my upgrade after 13 years as a loyal customer.

@AcademyWHU @EE I'm paying for Netflix,Amazon Prime but can't watch because of low upload/ download speeds. But they say they can't find any fault.. Just delay tactics so as not to fix the problem..

@EE @1ammer They tried to charge me £495 to repair my mobile which had mysterious damage that wasn’t warranty covered warranty, I took it Apple who fixed it without charge! 🤔 #SuspectOrWhat

@EE HELP!! Just had broadband was ment to be activated yesterday that’s not happened trying to contact you is quiet a job I have broadband without a landline requesting a call back via the messaging system won’t happen it keeps asking me for a landline number witch i DONT HAVE!!

@EE customer service absolutely shocking. Ordered new phone 7 June and have never received it. I paid early upgrade fee and am now paying for a contract that I’m not using. I’ve called multiple times re: getting this refunded, spent hours on hold and no joy.
