@EE No because I'm fed up of raising this with everyone. It's your Falmouth store in Cornwall. It's a pretty constant problem and you've said before you'd address it with teams, the store etc and it still happens.

@EE That's great news. Thank you for your help in this. It's really annoying when a pavement is blocked if you're a Guidedog owner, wheelchair user, pram pusher etc. Only last week a pedestrian was hit by a van in Falmouth :( Appreciate the feedback.

@EE very disappointed, received a call to invite me into store as a loyal customer to upgrade, store not prepared had no idea why I was there, said I couldn’t upgrade for one reason or another, then I could then the bombshell of prices, can’t see me staying at end of contract

@EE Shame yous don’t care about the people outside of London. My work phone had just been swapped from EE to o2 and it’s a far better overall signal up here in the North East

@EE spoke to retentions on 0800 956 6000, a lady called Maria - didn't get the customer satisfaction survey come through but wanted to say she provided exceptionally great customer service. hope the call can somehow be tracked and this feedback passed to her manager.
