    @EE If I'd known about these charges, I would NOT have bothered with the upgrade!! Absolutely shocking!! An extra £40+ on top of an already extortionate service!!

    Is it just me or does @EE payment service never seem to work? Every month it’s the same issue and I have to call like it’s 2006 and spend 20 mins just paying my bill!

    @EE Shocking service today had to buy a 24 hour pass on EE WiFi to have some form of connection today. Would suggest a refund before I have to log a complaint .

    Moved into my new house end of March and still no broadband with @EE. Absolutely piss poor. Day 14 of hot spotting off the work phone. Let’s see what the 3rd @WeAreOpenreach visit brings when again, they stand round a socket, headscratching, looking like they’ve been lobotomised.

    @EE I am currently aboard and my mobile number has been disconnected, I have tried all avenues to contact you and it has been a fail. No contact number no help on the website so this is my last result. Could you please get back to me and help me please

    @EE when will your app be up and running again? Says it's down for maintenance but can't put devices back online that were paused. A warning about this on the app would have been extremely helpful!

    You are having issues and please don't say you aren't, because my internet connection is very low @EE @Ofcom, so low I can hardly load anything #EE
