@EE Direct messaged, tweeted and no reply at all. Had no WiFi all day. No responses from anyway. Same thing happen a couple of week ago and in no reply. Please can someone contact me in regards to our connection. Why are we paying each month for no WiFi and no customer service??

Now that 5G is increasingly a thing I was hoping to ditch my FTTC just as I got rid of my landline nearly a decade ago. Sadly @EE pricing is still insaneLy expensive. Looks like I will be a @virginmedia customer for some time yet.

Just spent 45 minutes talking online to @EE customer service as my phone screen stopped working (been using old phone) and after being told repeatedly to try things by tapping settings etc which I can't do they left the chat. Fuming. 45 minutes of my life wasted.
